An amazing experience complete with pics! We had just left another restaurant after we where ignored and never serviced .We tried BJ's and immediately were sat and had a very attentive server who we tipped nicely for her service!

The food was not good. Egg rolls tasted sour or rotten. The flat bread was so dry i just tried to choke down enough to get me through the night. I dont understand why they forgot the sauce. Really lacking flavor but the salad was decent and so was the service.

Came here for dinner with a friend and got a hamburger, fully modified and it was delicious, very juicy. Had mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and they were pretty good. The mozzarella seemed very fresh, wasn’t a cheese pull. The waiter was funny and attentive. Will be going back.

Me and hubby just had our date night and our experience was terrific! Request Ari if you would like a very friendly, attentive, informed, and amazing server!! Food was great, service was phenomenal, atmosphere was vibrant, and our time at BJ’s was a 10/10

Straight up, BJ’s at the Northeast Mall is one of my favorite spots to eat, no question. If you know me, you know I love a good burger — and BJ’s never disappoints. Their cheeseburgers are legit fire. The patties are always juicy, thick, and cooked just how you want it. Like, not dry or all over the place — just real solid every time. Throw some bacon or avocado on there and it’s game over. And don’t even get me started on the pizookies. Those things are dangerously good. The giant ones are perfect when you’re there with your people and wanna share, but even the regular ones hit hard. Warm cookie + melting ice cream on top? That combo never misses. I don’t care how full I am from the burger, I always make room for a pizookie. But fr, what really makes this BJ’s stand out is the service. Every time I’ve gone, the workers are just super nice and respectful. Like, you walk in and they actually greet you with a smile, and they don’t act annoyed when you ask questions or change stuff on your order. They’re quick with it too — food comes out on time, refills come without you having to ask twice, and everything’s just smooth. You can tell they care about making your visit good, which you don’t always get at other places. The whole vibe is chill but kinda classy too. Like, you can go there for a casual dinner, a family meal, or even a little date night and it still fits. They keep the place clean, the booths are comfy, and it’s just a nice spot to relax and eat some real good food.

BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse truly impressed me! Their country fried chicken from the lunch menu is absolutely delicious—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The service was incredibly fast and friendly, making the whole experience top-notch. A solid 5-star meal that I'll definitely be returning for!

We come here every other week for work tag-up lunches. The lunch menu is very affordable and has something for everyone. Their in house made beers are delicious as well. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal at BJ's and I've tried a lot of their enormous menu.

Made table reservations thru open table, no wait. Our server was Jordan and handled our drinks and food order correctly and promptly. Flatbread was tasty and salad just a bit too much vinaigrette for my taste. Chicken Alfredo had tender chicken and enough Alfredo noodles that I had leftover for a nice snack. Did have issue with BJ app for making payment but bill was accurate.

My wife and I were out running some last-minute errands before we left for our November cruise. It was late into the evening and dinner time. Since we were already at the mall, BJ's was the perfect place stop in for dinner. My wife took advantage of the $13 Italian Chicken Parmigiana Pasta Lunch Sized special that also included a Pizookie. She ordered a chocolate chip one. I decided on the 1/2 rack of slow roasted baby back ribs accompanied with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. My entree also included a Pizookie. I decided on the salted caramel one. Oh my, what a wonderful dinner was experienced. My wife loved her Chicken Parmigiana, and my rib entree was definitely "fall off the bone." It was fabulous. To end our phenomenal meal with two Pizookies was too much, but we indulged. Thank you, BJ's for a nice experience, superior service and restful dining.

Server was very nice but needed to speak up so we could hear him but I had no problem with him. We ordered the prime rib and then rhey came back and told us they were out of it and offered a ribeye. Now I have never met a ribeye I didn't like. And we joke that I like my steaks to moo, but this one was RAW. THE FAT WAS NOT RENDERED and WHEN I CUT A PIECE IT WAS LIKE EATING LARD! I could barely cut through it with all the sinew and raw meat. I ordered medium rare and got seared. I had a piece of cauliflower and a piece of broccoli and maybe 1 mushroom total. That was the side dish. My stomach hurts and I spent way too much money to receive this kind of food. When I told him how raw the steak was, its on me for not asking them to recook it but I wanted out of there. When we got to the car, the statement was made - remind me that we never want to come here again.

Came here with a large group, 10 people and kids. Oshea was a great water and ensure we got appetizers out and our ordered taken care of. He was able to recommend the special of the day 8 oz filet that comes with two's sides and a dessert for $19.99. I also had the wings and they were cooked very welll. I would have liked a little crispier but the sauce made up for it.

Pleasantly surprised by this location since it is a chain. Though it was quite busy, service was still attentive, fast, & very hospitable. This establishment is perfect for date night, family time, and everything in between. The food exceeded my expectations and I will admit I'll be returning soon!

The service was great, but the food was terrible. This $33 steak was ordered rare, but it was dry and still cold; there was no juice on the plate and the fat was stiff. The asparagus was also very thin. My ahi Tuna was still frozen. The Steak Wedge Salad (which states slow cooked was chewy). Too much money for this quality of food.

The food is gas especially the hickory brisket burger it's prolly the best burger I had in a while fire. Shout out T you fire. P approved

It's been almost 2 yrs since I have eaten here and the food was good as always but man the prices have gone wayyyyyy upppp Our waiter was very nice and prompt on getting our food and drinks out to us . My 84 yr old mom was all googled over how cute and sweet our waiter was But hey it made her day . Keep up the great work but man come down on those prices some . It's getting to the point it's cheaper just to eat and drink at home .

Tonight was our first trip to BJ's but it won't be our last!! Antoine was GREAT! He explained the menu and specials and even shared their weekly specials so we could plan a trip back. Service was outstanding. The atmosphere was great too. It was quiet enough could talk, open, and clean. The food was very enjoyable and daily specials made it very reasonable! We can't wait to go back!!

Out running errands. Stopped for a peaceful meal. My sponsor had a burger (burger specials night). Hickory, bacon , brisket burger with sweet potato fries. I had the Spicy Chicken with Noodles. Don't know how they do it, but the dish stayed hot all the way through the meal. Anyway, we will be back in 4 more years to try something new.

I stopped by on my way home from DFW airport and sat at the bar. I was greeted immediately and the good service continued my entire visit. My New Sal's Brewhouse Chicken was perfectly cooked; everything was fresh and tasty. I ended taking 1/2 home and enjoyed it for lunch the next day.

Thanks for burning our pizookies. We made a to-go order, wait wasn't long but long enough for them to burn the cookies that went with our order.

Enjoyed good service, but the food was really bad, this was Sunday Oct 1 My vegetable pizza so dry it was not eatable, my wife prime rib sandwich so tough and full of gristle full half the meat was removed and set aside And if that's the usual then the prices are twice what they should be

Came to BJ's Restaurant during lunch. The $12 chicken fried steak was tender and crisp with nice presentation but lacked flavor. However it was nicely complemented by the comforting and classic sides of corn and mashed potatoes. The ambiance was pleasant, and the service was attentive. Overall, a satisfying meal that doesn't break the bank and a place worth revisiting.

Food was cold and not that great for the outrageous prices they have. The sever was good she was nice the atmosphere was decent nothing amazing . I believe you can choose better places for the prices they believe their food is worth only giving a 2 since the sever was nice.

I'm giving 2 stars because I like BJ'S as a chain. The service was ok. Waitress brought food and asked if I needed anything else, I said just the ranch that I originally asked for. About 8 minutes later she walked by and said oops , I forgot your ranch, I'll be right back. Thats not why it is 2 stars. I picked off the picture on the menu. I know they are never exactly like the picture, but in this case, it wasn't even close. See pics and let me know your opinion. $12 for this!!!

The food and service were exceptional. My friend & I each had the pizza & salad combo, then shared the Triple Chocolate dessert. So... good!!!

Love the food here always! I love the salmon but anything on the menu should be good. I haven't drank here before but this one was pretty nice to start with. This time I went we waited longer than I thought necessary and already had the food and drink we wanted picked out before being greeted.

Liz and Chase are amazing!!! They took wonderful care of me, refilling my water before it was even empty! They had amazing suggestions for food and drinks - couldn't ask for more!!! Will be back for sure - thanks y'all!!!

Me and my husband visited late Saturday night. The hostess had a smile which was great. Our server was Jason. He was thorough, attentive, and personable. He helped us with our choices. Both of these interactions made the restaurant atmosphere inviting. I've been to other BJ's were I did not feel comfortable. I liked that he stayed him and let us be us even though we are obviously different. His rapport work was on point! This is a skill and he has it. We appreciated that. They were organized and efficient. The drinks were on point 10/10 the food was average 6/10. Overall great night thanks to great service.

Had an absolute delightful time, great food and right away our server Dalton offered a complimentary plate for my great niece Merritt. It was diced tomatoes fresh fruit cup and garlic knot roll. Thank you Dalton

Everyone had in our group agreed the food and service was great. The only reason I gave it four stars was because it was too crowded to sit us comfortably even through we had reservations.

It was nice to come back here again. Great food and our waitress was sweet. I found a typo on the menu and corrected it (they modified the two quesos they use to serve and the menu didn't match their computer system). The manager said it was changed four months ago and no one has caught it nor said anything once. Whatever. Food was yummy to me :)

We went in because we had a gift card and walked away very full and happy with our experience! The menu was a bit overwhelming and it was disappointing that you could only get the happy hour deals at the bar but our waiter and tasty food made up for those bumps. Dalton, our waiter, took great care of us and went above and beyond, even steering me clear of an item he didn't think I'd like once I got it. My husband and I split the southern comfort chicken sandwich and it was tasty and filling. The fries were also wonderful with a great crispness. We split a wedge salad that was fresh and full of flavor. Highly recommend the strawberry lemonade (thanks again Dalton for that rec). We were too full for our pazookie so Dalton said he would get to go for us and it was wonderful once we ate it later that night! We got the cookies and creme, so sweet and satisfying.

100-100 customer service. The food was super amazing(clam chowder bread bowl and chicken parmigiana). The food to the waiter was great. Out waitress, cj, did such an amazing job with checking up and offering great suggestions. Super funny and relatable, honestly 5/5 mainly because Cj and her great energy, perfect!

When the manager tells you, "we've just become too big to prioritize customer service"...... Yikes! Next time you're considering which restaurant you want to enjoy yourself and a great meal at, do yourself a favor and go anywhere but BJ's! Before arriving I wanted to make a reservation however, several attempts only yielded a very unhelpful automated maze. Tried using the app as well which only redirected me to "confirm with hostess" but how am I supposed to do this when I can't reach a human being on the phone? My family & I (party of 5) arrived around 7pm and were almost immediately seated. Our waitress was Debra, and she was so sweet! No complaints. This horrendous experience had nothing to do with her or her service. Steve the "manager" ruined my brothers birthday dinner all by himself! My father ended up flagging Steve down to inquire about the complete lack of any customer service and ability to reach a human being prior to arriving. NOTE: My father is an incredibly easy going and lighthearted individual. His demeanor towards Steve was friendly and genuinely curious. Not whiny or confrontational whatsoever. Our entire table was taken aback hearing what then came out of the manager, Steve's, mouth. Immediately he seemed almost defensive. Completely disrespectful and dismissive, & was not helpful AT ALL. Dear Steve's Superior, An establishment that demonstrates such poor customer service and total lack of professionalism is not a successful one.

No wait, and immediate service. The server was great, no problems at all. The chips for our queso were stale, but they quickly brought us more that were also stale. Not the server's fault - he was confused himself and graciously took it off our ticket. We instead ordered another appetizer. The main course took forever to get and the server did not come back for us to check. The food service was long and ok. Definitely not great.

While their pizzas are always pretty good...I come for pizookies! Normally the Ghriardelli triple chocolate is my go to, it has been my favorite for years. Their seasonal pizookie right now is a s'mores one and I just had to try it. It was really delicious! It consists of: a warm triple chocolate cookie for the bottom layer, a thick layer of toasted marshmallow fluff, and ice cream on top (I subbed vanilla for chocolate). The s'mores might be my new favorite pizookie! The combo of a soft warm cookie mixed with cold ice cream is always welcome in my palate. I loved the crunchy texture that the toasted marshmallow brought to this dish. YUM. I would absolutely recommend sharing, bc it's super rich and sweet! I attempted eating the whole thing alone and felt pretty miserable afterwards! It was well worth it though!

BJ's! It's always cheery in here, and no matter how crowded it is there's still seating. This restaurant is enormous and the menu is too. They have everything on it. Burgers? Yep. Pizza? Yep. Pasta, sandwiches, seafood, tacos, salads, soups, steak, ribs? Yep! And of course, beer, beer, beer. It's a brewhouse, people. I like the wild berry cider! They also have a bazillion cocktails and wine. Jon and I typically sit at the bar, although you can see a TV from pretty much any seat. And I usually order a gluten free pizza, a stuffed potato, or soup. These items are all satisfying and tasty, although not exactly memorable. But no complaints from me. We don't go to BJ's because we're seeking the highest quality food, we go for the casual open atmosphere and affordable drinks! And maybe the gluten free chocolate chip pazookie..

Erik was a great server. He was super helpful when we asked questions about the menu.

The food was ok, but the service was down right awful. I have been a server there is a bare minimum that should be done for your tables and it simply wasn't done. The server also decided he didn't like one of the people in our group and was rude to her the rest of the evening. Altogether a bad time and experience for everyone involved.

The staff here is great. Food is fresh. Several staff members seem to be veterans here . A nice young woman named Liz waited on me and some friends today. She was very knowledgeable about the menu .. beer specials & food options

Go to a different Bjs! BJs Alliance is awesome! Highly recommend not going to this Hurst location. Horrible service with Angel and the manager on duty Beatrice. We asked to speak with her and the server told us she didn't want to come over. But gave us half off the meal we had a wait time on.

Used to be our spot back in college! There's a wide selection of food here so I'm sure you'll find something. I always get the Balsamic Chicken and it's never failed me! The crispy onions on the top add the perfect flavor combo for this chicken. It was my bf's first time here and he tried the Enlightened Spicy Peanut Chicken With Soba Noodles which was also really good. I think it's a newer item but it was a solid choice. We couldn't leave without having a pizookie! Sometimes we used to just come here for dessert only lol I had the Salted Caramel Pizookie and he had the White Macadamia Pizookie. That salted caramel one is sooo delicious! His was good too and I've had the red velvet as well as the regular chocolate chip one. They're all good!

Food: We ordered the enlightened cauliflower & quinoa power bowl with shrimp (with Cajun seasoning) with a side of asparagus, traditional bone in wings (1/2 Buffalo extra hot mixed with lemon pepper and 1/2 bacon jam), and calamari. Wings while not the largest wings were juicy and the flavor combination played well off each other. Bowl was very flavorful and very filling. The combo of the Cajun with the guac and yogurt in the dish was very complimentary. Calamari is good and crispy!! Service: Sat at the bar, service was excellent and friendly. Very attentive, did not have to ask for anything. For great service ask for kyle. Ambiance: Casual, no wait on a weekday evening. Pro-tips: get the calamari!!!

Okay those avocado eggrolls were so good. My friends didn't love them but I really did. Also, I didn't get a picture of the sriracha Brussels appetizer but if you get a chance to, you must try them! They are so tasty, I wanted to eat them as a meal. Chopped salads are my favorite also, this one was so big I couldn't hardly eat it. Our waitress was friendly and efficient, (if you read my reviews this is what I'm always looking for in service lol) Bjs is high quality chain food. I enjoy it. A little pricey but worth it.

BJs is one of my favorite restaurants because it's the same every time I go.. service and food are always amazing and their drafts are so tasty. I keep telling myself I need to stop going to BJs so much (I went three times last week) but reliable and good service and food is hard to find these days so I will keep going back (may cut it down to twice a week, though).

It's a shame your bartender wasn't more pleasant. Asking a patron if they'd like something to eat after being handed a menu is pretty common but "Chase" was too cool for that tonight. So I left and went to Outback. I had one margarita at your establishment and was not offered top shelf or a second. Just a tab stuck in a shot glass. How boring. So Outback got your top shelf margarita money, a food order, and a great review. Cheers!

I came here because of their great happy hour and because I heard there was prime rib on the weekends. So I'll start with the positives: the prime rib was tender and so juicy. It was perfectly cooked and came with two sides, a salad and a pizookie of your choice all for $29. A huge steal and worth the money. My red velvet pizookie was so good I hated that I offered some to my guest lol I didn't want to share but I did. I'll return for me own. The happy hour margarita was so good, used fresh mix, was strong and only $6. Now for the reason I took off two stars...the service. My guest wanted to sit on the patio...please don't make that mistake. We were forgotten about and went 15 minutes without any check ins. I got up twice to go inside and ask for someone to find our waiter. Out of sight out of mind I guess. The food and drinks were amazing but I'll definitely sit at the bar next time.

The service is great but the food was terrible. Looking at the menu/pictures/pricing online, I had much higher expectations. Everything we had was bland. The queso was gelatinous, the calamari was rubbery and fishy and the soggy breading was falling off, and the salad was limp and slimy. The chili was slightly better in that it had some flavor, but it was meh at best. The only reason I gave any stars was because the service was good and the quality of food is certainly not our sweet servers fault. I didn't even order a cocktail because I didn't have much faith that my $15 cocktail would be any better quality than the rest of the overpriced offerings we tried. We have no problem paying for quality, but that was a waste.
