First experience at BJ’s,great service(thank you again to our waitress which I forgot the name☹️,she was nice to offer my little boy a small bag of goldfish and slices of strawberries and pineapple because his order took long and he was very hungry,I thought that was really nice. I wish I could remember her name),good food(homemade guacamole 👍🏾),good cocktails,but too loud. If you don’t like loud places BJ’s is not for you.

Located in Live Oak. This location offers lots of parking with several handicapped spaces right up front. We were greated quickly and sat at the bar while we waited for our table. Service was a little slow but the restaurant was full. Food was delicious and came out hot!

The food was so great! Our waitress Ebony was so amazing! She was very helpful and answered all of our questions and concerns. She was very cheerful and always laughing. She made everything even better. The food was just amazing! My brothers celebration was a success. I definitely recommend this BJ's!

An early dinner with my dear friend was going great, until she was going in for her other half of her brew house Philly. She was met with a big ol mold patch. It was busy so it took awhile to get ahold of our waitress, but she handled it very quickly once she checked in on us. The manager removed the sandwiches from the bill, so no complaints on the customer service part. Just a little warning to inspect your breads/food before you dig in. Idk how the cook/food preparer didn’t notice that… :/ Spent a little time cackling and dry heaving, but still had time for a snickers pizookie which was amazing!

Usually review when things go downhill but.. We had one of the best dining experiences ever at this restaurant! We eat out often, but this visit truly stood out. We were celebrating our daughter’s graduation and came in as a group of 38 people. To our surprise, we had just one server, which was Edna. At first, we were a bit concerned, but she immediately put us at ease. She was confident, incredibly attentive, and made the entire experience feel seamless. She kept everything organized, made us laugh, and made sure everyone was taken care of. Her service was nothing short of amazing! The food was delicious and came out much faster than expected, even with such a large group. Thanks to her, we had a wonderful celebration, and we’ll definitely be back. Edna is truly unmatched she’s a huge asset to this restaurant and absolutely deserves recognition! Hands down she made this night for us. Thank you so much.

This visit was EXCELLENT compared to our last one which was on prom night in April that Experience was HORRIBLE. So I said let’s give it one more chance. Our waiter Chris was AMAZING he checked on us, our order came quick, he had excellent customer service skills and our food was GREAT except for the ribs they were fatty & had very little sauce! Overall this visit has made us want to return!

Food is borderline okay. Way overpriced, slow service, and loud music. Ask for well done burger, and got a raw burger twice. Technically it was probably medium rare.

From the moment we were seated, Ebony made our dining experience absolutely outstanding. She greeted us with the warmest smile and genuine enthusiasm that instantly made us feel welcome. Throughout the evening, she was incredibly attentive without being overbearing—always checking in at just the right moments and anticipating what we needed before we even had to ask. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her recommendations were spot-on. I ended up trying a dish I wouldn’t normally pick, and it was easily one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Ebony’s energy, professionalism, and sincere care made our night feel special and memorable. If you’re lucky enough to get Ebony as your server, you’re in for a treat. She’s a true gem and a big reason I’ll be coming back again soon!

Can never go wrong with BJ's! Wife and I Stopped in for a late lunch, was seated imminently upon entering the building, love coming here when there isn't a line. Our server took our order drink and returned within a couple minutes. The wife ordered the Top Shelf Margarita and was not disappointed... She even got a Little buzz off of it, glad I was driving. The wife ordered the Mediterranean tacos, she said they were very tasty. I had Ahi Tuna salad, it had the perfect amount of balsamic vinaigrette dressing and little spots of cream wasabi on the side of the plate to add to the tasty tuna. The tuna could have been bigger but it was definitely cooked perfectly.

I was impressed! My expectations weren't too high buy I really enjoyed everything we had. After ordering the calamari as our appetizer, the waitress came back to let us know they were out. We tried the fried Mac n cheese balls wotj couscous instead. They were tasty! (Unfortunately, the waitress forgot to remove the calamari charge on the bill. She did once I pointed it out.) The steak salad was really good. It was paired perfectly with Bleu cheese. The garlic sauce with the shrimp was delicious! It was so good with the steak and mashed potatoes too! My Arnold Palmer was so refreshing and the perfect ratio. The blue raspberry was a bit sweet but the waitress gave us a small cup of Starry to help. It was much better after that! The flight of pizookies was SO good! We couldn't finish them but I was excited to try them. Overall, great service, good food, and neat atmosphere. We enjoyed everything and will be back!

We had lunch here the other day and our experience was okay. Would we return? Maybe... for appetizers and drinks if anything. Why? The food was not great and really overpriced- especially for lunch time. I ordered a bread bowl of broccoli cheddar soup w/ a tomato mozzarella salad... I received a cup, because they ran out without being asked if I would like anything else instead. The soup was gunky.... like straight out of a can and not tasty at all. I did like the salad. My sons were ok with their burgers, but they steak and mashed potatoes were flavorful at all. The waitress was great though!

I took my husband for his birthday to dinner here and this is the perfect place. We received great service, but I did have a gift card I didn't have access to and asked for a good phone number to call on another day. Not only did Ashley have the phone number, but she also found the information to my gift card and I was able to use it that night. She went above and beyond my request and deserves a shout out.

Busy place and we didn't know who our server was for a long time. Had to hunt someone down Out party of four included a child Food took forever Appetizer took forever, then came with upgrade due to wait but it was cold, had to return the spinach dip, then ask for it back when it never re appeared They should never never give any server another table when they already have a large one, which ours did Sweet guy but needed back up and focus. Saw him socializing with the take out area girls instead of checking on us Food good enough Asked for split checks in beginning, he forgot, then It messed up the payment by phone. Ugh I belong to their rewards but that got messed up too Prob avoid this one in the future.

Today we had BJ's catered for lunch at a work event and overall it was really great! We were able to place our orders very easily ahead of time and everything came as it was supposed to. I ordered the Sal's brew house chicken which came with asparagus and mashed potatoes and had a creamy lemon sauce on everything. It was pretty good and probably would have been even better if I were to have eaten it at the restaurant. My meal also came with a very large side salad and cookie and both were great. I would definitely recommend this spot for catering!

I rarely give a restaurant a one but my experience made my physically sick to my stomach unfortunately. As I'm writing this I feel extremely nauseous... My mom and I used to come to BJs all the time years ago, it was our first time back.. not sure if it's because we came on a weekday near closing time but the quality of the food was very poorly put together and poorly presented. Looked as though the plates have been sitting under the warmer for too long so everything shrunk down. Nothing matched up to what was advertised on the menu. I got the avocado egg rolls and the avocado was really brown and the wrapping looked like someone wrapped them in a hurry. Parts of it were burnt and they tasted horrible. The server was a nice guy but took 11 minutes to order our drinks, another 15 minutes to get our drinks to us and took 25 minutes to take our food order. My mom literally timed each time he came to our table. Sangria was the only good thing about tonight... not sure if I'll ever come back here or recommend come to this location. Both service and food were bad.. sucks cause I used to love this place.

Waited 45 min for a table after getting a text that said 5 minutes. Got our appetizer (spinach artichoke) which was cold. Then had to wait 30 min for a beer. Apparently they were understaffed. However our server was very friendly

We come here or get take out about 2-3 times a month probably. They have good gluten free options. We really like their bacon chicken ranch pizza and our son get their cheese. Both are gluten free. When we do dine in staff is friendly and attentive. Try to go before the dinner rush so it's not too crowded.

My experience at BJ's was amazing. From the food all the way to customer service. I would like to give a special shout out to our waitress Tiffany K. She was amazing, nice, and very kind. Plus, she has great social skills, not boring.

We have been to this location twice and had horrible service both times. The waitstaff is friendly enough, but when there is a delay in the kitchen (we know that isnt waitstaff's fault) but they should be refilling drinks to keep the customers happy. We have been to BJs all over the US, this is the only locations we've encountered this issue! At one point in the second visit, my husband went to the bar himself to get us drink refills. I feel that the managerial staff should train the waitstaff better for this. Keep the drinks coming, keep the guest happy and they won't notice tbh at it takes a minute for the food to come out. Easy peasy. It will also increase the total and tips for the staff

We were having a family dinner and were lucky enough to have Janae as our server. She was so sweet and attentive, she made sure we all had everything throughout our visit. Thank you for the delicious food and the exceptional service!

Went and was seated quick...no one ever came to take our order. Figured there were other places that wanted our money so we left.

This was my first time at BJ's. I'm a say I love the atmosphere here. I will definitely be going back because there's a lot of things on the menu that I would like to try. I had a homestyle hamburger and it was so delicious. Our waitress was really busy, but she made the time to check on us quite frequently. Everybody was nice there.

Third time eating at this restaurant and all were poor. Last time eating here. Service was poor, got order wrong, and confused. Meals came out at three different times rather than serve table at once. Kids food was mixed up. Took forever. Don't recommend.

always love the weekly specials! so much cheaper than grocery shopping anymore and cooking for one! Becca is hands down the friendliest and fastest bartender! she has the best personality too!

Overall BJs is a good spot with excellent customer service, prices are a little higher than I like though. Always nice inside with TVs and the bar. I got the soup and salad combo with clam chowder and Caesar salad, and a pomegranate margarita. My husband had a spicy mango margarita and lemon pepper wings and french fries. My soup was a bit thick but good overall. Drinks were good as well. French fries and calamari were the highlight in my opinion!!

I LOVE BJS ! Love their food, love their drinks, love their staff ! Everything is always so good and hot! The waiting times are a little long but the quality of the service and food make up for it. & their pizookies are always my favorite !!

My first time at this location~ food was very good. Nice ambiance & our service was very attentive- great service ~ great place for group gatherings!

I've visited this location many times and it's always an enjoyable experience. The staff is always polite, courteous and attentive. The vibe varies depending when visiting. But again, always enjoyable. The food is prepared timely and always a requested. This visit I ordered the smokehouse wings. These are some of the best wings Ive ever ordered from a restaurant. And that includes restaurants that have wing in their name.

I'm not one to give bad reviews but we had a terrible experience.I don't want to get into all the details. But expect double the wait time they give you for parties over 5. If you sit at the patio you may be forgotten about. We had to call the front to get any service outside several times.We did speak to a manager several times and they were able to comp some of our orders.We were a little disappointed to say the least.

Sitting at the bar ensures fast service, and it's all I've ever done at this location. Drink options are plentiful since it's a "brewhouse" with a full bar. The menu has something for everyone and seems to do most of it well since the people I've dined with have all enjoyed their meals. This particular day I chose to start with an appetizer and since I was full afterwards, I skipped the entree and dessert this time. It was a perfect "meal." The margarita flight was a good choice since I couldn't decide on a drink. The best of the bunch was the white peach version; the others weren't anything special.

Lunch Is a MUST here. Affordable and well-prepared dishes that look just like the picture. The chicken is so juicy and the salad is perfect, crunchy and fresh! Enjoy the food and on Tuesday, half price wine!

Took 45 minutes to get our food (place was not busy). I had bone-in-wings. They were under cooked. Unedible! YUK! !Very disappointing.

We headed to Live Oak for dinner @bjsbrewhouse. I had rewards to redeem and this is Dad's favorite spot for clam chowder. Dad had the Strawberry Lemonade, I had Tito's with cranberry and pineapple and my husband had the Tropical Mule. Dad and I shared the half rack of ribs, which is part of the Thursday special. We got it root beer glazed with mashed potatoes and a side salad. My husband had the Fish and Chips but swapped out the chips for mashed potatoes. Oh and I forgot that Dad and my husband each had a bowl of clam chowder. Everything was delicious. Had some ribs to take home. Eric was an excellent server and we made sure he knew it! The reward was $10 off the bill so sweet! It was just the perfect weather to sit and enjoy the outdoor patio. Ask for Eric to serve you!

My husband and I went to this BJs for the first time since it opened and really liked it. It's closer than the one we used to eat at and had great ambience and atmosphere. There was no waiting on the Saturday night we visited and our hostess was polite and friendly. We ordered the deep dish pizza and it was delicious. We both got the lemonade and found it very tasty. Our server was great and very attentive. I think this is the BJs we will be visiting from now on.

Todays experience was really good! Probably my best experience at B.J's! Let's start with the food! My husband got the hickory brisket burger, I got the prime rib sandwich (obviously was great because I couldn't even get a photo lol.) Today we also tried the new dip trio. It came out hot and fresh, and pretty good! I really enjoyed their spinach and artichoke dip. I've also always enjoyed the decor and how BJ's looks. As someone who has studied architecture, I enjoy a good food good looking building combination. There's a nice ambiance here. It's a nicer looking building but the prices are still affordable for families. And lastly the service. I don't think there's been a time I've had a bad serving experience here, personally, but with chain restaurants you never know! And I've enjoyed this particular times service. We even had a minor issue at our table, but our server and the management handled it very responsibly and with ease and that itself makes a person want to come back. I wish I could provide more photos but unfortunately, as I stated, the food was really good lol.

Grubhub takeout. Ordered 2 bowls but there wasn't very much. Measured each one. Barely a cup in each one- under 8 oz. The menu says a cup or a bowl. Can't imagine how small the cup is. The toppers were equally skimpy. A bit over a tablespoon at best. Save your money. Not worth the order!

Good service. Food was consistent with other BJ's Brewhouse locations. I had the New Orleans Jambalaya which was served hot but a little on the salty side. And the portion seemed less than normal... they didn't skimp on the shrimp and chicken but I definitely expected more Andouille sausage... or at least a decent amount... which also applies to the amount of rice. Guess times a harder these days following the pandemic and supply chain struggles.... Add some inflation and he we are... Three stars for this location. Service was good but my food was a little salty and the portion was not as filling.

The family and I ate brunch here on the weekend. It was packed and had a waitlist. There is parking in the front and the back. Our waitress was quick to take our orders and came back to check on us often. For our first time eating here, the food was good. The portion size is large. We ordered a pizza to share and a couple of dishses to try. It was hot and fresh. The kids enjoyed their meal and plenty of variety on the menu. There are many TVs hung on the wall with various games playing. A large bar is off to the left and tons of seating at the table or booths. Another time we ordered delivery via Doordash. The food was okay but definitely better served at the restaurant. If you are in the area, I would recommend grabbing a bite. It can get crowded on the weekend with a long wait time. We waited in the car as the waiting area was filled with people.

Had a reservation at 7pm and they gave the table away to another party, waited for over an hour without getting seated and still being told it's at least 20 mins before they'll seat us.

I cannot say enough great things about BJ's! It has quickly become one of my family's favorite dinner spots. So much variety and everything we have tried has been absolutely delicious. I hadn't tried this place for so long because I was skeptical, but I am no longer a skeptic. My first time here, I tried the ribeye. Oh. My. Goodness. I like my meat cooked medium rare and it was PERFECT. So tender and juicy, and the seasoning was spot on! The potato was delicious as well. Not dry like some other places. My boyfriend got the sweet pig pizza- add pepperoni- definitely melt in your mouth delicious. Our daughter got the spaghetti. She didn't like the meatball, but I tell you the spaghetti was so good I got it on our next trip! The margarita flight had some hits & some misses. The casa migos and white peach were absolutely delicious. Not really sure how this place has only 3 stars, but I do understand that everyone has off nights from time to time. Service was great! Eric was our waiter and made great recommendations and was just overall on it. The place feels super boujie and nice for it to be a family restaurant. Love this place!

This may have been the singularly worst dining experience we've had. They seem bizarrely understaffed, despite numerous employees standing around talking to each other and looking at their phones. I thought I would take my wife out for an early Mother's Day dinner at 3:30 pm on Saturday. We checked in on line but were told it would still be a 10 minute wait when we arrived. About 30 minutes after we arrived we were finally seated at one of the 10-12 open tables. Our waitress handed us menus, which was the highlight of her service. I ordered a $12 margarita and a water. She came back with the water and disappeared for 15 minutes and then asked for our food order. We ordered and I again for the margarita . Suffice it say service was poor and prices were high. These prices merit great service. It's not great. It's not even good The restroom was oddly small for a restaurant this size ( one urinal) and not clean. The food is good...when it arrives. You have to make sure to ask for extras...like ketchup with your $15 burger and fries. I had to eventually stand up and wave my arms to get attention and condiments. My wife decided to buy a $50 gift card thinking it would give us a $10 bonus...it does, but the fine print says you can't use $10 credit for a month. They'd have to pay me more than $10 to come back, although the oddly disheveled manager did give us another "courtesy" discount card as we left. When we checked it came up with "no balance available." 2 hours into this experience we managed to escape. 70 bucks for a burger, a Philly cheesesteak and two margaritas. We did save on the tip We will not be back.

Food was awesome! Fresh and fast. We came in late but they were super accommodating. Conan was our waiter and he made it a fast, smooth, and fun. The place was nice clean and modern! 10/10 from Conan again

First timer and it is Mother's Day!! Everything was delicious and fantastic. The staff was polite and had our order correct. The atmosphere was very inviting and mildly loud. The design of this restaurant is amazing. There is a bar in the middle of it. My overall experience was 5 stars! I will be back. I also received a complimentary wine glass for the Holiday!!

OMG, the drinks are awesome. I had a white seasonal drink with coconut and marshmallow. I enjoy the atmosphere, and the drink and food prices are fairly priced.

We attended BJs 5 beer paired course dinner. It was fantastic. This even is held every 2 months and is workers every cent. The food is from their menu and delivered with a paired beer. They were on point with their selections. The wait staff was excellent. They were funny, knowledgeable and very gracious. They were very attentive to the group of 24 people. Food was delivered promptly, was perfect temperature, tasted delicious.

We had an awesome experience at happy hour with Jordan! She had such a pleasing personality and gave us excellent customer service. She is a true industry professional! We'll see you next time, Jordan!

Went on Pazookie Tuesday and tried the Potstickers as an appetizer. I could've ate about 20 of these, they were so good! My friends and I went later in the evening and the music was so loud, our waitress was practically yelling hahaha. At least the music was good!

Last 3 visits sucked so bad i removed this from my frequest visit list. Shouldn't be so hard with only 2 customers at the counter to figure out how to get a bowl of soup that was ordered. Chasing down a waitress in an empty place for a simple order sucks.

This is an expensive restaurant for what they have and have you get. I was very disappointed that they only sell craft beer. I did not have a pleasant experience. Will not be back.

This the most ridiculous thing a restaurant has ever done to me. I'm in disbelief of the carelessness of employees. I ordered a WEDGE SALAD, SPINACH-dip, and a burger with Fries. I got a cold spinach dip, a burger with NO FRIES, no salad BUT I got someone's buffalo wings? What are they doing in there? Who is in charge of Togo orders? I got a refund from uber eats but when I called the restaurant I was placed on hold for a long time that I just decided to hang up. I gave my uber eats driver a great tip but he doesn't deserve it either. He doesn't even attempt to check the order or even glance that half the order is missing!

Branden the server is the bomb. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended the prime rib special. It was so much food that my husband and I shared it. It was so tender and well seasoned. We also ordered the ahi poke, it tasted delicious as . I highly recommend ordering the prime rib special. Thank you Branden for making us feel special. We will make sure to ask for you the next time we come to dine at BJ's.

We have visited a few times and have to say the experiences have been primarily positive. Staff has been professional and attentive, and food so far has been pretty good, not amazing, but not bad. The atmosphere is nice too. Very clean, but then again it's a brand new building so I would hope it's squared away. This review is a culmination of multiple visits and it will adjust as our experiences differ. We will be back though.

I was super excited to meet my folks at this restaurant. We ordered, Italian, subs and filet mignon as we love the many options on the menu. The sun sat under the lamp so long the buns were rock hard. The broccoli sides and in the chicken Alfredo were hard like they forgot to steam them. My asparagus was way over seasoned. To the point that there was a burning sensation in the back of your throat after a few bits. Overall they lacked quality control and their waitstaff left you wondering if they even wanted to be working. This was a complete disappointment! Honestly recommend you take your money elsewhere!

I had a huge life accomplishment recently, and decided to take myself out to celebrate. My server, Tiandra, was so kind and took excellent care of me! She was absolutely wonderful, and even decorated my dessert plate to say 'Congrats!' which was such a heartfelt touch and made me feel like I was among family. I will definitely be returning to this location! Also the food was absolutely delicious, as always!

On 2/13 my boyfriend and I dined in at BJs for my birthday. It was our first time eating here and the service was great! Our waitress Destiny was sweet and attentive! The alcoholic beverages we drank were very good and strong. The food was delicious and seasoned well. The atmosphere gives off grown date night vibes. The lights are dimmed not to low though but it just sets the mood for a nice one on one dinner with your partner. We will definitely be going back again.

Hey Guys, if you haven't tried the cinnamon rolls for dessert at BJ's please do. Large enough to share with the table. I went on my birthday and enjoyed it free but would definitely pay on the next visit.

Our small church group of 10 people just dined at BJ's and the host, Charles, made sure we were taken care of right away and did it with humor and a smile. They got a table set up quickly for our group and our waitress, Samantha showed up immediately and took our drink orders and shortly after our dinner orders. Our food was delivered exactly as we ordered it even with some minor changes it was all correct and delicious. Samantha checked on us frequently and made sure all our drinks were replenshed before they were completely empty. The food and service were excellent from the moment we approached the host desk to the time we left. We will return again!
