BIVIUM Restaurant-Café-Bar

BIVIUM is a beautiful space with great potential and a strong foundation of quality service. The food and ambiance were excellent, and the overall environment reflects the thoughtful curation expected from Six Senses. One constructive note: the couch seating areas could benefit from a bit more attentive service. These lounge-style spaces create a very different experience compared to the main restaurant or bar, and ensuring consistent attention across all areas would make the experience even more seamless. Still, BIVIUM remains a wonderful part of the Six Senses Rome experience, and I would happily return.

Went for a late lunch as we had just arrived to Rome and were too tired to look for something and it was a great decision! I ate pasta carbonara and tiramisu, my family also ate some club sandwiches and gnocchi and everything was very tasty and well made. I loved the carbonara, and thankfully i ate it here because i didn't eat it elsewhere

One of the best dining experiences I have enjoyed in my life. Over a multi-day stay in Rome, I visited the restaurant and bar multiple times. Martino and Leonard fixed me several very creative and dynamic drinks that were delicious and refreshing; the chef Francesco nailed every dish. Service was immaculate and welcoming from Karen and Eliana. The pictures don’t do it justice. I will look forward to dining, drinking, and visiting here again next time I’m in Rome.

A few weeks ago, my friend and I had lunch here and everything was so lovely! The food was delicious and the entire staff was so friendly, especially David and Miranda, who made sure that everything was to our liking and perfect! Also, I highly recommend getting an affogato with the pistachio ice cream. UNREAL! I would definitely go back here next time I visti Rome againe.

The food was excellent and all fresh! The staff was great and very professional. Poshy cosy atmosphere… still thinking about the extra vergin olive oil tasting. We will come back!

Perfection at its price. A 5 star spa food court with only the healthiest of choices, disclosing produce's origins etc. Lots of attention to details, proper to a demanding clientele. Attentive multi-language personnel.

Rome is quite touristy and we have always had bad luck with restaurants… till we discovered this place. Amazing food, very good customer service and not too many people. Just perfect!

Matteo was an amazing server, extremely kind, and had great energy! Great spot to stop in and escape the chaos and heat of Rome. Very relaxing and the food was sublime. Sustainability is a focus of the entire ethos and menu, which was greatly appreciated.
