Bad service, it took 15 min. To get another beer for my meal, i ordered a desert and a coffee and it took more than 20 min. I ask the waitresses why i took to long andshesaid it wasn't her fault, i ask her to call the captain or the manager wich ever is the case and im assuming it was the manager, he showed up with a defensive attitude, very rude and disrespectful, maybe because the way i was dressed, not mentioning my accent, cuz i don't wanna make it look like some racist thing. But if i was a white person, his attitude will be different, he never let me finish talk, cut in me off , clearly with no intention of listening what i have to say, long story short he start saying i was yelling at him and he kick me out of the restaurant. I have a video showing what i just mentioned, initially he put a business card on the table cuz i ask him i will contact corporate about this situation and then i pick it up, he said don't need to pay anything and i told him this wasn't about the money it was about the SERVICE and i dont need free meals, im a paying costumer and if the service is not good they need to train better their staff, he embarrassed me in front of other costumers, i have to leave cuz i was afraid he will call the police on me, fortunately i have a video to back up what i just said, im calling corporate again tomorrow cuz tonight is closed and i hope someone from corporate will contact me, my name is Fernando Cuervo and my ph is 702 439 7258 the more i think about and look at the video the more im inclined to believe this a racist thing from the manager.
