BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Came here for a work dinner and we had an alright time. We ordered a variety of drinks, appetizers, and entrees and were (overall) very underwhelmed. Their wine selection was okay and drinks were alright (would not recommend their espresso martini). I enjoyed their appetizers more than their mains, and would recommend their brussel sprouts and ahi poke. I got their sirloin steak and shrimp scampi combo for my entree and was heavily disappointed. My order came out MUCH later than the rest of my table (some of my peers already finished their meals by the time mine came). Moreover, I did not receive the shrimp scampi AND despite having ordered the steak rare, it came well done and was very tough. I could not eat it. Service was very polite though. Overall, I had a very underwhelming time here and would not come back.

Food is always good here. PBJ burgers, Brussels sprouts and bacon candy are a favorite. They can get busy so plan accordingly

Absolutely fantastic ambience and atmosphere!! Love the flatbread and guacamole/chips. The chicken Parmesan was spot on as well.. delivery was quick as well.

My family and I ate here a while ago and I really liked the food here! I had a clam chowder and I ate some of the mini corn dogs and other dishes which my family ordered. The pizzookies are always really good too! I’d definitely recommend eating here!

The food and drink options were very good. The server did everything she could to make sure our dining experience was pleasurable. Great place to eat and decent pricing. My only gripe as you eat garlic bread or you get nothing. No bread options. The server took a sandwich apart and toasted the bread so I could have a piece.

Week day late lunch - pretty empty and lunch options were cheap plus filling. Dinner update- Jan 2025: Very poor service. It took forever to get our food and the server was so full of attitude. A previous server took our order and one of the dishes comes with salad. When new server Tom took over, we asked about salad and he says I don’t know. He can’t hear well too so you have to raise your voice.

I highly recommend this business.The service quality was truly exceptional, I can’t wait to come back. The team "speacially Katie Z & Jared" is extremely friendly & knowledgeable and helpful, it is a delight to eat with them😍

I came here because I love their Sriracha brussel sprouts and I hadn't had any any long time. The service was very professional and pleasant. The food came fast after it was ordered. The Strawberry Shortcake was not what I expected but was very delicious. My daughter enjoyed the soup with the sourdough Bowl. And the prices were Fair

Came and had dinner with my friends. Our waiter German was very friendly and attentive to our table. We had some allergy concerns and he went out of his way to make sure they were clarified. He was quick to refill our drinks and our table was never left unattended. Amazing service and food overall!

The Newark BJ's is one of my all time fave restaurants. Great variety, service, and ambience! Madison, our server, was absolutely amazing! Cheerful, professional, attentive. She seems to love her job and is so well-suited to hospitality services. We will definitely ask to be seated in her section going forward!

We went a couple days ago for a friend's birthday, and our server German made our night! Prior to visiting, I read that BJ's doesn't do anything for birthdays besides a free pizookie, but German sang happy birthday for us and was very kind and attentive throughout our dinner. Thank you for helping to make my friend's birthday so joyous!

Made it in to watch the College Championship game between Ohio and Notre Dame. It was lnt full yet when we arrived and we're able to seat ourselves and a nice booth. It wasn't long before we were greeted along with getting the beverages going. We didn't waste time and put our order in right away. Spinach and Artichoke Dip - ***** 5 stars***** Creamy and light Sliders - *****5 stars***** Juicy is the word for these. I personally love the pickles on the side. Asked for jalapenos to pile on as well. Pizza - BJs favorite deep dish ****4.9 stars**** I've always loved the pizza here. It makes me remember I should put it on the to-eat list more often. The only drawback was the person cutting it didn't get all the way through the middle. We had a hard time getting each piece out of the pan and had to pull it apart. Our server was one of the best we've had. She was very polite and apologized for some slight delays with our pizza. Monday nights half off pizzas create a bit of a backup apparently. No biggie for us since we had appetizers. Will this be a treat on the regular? I vote yes.

Service is horrible, did not even get to order. My wife and I were out shopping and thought we would try BJs since we have not been there in almost a year. Being Saturday night we knew there would be a wait. We were told the wait was 15-20 mins but after 35 mins and seeing other groups getting seated that came after us my wife went to ask when we would be able to get seated. After some complaining they did seat us. The complaining about being passed on the seating list obviously got us marked cause the waitress never came by to say hi, take our order, bring us water or anything else. The waitress did stop at all the other tables though in the area near us. After waiting thirty minutes at the table with no service at all we walked out.

My son and I came here for lunch on Fri., Dec. 27, 2024. We took a break for lunch while doing our after Christmas shopping. There was no wait and the place was pretty packed and we were glad to get a parking spot as a lot of the spots were full. My son ordered the BJ's Classic Crispy Chicken Sandwich with a side of French fries and coleslaw. He also got a regular-sized Cookies and Cream Pizookie for dessert while I took advantage of the $13 Pizookie Meal Deal and got the Enlightened Strawberry Fields Salad with White Chocolate Macadamia Pizookie. Our main meal came quickly and our Pizookie for dessert came after we finished our meal. The Enlightened Strawberry Fields Salad reminded of my favorite salad at Sweet Tomatoes which they only had seasonally. It was so good and filled me up for the rest of the day. My son and I didn't even eat dinner that night as we were still so full from our lunch. My son managed to finish his sandwich along with coleslaw and French fries. That sandwich was huge and hearty! The fries came out fresh and it had the right amount of salt. It was crispy on the outside but soft on the inside just how we like it. We mainly come in here for their Pizookies and I had to help my son finish his cookies and cream as it was too much for him to finish. My all time favorite Pizookies is the white chocolate macadamia and it never disappoints! It hits the spot everyone! The full sized Pizookie that we got was complimentary as long as you download and sign up on the ap. I did see that they have $5 Pizookie on Tuesday and $12 burgers with never-ending fries and Wed so we might take advantage of that. Our server was very attentive and filled our drinks without asking. The manager came out and said "Hello" to us. They had a drink that they serve in a ceramic-shaped tub and she let me buy just the tub (without the drink) for $10. It now holds individually wrapped chocolates in my living room. The women's restroom was very clean even though the floors are especially slippery. This was such a nice experience and I highly recommend them. The food was great, service was awesome and the place is very clean. Even though the place was busy, the service was prompt and we didn't feel rushed.

We got here around 11pm for a late night dessert snack. My friend was craving a pizookie so we decided to stop by. This was the first time I've been to this BJs in years. There were a good amount of people in the resultant so there was a good amount of noise. It seemed a little busy for a weeknight, but there were still a good amount of seating options and we were seated pretty fast. Our server didn't seem happy to be there. She was rude and rushed us when trying to take our order. When our food and drinks came, she pretty much dropped them on the table in a rush (with a bang and no warning) and walked away. I get that it was a busy night, but we weren't doing anything to warrant that reaction from her. It made us lot want to order any additional items besides what we first ordered. Food was okay. The artichoke dip was creamy and good. We got the hot fudge brownie pizookie and we weren't entirely sure if it was cooked thoroughly.. the middle of the dessert was mushy and runny. Overall, our experience here wasn't that great. Food and service were mid.

We had a big holiday party here with about 40 people with buffet style. I was thankful they could accommodate us and a big group. You choose what you want ahead of time which made things easy and they were very attentive. It was an easy location for people as well because it was right off the freeway! Definitely will come here again!

This location was busy and loud. We were seated quickly, but it did take a long while to get our orders in and for our food to come out. They also left the long party table next to us dirty for at least an hour before the next party came in. It felt somewhat dirty, though I wasn't sure if this was a one-off. I got their Brewhouse Bowl, which was extremely healthy and filling! We were told the item dropped this year, and after eating my portion, I decided I will likely get it again the next time I dine at BJ's. There was a lot of veggies and protein, which was perfect for what I wanted. Their pizookie trio sampler was wonderful and came out fresh out of the oven. You get to pick your trio flavors, and my personal favorite was the sea salt caramel one, which was the least sweet out of the three we picked (we got the fudge and oreo one for the others). Overall, this location wasn't awful, but I think they can improve on their service and timeliness. The food was decent and you can never go wrong with a pizookie.

Maybe I'm performing an injustice rounding down for what I really regard as a 3.5. After all, the food was pretty good and the industrial chic sports bar decor is attractive. As chains go, this one really isn't bad, but it still exudes "chain." It was noisy early on a Saturday night and felt just a little too cramped in a big space. The menu is extensive, but they were out of the Prosecco I initially ordered. Another order at our table went awry as the Prime Rib French Dip sandwich was requested, but somehow the waiter only heard "Prime Rib" and placed an order for the full dinner, leading to much confusion. Ultimately, the service was probably the biggest let-down. Our server seemed over-the-top friendly and enthusiastic to start, but was extremely inefficient despite running all over the place too quickly to catch. He kept running over to say he would be taking care of something -- bringing water perhaps -- without waiting to see if we were ready for drinks, appetizers, or anything else. Ultimately he was hard to catch with all his running around and our meal seemed to drag out in the noisy space. I did enjoy my Seared Ahi Tuna Salad and my husband enjoyed his Hickory Smoked Brisket Burger and Fries. We also devoured our Triple Chocolate Ghirardelli Pizookie which my husband ordered on a whim. This was very rich, decadent, and YUM. I'd order the same items in future without hesitation if we return, as I'm sure we will someday. However, the experience wasn't at all special enough to really look forward to that much (and thus the 3-stars).

Unfortunately service did not deliver during our latest visit! Stopped by after the Dodgers vs A's game and was hoping for a nice dinner. It being a Saturday night the place wasn't ridiculously full. We were seated in a corner booth and probably 10 minutes went by without anyone acknowledging us. Finally Tom came by and said he wasn't sure where our server was but would take our order for drinks and appetizers. The appetizer finally came out only for us to realize we were seated without any cutlery. Kuddos to Tom for trying his best to cover our table although it wasn't his responsibility! Our server was finally found but service did not improve. We had to ask for water refills from a different server. Hoping this was just a bad night for the place!

Came here for lunch with some friends after church. Hadn't been here in a while. Food was good, but there was barely any brisket on my burger and for over $18 I was coextensive a little more. Service left a little to be desired as we had to find server for more water etc. then at the end she asked if we wanted the check. Brought that but never cleared our table even 20 minutes after we picked up the bill I was a server so I come from that perspective

Arrived close to 9 p.m. and had to wait for a table, though there were quite a few empty ones inside. Fortunately, the wait was only about ten minutes. The first server wasn't very attentive; we wanted to add an extra dish, but they were hard to find, so we eventually gave up on it. After a shift change, the second server was much better. The deep-dish pizza was underwhelming; the crust seemed undercooked and a bit chewy. The ziti was essentially meat sauce pasta, which the little one loved. We tried the signature pizookie with strawberry flavor--it's like a cookie in pizza form, quite sweet, making the ice cream on top taste less sweet by comparison. The $9.59 size is just right for 3-4 people to share. The beer was good! I randomly picked one with 4.7% ABV, and it was refreshing and easy to drink. The garlic shrimp with parmesan toast was the family's favorite dish. This place is great for watching sports and enjoying some drinks.

We had Madison as a server. She was very friendly and extremely attentive. The meal time did take longer than we liked but Madison kept our drinks full and checked in with us often. For good service go see Madison!

I've been to this location many times, with friends and family! Jonay gives an amazing service! She is checking on you if you need anything! She goes above and beyond! We try Brewhouse tavern cut, soup and salad combo, honey Sriracha brussels sprouts, and a bacon cheeseburger! And definitely we had some pizookies Oreo, brownie, and chocolate chip. I had a glass of 14 hands Merlot. Restroom are clean, big parking lot...

I ordered on Door Dash and spent $60 just to get my food not warm and not all the way cooked and missing half of my order. This is ridiculous I don't care if y'all are about to close, no one wants to spend there hard working money on BS service. Get It Together!! How you gone have pizookie and no ice cream, workers just don't care I see , I will never order on door dash to get Y'all food ever again.

I came at around 7 PM with two other friends, and it took around 10 minutes to be seated. I was pretty surprised at the quick wait time considering it was a Tuesday ($4 Pizookies), but the restaurant was pretty filled! I've always loved the space of BJs because they can seat a lot of people without the noise level being too high. Very comfortable and a great place for chatting! I ordered the Enlightened Seared Ahi Salad, and it was surprisingly really good! I'm more of a fan of white dressings rather than the clear Italians or vinaigrettes, but this was sweet and sour at the same time! They slightly overdressed the salad, so I would order it again but with the dressing on the side! Too much dressing made the whole thing a little soggy towards the end of my meal. The tuna had a great sear, but I wish it was a bit softer in the middle... it was pretty tough. But the taste of the fish was perfect for that dressing, and I think all the ingredients work really well together. I personally don't like wasabi, so I just scraped off those little green dollops on the side of the plate. Overall, the food was a perfect 4/5. Good, not great. They could use some improvements, but I'll always come back :)

Went there yesterday and got the pozzukie special with a cheese burger. Madison was a great server. She provided great service and her suggestions were what helped me decide what I wanted. Definitely will go back

This place is a hit or miss. The first time I went here, I got other items like their nachos, but those were too salty for me. This was my second time here which was better. They sell items ranging from soups, salads, pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and a bunch of other items too, but some items are too salty. I went here for dinner on a Saturday around 10pm and there was no wait! Ok, so this place is known for their "Pizookie" desserts which is basically like a huge cookie. My friend and I didn't end up getting that, but the people around us did. We got the Deep Dish Ziti and the California Club Chicken Sandwich w/ Fries. The pasta I got is so cheesy and was covered in baked cheese and I loved that about the pasta dish! I even got a cheese pull from that pasta dish too! I tried the sandwich too and it had a huge chunk of chicken which went well with the avocado they added inside, but I usually prefer smaller pieces of chicken for my sandwiches. I'd recommend this place! All the food was good and they're open late too! Since this was my second time visiting this location, I had a better experience that my first. The food I got during my second visit wasn't too salty so that's a plus!

Food was great! Got sat pretty quickly during rush hour. Our server Ciara was quick, friendly and attentive, shout out to her! Also got a flight of beers which was very cool trying out their variety. Will come back soon. Always a good time coming to this location

Stopped by BJ's for some takeout, and Mohammad and Cynthia were absolute rock stars! Super friendly, helpful, and seriously dedicated to making sure everything was perfect. Got the sliders and a Pazooki (because, how can you not?), and both were packed so neatly you'd think they were preparing for a food photo shoot. I would've shared pictures, but the food disappeared faster than we could snap one--guess that says it all! Everything was fresh, tasty, and gone in no time. Thanks for the awesome service and making my to-go order feel like a five-star experience!

CONSUMER BEWARE: TOTAL RIPOFF. For $12, I ordered a BOWL of soup to go. I know it's not the best comparison, but for the sake of clarity in the photo, I put my water bottle next to it so you could see that this cup is small and it was only filled halfway. I got COMPLETELY ripped off. I wouldn't even think this is a CUP. It's certainly not a BOWL. When I asked about it, saying that I didn't even think this was a cup and certainly wasn't a BOWL, the girl just awkwardly giggled and apologized to me. I know it's not her fault but come on.... What a total total rip off. It's also lukewarm. I am going to go home and warm it up first before I'm going to eat it. This is such a disappointment. Beware, they're selling literal half cups as full bowls for the price of a full bowl.

Happy hour daily and Sunday to their 5 pm to 7pm. Nice to come here on a hot day, chill with beer and appetizer while watching sport after work seemed fun. Service is good, courteous, good portion and great value for happy hour!

I wouldnt come back here if they offered me free food for life. When i arrived, the 5 hosts up front completely ignored me. One of them actually glanced at me the looked away. I just walked right past them. Sat at the bar. Someone had spilled beer on the counter at some point and nobody had cleaned it. I asked for a wipe down. The bartender cleaned it with a dirty wet rag. He dried it off but all i could smell the rest of the time was that nasty beer rot smell. Took about 15 minutes after sitting down to get a flat diet dr pepper. The menu desperately needed to be cleaned. I could feel the crustiness on the pages. Ordered the ribs with a potato and fries. I don't know how long i was waiting but it was at least 35 minutes because after a while i started keeping track. I was trying to just pay for my drink and leave but i couldn't get the bartenders attention. He was by himself so be was swamped. Finally the manager appeared with my order and she apologized for the wait. So did the bartender. At this point i was just ready to leave. I nearly just had them cancel it but i didn't want to be rude. Then i realized they had completely forgotten one of the sides. The ribs were decent but needed more sauce. Fries were good. Potato was ok. The manager gave me a 25% discount which was nice. Its was hard to enjoy the food at this point. Then some random guy next to me snuck a picture of me for some reason which made things awkward (I know thats not the restaurants fault but it didnt help the situation). Between the stink of rotten beer, rude hosts/hostesses, long wait, food and service quality... im done with BJs for a while. Not just this location. The one in Sacramento off truxel is just as bad.

BJ's is your typical American dine-in restaurant, similar to Applebee's, Olive Garden, etc. Nothing particularly sets BJ's apart from its competing restaurants, except maybe their pizookies, but that dessert itself is not as special as they market it to be. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo, and it was alright. Compared to the pictures I see on Yelp, the Alfredo I received really lacked sauce. It was a bit dry and lacked seasoning. Customer service was on-point, though. The server was quick with our orders and was friendly--never really had any complaints about their service.

Service is painfully slow, even when it's not busy inside. HOWEVER, the pizookies are still worth the trip and the wait

The $13 Pizookie deal is a joke ! I ordered the pasta chicken entree. The portion is ridiculously small. I think it is half of the original portion. The pasta is a small handful with a average size of chicken. Chicken is not thoroughly cooked. Also it sucks, the pizookie option does not include the new cinnamon roll. According to the waitress, it is because it cannot be made into half portion. Now you see, the $13 deal is only half of portion of original. So, it is not a deal. Half of the original is ~$13 for both anyway. I spent $15 out the door and felt it like a snack. Can't even fill me up. What a scam marketing !

I had the most horrible experience this morning at this BJs location. I placed an order at 10:20am for an 11:00 am pickup time. At 10:35am, my order was confirmed. The status also indicated "preparing order" at that time. By 10:50 am, my takeout order changed to "packaging order". I decided to drive over to BJs, and I checked in at 11:05am. I was told my food should be out in 10 minutes. I patiently waited and noticed there were 0 customers at this time. About 5 minutes later, 2 customers walked in and placed their order. As more minutes passed, I saw their salad and entree was brought out to them. Finally after waiting 30 minutes, I requested to cancel my lunch order. All of a sudden, my food was ready and given to me. The large pizza had lots of cheese and pepper packets thrown inside the box. This made the pizza very disgusting, since the packets were stuck to the slices. It would be better for these cheese and red pepper packets to be placed inside the takeout bag. My kids drink were placed in a cup holder that was not built correctly, and the drinks slipped out from the bottom. I've always had a pickup order at 11am in the past, and the food was always ready at that time. I highly don't recommend this BJs. The food is not guaranteed at the pick up time. Since there was 0 customers, there is no valid reason for my takeout order to take 35 minutes past the promised time.

The team here is amazing. ANNA the manger is kind wonderful and attentive. I would recommend this place to everyone. Also food and drinks were amazing!!!

Shoutout to this BJ's location and Mohammad and Cynthia to be specific! You guys provided amazing service and had all 39 of my athletes on Milpitas Youth Football team smiling and happy. Look forward to working with you guys in the future.

We went here on a Sunday night. Ryan our host was extremely fast in seating us as we had a baby with us. The service here was fantastic. Our server Erica was exceptional! She brought out our beers right away while we waited for the food. She also brought out a toy for the baby to keep her busy. She was really great. The music here was good. This place was exactly what we needed to whine down from our weekend.

Service was good but food is just below average. Drinks are too sweet. Margarita flight had no taste of alcohol. Had to ask them to make our drinks less sweet. Avocado rolls tasted like it was frozen warmed up food. Wish they can improve their food standard. I went back after many years with group of coworkers but sadly BJ's have not improved much.

Alicia Salinas is the best server at BJ's the great service amazing food awesome desert but my wife was a little disappointed with the burger, but it's not her review. It's mine overall it was a 10 out of 10 experience. I really enjoyed it. I would dine in again. managers work very hard to keep this place running and I saw one man manager holding baby car seat to help them to their table that was very sweet gesture overall a 10 out of 10 experience. I will recommend people to this place service is good. Food is good. Managers are awesome. Great work keep it up.

Love this BJs location, it is the best!! our server German gave the best service and was very fast. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. We ordered the salmon dish and it came out to perfection. I definitely will be coming back here!! 5 stars

Our server, Tom was pretty good. He was busy, but checked in pretty well. We finally had to flag him down and request the check, but he kept our water glasses full! The hostess was totally uninterested when she seated us and ignored our main request for a table not a booth. Also, the bathrooms were trashed when I went in - clogged, paper products all over the floor, no soap - I told the other hostess when I came out and she acted like I was really causing a problem for her. Five minutes later I saw her leave for the night, seemingly without doing anything about the bathrooms or even passing the message along. The ahi salad was tasty and the pazookie always a treat. My husbands sliders were "meh" in his opinion.

I come here sometimes and usually the food here is good. Today, I have Mahi-Mahi Tacos. They taste really good just like other foods I had so far in this restaurant. Waiting times can be long especially at night since most tables have been reserved or filled. It could take between 30-60 minutes for us to get seated, but it's much faster for the staff to serve us food. The atmosphere is great because they have a good-looking bar at the edge of this restaurant with multiple TVs surrounding this place.

Last night, we were searching for a spot to enjoy some snacks and drinks, and we decided on this location. Our experience was truly impressive, primarily due to Kyle's exceptional server skills. He regularly inquired about our satisfaction and offered assistance with a smile, demonstrating a level of service that has become uncommon. Kyle, your professionalism is noteworthy.

BJ's food quality has REALLY gone downhill. The service is getting a bit better than it was before. The waiters are cordial and professional, but the FOOD is disgusting and sloppy as hell. Many times they give stale, refried food just to clean up their kitchen. You'll end up with a diarrhea and other digestive issues after you're done. The pizookies taste good but are not prepared properly many times. Such sloppy presentation.

It was a busy night but Elena rocks! Everything else was ok but she made the experience really awesome! She worked her butt off and she deserves some kudos!

Stopped by here for a quick lunch date with my daughter. Our waitress, I think her name was Alicia maybe. I forgot , but i did attach a pic. First and foremost, she had great customer service skills, and helped me out with my daughter on the high chair. She brought out our food and made a great recommendation on the bbq burger. Burger was cooked to a nice medium , and had crispy bacon. It was a good burger. I went in around lunch time and it wasn't too busy which was nice. I know this place to get pretty busy on the weekends. Thanks again to our wonderful waitress who took the time out and made sure we were ok the entire time. She made sure our beverages were filled and constantly checked in with us. Thank you !!!

This was our familys second time having a large party reservation using BJs buffett style menu at the Newark location. We had approximately 40 guests and chose the 2 entree 2 side buffet with additional add ons. Manager Ana was the on duty manager for both events 2023 and this year 2024. Her extraordinary customer service went above and beyond! The day of the event she called to ensure that we would arrive on time for the food to be ready to serve. They had the tables and chairs set up to accommodate us as well as the buffet. She also advised what areas were available for us to use as this was a large area that could accommodate very large parties. Ana made this experience very easy and relieved any concerns we had. Our server Mauricio was amazing! He made sure that the food was replenished when it running low or out, which made it easier for us to enjoy ourselves without needing to request refills. He also refilled our drinks consistently which was very nice! The service was amazing! Food was exquisite! My family loves to eat and everyone kept going for 2nd and 3rds! Yum! We had the atlantic salmon, parmesan chicken, bbq pork ribs, chicken alfredo, house salad, creamy mashed potatoes, and steamed broccoli. We also ordered pepperoni and cheese pizza on the side. The food was flavorful and hot!! The flavor was consistent! I would definitely recommend this location to host large party events! Please request for manager Ana and server Mauricio! You will not be disappointed! Side notes: Parking abundant, easy location to find, large space!

Best experience I had at any Bay Area BJ's in the current times. Food and service is always as expected to the point were we have decided to only eat at this location when craving BJ's great deals

We came in yesterday last minute with a party of 40 in between baseball games and they treated us amazing. They didn't get any other food wrong things went off without a hitch. Our drinks were never empty and Moe & Maddie were absolutely amazing! They're completely rocked it!!!!

I arranged a family gathering of 27 for my sister's one-year memorial. From the start of my planning, Ana (manager) was extremely helpful and accommodating. On the day of my event, Carl (manager) & Herman (server) made sure we were well-taken care of. We had a corner of the restaurant to ourselves where we were able be semi-secluded and set up a large picture of my sister. The buffet was delicious and my family was beyond pleased with the food and service. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!!

Service: Pathetic. We (a group of 5) walked in on a Wednesday evening. The place looked packed as half the seating are was not in service. We were made to wait for over 30 mins even though there were at least a couple of tables in the seating area that was in service. The waiters just ignored us and refused to even answer us when we asked them what's going on. And finally, after we got seated, they took forever to take our orders. Sticky tables. Decent food and quantity.

Pizookie is a classic and it's perfect to share, otherwise it's a bit of a sugar overload. The calamari portion was small, considering it's over $15. Service was okay, took some time for the waiter to serve our food and give the check. A regular chain restaurant so don't expect too much.

Very friendly staff,, great selection of beers in seasonal beers. Great deal on the $13 lunches with a dessert.
