We had such a wonderful time at BJ’s thanks to Karo. He was professional and very attentive throughout our entire meal. He checked in at the perfect times and made sure everything was just right. It’s rare to get service that makes you feel genuinely taken care of and Karo absolutely delivered. Thank you for going above and beyond!

At the Puente Hills location .. sat at the bar and Jason was out bartender/server. Great service, great conversation! And after all these years coming to BJs, we had noo idea there was a Beer Club till Jason mentioned it! We signed right up!! Had a great experience and a great deal walking out of here

I didn't know they had unlimited soup and salad here like Olive Garden, but when I tried it for the first time, I was surprised by how delicious it was. It's even better than the Olive Garden salad. I especially love the fresh mozzarella and tomato salad. The soups are also quite tasty. I'll definitely be back to order it again. The price is also reasonable at $13.

Karo was fantastic!!! We had a big party and he was attentive and kind! I also watched him wait all of his tables with the same amount of care and effort. Karo also was so patient with all of our little ones wanting to order themselves and brought out some goldfish for them while they waited for their meals. I also appreciate how he started off by asking if there were any allergies , though we had none it’s the thoughtfulness I appreciated. Truly one of the best dining experiences my family has had. I had an amazing experience at this restaurant and can’t recommend it enough. The pizza was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal for game night. Even though the restaurant was very busy that night, the service never felt rushed. Our server, Andrea, was outstanding, she was attentive, friendly, and professional the entire time. Despite how busy she was, Andrea made sure we were taken care of and checked in on us regularly. Great food, great atmosphere, and excellent service made this a memorable visit. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Steven A. Was very attentive and professional as our server! He was patient and checked on us continuously. He offered us refills and we didn't even ask for things such as condiments and brought it to us right away. BJ’s is one of our standard restaurants we come to here and there. But because of Steven’s excellent customer service, we will come back more often. Customer service is important to me and I value that tremendously as a customer. So I will return because of him and I wanted to take time to write this review. He is an amazing server!

We had a nice meal. I ordered the serlion steak and ribs. Steak medium rare. Waiter was kind enough to tell me in a polite way that the chief didn't know how to cook a steak medium. And he was correct. Steak was medium too medium well.

I decided to come to BJ's after seeing their $13 Pizookie Meal Deal ads all over social media and tv. Upon entering the restaurant, we were immediately greeted by the hostess, and got seated pretty quick at 5:30pm on a Friday evening. We decided to start with the Garlic Shrimp with Parmesan Toast as our appetizer. This appetizer did not disappoint! There was a good garlic flavor on the shrimp and luckily it wasn't overpowering. The best part was the parmesan toast as it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The bread definitely went well with the garlic butter sauce and I would've put in another order if I was hungry. For the $13 Pizookie Meal Deal, I went with Italian Chicken Parmigiana Pasta (lunch portion) and the Strawberry Shortcake Pizookie. The chicken parm was pretty standard in terms of taste and it didn't blow my taste buds out of the water. It was a dish that I could make at home. The pizookie was excellent since it has been over a decade since I had one. Hot cookie with some ice cream, strawberries, strawberry sauce, nothing better than that. There were other pizookies that piqued my interest, so maybe I'll be back again so I could take advantage of the $13 deal. The restaurant was big and clean. Our waiter was friendly and answered any questions that we had. Also, our waiter checked in with us from time to time and refilled our waters, great customer service. There is parking in the front, which filled up quick came dinner time (6:30/7pm), but the parking in the back was empty.

I dined here w my family last night and sadly, everything from the service to the food has gone downhill. I added our party to the waitlist online, ahead of arrival. It was a Tuesday evening around 5pm and it was surprisingly not busy. The hostess was pleasant and we were seated right away. There was a mixup with out wait staff and our waiters were switched in between ordering our meal. The kids chicken tenders arrived hot while the fries were lukewarm warm. Our cheese stick appetizer was also lukewarm warm, to the point where the cheese wasn't even stringy. Not only was our pizza order wrong, but the pizza wasn't as fluffy as it used to be; even the pepperonis are different. I ordered half buffalo chicken, half pepperoni and received half BBQ chicken instead. I asked the waiter if they were out of buffalo sauce and he said no. I said, well, I ordered Buffalo, not BBQ. His response was, I heard BBQ, and he offered to get me a side of buffalo sauce. I declined as that doesn't change the fact that I don't like BBQ sauce. Also, I had to ask the bus boy for a refill on my hot water for my hot tea. And we had to keep flagging our waiter down for miscellaneous requests. Overall not a great experience, and I probably will not be coming back. No wonder it wasn't busy on a Tuesday at dinner time.

Just had another great meal at BJ's last night. Highly recommend the prime rib special, it's a great deal, comes with soup or salad, prime rib with 2 sides and a Pizookie for dessert. But the deal is only available Friday and Saturday night and Sunday. The food quality at BJ's is always really good and the service is very nice as well.

I only really come to BJ's for the pizookies and they honestly never disappoint! it's so good especially when it comes out warm and gooey. My friend and I tried the Monkey Bread Pizookie for the first time and it was so amazing! truly i crave it from time to time. Service was great! We came an hour before closing and they didn't mind! they were still very accommodating but of course we didn't want to stay too long since they would need to clean up. The place had plenty of tables at BJ's! We came on a Tuesday since that's when they have deals on the pizookies!

Let me tell youuuuu... avoid the wings!! I was looking forward to trying the new pickle dry rub until I bit into a few wings that were PINK in the center. I didn't ask for medium rare chicken wings bro. When we brought it to the server/bartender's attention, he mentioned he's received the same complaint from previous guests and said it was "normal" because they roast their wings versus fry. Ummm excuse me sir? He didn't seem too concerned to even try to rectify our dissatisfaction. Smh.. Thomas Anyway, To leave on a positive note - the wedge salad was delicious. My partner enjoyed the rack of ribs with asparagus. Ordered the mini pazookie to end our meal. Yummm!

If you're looking for a spot that seamlessly blends warm hospitality, very good cuisine, and a great ambiance to watch sporting events, look no further than BJ Restaurant. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive that set the tone for a great dinning experience. Our lead server was amazing and had great knowledge and genuine enthusiasm of the menu that added an extra layer of enjoyment to our evening. Each dish we ordered were full of flavors and very delicious including the Moscow Mule I ordered. I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants but BJ's exceeded my expectations and it definitely warranted return visits.

I entered the waitlist online and when I got there it was the same amount of time as anyone coming in. One server who I first spoke to said 30 minutes but after they switched out I was told 40 minutes from there on for 2. I think it was closer to 45. The food was ok I went for the spooky pizookie And the brewhouse bites sampler. My favorite item from the sampler was the sliders. The server I believe his name was Jacob. Provided the best service I've had at a BJs.

My server Quinn was amazing food was good. Would definitely go again. Quinn is Super great.

Upon arrival our wait time was minimal and they greeted us with smiles and friendly service. We sat near the middle of restaurant, was busy and had a few tv's near by to catch a game. Was decent enough to enjoy time with family and have a nice evening together. Service was great, unfortunately I can't recall his name but he was super attentive to our table, which was nice considering he had to wait on a few others near by. The timing of the food wasn't too bad, they also made sure to give us time to enjoy our soup or salad prior to our main course. Which I much appreciated not being rushed. Let me start off by saying the clam chowder was top tier, I have never enjoyed the quality style flavor as much as this one. I would go back for the soup alone, my goodness they have a talented cook in the back. Whoever made that needs to please stay here and continue to make this incredible soup. The rest of the food was great I definitely enjoyed it but as you can see the soup definitely made a great impression on me. I would recommend you giving this location a try, and consider ordering the clam chowder. Especially on a nice gloomy day.

The food was good. Everything was very tasty. The service was just a little slow but I have had worse. It wasn't that busy since this was a Monday night. But everything else was good.

The food took unnecessarily long to come out, we ordered two pazookies and in total we waited 43 minutes. Our server apologized and gave us both pazookies on the house. It made up for the wait. The cookie was just okay but the service is what stood out.

It's Friday! We decided to visit have lunch at local BJ's restaurant & Brewhouse. The restaurant is American with sports bar, low booth seats. Mixed of classic and modern with accent of Brewhouse. Service is very friendly. We ordered the following: strawberry fields salad, classic burger with fries, southern fried chickens, plus an appetizer avocado spring roll. They are all $13 with pizookie ice cream. The tastes are good, but the speed from kitchen is slow on Friday. And my menu is stained with sticky sauce on one spot you are holding them.

Craving the pizookie so my partner and I dropped by their City of Industry location. We were seated within 5 minutes despite the restaurant looking overwhelmingly full and a little rowdy (it was past 6). After ordering, we received our food within 18 minutes. Our drinks were nice and refreshing to have after a hard day's work and our food came at the perfect time, right before we finished our drinks! The Southern Chicken & Chicken Parm were both great portions for their price and they tasted extremely good too! Our waiter got our pizookie orders when we were half-way done and timed it perfectly so we got our dessert the moment we finished! For the pizookies, they of course did not disappoint. All in all, one of the best experiences I've had at a Bj's location and I now have a favorite dinner spot whenever I'm in the area!

Terrible service the waiter is none existent did not even come by to see how we are doing took our order 30 minutes ago and nothing being served did not refill our drinks. He claims he is busy up at the bar and doing tables which seems weird. Just total failure we ordered 3 burgers. How could they be so incompetent. Even sent my burger to another table. But in the end they did comp the whole meal.

I ordered the deep dish BJ's favorite pizza for pick-up and it was so delicious! The crust was absolutely perfect and crispy! I ordered from the app for curb-side and they got my order pretty quickly. I haven't been to this location in a while, but definitely coming back again. The food and service here for me has always been great!

I have always known BJ's for their yummy pazookies. I've been visiting more within the past year and have tried more than just their desserts. Boy, have I been missing out all these years! Their baby back ribs, prime rib, and ribeyes are all delicious. The sides are generous and tasty. My kids love coming here, which makes our meals a lot easier. The kids meal are affordable and the portions are more than enough. The servers are friendly and service is attentive despite how busy they are.

My favorite BJ's location by far. Service is always consistent and food is always top notch. For today's prices, you can get a great deal depending on the day of the week and the quality is far superior to other big chains such as Chili's, Buffalo Wild Wings, etc which are options on the same street.

Food is fair, the water has 50-70% ice which is weird even when they refill the water it's another glass with mostly ice. Plates were wet but were given the options of small or medium. Waitress seems like pissed off employee that didn't like her job giving off passive aggressive vibes. I would say the issue is management hiring subpar employees than the restaurant franchise itself, please watch how your employees interact with patrons and their tones.

BJ's menu has so many great choices with daily specials including their $13.00 Pazookie Deal. All their meals are cooked to perfection with attention to the smallest detail. Take for example the Bleu Cheese dressing, it has a very good amount of chunks in it. And the service is top notch. Always very attentive and takes the right amount of time to listen to you. Big shout out to Neiko P. He is on the top of the list of service providers. Highly recommend this location.

I've been to BJ's many times over the years, but my recent visit to the City of Industry location was extremely disappointing. The menu has changed, and several items that we came in specifically for are no longer available. There was no notice or explanation--just "we don't have that anymore," which made the experience frustrating from the start. Service issues didn't help. Basic things like napkins were missing, and we had to ask more than once just to get them. It felt like attention to detail was completely lacking. Between the reduced menu, missing items, and poor service basics, this location has gone downhill. This visit definitely did not meet the standards I've come to expect from BJ's

We hadn't been here and we were hungry and knew there would be a wait but that's ok for a Sunday. We bought our 11 year old grandson after a long day at sports camp. As the girls was seating us I could see our waitress ask her what she was doing and I immediately saw a look of disgust on her face. Not sure why she was making that face but I should have known that this could be bad. She had a Hawaiian name and I won't call her out but she came over and asked if for drink order so she came back after 5 minutes with our drinks. I asked if I could get my Rootbeer in a frosted glass and she said they were all out. Strike 2. So we had our order ready and after 15 minutes me and my wife get our food and we started eating and my grandson was still waiting for his pizza. So after 7 plus minutes the waitress comes over and asked if ANYONE came over to tell us what happened and we said no , she says they Dropped the pizza and if we wanted them to remake and box it up. We told he NO we came because our grandson was hungry. So she said she would request a new pizza Strike 3. After 15 minutes and asking how long a few times she says it takes a long time to remake a pizza. We finally got his pizza after 20 minutes. And she ask if that was it so I told her I wanted to speak to the manager. She came back and said the manager was taking the pizza off the bill but when I looked at the bill she charged us 2 times for the pizza. So I asked for the manager and he finally came over and said they had to show 2 pizzas for their inventory control. But I explained they only had 1 credit for the pizza so we're still paying for the pizza. He finally corrected the bill and had the waitress come over and explain it's important to control inventory strike 4. I paid the bill and still gave her full tip. Because it's not the other staffs fault for bad service and manager skills.

Says a lot about a restaurant when it's a Monday night and it's the ONLY packed sit down restaurant on the block with parties waiting to be seated too. Goes to show the quality of their food and how people just keep coming back. It took 15-20 minutes for us to be seated this Monday night which was surprising since so many of the other plazas in the area were dead and this was later at night too, around 9 PM. Very lively, people were celebrating, chatting, and hanging out. Lots of TVs going on and music playing but not once did it feel overwhelming or chaotic. The decor gives this higher class vibe of Americana, similar to what a brewery is like I'm sure. Additionally, there are CONSTANTLY deals here too. Each day of the week is a deal, there is a deal for joining their membership program and that comes with its bonuses too, and there's even meal deals where it's $13 and comes with your own Pizookie. Our waters came out quickly and what I really like about BJ's is that they got a decent amount of holiday/seasonal offerings that aren't only limited to alcoholic drinks. Thank you for the inclusivity. I got their Peek A Boo drink which had gummy eye balls and looked like a cute little critter is sticking its tongue out at you. It's a nice strawberry/fruity cream soda type deal. Can't go wrong with that. Our table ordered in random succession: theFried Couscous Mac & Cheese Balls (comes with 2 dips - sriracha aioli and sirracha queso; delicious, comes out extremely hot but it's not too salty or oily), a standard chocolate chip and vanilla ice cream Pizookie (was supposed to be for another table but they accidentally delivered to us, W for us L for the other table that didn't seem to be pleased, though it was something we did order for joining the membership program), the Spooky Pizookie, and the Mandarin Orange Crispy Calamari. The Spooky Pizookie came out twice the size of the other Pizookie we got and is one of the best desserts you can get at a sit down American restaurant, EASY. It's a freshly baked cookies & cream cookie topped with Oreo crumbs, Halloween sprinkles, orange color vanilla ice cream, and served with a side of chocolate shell sauce. Super delicious. Loved the crispy edges that were on the pan. Soft and gooey cookie, with the crispiness of the edges, crunch of the Oreos, and cool, sweetness of the ice cream. Perfection. The Mandarin Orange Crispy Calamari was also a table favorite too. Good size serving of calamari that had the perfect texture and went great with the Mandarin orange dipping sauce. The crispy white noodle things were a good touch too. Blows the nearby competition out of the water for sure.

As many of you know, with me you have to be exceptional to get 5 stars from me. I same that for only the best. In the past I have not been thrilled with BJ. But this time was exceptional. The server Cesar had the perfect mix of friendliness as fast service. I watch him with other customers and they also enjoyed him. The food is usually too seasoned for me. I got the great deal $13 for burger and my wife got chicken and a cookie with ice cream. The seasoning was right on. The only problem was I could not finish the burger. Trick ask for it lightly seasoned and if you like pink like a burger is supposed to be for best flavor, have a medium rare. I enjoyed my visit there and the food was good. I will go back there again more often. Now the place was clean and relatively quiet. You know some noise as every restaurant has but it was acceptable. I will be coming back.

We went to BJ's on a weekday, they have $13 Pizookie® meal deals from Monday through Friday. We ordered the soup and salad combo and a mini deep-dish pizza with the house salad combo. A bowl of soup or chili includes house, Caesar, wedge, or fresh mozzarella and tomato salad and a choice of personal Pizookie. We picked Caesar salad and house salad with clam chowder soup. The Pizza choices include BJ's Favorite, Pepperoni Extreme, Gourmet Five Meat, Great White®, Barbeque Chicken, BJ's Classic Combo, Buffalo Chicken, Vegetarian, Sweet Pig® or Chicken Bacon Ranch. We picked the BJ's Classic Combo pizza. We were seated within 10 minutes but there was no menu for our table and we had to ask our server for the menu. The food was good and we liked the BJ's Classic pizza with mushroom, pepperoni, sausages, green bell pepper, etc. Clam Chowder was a little salty but it was creamy and thick. We liked the house salad and the Caesar salad. However, the server did not ask us for choices of Pizookies. I did not know until I read the menu now. Our lunch combo included the Pizookies but they missed giving us.

I ordered the limited time sampler and I was very disappointed. The mozzarella sticks were warm at best. The wings were dry but had flavor and the sliders were the worst of all. A piece of beef that barely covered half the bun with ketchup. When I asked if that was all I was told yes only to personally look at the the menu again and seeing there was grilled onions included. After I pointed this out to the waiter I was brought some burnt onion on the side ten minutes later to add to my now cold sliders.

I love it here. The beer dinner is my favorite and the staff here is amazing!! Definitely recommend coming for an event they bring all the vibes.

I came here about a month ago with the worst back pain ever. I just couldn't believe I managed to eat good food with so much pain. However, I appreciate the server who offered to help out. When I came here at this time, I had the pretzel with the beer cheese. I'm not a pretzel type of person; but I did enjoy the bite tonight because the beer cheese was pretty good! A buddy of mine also shared some of his deep dish pizza with me, and the taste was amazing. Although my back was hurting me, I did enjoy eating the food here. And thanks for keeping the place clean!

For happy hour, this place is such a good deal. Half off apps is going to get me to come every time. My SO and I shared three items and left stuffed. Maybe we're lite eaters but the portions are so good here, especially for the price. You will need to sit in the bar area or patio i believe to be served the HH menu. The bartenders were so friendly and food runners were so helpful. You can find parking in a large lot, so plenty of parking.

So its only been a little over a year since my last review of BJ's but I come here often and while it's typically just me and my wife at the bar for a HH beer and an appetizer, I just wanted to say how much we appreciate the great job that they do here. Yesterday we had a large group for a bday, 18 of us, and Gabriella treated us like royalty. She was there every time one of the stragglers would come in getting their drinks and making everyone comfortable. She took our orders helping those that didn't know the menu as well always with a smile. And with the $13 Pazookie Specials, it was very reasonable. As always the place was clean and a great environment. You gotta love the beers here, like I do, but lots of options like the BJ Margarita and the Boo Berry Sour my son had. Damn that was good. Also, who knew they also made their own Vanilla Cream, Orange Cream and Black Cherry soda along with their Root beer. Is this new? Where was the memo? :) Again, just a great place to enjoy with your family and friends especially when you get great service. Thank you Gabriella.

Took my elderly Dad for a late lunch today. Our server, Karo, was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely attentive and patient while my Dad took his time in choosing what he would like. The food was just ok, but Karo's exceptional service definitely made up for it.

I love BJs! Favorite place to hang out with the gals! Amazing beers and cocktails. Servers Amanda, Keilani, Andrea, Mario, Michelle were so accommodating, super nice, great service, super kind. Love Beer Dinner as well! Such good food!!!

The food is so good and yummy. I especially liked the shrimp scampi pasta because it's creamy, tangy, and super flavorful. You can taste the flavor without even chewing!! The scampi is bouncy and delicious. I love the desserts and lemon pepper chicken wings which is perfect with a dip of ranch. Would recommend!!!

Talk about going downhill the last time I went to this location the food was amazing This time it was by far some of the worst food I've ever had our clients we brought for a business meeting I saw their steaks were burnt My friend said that the food was terrible as well My friends boy wasn't even eating his dessert or finishing any of the food But my experience The tri-tip taste like liver A1 sauce didn't even help The ribs were dry with barely any sauce And I highly recommend not getting the garlic vegetables because they tasted like they poured the whole garlic seasoning onto it so all you taste is strong garlic taste which made my stomach upset Definitely not what it used to be I will say the service was impeccable. Where is my voice type impeccable But the food in my experience was horrible

Pizza and beer, the ultimate dynamic duo like Batman and Robin except with more cheese and hops. Came for the Jeremiah Red, stayed for the happy hour. $5 beers, $7 apps and mini deep dish pizzas. To the bartender who looked like he belonged in a rock group, excellent service. Appreciate that he brought out the next order of beers once we had finished the first ones. The extra attention to detail of a cold beer didn't go unnoticed. A slice, a pint and good service = match made in heaven.

Great deep dish pizza. I love that if you do take out it's 50% off. Using the code HALFOFF. I always get the Great White deep dish pizza. The Ahi Poke is so good!!! I love the avocado mixed with the soy sauce and wasabi and tuna with the chip is so good. The chip also has flavor that is sprinkled with seaweed and sesame. Espresso Martini, is so good! It's a sweet alcoholic coffee that is so smooth to drink. The cinnamon powder that is sprinkled on top really adds to the flavor. Plenty of parking spaces. Good lunch deals, but our fries were stale. We had to ask for a new set of utensils because ours had dried old food on it like somebody put zero effort into washing it (nasty) Also the employees were all hovered at one booth next to us so it felt like a high school cafeteria at one point But our waitress was nice

Curiously, for as much of fan of BJ's that I was back in my high school days and given that this location is literally right next to where I live, I actually don't recall ever being here. But I had a work lunch and this was the suggestion. Although I do love me the pizzas, I came to realize over time they're not really that great. Besides, too many carbs for a weekday. Decided on the half portion of Baby Back Pork Ribs because weirdly I was kinda craving those. They were solid, but nothing that blew me away. I mean, this is a chain after all, not a specialty BBQ place. Got the job done though. Service was fine, no complaints from me. Happy to have finally come here. Maybe I'll come back to eat a pizza and pizookie like old times.

We prefer this location over Covinas location. The past 3 times their service has been great. Specifically this last time our waiter Luis S was nice, attentive, and checked in frequently. Delicious food. I love the fact they bring goldfish and fruit for the kids because if you have kids you know they're hungry and inpatient. It keeps them busy and you enjoy your dinner. 10/10

Service is ok, they have really good Strawberry Shortcake Pizookie that comes with Vanilla icecream and it's super filling and steaming fresh.

I have eaten here many times and enjoyed it. Yesterday I had my 70th birthday party at BJ's in City of Industry. Oh, my goodness! I am so happy I planed it there. There were 67 of us. It was very reasonable. I received so many compliments from my friends and family about the food, saying it was sooooo good/delicious! The service was top notch. One person helped me fix my microphone sound system for a short speech, very thoughtful!! They did a great job to make everyone happy with drink orders., etc. I highly recommend this restaurant. I will be back definitely. My party couldn't have been any better!!!

Writing this review as we wait for our server to talk to the manager about taking items off our bill, it has been a completely lackluster and tiring experience as once we were sat, we had asked to move 3x before a table less dirty/wiped down, was offered... yet the booth seat had a lot of crumbs on it. We ordered the southern fried chicken and gravy, calamari, and "buffalo" chicken wings. The first to come out was the fried chicken, too oily yet bland. Then ten minutes after, the appetizers come out... as suspected of being left under the heat lamp, the calamari was glazed in oil, and buffalo wings had no sauce whatsoever and the celery was warm? It took about half an hour to be checked back on for us to even be able to mention the food being inedible. At the end of the meal, we left without the pizookie that was included in the meal because it wasn't worth the wait or effort.

The food is so good！However，the service is horrible. If u make togo order but nobody goes over your order，make sure u check carefully before u leave. long story for short， 100% they forget something in the order. I hope the owner can build a good management team！

Made it to their happy hour just in time for their $5 beers and $7 apps. Found seating easily at the bar. Games were playing. The bartender greeted us and we were served ice cold beers within minutes of arriving. Our food came out hot, beer came out cold, and I appreciated that our bartender was so attentive. No one likes a hot beer so the attention to detail was perfect.

Visited today 12/11, for a work luncheon. 19 of us celebrated the holidays together with a delicious buffet of chicken parm, shrimp pasta, mashed potatoes, salad, steamed broccoli and an assortment of thick crust pizzas. The chicken parm was DELICIOUS. And the mini pizookie with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream was PERFECTLY PERFECT. Our server, Nico, was very attentive, and helpful. Having a separate room would have made it easier to hear, but 'tis the season, so we dealt with it. It's a comfortable sports bar that accommodated all of us very well.
