Food was literally out of this world. The chicken Alfredo was so creamy and the best I’ve ever had. I recommend getting one of the refreshers, I would come weekly just for these drinks. The servers, Alexis and Israel were so warm and helpful towards our party. 5 stars!! 🤩🤩

We had a nice meal. I ordered the serlion steak and ribs. Steak medium rare. Waiter was kind enough to tell me in a polite way that the chief didn't know how to cook a steak medium. And he was correct. Steak was medium too medium well.

My girlfriend and I came for dinner. The manager Carlos greeted us upon entering and cleaned up a table at the bar for us to be immediately sat. The server Nathan greeted us within a few minutes. His service was great. He was attentive and ensured we had everything that we needed. The manager also came by to check on us which was a nice detail. Our experience was great and will definitely be returning.

We had Kyle as our server and he was the coolest guy with a warm personality and went above and beyond to make it a nice experience for us during our dinner. He was knowledgeable on menu items and flexibility, he was funny, and represented BJ’s well. My girlfriend and I would ask for him again if he was around. The Food was prepared well and they’ve got a great selection of beers.

After deciding the group wanted to eat we stopped here on a Saturday early evening around 5. There was only a 5 minute wait then we were seated right away. W we ordered some cocktails pink Cadillac and lucky ducky that were enjoyable. Orders were chicken Alfredo with broccoli, prime rib with baked potato dinner that came with a pizookie and a bacon cheeseburger. Everything tasted great. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive and came back to make sure our needs were met. Unfortunately, towards the end of our time there they sat a party next to us in the tables which made it very difficult to get out to either use the restroom or to leave. We bumped into the chairs trying to exit our booth. I took one star off for this inconvenience as it did impact us. This party also has one guest who had her phone flashlight on shining in our eyes the whole time. Their menus were also super sticky with their pages stuck together that we had to ask for different menus.

👏Kyle was an amazing server. He was so delicate, and caring... Great listener. I felt so seen and cared for 🥰 He made me believe in love again, and when he showed up with my piezooki at the end of my $13 meal deal menu, fantastic value btw, I knew this feeling was real. 🙏❤️👌 5 ⭐

My server Luis was amazing!! I ordered the best Bay Breeze I’ve ever tasted. He was very attentive and kept coming back to our table to se if we needed anything else. I can’t express how great our experience was.

He isn't a waiter he brings out food and can I say he makes it an experience to recieve your plate. He is funny and interesting and made a great time even better! Thanks Kenny wishing you all the great life has to offer!

Yelp
It's Friday! We decided to visit have lunch at local BJ's restaurant & Brewhouse. The restaurant is American with sports bar, low booth seats. Mixed of classic and modern with accent of Brewhouse. Service is very friendly. We ordered the following: strawberry fields salad, classic burger with fries, southern fried chickens, plus an appetizer avocado spring roll. They are all $13 with pizookie ice cream. The tastes are good, but the speed from kitchen is slow on Friday. And my menu is stained with sticky sauce on one spot you are holding them.

Yelp
What happened to my favorite BJ's food and service ? For over 20 years The last time I visited , I ordered few Appetizers and a cocktail. All of appetizers were almost not eatable. I took a bite of all of them and ended up taking them to go but I had no desire to eat - unwanted left over food. Avocado roll was overcooked and avocado was blackish. Spinach artichoke and chip - Chips are terrible. Looks like they are selling at 99 cents store. I doubt Artichoke is house made. Margarita tasted like water. Water said just stir it and it will be fine and walked away. If you stir water it still tastes like water ! I still left a good tip even though service was lacked.

Yelp
We haven't been to BJ's in a while and we decided to have it delivered from Uber Eats. I just had a hip replacement. The order was for $50. We Ordered the prime rib sandwich that came with cole slaw. We chose a wedge salad as a side, as well as an additional wedge salad, and 64 oz of iced tea. It was supposed to come with horseradish sauce and we added pepper jack cheese, as well as red onion. When the food arrived, the meat was overdone, there was no red onion on the sandwich, no pepper jack cheese, that we paid extra for, and the horseradish sauce was not included. We called back to the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager, his name was Robert. At no time did he apologize. He did offer a gift card via email. We don't want a gift card. We wanted our food to be correct when we ordered it. What I still can't wrap my head around is is he did not take responsibility for the kitchen not doing the order correctly, nor the person who packaged it to make sure everything was correct Instead, he blamed the Uber Eats driver. Robert told us that the driver should have checked everything before he left a restaurant to make sure the order was correct.

Yelp
Craving the pizookie so my partner and I dropped by their City of Industry location. We were seated within 5 minutes despite the restaurant looking overwhelmingly full and a little rowdy (it was past 6). After ordering, we received our food within 18 minutes. Our drinks were nice and refreshing to have after a hard day's work and our food came at the perfect time, right before we finished our drinks! The Southern Chicken & Chicken Parm were both great portions for their price and they tasted extremely good too! Our waiter got our pizookie orders when we were half-way done and timed it perfectly so we got our dessert the moment we finished! For the pizookies, they of course did not disappoint. All in all, one of the best experiences I've had at a Bj's location and I now have a favorite dinner spot whenever I'm in the area!

Yelp
Nice restaurant! The servers were nice and helped us when we didn't know what to order and the food was great! We ordered a deep-dish pizza, mozzarella sticks (which were amazing), and some other dishes. The pizza tasted great and had a nice ratio of topping and crust. I definitely will come back!

Yelp
As many of you know, with me you have to be exceptional to get 5 stars from me. I same that for only the best. In the past I have not been thrilled with BJ. But this time was exceptional. The server Cesar had the perfect mix of friendliness as fast service. I watch him with other customers and they also enjoyed him. The food is usually too seasoned for me. I got the great deal $13 for burger and my wife got chicken and a cookie with ice cream. The seasoning was right on. The only problem was I could not finish the burger. Trick ask for it lightly seasoned and if you like pink like a burger is supposed to be for best flavor, have a medium rare. I enjoyed my visit there and the food was good. I will go back there again more often. Now the place was clean and relatively quiet. You know some noise as every restaurant has but it was acceptable. I will be coming back.

Yelp
BJ's menu has so many great choices with daily specials including their $13.00 Pazookie Deal. All their meals are cooked to perfection with attention to the smallest detail. Take for example the Bleu Cheese dressing, it has a very good amount of chunks in it. And the service is top notch. Always very attentive and takes the right amount of time to listen to you. Big shout out to Neiko P. He is on the top of the list of service providers. Highly recommend this location.

Yelp
So we can all agree this place has something for everyone--but for the drinks I'm a big fan of the Berry Burst cider. My food go to orders are the roasted Brussels sprouts and a wedge salad. This makes for a no hassle no cook night out with the hubby ending with splitting a salted caramel pazookie. Restrooms are clean and the servers are very attentive. Yes you will have a wait later in the evenings but if you hit happy hour right in the beginning you can enjoy bar seating and happy hour prices!

Yelp
Says a lot about a restaurant when it's a Monday night and it's the ONLY packed sit down restaurant on the block with parties waiting to be seated too. Goes to show the quality of their food and how people just keep coming back. It took 15-20 minutes for us to be seated this Monday night which was surprising since so many of the other plazas in the area were dead and this was later at night too, around 9 PM. Very lively, people were celebrating, chatting, and hanging out. Lots of TVs going on and music playing but not once did it feel overwhelming or chaotic. The decor gives this higher class vibe of Americana, similar to what a brewery is like I'm sure. Additionally, there are CONSTANTLY deals here too. Each day of the week is a deal, there is a deal for joining their membership program and that comes with its bonuses too, and there's even meal deals where it's $13 and comes with your own Pizookie. Our waters came out quickly and what I really like about BJ's is that they got a decent amount of holiday/seasonal offerings that aren't only limited to alcoholic drinks. Thank you for the inclusivity. I got their Peek A Boo drink which had gummy eye balls and looked like a cute little critter is sticking its tongue out at you. It's a nice strawberry/fruity cream soda type deal. Can't go wrong with that. Our table ordered in random succession: theFried Couscous Mac & Cheese Balls (comes with 2 dips - sriracha aioli and sirracha queso; delicious, comes out extremely hot but it's not too salty or oily), a standard chocolate chip and vanilla ice cream Pizookie (was supposed to be for another table but they accidentally delivered to us, W for us L for the other table that didn't seem to be pleased, though it was something we did order for joining the membership program), the Spooky Pizookie, and the Mandarin Orange Crispy Calamari. The Spooky Pizookie came out twice the size of the other Pizookie we got and is one of the best desserts you can get at a sit down American restaurant, EASY. It's a freshly baked cookies & cream cookie topped with Oreo crumbs, Halloween sprinkles, orange color vanilla ice cream, and served with a side of chocolate shell sauce. Super delicious. Loved the crispy edges that were on the pan. Soft and gooey cookie, with the crispiness of the edges, crunch of the Oreos, and cool, sweetness of the ice cream. Perfection. The Mandarin Orange Crispy Calamari was also a table favorite too. Good size serving of calamari that had the perfect texture and went great with the Mandarin orange dipping sauce. The crispy white noodle things were a good touch too. Blows the nearby competition out of the water for sure.

Yelp
We went to BJ's on a weekday, they have $13 Pizookie® meal deals from Monday through Friday. We ordered the soup and salad combo and a mini deep-dish pizza with the house salad combo. A bowl of soup or chili includes house, Caesar, wedge, or fresh mozzarella and tomato salad and a choice of personal Pizookie. We picked Caesar salad and house salad with clam chowder soup. The Pizza choices include BJ's Favorite, Pepperoni Extreme, Gourmet Five Meat, Great White®, Barbeque Chicken, BJ's Classic Combo, Buffalo Chicken, Vegetarian, Sweet Pig® or Chicken Bacon Ranch. We picked the BJ's Classic Combo pizza. We were seated within 10 minutes but there was no menu for our table and we had to ask our server for the menu. The food was good and we liked the BJ's Classic pizza with mushroom, pepperoni, sausages, green bell pepper, etc. Clam Chowder was a little salty but it was creamy and thick. We liked the house salad and the Caesar salad. However, the server did not ask us for choices of Pizookies. I did not know until I read the menu now. Our lunch combo included the Pizookies but they missed giving us.

Yelp
Service is ok, they have really good Strawberry Shortcake Pizookie that comes with Vanilla icecream and it's super filling and steaming fresh.

Yelp
I came here about a month ago with the worst back pain ever. I just couldn't believe I managed to eat good food with so much pain. However, I appreciate the server who offered to help out. When I came here at this time, I had the pretzel with the beer cheese. I'm not a pretzel type of person; but I did enjoy the bite tonight because the beer cheese was pretty good! A buddy of mine also shared some of his deep dish pizza with me, and the taste was amazing. Although my back was hurting me, I did enjoy eating the food here. And thanks for keeping the place clean!

Yelp
For happy hour, this place is such a good deal. Half off apps is going to get me to come every time. My SO and I shared three items and left stuffed. Maybe we're lite eaters but the portions are so good here, especially for the price. You will need to sit in the bar area or patio i believe to be served the HH menu. The bartenders were so friendly and food runners were so helpful. You can find parking in a large lot, so plenty of parking.

Yelp
So its only been a little over a year since my last review of BJ's but I come here often and while it's typically just me and my wife at the bar for a HH beer and an appetizer, I just wanted to say how much we appreciate the great job that they do here. Yesterday we had a large group for a bday, 18 of us, and Gabriella treated us like royalty. She was there every time one of the stragglers would come in getting their drinks and making everyone comfortable. She took our orders helping those that didn't know the menu as well always with a smile. And with the $13 Pazookie Specials, it was very reasonable. As always the place was clean and a great environment. You gotta love the beers here, like I do, but lots of options like the BJ Margarita and the Boo Berry Sour my son had. Damn that was good. Also, who knew they also made their own Vanilla Cream, Orange Cream and Black Cherry soda along with their Root beer. Is this new? Where was the memo? :) Again, just a great place to enjoy with your family and friends especially when you get great service. Thank you Gabriella.

Yelp
Extremely disappointed in the quality of the food and management. Took over an hour to get out food and by the time it came out it was cold. We told our server,Steven, and was very apologitic about the situation. He took the plate back and when he brought it out the prime rib was burnt and the onion rings were hard and crispy. We again told our server and said he would get his manager. The manager Robert came and was trying to put the blame on us and stated that the way we ordered our prime rib would be hard to do. We had no issue with the way it was first initially cooked just that it was cold. The manager Robert did not apologize once about the inconvenience and did not handle the situation in a professionally. The only good thing about our experience was our server Steven.

Yelp
Pizza and beer, the ultimate dynamic duo like Batman and Robin except with more cheese and hops. Came for the Jeremiah Red, stayed for the happy hour. $5 beers, $7 apps and mini deep dish pizzas. To the bartender who looked like he belonged in a rock group, excellent service. Appreciate that he brought out the next order of beers once we had finished the first ones. The extra attention to detail of a cold beer didn't go unnoticed. A slice, a pint and good service = match made in heaven.

Yelp
Great deep dish pizza. I love that if you do take out it's 50% off. Using the code HALFOFF. I always get the Great White deep dish pizza. The Ahi Poke is so good!!! I love the avocado mixed with the soy sauce and wasabi and tuna with the chip is so good. The chip also has flavor that is sprinkled with seaweed and sesame. Espresso Martini, is so good! It's a sweet alcoholic coffee that is so smooth to drink. The cinnamon powder that is sprinkled on top really adds to the flavor. Plenty of parking spaces. They have happy hour and discounted dishes every day. 1/2 off any appetizer code: HALFOFFAPP

Grace W.

Yelp
Food is always good. For the Signature side, I always go with grill asparagus, but it's a bit salty.

Yelp
Went in to catch the rest of the dodger game and ended up getting greeted by Steven the bartender I have to say he was respectful but most of all very attentive with anything I needed. Had the turkey club and the chicken was beyond what I expected. I definitely would have that sandwich again.

Yelp
Curiously, for as much of fan of BJ's that I was back in my high school days and given that this location is literally right next to where I live, I actually don't recall ever being here. But I had a work lunch and this was the suggestion. Although I do love me the pizzas, I came to realize over time they're not really that great. Besides, too many carbs for a weekday. Decided on the half portion of Baby Back Pork Ribs because weirdly I was kinda craving those. They were solid, but nothing that blew me away. I mean, this is a chain after all, not a specialty BBQ place. Got the job done though. Service was fine, no complaints from me. Happy to have finally come here. Maybe I'll come back to eat a pizza and pizookie like old times.

Robyn S.

Yelp
First, this restaurant is dirty. A reflection of poor management. Four of the five (or three of the four) stalls in the women's restroom had no toilet paper and some no seat covers. Trash was overflowing and paper towels littered the floor in the hallway. There was a layer of dust, and the marks where other people had touched it, on the marble ledge in the bar area. Took 15, maybe 20 minutes to take our order. Another 10 minutes to bring drinks. There were three of us and we ordered an appetizer, soup/salad, wings and an entree. Soup, then salad and appetizer arrived. Then wings. My husbands entree didn't come for another 10 minutes, after we asked. The other reviews said it was a three. It's a chain. Maybe it's another location. Unfortunately it wasn't. The reviews are accurate. Skip this and go where the establishment and food are worth the investment.

Yelp
Writing this review as we wait for our server to talk to the manager about taking items off our bill, it has been a completely lackluster and tiring experience as once we were sat, we had asked to move 3x before a table less dirty/wiped down, was offered... yet the booth seat had a lot of crumbs on it. We ordered the southern fried chicken and gravy, calamari, and "buffalo" chicken wings. The first to come out was the fried chicken, too oily yet bland. Then ten minutes after, the appetizers come out... as suspected of being left under the heat lamp, the calamari was glazed in oil, and buffalo wings had no sauce whatsoever and the celery was warm? It took about half an hour to be checked back on for us to even be able to mention the food being inedible. At the end of the meal, we left without the pizookie that was included in the meal because it wasn't worth the wait or effort.
google avatar

Yelp
Made it to their happy hour just in time for their $5 beers and $7 apps. Found seating easily at the bar. Games were playing. The bartender greeted us and we were served ice cold beers within minutes of arriving. Our food came out hot, beer came out cold, and I appreciated that our bartender was so attentive. No one likes a hot beer so the attention to detail was perfect.

Yelp
Came in Friday night, upon walking in we waited about 20 minutes to get a table. They seem busy with graduation parties. Things we tried... Chips & Guacamole: it was served with chips, guac, and salsa. Serving on the guac was very small, and the salsa tasted watered down. Not worth the $15 (3/10) Boneless wings: portion was generous and paired up with celery sticks. Flavor wasn't too spicy but still good. (8/10) Brewhouse bowl: packed with a lot of ingredients and very delicious. We opt out of cheese and Greek yogurt to keep it vegan friendly. (10/10) Parmesan crusted chicken: always good and enough for two to share. Chicken is crisp and flavorful. Never regret ordering this. (9/10) Ribeye dinner: ordered the steak medium and it was served well done, and the steak was way too over seasoned. I'm not one to complain so I tried to eat it that way but it was not edible. I had to ask the server to have it remade. The second steak served was at perfect temperature, but this time it taste like they didn't put any seasoning on the steak. I was to embarrassed to send it back so I just kept it. Very disappointed with my food tonight. Regardless of my food our server Christian was amazing and kind. I understand he wasn't the one preparing my food. He kept refills coming and constantly checking on us.

Yelp
Way too loud and a long wait even after the lunch crowd at 1:30 pm, but the Service was great and our server brought our food out quickly. I ordered the Bacon Guacamole Cheeseburger and everyone else ordered the Fish n Chips

Yelp
Went in to dine today and was I disappointed. Tell me why, please, someone from ADA can feel free to chime in at any point. If there was any way to call attention to it anymore other than reporting to the health department (maybe I should do that) why is a "service animal" (loose term here, because I didn't see it servicing anything or anyone including the owner), sitting on the tables and chairs. Then, get this, the general manager (large white man with glasses, I believe his name was William) comes out AND PRETENDS IT ISN'T AN ISSUE?!?!?! I asked the server and she said "Oh, he lets him and his dog sit there all the time. He also smokes in the patio with his girlfriend." I think this is completely unacceptable, and the fact the restaurant staff is used to and aware of this happening sounds like the big boss doesn't really care too much about sanitary standards. So if you find fecal matter in your chairs and your table tops, it's a short white guy with sunglasses and a little terrier mixed dog that's leaving that in the patio. I promise you, your food will be tasting amazing when you get shigella!

Yelp
Came in tonight . the servers were very nice , I had the dumplings as an appetiser, pizza wings, kids meal, and jambalaya. Everything was delicious! The pizza was a little burnt from the top, but I get people are busy. The strawberry lemonade is amazing as always. This isn't my local BJs, but we were in the neighborhood, so I figured I would give it a shot. The waitress was training another waitress, and they were both sonattentintive and sweet. They took our orders right away and made sure our check was correct. The place was clean, the restrooms were neat, and thanks to the app, we were able to get a table promptly. The hostess (both the female and the male) were very compassionate and attentive. Parking is easy to get in and out, and just off the freeway ! Will be coming back soon !

Yelp
I came here yesterday with my partner, brother, and my brothers girlfriend. I've come to this location multiple times and have never had a problem, but yesterday's visit was not so great. The service was a bit slow, but the main problem was the food itself. My brother, my partner and I all got the smash burger from the $13 pizookie meal deal, and all of us got sick almost immediately after eating. I did notice my burger was a little sweet and tasted a little off, but we were all so hungry and didn't really want to wait again for a new burger. My brother noted his tasted a bit off too, but he said his was super salty, not sweet like mine. I did reach out to the manager in the evening after we had eaten, but have yet to hear back from anyone. So, if you do plan to go in, I would recommend against the new smash burger from the $13 pizookie meal deal menu.

Brian S.

Yelp
If I could give a negative 50 I would. RUN from this BJ's. This was easily one of the worst meals I've had in years. We had a party of 4 and ordered the prime rib dinner, ahi salad, mozzarella sticks, and sweet potato fries and everything was a disappointment. The prime rib was tough and dry, the ahi was rubbery and flavorless, the mozzarella sticks were cold, and the fries arrived late and were cold as well. To make matters worse, the manager showed no care or accountability and just gave a lifeless "sorry" and walked away. They only comped the prime rib and threw in a mini Pizookie, which felt like a weak attempt to patch over a failed experience. The only bright spot was our server, who was kind and warm. She was the one person who seemed to care but had affect on the rest. It's sad because I've enjoyed other BJ's locations, but this was a complete failure in both food and management support. I won't be back and I'd strongly recommend going anywhere else.

Yelp
So he went there to watch the game and we were told we could sit at the bar but that there was no air conditioning and it was 108° outside. It was so hot in the restaurant it was un. so then when we asked to change the TV to a game, we were told they no longer show football there or ESPN or whatever other program live stream on Peacock or anything so that was a bummer. So he ended up driving to Brea

Yelp
I went there yesterday on June 30,25 approximately 630p and this is my neighborhood restaurant.I asked the hostess as soon as we got there if we could sit in the bar area. She says first come first serve and I said there's a table that's dirty. Can they clean it?She said yes, as she proceeded to go back to go.Tell whoever to get the table cleaned.I go to the restroom, not even 5 minutes. The restroom was disgusting.Look worse than negas station bathroom, somebody was already sitting at the table and I asked her I go I asked you if we could have that table and her response asked the waitress for that table I go that's the table that I asked you for! She said o k let me get them to kill clean the southern table and I'll see you. She was just very rude and did not value her customers dining there. I will not be back there anytime soon.I'll be posted up pictures of the restroom. It was just disgusting!

Yelp
I'm usually not a big fan of big chain restaurants but I have nothing but the best things to say about this BJs especially at this location. Every time Cassie F and I comes here, we have the best experience with the excellent service and the ambience and feel of the place! The best times to come here is for happy hour from Monday to Friday 3-7pm or 9pm to closing Sunday to Thursday! I especially love the many BJ beer options here, not to mention many appetizer options during happy hours! We happened to get nutty porters, BJs favorite pizza, and fried mozzarella sticks. They are cooked to perfection, big portions, and came quick! What is there not to love? If you have room for dessert, their pizzokies are a great treat! However it is dangerous as it can double your waistline. Eat sparingly with caution as it can get additive!

Yelp
Always a great place to watch the game, enjoy family & friends. Any occasion will do. great food for the 12 year old palate. can't go wrong with pizza! for those who like everything! they have everything to offer!

Yelp
Great food and even better service at BJ's Restaurant! Everything we ordered was spot on, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. Definitely coming back soon!

Yelp
Horrible customer service off the jump by some mad at the world nasty woman by the name of Sabrina C. Just rude kept rushing us and when I shared a alcohol beverage with my wife to taste it she came by and told us if we shared again she'd take the drink away which would be okay if I was underage (27 btw) and then walked away pouting. At that point I just asked for my bill for the apps and drinks and just left without even eating the full course. (The dude serving the food was hella cool and chill shoutout to that guy) hence the 2 stars.

Yelp
Came in with my girlfriend's siblings for prime rib dinners. Tender and juicy prime rib, tasty mashed potatoes, soup and salad. Finished off with a pizookie for one low price. Standard BJ's service, wait staff comes to the table, takes drink orders, returning with the drinks and takes dinner orders. Causal ambiance that is more upscale than most pizza joints or fast casual restaurants. Prices were terrific for the prime rib dinner with more than I could eat. Fortunately the waitress made my pizookie to go.

Yelp
Weird that tonight the hostess on a not particularly busy 7:20pm Monday shift ignored me, then took someone else's request who'd shown up after me, then ignored me standing in front of her until I said excuse me. 60 seconds of daydreaming. First time experiencing less than appropriate service at this store. Hope the night gets better!

Yelp
My family and I ate here for lunch on a Monday. We ordered the filet mignon (medium well), rib-eye (medium rare), and rib-eye (medium well), and large pizza (split evenly between the BJ's Favorite and Great White). For sides, I chose the bowl of chili and wild rice. The good thing about Mondays here is that they sell their large deep-dish pizzas half-off as a part of a weekly special. I loved the Great White pizza, which had a creamy alfredo sauce and grilled chicken. The other half, BJ's Favorite, had meatballs, pepperoni, sausage, and green bell peppers. I love deep-dish crust and large pizzas. The ability to purchase it half-off on Mondays makes going on that day a great idea to share a big pizza. The rib-eye (14 oz.) tasted great and savory. The texture of the meat felt adequate, however, not as great compared to other steaks I've eaten. I also tried a little bit of the filet mignon, and it came out tasty, soft, and juicy. The sides were also adequate; I enjoyed the chili more than the rice, though. The wild rice seemed to produce an aftertaste that I didn't like. Overall, we really enjoyed our food. We also arrived when the restaurant had only a little people. As such, the ambience felt comfortable earlier in the morning before more people arrived later for lunch.

Yelp
This BJ's was honestly the worst one I've been to. Food was subpar and put together lazily. One thing we ordered was the ahi poke nachos which was $16.99. It was literally 4 pieces of fish on avocado. We said something and didn't get charged for it. But it still sucked not having delicious-tasting food.

Yelp
We came in on a Saturday night for dinner and a pizookie. We've been to BJ's many times in the past but I wanted to recognize our waitress Alaya who was great! She was very friendly and courteous. She gave us great recommendations on drinks and also was quick to fix an our order that came out incorrectly.

Yelp
My mom and I went for the Sunday weekend special which came with a 3 course meal (salad, prime rib with two signature sides, and pizookie). Our waiter (Tyler) was extremely amazing and honestly gave us the best and nicest customer experience we ever had at this location. He was kind, attentative, and overall lovely! Thank you so much Tyler for your service.

Yelp
Last week my brother and I went to Bjs and let's just say the service was impeccable. Our server Keilani was so sweet and thoughtful. She constantly checked up on us and offered the Snickers Pizookie which my brother and I absolutely devoured. Throughout our experience we felt so cared for and made the overall experience great. This is by far the best Bjs location I've been to and will be visiting soon. Thank you Keilani!

Yelp
Today my husband and decided to go to BJ's to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We wanted something simple but also good. We thought this would be the place. On a Wednesday at 5:30 the place wasn't busy when we arrived. We noticed a sign outside that said happy hour for some items. Some appetizers were $7. We clearly asked our waiter if the avocado egg rolls were part of the deal and he replied "yes" so we ordered them. The food took long to come out. My steak was not cooked how I asked and also my husband's burger was undercooked. A second soda refill took long to get. At the end they were charging us full price for the egg rolls. We spoke to the manager and he said the avocado eggs rolls were not part of the happy hour. And that he could only give us a small discount aka $4. He was rude tho, instead of apologizing for the mistake. Never going back there.

Yelp
Came here after a long day of work with some friends and I don't often don't come here. Came during happy hour and ordered a lot of food and surprisingly things didn't come back right. Nor was it entered in the system. I was frustrated cause I just wanted to eat. a server named SABRINA, saved the day. She noticed we were having troubles so she went out of her way to come and ask how we were doing and she was able to resolve that issue. She wasn't even our server and she went out of her way to make sure our food came out and if we needed anything. She was super helpful!! Our waiter sucked !!!! if you plan on coming here ask for Sabrina as a server if you can, I'm sure she would make your experience 10x better.

Yelp
Wow absolutely disappointing on the service. We came in a party of 7 they said it was a 25 min wait after almost an hour of waiting we asked for an update they said we were going to be seated soon. However two parties that came in after us like literally just moments after they checked in were seated. We ended up leaving as we had two children who were frustrated and hungry. Very disappointing with the service and the way they handled it.

Yelp
Sorry, everyone. There are no reviews on the food. Here's what happened. It was 12.35pm lunch time and it wasn't busy at all. The host/hostess was not behind their kiosk to assist with the seating of potential customers. We waited 10 minutes just standing there without anyone greeting us or we will be right with you or hey, how many in your party. Absolutely no one. I tried making eye contact with a couple of the servers, but they looked away. Ten minutes is way too long. We walked out and went elsewhere. We won't be back.
