What is this? 🤣 🤣 Maybe I’m missing something as an uncultured non American… Though my husband also thought it was a hoof and immediately/half jokingly started Googling sirloin. As humorous as the situation was to us, the meat was as bad as it looks. I ate all of it 'cos I paid for it, but if the steak had tasted even a tad bit normal, this wouldn’t have been a one star review. Even looking back at the photos I keep bursting out laughing at how it looks. The meat was cooked medium, not medium rare like we ordered so for a restaurant which is basically a glorified family restaurant with a nice looking bar... this tracks! The difference between my husband's sirloin steak and mine despite ordering the same dish was stark. So his was mediocre and mine was basically unacceptable. Except I couldn't really be bothered to ask for a new plate and prefer just not to return to restaurants that don't have good food. Although, I expect we simply got unlucky today since other times my husband has been here without me, he has supposedly gotten decent steak. But today both steaks were so tough that by the point I was done with my meal my hand hurt from trying to cut pieces off and my throat hurt from how hard and dry each piece was to swallow. The place has slightly upscale TGI Fridays vibes upon arrival. Overall, the food seems like general family restaurant level food. I imagine it'd be great to come with a crowd of work friends and get some drinks (we didn't try the alcohol so I have no clue if it's any good). We visited on a weekday for lunch which might explain why the crowd felt mostly senior rather than young. We had a sweet and polite waitress but nothing particularly noteworthy or nice about this place other than her. At one point, one male(?) staff member actually walked in front of me with me having to excuse them (when they weren't carrying anything or occupied with other customers etc.) when we ended up blocking each other, which I've never even have happen at a random mom-and-pop so that felt really weird. It's a huge space with super high ceilings and it's very airy which is great, and I like that they have 2-person booths, although we moved to a bigger booth since there weren't many people when we arrived. The A/C is always cranked too high as per my husband who has tried the joint a few times now. Despite the meal deals meaning it seems like a good deal to eat out, I'd rather just get something from the supermarket and make myself and friends food than waste my money here. I don’t intend to return.

I have to acknowledge that BJ’s restaurant has one of the best happy hours and special offers. I have enjoyed it few times. It typically last until 7 pm, which better than 6 pm. The service has been great. The Sun Patio is fantastic for bigger parties.

Google
It was my bday & I asked my boyfriend to take me here. He won’t say no to BJs 😉 The food was really good the macaroni balls And the avocado Eggrolls with the Sriracha sauce was really good and then the ice cream that was good. The service was OK. I wasn’t impressed. They were a little slow and it wasn’t even packed.

Google
Overall: food is either too salty or too bland. Burgers were missing lettuce, tomato, dressing, pickles. Pasta was tasteless and depressing. Don't eat here if you have high blood pressure or heart issues. Oh, gosh. Where do I even start? This is my first time at BJ's, and if we never come back again, it will be too soon. We ordered kids' mini burgers, thinking they were so cute. But what did we get? The saddest pieces of bun and patty thrown into a box. Where was the promised lettuce, tomato, and dill pickles? We got none of that. This is insulting to kids everywhere. We got the fries though. And those were FAR too salty. Is this how BJ's wants to feed children now? Carbs and protein and an over abundance of salt? This is setting our children up for heart disease. We also ordered a kids pasta (penne with chicken in alfredo sauce). AND LET ME TELL YOU, this...tastes like the frozen pasta I can buy at Walmart for $1. The penne had no taste and the chicken was absurdly salty. The mashed potatoes were also ridiculously salty. Cardiovascular disease, anyone? We ordered an Italian chicken parmigiana pasta, and again, the pasta looked like something from a frozen pasta meal from Walmart for $1. It was really, really sad. So sad, it's actually kinda comical. Honestly, the Walmart would have been a better value. It would have been tastier and way cheaper. I suppose the one saving grace is the pizookie. I've never tried one before so I was a little excited to try it. And after disappointment after disappointment in our orders today, we flipped over the pizookie to find the saddest looking baked...thing. It looked pitiful. But you know what, it was probably the best tasting thing we've had all night. I don't have any comments on the service and atmosphere since we ordered for pick-up, but they seemed nice enough.

Google
Very warm ambience and apt for a catch up with friends. The food is tasty. I loved the long island iced tea cocktail. Our server was very friendly. We ordered two mojitos with lite ice. But to fill up the glass extra lemonade was added that made it too sour. But our server replaced it promptly with a new one that was really good and didn't charge for the items at all in the bill to make up for it. It was really a good experience for us that he addressed it promptly and professionally.

We normally order takeout or delivery. Decided to give dine in a try. Left midway through meal after a horrible experience. One of the waiters was extremely rude to me in front of my kids. Paid full price for untouched main course. Decent thing would have been to not charge us for that. Congratulations for loosing a customer for life.

Google
Dinner was fabulous and service was excellent. The meal came quickly. The salad was fresh and crisp, and the soup was steaming hot and delicious. Our waiter Daniel F. was wonderful. He answered all our questions about the menu and made really great recommendations. We would definitely recommend BJs and we will be back.

Google
Pre-ordered pick up order through the app, baby back pork ribs, boneless wings, deep dish pizza, deep dish nachos, seared ahi salad, calamaris and fried couscous mac and cheese balls. Pick up is easy, just waited 10 minutes. And the staff is very friendly as usual. Ahi salad is tasty, boneless wings are salty and heavily battered, the couscous mac and cheese balls is a disaster, they all smashed inside the little box, definitely not the ball shape. And ordering the deep dish nachos to-go was not a good idea, they are all glued together and soggy too, it’s better to dine in with this item. I think it’ll be better to dine in rather than ordering take out.

Yelp
The service was great! The place is spacious and busy The meals are a good price point The steak and shrimp combination is a good meal The seared tuna sashimi is a little light on the fish volume but tasty The Caesar salad is good and inexpensive The atmosphere is cool and I will be back for more steak Yum

Yelp
We were seated by the to-go stand and no one came over to give us drinks or to take our order. The 2 servers in this section were standing around or helping other tables and never noticed us until I asked the to-go worker to call over our server. We ordered the soba noodles, pepperoni flat bread and artichoke dip. It was a pretty good meal except the flatbread was burnt so we didn't eat some of it. It was quiet for a Saturday afternoon with one party in the back room.

Yelp
If you want to hang out till midnight and have pretty decent food and good beers/wine/cocktails - BJ hits the spot! It's got a great vibe - for a South Bay location, lots of local people come to this watering hole late at night and during happy hour, it used to be the Apple teams. Servers come around and help you out and also leave you alone if you are busy chatting. The chips are super thin and tasty! Lots of options for food items - haven't tried much yet.

Yelp
Stopped by for dinner, it was my first time at this location. We shared their California chicken club sandwich and pizookie trio. Everything was delicious and the service was very good. There was little to no wait time from being seated to getting our food. Only complaint is how dirty the bathroom was. There is plenty of parking too!

Yelp
Tried giving this place another chance. But honestly, no I cannot. Went in for early lunch and the seats were all empty. Decided to get two sets of $13 meals. Cheeseburger with fries - i got the veggie cheeseburger the taste was good i don't deny that but could have done with more sauce i mean amount of sauce they put inside i was shook. Also dont you guys remove the top part of the tomato? I got the cookies and cream mini brownie - it was supposed to come with cookies and cream ice cream. It came with vanilla? Maybe i am mistaken here. Mini deep dish with salad - here the server got us a mini deep dish veggie pizza with was good. But forgot the salad. When asked he said oh i charged you separately and not as the $13 deal. They did correct the mistake and got us a side of salad, now the dressing here was over powering, everything was drenched in the dressing, maybe get the dressing on the side. This came with the mini pizookie with vanilla , tasted good for sure! When the bill arrived i decided to make the payment online through the QR code on the table. Just when we were about to leave they server came running and told us have you made the payment and i was looking at him in disbelief and i said yes, online. He asked us for email or proof. He then took a picture of the email on his phone. I am surprised you guys don't have systems good enough to tell you that the payment was made. I don't think the server is at fault on this billing part, things are just unsystematic.

Yelp
I love trying local breweries and beers, so while I was visiting from out of town my coworkers suggested BJ's. I wish I would have checked the reviews before coming out because O O O F. These reviews are EARNED. We asked the hostess if we could sit at the bar, which they directed us to. We got confused about if the bar included the entire section (deemed "the cocktail area" by a waitress once we asked) or if it was just the barstool section, but either way apparently we sat in the wrong area. We sat in the "cocktail area" for 15 minutes without service before moving to the barstool area (fearing we had accidentally sat at a hightop table for dining service), but unfortunately moving to the bar only further infuriated the staff we so desperately wanted service from. Three hours we were there, and we had to fight tooth and nail for our two beverages. Every time we made eye contact with our bartender they would shove their chin in the air and do everything in their power to avoid further eye contact. And they acted in solidarity; we tried to talk to ANY bartender but were shunned like non-believers. Eventually we just left, which we should've done hours before we did. I have never experienced such a stiff attitude from an entire establishment. Being a tourist I tried to confirm we weren't doing anything deviant or stepping on toes, we just wanted to try the beers. I know it is frustrating when people don't listen to directions and sit where they aren't supposed to, but we went where we were directed. The two drinks that I had (cider and blonde ale) were fine, but the service was by far the most sour I have ever had. It's not like the place was busy- the bartenders would just rather clean the same tequila bottle 6x and talk to their coworkers instead of serve customers.

Yelp
Go to the Cupertino BJ's and typically order the Cheddar Soup Bread Bowl with a Wedge Salad. Kudos to the kitchen for executing exceptionally well with the soup in a Bread bowl. Always toasted well with the cap toasted with garlic butter! The service from the Host and the Servers is always good. When I walked in today, there were only 10 tables sat, of which 6 tables were eating with 4 waiting to order. Decided to try something different and ordered the Chicken Parmesan Pasta. Took quite some time for my lunch to come out and was disappointed that my Chicken Parmesan was barely lukewarm and not sauced sparingly with the cheese already hardening and my pasta was even cooler. Also, my "garlic bread" was a tiny roll with no garlic flavor whatsoever. Highly disappointing! This pic was taken moments after my dish was served.

Yelp
Love coming here at all times whether it's for happy hour with friends or lunch and dinner with family. Staff is great and the ambience very warm and inviting. Love their mozzarella sticks, potstickers, the pizookie of course and their margaritas!

Yelp
Out of the big chains I actually like BJ's. Lots of beer and good hearty food and do like their deep dish pizzas. This is a nicer location and overall staff was pretty quick, but our waiter did disappear for awhile and vanished into thin air when we needed some things. Still, the food made up for it. Their long island ice tea is actually good, and slightly stronger than a lot of other places. Overall, a good experience.

Yelp
Decent spot to hang - they have a great happy hour on food items for $7, but the quality/taste of the food is a bit below average. Service was a bit slow, but I wasn't in a rush and was just catching up with an old friend at the bar. I think I would prefer to go to another spot with better food, but I mainly came here to grab a beer, so the $7 happy hour was a nice surprise. Overall decent spot, but wouldn't be my first choice.

Yelp
My wife comes here for their pizza. But I am not a pizza person, so I am ordering some poke and Brussel sprouts. I am on my second gin & tonic so far so good.

Yelp
Came in on a Monday as they have half price pizza! Got the BJ combo half meat lover and for second pizza we got the bacon chicken ranch! We also got two order of unlimited soup and salad. Our server was good and food came out fast. Other locations it takes forever to get order in and food. Shout out to Mohammad!

Yelp
The food is so good and filling, the pizookies ate down, freaking delicious. I love pizookies. I came with my friend and I think the server profiled us, because he told us about the pizookies straight off. Which I appreciate, because that's what we really came for. It's nice in there, not too distracting that it takes away from the but entertaining and fun enough that it enhances the pizookie experience.

Yelp
I give 3 stars, because even though our service was slow and not very attentive, the food was pretty good. I've eaten at many different BJ's and this one consistently misses the mark for attentive service. This was my second visit to this location. We were at a bar table, and the bartender was our server. He went to his dinner break while serving us, and didn't arrange anyone to cover us, which I found odd. Our food came out, and my friend had to go in search of ketchup, 3 of 4 orders had fries. You would think they'd offer when they drop the food off. Food overall was good, I do love the French dip, but all the orders with fries, had cold fries. The restaurant itself is a nice vibe, but the bathroom floors were sticky which grossed me out. I'd still return here again, but I won't expect top notch service like we've had at other locations.

Yelp
This review is exclusively for the $34.95 weekend prime rib special. It was advertised that it's available Fridays and Saturdays after 4pm and all day on Sunday. My friend and I wanted to try this, but we both had dinner so we decided to share. BJ's was nice enough to split our order. If not, I was ready to just eat from an extra plate. The house salad was average but a good starter before we moved on to the meat. The portion from half a prime rib was not small. Even with half of two sides, it was a decent size. The prime rib itself was not bad, but not great. It had au jus and horseradish for us to dip, but I should have also asked for some fresh horseradish if they had some. Would have given the prime rib a bit more kick. We also got a triple-chocolate pizookie as part of the special. Wow, so many calories... tasted so good! lol We also ordered a 20-oz Jeremiah Red to quench our thirst. I would give 3.5 stars on the taste of the prime rib special, but 4 stars on the value.

Yelp
Came here with some friends on a Sunday night. Ordered the Brewhouse bow with shrimp! My friends ordered the weekend specials which was a ton of food. They enjoyed it all especially their pizookies. Good service! And a good spot for a group!

Yelp
The past two lunches I have had there, the servers ignored us and never checked on us. I actually got up and walked over to the manager who was reprimanding our server and just smiled and asked for water please. It was awkward. I prefer those conversations happen in the back, not in the open where customers are eating. The food is just ok, the ahi tuna salad is my go to, but it never seems like fresh veggies. The dressing is very salty, recommend getting it on the side.

Aashrith B.

Yelp
Service was pretty good! Ordered just the pizookie trio as we were craving it at night. No too many complaints, but some of the options we got were too chewy.

Gery P.

Yelp
Excellent food, service and quality. They have a great happy hour menu with very good prices. Had my birthday at the Coleman Avenue location which was great. It was the best birthday of all the places i went too. The hostess and waiter was wonderful.

Yelp
(Ryan Reynolds voiceover) The vibe is late night fab restaurant extravaganza! Jayla warmly greeted us. She is super nice and helpful! Strawberry Fields Salad w/ Chicken. My gosh! The perfect blend of keto-caveman Deapool goodiness at 10PM. Baby Pork Ribs. Hearty! Delish! The fries and garlic sauteed veggies were mmhmm good! And the Pellegrino in glass bottles as God intended were the perfect touch! Would order everytging again! Thanks, Jayla! Woohoo!

Yelp
BJ's offer a limited happy hour menu. it's a great place to hang out so they were quite busy after 5pm. Our server Hedi provides an excellent service even though they are busy. The chicken order did take a while but overall we enjoy the ambience and Hedi's service. Will come back again if we are in the area!

Yelp
Came for my brothers graduation party. We're seated and took the server a good 20 min to serve us. We got our appetizer and drinks 15 min later. Then the food came. My brother's Mac and cheese was so sour it was clearly expired. My nieces onion ring had parshment paper inside the onion rings. The chicken on the pasta was so old it was very rubbery. One of the meals arrived when everyone was already done eating. Nothing against the server he did what he could. But seriously everything that could have went wrong did.
google avatar

Yelp
We came just for Pi Day today. It's $3.14 for a mini pizza with one topping. Pretty good. Ordered off their $13 lunch menu too. It was the Strawberry field grilled chicken salad. Very good. I even asked for the honey ginger dressing just to try.

Yelp
Food is always good but water taste and smells like chlorine. I can't stand anyone not looking at me when they are talking to me and waiter talk very soft and not looking at me.

Yelp
This was my first time coming to the Cupertino location and couldn't be happier with my overall experience. A big thank you to Kristen. From beginning to end, she was super friendly, attentive, professional, always had a smile. She made recommendations for both beer (Jeremiah Red for the win) and food wise. Both came out in a timely manner. What I mainly want to thank her for is reminding me about the loyalty points because I always forget!!! Big thanks to Kristen!

Yelp
*TIP: $5.00 Pizookie Tuesday's! **This review is ONLY FOR THE PIZOOKIES @ BJ's. Came here with a friend after they told me they've never tried a pizookie before so I decided to introduce them to BJ's since we were nearby the area. They have a sweet $5 Pizookie deal! There is plenty of seating available and an indoor bar. The bathrooms are kept clean. I ordered the salted caramel pizookie with vanilla ice cream. I like how the ice cream goes nicely together with the hot cookie, but the sides of my cookie were burnt and inedible :( It was plenty for 1 person and I think I could've ordered just 1 and shared with my friend. It was yummy though!

Yelp
My sister and I sat down at the bar during happy hour. Jason served us and was fabulous. Great service and attentive. Happy hour is great. Lots of food options and we were stuffed. Food did seem to come out noticeably slow but didn't really mind.

John L.

Yelp
I almost never write negative reviews because I understand how tough and thankless working in service can be. But this was by far the worst experience I've had at a restaurant -- and I've been to this location several times before without issue. It started when we noticed the table next to us, a family with 3-4 young kids, had waited over an hour only to find out their order was never placed. That should've been our red flag to leave. We ended up having the same waitress -- and unfortunately, the same outcome. It took 35 minutes just to get water, and another 40-50 minutes passed with no food. Meanwhile, parties who arrived 30+ minutes after us were getting served ahead of us. We raised concerns multiple times to her and to a manager. Each time, she acted confused, didn't seem to know who we were, and repeatedly said she'd check on it -- but never did. It became pretty clear she never put in our order. What's worse is that our server genuinely didn't seem present. She was extremely spaced out and disconnected -- enough so that my entire party suspected she may have been under the influence of something. It's not a claim I make lightly, but her behavior was far beyond normal forgetfulness or being overworked. It was disturbing. This was more than just bad service -- it felt negligent. We ended up leaving without eating, completely frustrated and disappointed. I don't know how someone in that condition is still being allowed to serve guests

Yelp
We're having the best time at BJs with our server Amelia!! She's fun, attentive, making us laugh, and having a ball. The delicious apps (our faves are spinach dip & nachos) were secondary to the ambiance. Highly recommend, great place for a random weeknight & watching the Super Bowl!
google avatar

Yelp
We came here for happy hour on a Thursday night. Bjs was surprisingly busy and the parking lot was nearly all packed. Luckily we were able to get a patio/bar area table and order happy hour goods before 7pm. We got a bunch of $7 happy hour food such as mozzarella sticks, beef sliders, buffalo chicken mini deep dish pizza, and avocado egg rolls. Bjs appetizers are such a good deal during happy hour since they're in the same portion as normal times but are half off in prize. The avocado egg roll here was amazing and super stuffed with avocado, while the mozzarella sticks were crispy and gave nice cheese pulls. We also ordered the margarita flight and well as the holiday seasonal drink - the tipsy snowman. The tipsy snowmen were so cute with different expressions on their faces. The drink was also really good - slightly sweet and tasted of coffee liqueur. The tipsy snowman definitely made me and my friends' days. Meanwhile, the margarita flight was a good deal since we got to try a variety of BJ's margarita flavours. The white peach and strawberry ones were my favourite. We had a great time at BJ's, so thanks!

Yelp
Amelia was our wonderful server. She made our rainy night so fun and joyful. There were five of us going out for a casual dinner, and it was perfect with Amelia delivering hilarious comments and positive energy all around. Food and drinks were delicious. I can't wait to come again! Thank you Amelia!

Yelp
Stopped by on a monday evening with my family, wife, and 3 kids. i have always enjoyed the beers they have from their own brewery. i buy a 6 pack for home just about every visit. had the BJ's Hard Lemonade, and it was amazing. TRY IT! My wife and I ordered the Chicken Parm and the Spicy Chicken Sandwhich. the cole slaw that came with the sandwich was great, but besides that. the rest of the food tasted very blanned, the chicken parm tasted very underseasoned, and the pasta was tasteless. the server we had was amazing, and they made sure my littles were taken care of first. big plus for me, all in all was a nice spontaneous monday night out dinner. i will be back, because BEER! i do feel like the food was a miss, which is sad for me since i love the APPS at the bar.

Yelp
BJ has a great happy hour with outstanding service! i took a friend for his 81st birthday. he is a retired chef and loved it. they do birthdays right. his first time and he wants to go back to BJ. we went to another place he has never been to and said he will never go back mainly because of the free birthday desert and the guacamole. he said that BJ fixed the guac the right way. he could not finish the other place's guac because it was really that. their birthday ice creme was a joke!

Yelp
Garbage, ordered from DoorDash and the steak was very uncooked and they didn't even put the chicken in the order.

Jackie F.

Yelp
We ordered wings and avocado rolls and both were overcooked. Both were very dark so much so I asked if the wings were seasoned. The egg rolls weren't any better.

Yelp
This review is ONLY FOR PIZOOKIES!! I came with two of my friends to get some late-night pizookies at around 10pm. I've been to BJs before and as a child, pizookies were one of my favorite outside desserts. Since there were three of us, we thought the trio pizookies would be perfect for us. I ordered the Triple Chocolate, one of my friends ordered Hot Fudge, and the other got Cookies & Cream. When the pizookies arrived, I found that my pizookie was almost impossible to bite into. If I had removed my pizookie from the pan and hit it against the table, I'm sure it would have behaved like a rock. My friends offered for me to eat from theirs, but to my dismay, theirs were also burnt (just not as hard as mine). It feels like the quality of pizookies has decreased over the years. I hope it will be better in the future.

Yelp
My sister and I called ahead to be put on the waitlist. When we got there we were sat at a dirty table and were told by the waiter that he'd be right back. Cut to 20 minutes later our initial waiter (this white guy with a man bun) still hadn't come back to even greet us or give us menus. Someone else came and finally we got menus and decided what we wanted fairly quickly. We waited maybe 20 more minutes and finally placed our order and a different waiter came and wiped down our table and condiments. It was a Friday night but not too busy so my sister and I were confused as to what was taking so long. We got our appetizers pretty quickly and a while after we got our spaghetti and meatballs which was cold and raw in the middle. We were pretty disappointed with the whole experience. A table of 4 who got sat at the same time as us were able to order, eat, and leave by the time we got our appetizers.

Yelp
Currently sitting here.... Waiting for my (corrected) order (placed for pick up over 45 min ago....) the order also took over 15 min longer than my order pickup time.... I decided to eat my pizookie while I sat to wait so my ice cream wasn't a total puddle... and found my hot fudge and whipped cream/cherry weren't included either. Good thing we checked the order before we left - one of the pizzas was WRONG - we got something that looked similar to a BJs favorite.... But we ordered a Great White (which is what was printed on the ticket attached to the top of the box)! If we hadn't checked, hubby wouldn't have had anything for dinner since he doesn't eat pork. The hostess was able to go into the kitchen to order the correct pizza for us... but it is taking a while. At least it will be hot and fresh? :) ...been over 35 min now of waiting for my correct pizza. ...long story short, order your food for pickup, but plan to wait about 15 min for it to be actually ready... and check it before you leave! (We also had a Sweet Pig and a 1/2-1/2 BJs favorite and 5-meat)

Yelp
Just had a terrible pick up experience from bjs. We ordered take out and arrived in the parking lot when the order said it was ready. Although we ordered curbside all of the curbside spots were filled with patrons dining inside (including a motorcycle take up a spot), and there were other cars parked illegally all over the parking lot with no enforcement, which made it difficult to park. Since we couldn't check in, my girlfriend ran inside while I stayed in the car. Even though the app said our food was ready for pick up and we were texted to get it, they hadn't finished packaging the food. When they finally had it bagged, they realized it was missing a salad and 20 minutes af the r being told it was ready we had our food. After arriving home, we realized they completely forgot another side of rice pilaf. Ordering takeout is supposed to be a quick and easy process. This was not quick, not easy, and not even the correct order.

Yelp
Came here over the weekend to meetup with some friends from out of town that we haven't seen in awhile. The ambience was quiet, which I liked, and since we went at 2pm, it was pretty empty, so we were able to get a booth easily with lots of room for 4 people. Food appetizers wasn't a long wait, Sliders were good, waiter was attentive. We stayed a long time, ordered more food, and each plate was hot and tasty. We'll be back next time!

Yelp
An overall mediocre restaurant with great seating for large groups. Their large atmosphere provides a good space to talk with friends. The food was pretty mediocre, given the high prices for anything. The service was quicker than expected for large parties, and the waiters were kind and receptive overall.

Yelp
I hadn't set foot in this place for years--literally 4-5 years, to be exact. Recently, I decided to give it another shot, and boy, was I disappointed. I really wish I had checked the reviews before coming here. Let's rewind to the beginning: I hadn't seen my friend in a while, and as we were in the area, I remembered this place and suggested we go there. Upon walking in, we were greeted by an unfriendly host who directed us to the cocktail sitting area only, despite the rest of the restaurant being empty. I questioned why we couldn't sit elsewhere, but neither he nor another lady--who I assumed was another host--could provide a satisfactory answer. Apparently, there were no servers available, except for one who was in training. Mind you, it was 4:00 pm on a Saturday. Eventually, we were seated where we wanted, but not at the cozy booth tables; instead, we found ourselves smack in the middle of the hallway, near the cashier register. To make matters worse, all the tables around us were dirty, and two servers were standing idly, doing absolutely nothing. We placed our orders and began chatting, but the service was excruciatingly slow, and the food was just mediocre. The avocado appetizer, which used to be a favorite of mine 5 years ago, was disappointingly overcooked. The entrees were passable but nothing to write home about. Perhaps the most surprising thing of all? No coffee! Who would have thought a restaurant wouldn't offer coffee? As we were eating, a busboy appeared out of nowhere and began clearing tables single-handedly. More servers started arriving, along with more customers, and by 6:00 pm, the place was packed. Our server mentioned he was going on break and vanished for a whopping 1 hour and 30 minutes. We tried to order dessert multiple times--from different servers and even a host--but kept getting the runaround. When our original server, Cameron, finally reappeared, he hadn't even placed our dessert order. After an hour and 20 minutes of waiting, we finally received our dessert. At that point, we were more intrigued to see how the service debacle would end than anything else. I'm never coming back here--never! It's clear that the management is the root of the problem. Firstly, the tables were disgustingly dirty, and no one bothered to clean them. Seriously? If you're short-staffed, at least help each other out. To the owner and general manager: Do you want your establishment to thrive or shut down? Start motivating your staff and fostering a friendly work environment. My suggestion? Hire a new manager--preferably a good one.

Yelp
This is a review for their bar area, not main dinning. My husband and I love coming here on the weekends for their Prime Rib Steak set. The set includes free dessert, which is great because we love their Pizookie. The Prime Rib is always perfectly cooked, flavorful, tender, juicy, and fatty. It also comes comes with soup or salad, plus sides - which we always order the baked potatoes and grilled veggies. I like their clam chowders and my husband likes to order their salad for more healthy greens with blue cheese dressing. We like to sit at their bar; most of the time the bartenders are very attentive and friendly. Last Saturday, we sat at the bar and the two bartenders were both friendly, attentive and hard working. We did not see a moment where they were not working diligently. Even for their "dinner" break, they only took 10min and rushed back to to bar to work - impressive. One complaint is the parking structure. The parking area is quite small; it's not easy to find a parking, especially during popular hours. Now, they do have valet, which they block an area for. However, since COVID we do not like having others to touch our car. Therefore, if we cannot find a parking, we would just leave.

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday night at about 530, the nice part about this location is that it's never super busy. We're seated instantaneously. My only complaint is the fact that they changed servers halfway through and never bothered to tell us so I kept asking the original server for items she looked mad, and then finally told me oh, I was actually helping, but I'm not your server anymore, Kind of annoying but I get it. Overall service is mediocre at best. Plenty of parking and good atmosphere, I would rate the food a four-star because it's actually pretty good. Some items are over priced like the calamari, but overall decent bar house food.

Yelp
would never ever recommend this place to anybody!!!! Me and my friends went to have dinner and everything was fine until I got my main, a burger, and started to feel TERRIBLE and so did the rest of my table. I had gotten food poisoning from eating there and was not able to stop throwing up till 2:30 in the morning when it had started around 9pm. BJ's you need to do better and protect your customers against food poisoning and prioritize them over some quick cash!

Yelp
BJ's went through a renaissance of their menu some years ago and has pretty much kept up the pace. If what you want is the sugar and grease of typical bar food BJ's can keep you well supplied. However if what you prefer is more refined and lighter fare BJ's does a very good job of that too. An excellent selection of beers, a full bar, a tasty menu at reasonable prices; what's not to like?

Yelp
I haven't been here in 10 years and the food is still good. I was seated immediately. I ordered BJs original pizza small size and my friend ordered Alfredo pizza. It was a bit of a wait for food but the server checked in with us a few times. They ran out of linguine pasta so they did a sub for her. I'd come back here again!

Yelp
I had a disappointing curbside pickup experience today. I arrived on time for my 11:45 a.m. pickup and checked in on the phone. After waiting for 16 minutes in my car, no one from the restaurant came to bring my order. I had to go inside to pick it up myself. On a positive note, the food was tasty.
