Google
I just so happened to come across their ad while visiting Chicago and seen the beef short rib ramen and immediately needed to go. It was a great experience. The ramen did not live up to my expectations but it was good. The steak appetizer was superb though. Would I go again? Yes I would. Also was blessed while there with my family. But a pair of stammers did pay our tab and another couple while there. So that was a beautiful surprise.

Google
Charming ambiance, great service, and delightful food! 😊 Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. Our server was helpful, answering my many questions about ingredients. She helped me navigate the menu safely. We began with taro fries, crab Rangoon, some sushi, and then the amazing spicy-sweet jumbo shrimp wontons. Each was its own unique style and flavor. We chose the pad Thai with chicken and shrimp. It was my husband's first experience with the dish, and he enjoyed it. From the drinks to the brilliant dessert, it was a fantastic meal. Definitely check out the banana Nutella wontons for dessert. We WILL be coming back.

Stopped here on a Monday during Hapoy Hour for a quick bite. There were so many great options on the menu, but we narrowed it down to 6 somehow. Let me tell you, you can't go wrong with anything! Jeep was our server, and she was awesome! Super friendly, attentive, and helpful. Wa also had a red sangria and old fashioned which were great! Will definitely be coming back!

Google
The sushi is great, and so is the spicy Crab Rangoon. My chicken satay was way too salty. My co worker got a chicken sandwich with grilled pineapple, and she sent it back because it was underwhelming. The chicken was overcooked and dry. It also appeared to have been re- cooked or warmed up. Not sure, but a Chef can always tell if the food is fresh or not. Go figure!

Google
Ramen was AMAZING! Really enjoyed the sushi and the cab ragoon as well. Melan was amazing at the bar, and the service couldn't have been better. Can't wait to go back.

Google
A Sunday late afternoon dinner, this place was comfortable; the staff was so attentive and helpful with ordering plates for the little ones. There wasn't a long wait for our food. The food was terrific and yes, I'd go back to try more dishes.

Google
Ordered the roasted mushroom chow mein and it was really good. Added Sriracha and it took off. Loved how the plate was vegan and the stir fried mushrooms were hearty like chunks of meat. A little pricey and the portion was decent - a bit light.

Google
This place was better than what I expected. Went last Saturday for Chicago restaurant week and had the best experience. Staff is friendly and have great customer service. The food is fantastic and drinks were great! Definitely will be returning. My fav appetizer was the garlic edamame 🤌🏼 highly recommend. Definitely will be returning to try other items that were not listed on the Chicago rest. menu 🔥

Yelp
Honestly one of the best places to dine in the neighborhood. You really can't go wrong with anything on their menu. The cocktails are elite, too. My favorite menu items are the coconut shrimp, crying tiger, and crab rangoon. Great service and vibe.

Isabel R.

Yelp
Great food! A very well done western fusion of Asian food. Tasty, easy to accept for all kinds of taste buds. Also very accommodating to dietary restrictions and allergies. A huge menu that I would go back to try haha Service was great! Great prices as well! Ambience is more bar like, dimly lit.

Yelp
Talk about heaven in a bowl. It was my bday week and a friend wanted to take me out. I had seen this video on Instagram of someone enjoying a bowl of ramen with a colossal beef rib and was intrigued enough to see it for myself. The interior had a fabulous island Filipino vibe with greens and oranges. The staff was diverse and accommodating. I spilled my water in the first minutes of my experience, and the staff was so quick and helpful to respond. My friend and I got drinks. I initially ordered Old Fashioned, and I can't remember what she first did, but it was purple, and I ended up liking hers more, so we traded. For appetizers, we got delicious dumplings and the roasted duck bun, which was also super tasty, and I highly recommend it. Regarding the main course, I came here for one mission, the beef Rib Ramen. Words can't fully express or comprehend how delicious this bowl of excellence was. So many flavors of spice balance in the broth accompanying fresh noodles, and laid enormously over the bowl is a four-hour roasted bone-in rib. Upon picking the rib up, the meat fell into the broth as if to say I was ready. It was simply delicious and, by far, one of the best meals I've ever had. The broth and noodles were also excellent and complemented the meal perfectly. My friend and I both enjoyed it as she also enjoyed her meal. Overall, this was the most accessible five stars I've ever given. Please enjoy Bite. They deserve your business. 5 out of 5

Yelp
LOVE. If I had to describe our experience in 1 word, it's love! We came by for an early dinner on Sunday and were immediately sat. The parking is paid metered parking, but there was plenty of it despite being in a busier area. The restaurant was decked out with colors, lights, palm trees and was truly an escape from Chicago. To start we had the Crying Tiger, and the Spicy Crab Rangoon. The Crying Tiger was full of flavor, and cooked to the perfect temp. The steak was delish with and without the dipping sauce, but to amplify the flavors... highly recommend dipping! The spicy crab Rangoon was a fun party of its own. The crunch from the wrap to the warm creamy crab filling, the spice wasn't too crazy with all the cream filling but with the sweet chili sauce it made for the perfect bites. We shared the lava roll, it reminded me of the viva Las Vegas roll from ra sushi, but this was filled with so much more. The crab meat on top had a nice kick to it. As if we weren't already full, we also ordered the general tso chicken sandwich, and the burger to try. Both of which were delish! The general tso was my pick between the two. The pineapple had a nice sweet and tangy flavor to each bite. For dessert, I wanted to try the Vietnamese tiramisu but they were sold out. All the more reason to come back again soon! The service was great, despite how busy they got the team really made each table feel special in their own way and were extremely attentive.

Yelp
We previewed the menu for @biteschicago This Asian restaurant is a true hidden gem even after ten years. Everything about this restaurant was amazing.  Great service, pretty room, gorgeous plating and delicious food.  Plus, I appreciate any restaurant that goes the extra mile to print a separate menu calling out all the vegetarian and vegan options.  Plus, they craft stunning cocktails, refreshing mocktails, and even CBD-infused non-alcoholic delights. Appetizers included a tuna roll covered in gold leaf and caviar that @lisaalavallee said looked as good as it tasted. I had an avocado bao bun that was such a heavenly blend of flavors and textures. Entrees were chow mein and a truffle mushroom fried rice. Both so good. Desserts were a standout, probably the prettiest rice pudding I have ever seen with black rice and coconut milk along with a delectable chocolate mousse.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I decided to celebrate our 3 year anniversary here, which happened to be during restaurant week! It's an island theme so the decor is fun and festive. However, because of the crowd we were super close to the people next to us and could overhear their conversations. The big winter jackets next to us when it was below zero didn't make it easier. I wish they limited reservations or had a coat closet to avoid the tightness. We decided to go with the 4 course Restaurant Week menu, which sounded like a great deal! Seems like there was a lot of creativity put into the choices. There were also sufficient options to choose from for all 4 courses for a variety of dietary needs/preferences. To drink, I got a Mai Tai which was a little too sweet for me. I wish there was more fresh pineapple juice and less of the other fruits. For a starter, I ordered the cream of shitake soup which was much-needed on a night below zero degrees! The flavor and texture were amazing but the temperature wasn't great to begin with. I'm usually not one to complain while dining because I can't imagine how hard restaurant staff work, especially on a busy Saturday night. But my soup was quite cold so I asked for a reheat. The server was super kind and receptive. She apologized for the error and brought back a piping hot bowl within minutes which I highly appreciated! The soup was excellent afterwards. My boyfriend ordered the shishito peppers which were unbelievably spicy, even with the seeded part removed. We usually can tolerate spice, but for this I wish we got a warning. We tried to finish it among the two of us but we couldn't... not a fabulous start. We then tried the golden maki and shrimp wontons. This course saved the rocky start! Both were fresh and absolutely delicious. Great textures as well. The sauces paired nicely with each dish. We got garlic shrimp and panang salmon as the main course. The portions were quite generous and we even had leftovers. There was also a spot-on ratio of protein to rice, and I like how you could easily mix rice in with every bite as it was adjacent to the meat. The salmon was delicious. However, I thought the sauce over the shrimp had a little too much sweetness and got sick of it after a while. We both decided to end with tempura brownies, and it was fire! They were crispy on the outside because of the tempura batter and soft, rich, and fudgy on the outside. The hot dipping sauce on the side SLAPPED. This menu item was created for restaurant week, but I believe it should be a permanent addition. Very imaginative! Overall it was an enjoyable experience, but only half the courses really wowed me. I'm not sure if I'd return.

Yelp
Just a spot I stumbled across during my visit in Chicago, was craving Asian so why not. The staff were all very friendly, the ambiance was very cute and had tropical feels. Food was good, not out of this world but definitely not bad at all. The MUST GET are the Spicy Crab Rangoon and the Basil Cream Mussels, gotta get extra bread with it don't let that good broth go to waste!! I also got Hawaiian fried rice but I think I should have went with the seafood friend rice. Never had bacon with rice before, so it was new to my taste buds. Crying tiger was good but I wasn't too big on the sauce, also I like my red meat well done. As for drinks, I got myself a wake me up before you go-go.

Michaela K.

Yelp
Good food! Enjoyed the sushi and the bourbon seasoned chicken. They had some fun spins on different Asian dishes.

Marina M.

Yelp
Great food - so happy with all the vegan/vegetarian options! The tiki ambiance is so cute as well. The Rama Noodles are an absolute fave!!!! Wasn't crazy about the avocado katsu - it's literally just a huge hunk of avocado in a bun lol but the sauce was good. Truffle fried rice is VERY mushroom heavy so make sure you love mushrooms. Service was polite and overall it's a great restaurant!

Kelly L.

Yelp
came for the restaurant week lunch menu! presentation here is definitely so pretty with their use of flowers and plating we got the edamame gyoza and roasted duck baos to start. the bao was a tad bit oversauced surprisingly so it made it salty while the gyoza just felt like it was filled with batter, but the dipping sauce was v good! the seared tuna sesame salad was actually so tasty! you get a great portion of the tuna and we loved the seared flavor. they give a lot of avocado too! the sauce tasted very much like kewpie deep roasted sesame sauce tho. the bites burgers was a good standard double patty purger, but the chef's special sauce on it was also on the salty side. fries were great!! finished off with the coconut rice pudding which was yummy and very filling, but we definitely loved the lemon lime posset more as a palate cleanser to the whole meal definitely worth it to come here on restaurant week! highlight would be the entrees being great portion sizes where you could even take home leftovers as they were large, but i definitely would only come back once in a while it was busy so it felt a bit cramped, but service was standard and we really appreciated the busboy the most!

Danielle A.

Yelp
Came here during restaurant week but I wasn't very interested in the restaurant week menu so I got something else. I decided on the Hawaiian fried rice with short rib and it was incredible!! I had to order it to go as well! I also got the pork and shrimp wontons and that was amazing too! To finish I got the cheesecake which was some of the best I've had! I will be back. It was pretty busy so I may go at a time that isn't crazy busy!

Yelp
We've visited BITES 3-4 times in the last year and it's amazing every time. I get the crab sliders (not pictured) every time, they're simple delicious. We also tried chicken skewers app and bao buns. The decor is great, there's palm trees and flamingos everywhere. Do yourself a favor and visit BITES! You won't regret it.

Nancy K.

Yelp
Just came here for the first time for a restaurant week for lunch. This is a cute small place in Lakeview. It's hard to explain the menu, but I would say it's Pan Asian influenced. I got the edamame potstickers, followed by pad Thai with shrimp and the rice pudding for dessert. My boyfriend got the shumai, followed by the burger, and the tempura brownie for dessert. We both thought that both appetizers were very good and both entrées were very good. The rice pudding had corn in it, which I could not figure out and did not care for personally, the tempura brownie would have been better without the tempura on it. Still very good. Looks like it is may be family owned or small business so please support them! They do have a full cocktail menu and a cool vibe inside.

Natalie N.

Yelp
Came here for restaurant week and was very impressed. All of the food has great flavor and there are unique dish options. The price for restaurant week was great too of course. There are tons of gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options as well. Our server was extremely helpful and provided great service. The restaurant itself has fun decorations and is a great vibe. I will definitely be back!

Nora M.

Yelp
The service and food are phenomenal. We got an order of two drinks and while we waited because they were a little busy they gave us a free crab Rangoon. The food was delicious, our favorite is the mussels. It's a must try! The ambiance is always lively. Must try in Chicago! Shout to M for being an amazing server!

Jocelyn R.

Yelp
Before heading to mini gulf, my friends and I decided to stop by BITES. Boy am I glad we did! The place was super aesthetically pleasing but surprisingly quiet on a Friday afternoon. Our waiter was super kind and helped us by answering all of our questions and giving us his recommendations when asked. We ended up with a huge order crab sushi, bao buns, beef pho, steak, shumai and a burger. We also received a free edamame gyoza plate for checking in on Yelp! The food was delicious and tasted super fresh. As for drinks we ordered a pitcher of lychee mimosas, coconut margaritas and we all had a round of sake bombs! We left with full bellies and beyond happy with the service!

Josh B.

Yelp
HOLY CRAP! This place is incredible! We were looking for places on our way back from pride in the park to sit and grab something to eat. It was about 10 and it's rough at this time because it's the bewitching hour for kitchens in bars and resturants alike. However, BITES was open till 11 and their kitchen didn't close till 10:30. We sit down and look at the menu which is massive, beautiful, and inventive. If you want sushi... they got it. If you want sandwiches... they got it. If you want a steak... the got it. They have everything. The decor is also tropical and beach which is great regardless of the weather outside Okay, so I got the Honey-Bourbon Sesame Chicken sandwich. The sandwich was massive and barely fit on the bun. It was topped with grilled pineapple, these incredible daikon pickles, and sesame mayo. It was unbelivable. Even the fries were great! Each entree came with a super pretty flower too! The service was also fast and friendly. Run, don't walk to Bites.

Suhani A.

Yelp
Got the roasted mushroom chow mein and asked to add tofu on top; the dish was absolutely amazing! Super delicious food, great vibes, and fun/friendly staff. Highly recommend stopping!

BeMariel S.

Yelp
Our new favorite Pan-Asian place! Food is super tasty, the menu is fresh and lots of variety, and the ambience is wonderful. What makes this place most special are the host and servers here. A group of warm and friendly people who care to accommodate guests with special needs. Thank you!

Vanity H.

Yelp
So I gave this place a second chance because the owner was kind enough to give me a gift card after my first experience wasn't what I expected. I thought that that was a very nice thing for her to do. I got the free gzoya that you can get when you check into yelp - wasn't a fan because it was chewy. I would recommend not mixing the sauce and keeping it separate. I hate wasabi and many aren't fans. The sushi was amazing! Wish it came with more than 6 pieces. Drinks here are really good! I had the same waiter as the first time haha - he was better this time, but I would say he just needs to fix his facial expressions and comprehension. The place itself is cute and a nice place to kick it with the girls or go in a date.

Gabrielle B.

Yelp
Made a reservation on open table, which was easy. Surprised about a potential $25/person fee if you cancel. This didn't negatively impact me, just something to keep in mind. Though they had a very good flow of customers throughout the evening. Was seated quickly upon arrival. My table was ready. There was a notice on the door about potential social media filming in the space. They have an extensive drink menu including cocktails, wine, beer, and slushees and boba (with an option to add alcohol). I had a Deadly Nightshade. The drink was delivered almost immediately after ordering, nice! It was tasty and the empress gin is so pretty, garnished with a flower, and a large ice ball. When you check-in on yelp, you can get a complimentary garlic edamame appetizer, which is such a nice touch. It was sooo good! Not your average flavored edamame. The garlic was crispy and crunchy and not spicy. I loved it. I had tofu pad Thai as my entree and it is definitely being added to my top 10 fave pad Thais in chicago. It was sweet and savory. The carrot garnish was a great addition of texture too. Next time, I want to try the crab Rangoon, wake me up cocktail, and desserts! I'll be back!

Khadijah H.

Yelp
A group of 6 came here on a Saturday evening during restaurant week... do I need to say anymore? Well yeah.. I do; so here you go. I must've made the mistake when booking online to be seated outside but lemme tell you don't do it to yourselves. Honestly I don't believe establishments that reside in Chicago, that are open for business in the winter should even be allowed to do outdoor seating unless it's verified that the seating area is appropriate. Using tents and tiki fire lights that barely work are not ok at all. Service: our sever, while sweet, was clearly overwhelmed and frazzled. Which is not a good combination during restaurant week and the place being packed to capacity. It took us forever to be served so we were sure to have our pickings chosen she when she came by, she could quickly take the order. We ordered an abundance of appetizers, drinks, shots, entrees and desserts; this is not including the fact that my friend and I chose to participate in the restaurant week menu. So trust, they made BANKKKK off us! Food: Since we did the RW menu, we were given two appetizers, another tapa like app, entree and then dessert. We were graced with the opportunity to experience certain dishes that were not on the regular menu so that was a plus. First course: We started out with the cream of Shiitake soup and seaweed salad. Second course: we ordered the tuna tostada and the spicy crab Rangoon Third course: I ordered the seafood paella fried rice and the Beef Brisket Chow Mein. Fourth course: blueberry yuzu cheesecake and the Mango and black rice pudding. So I will admit this was a toooooon of food for only $42/pp. Tack on the $16 drink per person and it's still a decent size amount of food. I can say I did not leave the establishment hungry. I was full and there was a smidge to take home. Not to mention, we were given a free order of crab Rangoon and edamame for my friend and I. Also add on the two rounds of free shots for our table due to the slow service. Our female server really did try her best to ensure we were well taken care of. The biggest annoyance of the evening and the experience was the cold and the light lamps going out over 6 times while we were there. The table of two seated next to us were there just as long as we were and they didn't even want to wait for their dessert because it took too long and they were freezing their butts off. I am willing to give Bites another try but I will ensure it's inside and I participate in HH.

Yelp
I came here during COVID and was pleasantly surprised by the sushi, so I came back today to check it out again. I placed my pickup order around 6:15pm over the phone and walked over to pick it up. I will say my order was ready by the time I got there (20-25 min). I ordered the Bite Me roll, which I remember liking last time. For $18 I was pretty disappointed...there is basically no meat. See my picture - don't let the amount of sauce fool you. I've been going to a lot of sushi places lately and this is the smallest amount of fish I've EVER received on a roll. Even the crab INSIDE the roll I had to hunt for - it's basically all fried dough. After today's experience I'm pretty disappointed...this roll filled me up last time, and today it was basically just rice, vegetables, and sauce. I'll have to go buy or make something else at home now since I'm still hungry. With so many options in Lakeview, pass and go somewhere else. 2 stars is because I had a great first experience, but can't say I'll be back any time soon.

Farah A.

Yelp
Checked out BITES during restaurant week and absolutely loved it! The food, vibe , and service is a 10/10! There are so many great options to choose from. We loved everything we ordered. Pan Asian food at its best. Loved all the drinks we ordered and loved the presentation of each. They have a nice choice of cocktails and Mocktails. The spicy tuna sushi, crab Rangoon, and Shumai were my favorite. The blueberry yuzu cheesecake is a must try. Do check this place out if you are craving delicious Asian fusion. Highly recommend !

Cathy H.

Yelp
My experience at Bites is mixed. My honey took me to Bites for Lovers day. It was packed which was a good indication to me that the food was decent. Though my honey made reservations for the wrong day, they were able to accommodate us HOWEVER they offered a patio seat. Not making a fuss because it was our mistake we take the patio seat. We ordered the spicy crab rangoon as our appetizer. Though it was not spicy, it still good, good flavor. My honey ordered the Bites burger and I ordered their Pad Thai. I did not enjoy my meal but my honey's burger.......delicious! Though my waitress was not as attentive as we had liked, we understood as it was a chilly night. No one wants to stand in the cold too long chatting it up, heating lamps or not. But what did it for me, like no more trying to eat, let's go now...........they were playing tag or something. But one of them scurried up and sat, in eyesight, next to our table......evening over. I'm not scared of ....but I'm not going to eat while they're playing tag. So unfortunate....

Krupa S.

Yelp
We happened to find this place after experiencing Nightmare on Clark St! We were so happy to see that they had a separate vegan and vegetarian menu. We tried the lychee yuzu martini which was ok, my husband and another friend got the old fashioned which they liked. The taro fries were not what we were expecting but were ok. The delight gyoza were good because of the wasabi soy sauce combo, the sauces at bites were so so good. The sauces honestly made the dishes. My husband got the golden sesame chicken sandwich and said it was good. I split the golden sesame veggie sandwich with a friend which was surprisingly good, we tried it with the plant based patty. Our other friend got the panang salmon which was decent. All in all, the service was amazing and the place itself is cute. However, maybe we just tried a few of the average items, would come back to give it another chance and try something else.

Dhara P.

Yelp
We went for Happy Hour and everything was soooo yummy!! We Here is what we got: Drinks: Deadly Nightshade & Wake Me Up Before You Go (both were delicious) Apps: Shrimp shumai and spicy crab rangoons (both were soooooo so good) Maki: Hot Chef (spicy!!! But really good) and Ocean Sundae (yummy yummy) You have to go here!!!! Incredible!!

Sarah K.

Yelp
My sister and I visited here for a mid-afternoon lunch and had a lovely time. She had been here once before but I was visiting for the week. We were seated very quickly and even got some sunshine! Though the food was a little bit slow to come out, we had a delicious appetizer of miso soup and garlic edamame (the best of the both that I've personally ever had). The food was delicious and very well-priced.

Ada L.

Yelp
Enjoyed great food with my ladies night out! The Crying Tiger is delicious. The Taro Fries is unique. Never had it prepared this way. The Beef Kalb short ribs with Kim Chi fried rice was the bomb. It was flavorful with good kick. All dishes is a must try.

Reese C.

Yelp
SO SO GOOD! Everything I tried was really tasty! Although I haven't tried many places in Chicago, this is my current favorite for sure. The service and atmosphere were both great too!

Tinisha B.

Yelp
I was so happy to try this place, walking in to such a cool vibe was an incredible way to start the dining experience out. The place was chill and casual, the server Deer was very sweet and personable. I didn't really enjoy the coconut margarita but I'm sure someone who better enjoys coconut would absolutely love this. The matchalita was incredible and so much fun just to drink, yes you get to take the pink flamingo home :) the bourbon chicken was amazing, it was so good I ordered another order to go. The chicken skewers were also amazing! This is a really nice spot, super cool eats and vibes

Cameron C.

Yelp
Random pic and was a really good one. We decided to take the bar, melon was very energetic and nice. The food was fresh and delicious. The crab burgers are a must try. Fired and delicious crab is a new one for me. Crab Rangoon came out hot and full of real crab meat. Lastly, the steak frites came out and it was very well seasoned and delicious. The fried soy beans with garlic was very good as well. By the way. Melon is single and open to date. she's there sundays only. Your welcome melon !

Maitri S.

Yelp
I checked out their restaurant week lunch menu and OMG everything was delicious and so worth it!! The quantities were huge and I still dream about their cheesecake! I started with the tofu satay in peanut sauce and I ended up eating the leftover peanut sauce with a spoon- it was that good! For my entree, I chose the honey bourbon tofu and was surprised at how delicious pineapple can taste in a savory dish. The portion was enormous and I ended up finishing it for dinner. The green onions were my fav little addition. Now the best part, the blueberry yuzu cheesecake- omg this was probably the best and most fresh cheesecake I've ever had! They flavors were sweet and tart and the blueberries burst in your mouth- super refreshing.

Tina L.

Yelp
I don't really know what to say about this place. I wanted to like it, but it was very very mid. My server was very nice, however, I had to ask someone to take my order. I came here for restaurant week so I was surprised to see that my main dish came out before my appetizer. When I asked my server about the appetizer, it was written all over her face that she forgot. I will say my appetizer, the spicy crab rangoons, were decent. Not the best rangoons I've ever had but still good. The shell could've been crispier. Forgot to take a pic of this. Now this is where my review really gets negative. The five spice duck ramen, while aesthetically pleasing, was very very bland. No taste of any spice anywhere. Further, there wasn't enough broth, the dish wasn't hot enough, and worst of all - the duck was so tough. It didn't even taste like duck. It tasted like white meat chicken. Perhaps this place has other good dishes, but the duck ramen is definitely not it. I had the blueberry yuzu cheesecake for dessert and it was fine but nothing to write home about. Again, pretty, but not very tasty. I will note, however, that the ambiance is pretty cool. The inside has tropical wall art and a bunch of flamingos. They also play some good tunes at an appropriate noise level. Nonetheless, this is not enough for me to return.

Lizz M.

Yelp
The patio is super cute and highly recommend sitting out there! Our server was attentive and patient as we took forever to order. Our food was amazing! I thought the noodles would be too cheesy, but it was the perfect amount and the crab was crispy and tasted great! The sushi has cilantro in it which actually brought out other flavors. It was different but we enjoyed it. Definitely will be back.

Betsy M.

Yelp
Walked in and waited 10mins to be approached, two servers making drinks at bar, you would think one person can stop and have us seated? And then in the back was other employees and management, maybe help your staff? Not even hello, just how many people do you have? The Thai tea is really sweet, the one my husband got she spilled all over him, didn't even bother to comp that on the bill. Tried the duck and pork bao buns, spicy crab rangoon and seaweed salad which were all good. Tried samurai and avocado sushi, wouldn't order again, don't think they are known for their sushi. Tried the Rama noodles with chicken, lots of chicken, but noodles had no salt and way too sweet. Social media is presented so well with this restaurant but it does not live up to its hype.

Yelp
I'm a dumb dumb. Echoing Kate from like a year ago: Why haven't we been here much sooner!? This place is awesome. Wonderful outdoor patio (with propane lamps it looks like for the winter). I love the choice of music. All these tropical sounding covers of pop songs. The food was terrific. We had seaweed salad, general Tso's, Hawaiian fried rice, a unagi-q roll and the tuna appetizer and everything was fantastic. The drinks were a tasty addition. I can't wait to come back. My only suggestion of improvement is that I wish the music on the patio wasn't going in and out all dinner. I think it's just some Bluetooth speakers that were having trouble keeping their connection. So the music was a bit distracting. Though I loved their music choices. Not enough to take a whole star off the review. But was a little distracting from an otherwise excellent meal.

Yelp
I went to BITES on a Friday with a group of 7 and it was super fun! The atmosphere is great and decorated very tropical. The restaurant is small so make a reservation or the wait will be long. The food is displayed beautifully and has lots of flavors. My friends and I loved the drinks! I had a spicy Marg and coconut Marg. Both were so good. We also had the blueberry mojito and mai tai. It's fun to order a bunch and share with the table. Service was a little slow but if you have company it will still be a great time. I hope to definitely return again soon!! I also recommend the edamame, seaweed salad, crab Rangoon & coconut shrimp!!

Yelp
Great service by our server she was very sweet and accommodating. The ambiance was quiet and relaxing. No loud music lights not too bright. The food very good except the shrimp were spoil it had a foul smell and it tasty fishy you know what that mean NOT fresh. I advice our server have them removed from the kitchen the soft crab sliders were very well executed and nice presentation and again you can see it was not fresh the fishy smell and were not cook through. I loved the fact that they allowed me to bring my own cake, plates and utensils. Unfortunately my husband after eating the sliders and a beer he felt sick and fell flat to the grown. Here again our server and only the server gave us as a wet towel to put on my husbands head. I was surprised that no one else came to assist us. The ambulance cane took my husband to the hospital and with the rush and being scared our cake was taken so we never got to taste it bummer no respect for humanity in time of crises for that reason I will not come back. Good service, ok food no respect

Yelp
I came across this spot via social media, and the ad just really caught my attention. The vibe and atmosphere was really nice. It gave off an upscale urban feel. You could be dressed up or casual to eat here. The host was good and greeted my party and I with a smile. The waiter we had was attentive and polite. Everyone at my table said the food was awesome and I couldn't agree more. The only down side was the drinks, they were very lackluster and not worth the money. Overall I'll be in the near future.

Yelp
Bites is incredible. Every dish is unique and delicious. We also really liked our server, Keegan I believe their name was? A gem!

Yelp
Had many different things here Not a huge fan of the buns. Have a bit too much acidic flavor But the smoked brisket, oh my my, so fucking good!!! You gotta try. The fat around the meat just melt in your mouth! Meat is tender and strong flavor. Five star to this one!

Yelp
Enjoyed this stop. Used the free gyoza coupon and it was our favorite part of the meal. The ramen was solid the two pork buns we had were good but nothing to rave about. Server was friendly and were seated with a time restriction since we didn't have a reservation. Nicely decorated interior as well as the plates. Love the to go drinks but glass is cheap as it broke when it tipped over after being set down.

Yelp
Really really good. Food is seasoned well and the portions are plentiful. The service was excellent. Would've loved a tad more vodka in my lychee martini but it's not their fault I'm a lush! (Kidding!) The place is cute, not too big, but they do very well with the space. Reservations are strongly suggested. Coming back because the menu is tad overwhelming (so many options!).

Yelp
Wow! Everything I had was so flavorful. I understand the hype around the crab rangoons. Top notch. I enjoyed the Pork Ramen as well as a couple kinds of bao buns. The bbq pork bao was my gf and I's favorite! Our waiter was very attentive and made the whole experience top of the line. Loved everything about the restaurant's ambiance and decorations. So cute. Perfect date night spot!

Yelp
I think I've found my favorite Asian spot in the city! I recently visited Bites for the first time and I can't wait to go back! Everything was amazing. From the service to the food to the atmosphere I have only good things to say. We started off with a couple of drinks which were delicious. And very aesthetic. From there we ordered the mussels and omg, it was heaven. My SO and I love mussels and these were probably some of my favorite I've ever had. The Thai basil flavor was delicious and creamy. They were so good it made me too excited to eat everything else and I forgot to take any other pics (oops!). We also ordered a sushi roll that was delicious and I sadly cannot remember the name of it. As well as the pork belly and duck bao buns. We finished the meal with the Singapore noodles which were delicious. The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant isn't too loud or quiet. The decor is cute and the service was great. So excited to go back and try more dishes (and get the mussels again)!

Yelp
My friend and I have been passed this place so many times and finally decided to try it out. It was packed on a Friday night but the wait was not long to be seated or for the food. The entire staff was very tentative and friendly. I got the Satay Chicken Skewers and tried the Jumbo Shrimp Wontons. Both were good and I actually preferred the sauces together. I didnt care for the cucumber salad. They definitely live up to its name whether small or big they bites are filling.

Yelp
Food was good, not great but good. Atmosphere was nice. Only con is that it smelled like sewer.

Yelp
I found the food to be solid! The tuna tostado was great! The drinks were pretty good too. The server was also very good and timely. Cute little place too!
