We had an incredible server at our most recent visit here. The food came out promptly although the restaurant was pretty busy on this Friday night. My only complaint was that we received chicken potstickers that were completely under cooked, and nearly raw in appearance after biting into one of them. My husband unknowingly ate the entire potsticker before I noticed the issue seconds later...ewww! My server quickly apologized and offered to have them remade. I requested that they were to be deep fried instead of pan seared just to ensure that they were fully cooked next time around. I saw the manager with the server as she explained the issue and then the two were at the pos terminal together for a moment I'm sure ringing in my new order. I don't like that the manager never came over to check on our table after the mishap. Isn't that one of their responsibilities to their guests? It would have been great if management stopped by to acknowledge the issue that was brought to their attention. The potstickers also took longer than expected to reach our table. There should have been emphasis placed on correcting the order and getting it sent back to us asap. We came in and ordered various appetizers to share and by the time the potstickers arrived we were mostly done eating so we took them to go.

We went today Nov.2.25, after a long time, even though we live so close of the BJs at Craig Rd, NLV. It changes for better. New staff, New menu items, the front door is finally very clear and clear. We love to see changes for the best. My husband ordered the sliders for appetizer, and I had the cheese couscous balls. Delicious. Then my husband ordered the jambalaya with pasta instead of rice, and it was very good. My blackened salmon was great. Kristine our waitress very attentive and customer service oriented. This restaurant changed a lot, but for better. Highly recommend. 😉

Beautiful decor, lots of table seating. Big bar. Outdoor seating area. Big screen tvs. It's a bit pricey. $60 (ten was the tip). The food was good. We had the tasty flat Tavern BBQ chicken pizza, couscous Mac n cheese balls, which was good but mainly gooey fried rice balls. Very little Mac noodles and smoked bacon pieces. The long island drink was weak and on the sour side. The bartender was nice, but the staff bustling around us ignored us the whole time with no eye contact or pleasantries. Golf and beer seemed to be the theme. Clean spacious establishment.

From the moment we walked through the front door, JJ made our experience at BJ’s Brewhouse absolutely wonderful. He greeted us with a big, genuine smile and a vibrant personality that instantly made us feel welcomed and valued. JJ was incredibly patient, attentive, and knowledgeable throughout our visit. He checked on us at all the right times, made sure our needs were met, and delivered impeccable service without ever making us feel rushed. His professionalism paired with his warm, engaging demeanor truly elevated our dining experience. If you’re dining at BJ’s Brewhouse, I highly recommend asking for JJ. He is a true example of outstanding customer service and made our visit memorable from start to finish. We will definitely be back because of him!

Placed a to-go order on line. When picking it up, I was told that everything was there because they had checked it twice... Come to find out, when I got home I discovered that there was NO marinara sauce for my cheese sticks, NO dipping sauce for my avocado egg rolls, NO chips for my spinach artichoke dip and to top it off, my sliders were burnt with no ketchup or onions on them! I was really bummed out because my previous experience was so great that I thought all BJ's were the same. I guess I should of checked their ratings before I decided on that location.

I really enjoy coming to to this BJ’s for a meal. I ordered the shrimp scampi and it was very good and filling. The highlight was the pizookie. The spooky pizookie was awesome.

First time here for a friends birthday dinner. The restaurant was pretty busy with sports being broadcasted throughout the restaurant. I was seated immediately as my friend was there. Everything smelled wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised that the daily specials and happy hour appetizers were so inexpensive and there were many options to choose from. I had the chicken pot stickers, enlightened strawberry salad with chicken and double chocolate pizookie. The salad was amazing and just the right size portion after pot stickers and dessert. The pot stickers were pan seered and had tons of flavor The ice cream was creamy and the cookie was warm and yummy!

We have always liked BJ's, especially for their Happy hour in the bar area. $4 bottle dometics and $5 drafts along with appetizers starting at $3 - $8. Our favorite is always 1/2 price Monday pizzas which are available in the entire restaurant. My favorite is their tavern pizza which is a cracker thin crust pizza for $9.99 with additional toppings for 99cents. Service is usually decent and any problems are taken care of by a really good manager. Enjoy The 3 Amigos

I was excited to try this restaurant because I had heard great things about the Pizookie and this location was closest to me, so I gave it a try. I ordered a Blue Raspberry drink, wedge salad, and bjs wings. The drink was actually underwhelming at best; I had high hopes, but was disappointed at the $5.49 price tag for it. The salad was ok, I think they forgot to put bacon on mine...there were like 4 tiny pieces. As for the wings, half of the ones on my plate were old, dry, and hard as rock. I cordially sent them back to the kitchen and they gave me some new ones which were undercooked... I decided to bag them up and take them home. Sigh. With all the aforementioned things, I decided to pass on the Pizookie. Rather expensive for mediocre food. Total was $30. Will not be back.

There's just something better about the food, service & ambiance at this BJ's as opposed to the one in Centennial Hills. Newer maybe? It just seems like the staff cares more here. Much less wait time. Food comes out faster. We had the BJ's Smokehouse Burger with Bottomless Fries (Wed Special). Ordered the burgers cooked medium and both came out nice & juicy! Pizookie Salted Caramel is our all time favorite. This BJ's is 100% worth trying!

Our first time at bj restaurant and it was so good! Our service was great! Check in multiple times! A lot of space in the inside and out! Very clear. The food was great! So full!

After my experience at BJ's last week in California, I was not super excited when my friend asked to meet here for dinner but it is halfway between her house and mine so I agreed. This visit restored my appreciation for BJ's! The service was exceptional and the food was tasty! I was happy to see they still have the enlightened Asian chopped salad, so yummy and we shared some fryckle fries ( just fried pickles with a silly name). My friend had the hickory brisket bacon burger. It was cooked just like she likes it and the brisket was delicious! And of course we shared a pizookie and it was really good! (So much for my enlightened salad, lol) The floor was really slippery on the steps from the bar area to the dining room floor, not sure what got spilled there but it was a definite hazard. This was a great dinner with my friend! Would definitely meet at this location again!

SLO ROAST on doordash Just the Steak, Chicken & Ribs Menu but great prices delivered fast I go for the sirloin with baked potato & asparagus-always hits the spot $20+tax delivered in 30 minutes or so. It's my friday night go to for late night dining.

First time visiting this location and I had a great experience, our waitress was amazing, so professional and considerate. Offered amazing recommendations!!! I'll be sure to come back, every time I'm in town.

Sat at the Bartop. Brenn & Taylor were the bartenders that evening. Service is mediocre, not much talk from the staff. I was handed a roll up of silverware and upon opening the roll up, a bunch of crumbs fell out of the roll! It was so disgusting! I told Brenn if she can give me another rollup that perhaps wasn't used. I was surprised that not a single manager came up to me about the situation. Making me believe that the bartender never advised management of the filth I just touched. I ordered their new Sweet & Spicy asian glaze wings which are my favorite! I also ordered their $25.00 Atalantic salmon and it was far from great. Salmon was lacking all sorts of flavors. For that price I expected much more. Dennys has their salmon for $16.00 and its much better. I do not recommend ordering BJ'S Salmon. For dessert I ordered their Spooky season piezookie. My favorite piezookie for the season of Halloween. My pizookie was missing the the oreos. Overall this BJ'S on Craig is lacking in all departments. I recommend going to a different BJS location.

This is just a great spot for us, it's close to our house! We're always welcomed by the staff! There's usually a waiting list, but it's short and quick ! We enjoy sitting at the bar so we don't have to wait ! We always get great service here at the bar ! We enjoy the burgers here! They have a $13.00 Pizookie specials, with 8 items on the menu. It includes the whole meal, with drink, and fries! There are several things on the menu we enjoy; Burgers are one! But let me tell you that, everything here is really good! I love their pork ribs special too. The fried fish is another thing we love! It's a place where people bring their while family, because it's a nice warm spot! They have a great staff, they are good at what they do! Take out os also an option, and it is a good service

I have never eaten a meal at the chain restaurant BJ's and decided to try it while meeting friends for lunch in Las Vegas. Restaurant was clean and the servers were really attentive. We started with appetizers: Brussel sprouts and Artichoke dip - both were good. Between the three of us, we had the Fried Chicken with masked potatoes, clam chowder and the club sandwich. Everything tasted great and I was pleasantly surprised if I'm honest. I ordered their Chocolate Chunk Pizookie, which is a warmed cooked with ice cream topping. It was decadent and hit the spot. The prices were reasonable and we all agreed we would come back for another meal.

Updating my review because I want to give our server, Rashel, a SHOUT OUT for her 5++++ service. There's one thing to be polite and attentive however, she went the extra by informing us of the new beers they have on tap and if we would like to try any of the 3 that are featured. She gave us details on how it tastes. Also, another plus is that she asked if we were Loyalty members. She took the time to look it up with our phone numbers and when she couldn't find it she gave me instructions on signing up and the benefits. She was absolutely the best. As far as the food, I ordered a special steak topped with a mushroom gravy with extra gravy on the side and chimichurri. The steak was tender and the sauces were flavorful. The only gripe was the fries were served cold and that's not the servers fault. It's the kitchen who did this. It seemed that when they plated they added the fries and waited for the steak to cook or just plain old fries. They made me a fresh batch which the fries is actually really good. Great spot to watch sports and not to loud which is perfect. Check out their weekly specials.

Finally came here on a non dieting day and got to try out some good options. We got the avocado rolls to start and they are arguably the best thing I have tried there 10/10 for SURE. And I have no idea what that sauce was with it, but it was phenomenal. We did the sweet pig and Alfredo pizza as well as chicken Alfredo. They were pretty good. I wouldn't necessarily rate them the highest, but definitely good. The drink was awesome. I got the strawberry rose martini and will definitely get that again! Best was the service. We had Chade and she was wonderful! She checked on us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. She was also exceptionally friendly.

Had a engagement party there, and the heat was unbearable! We asked multiple times for the air to be turned on, but it seemed never to happen? Meanwhile the main dinning area was nice and cool.

Food was excellent, the Calamari was particularly tasty. The Cream Soda was outstanding! Natasha was very attentive, and made excellent suggestions. We were only there for appetizers and dessert, but she treated us like we were ordering a full three course meal. Ambience is perfect for an informal break in the day. Easy parking, clean bathrooms. A little more expensive that expected, but worth it!

Love coming to this restaurant can't say anything bad about it because every time I come here the service is great and the food is even better. I got her appetizer, the couscous, cheese bowls, and the spinach artichoke dip in vote for phenomenal for my entrée. I got the tri-tip and shrimp scampi combo the asparagus and loaded, mashed potatoes and again absolutely phenomenal. The tri-tip was cooked to what I wanted, medium rare and the shrimp scampi that's the right amount of flavor the loaded mashed potatoes didn't say anything bad about them gonna get the Suzuki, which is also really good. Suggest getting it anytime you come here whether it's your birthday or just to get it.

Came in yesterday for my nieces birthday, both my fiancé and I ordered the Italian Chicken Parmesan, first picture is what we received, second is from the menu. Embarrassing amount of marinara sauce on the chicken. Tasted fine but you order chicken parm it's supposed to be covered in sauce.

Recently returned for lunch with the boss and our server had only been there a month but she was on top of things. I swear BJ's make the best iced tea. Crisp and refreshing. As always I asked her to surprise me with her choice of lunch item. It was an avocado burger, very delicious but big. Had to dislocate the lower jaw to take a bite. It was very filling too! Another fine visit

The food was satisfactory, and the service was excellent. However, the quality of the drinks was disappointing. The margaritas lacked the distinct flavor of tequila.the waiter told the bartender, they both gave me a look and laughed about it, i was very disappointed,I wasn't trying to get them for free , but the drink wasn't good.

I came here for the lunch special and my free bday pizookie ! The dining area was pretty empty but service was super slow, it was mostly the employees standing around socializing which is fine (it was slow) but I had to even ask for water which is something basic that should go w/o saying. As for the salad, pizza & egg rolls, it was just OK. I was upset the waitress used my incorrect rewards & didn't pay attention to the expiration date so I missed out on my pizookie for MAY. Overall, I was disappointed.

Their fun drinks are fun! Enjoyed them. Service was great and BJ's always has a good vibe going on.

This was my first time checking out the new bjs in this area. There is spacious parking and the ambiance is what you expect from a bjs. We were seated fairly quickly and came here right in time when they had the spooky Pizookies. I always love it here at bjs and the service is always friendly. Their chicken parmigiana is one of my fav menu items to get. It is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the cheese is melted perfectly on top as well

Food and service were very good. Ordered wedge salad, bjs pizza which a large is 50% off on Mondays , wings, and the Halloween pizookie. All of our order came out hot and fresh and definitely will have to return... we dined at about 3:00pm which was a perfect time to go not to busy and didn't have to wait to long for our food. They also served the cutest Halloween orange drink and would be on my must drink again list. This location was very clean and all the staff were very friendly.

The ambience was great, but the burgers and drink were terrible! I say drink since I was with my daughter. When we asked the waitress about having the burger on sourdough she said she couldn't change the breading. She offered appetizers at happy hour prices and came full price on the bill. Then the excuse was oh they must not have been of the happy hour menu. Really!!! Why did offer and not do your job when we made our selection! Then when told about the watery Irish mule she said I will tell the bartender he is kind of new! Not let me make the $10.75 drink over for you!! The bill with the appetizers, burgers & (1) drink (2) waters came to $83.65 and we did tip even though the service was substandard $12.00 totaling 95+ dollars. We will never go back to BJ's restaurant again!!! I would rather give my money to the homeless standing on the corner

FAMILY FEAST // TOGO My favorite goto order is the pasta feast family meal. It comes with (Lrg BJs favorite pizza, jumbo spaghetti and meatballs, house salad and 6 bread sticks). BJs never disappoints. The food is always hot and fresh. The breadsticks were crispy, soft and moist on the inside. The pizza is always on point. Spaghetti and jumbo meatballs is my favorite. Plenty of food to feed 4-6 people.

I like BJ's and the food. They do get very busy fast and move at somewhat decent pace. I do like some of their dishes and couldn't care less for others. My family likes this place for convenience. The servers are friendly and very informative. They do have good deals at times as well.

We went from dinner on 2/15/2025 & were seated quickly but it took our server almost 20 mins to greet us & take our orders. It took another 20 mins for our drinks to arrive. We ordered a chicken Alfredo, bacon burger, spaghetti w/ meatballs, mozzarella cheese sticks, and chicken nachos. But our waitress got one of the orders wrong. She gave us chili nachos so we tried to wave her down but that took about 15 mins to even find her in the establishment. The chicken Alfredo was dry (not enough sauce) & the bacon burger was very bland. For dessert we ordered a cookies & cream pizookie. The cookie was delicious (that's why I'm giving 2 stars) but there was a hair in the Icecream (and no it was not ice as it was not the color of our hair). They have alot of TVs in the establishment playing many different games but when asking if we can change it to another game (which was showing on the other side of the business) we were given attitude & denied with no reason. Will we be back? No

went to bj's to have a few cocktails and order some food to and it was a little busy so I decided to have a few drinks knowing it was going to be busy and a long wait after having a great time and watching the game the bartender that works there that wear different color finger nails had a nasty attuited and said something very disrespectful about the drinks i had, he needs to have better training how to be professional and keep his personal thoughts to himself, and while he was running his mouth I was getting ready to tip him but he ruined that for himself. I hope his management staff read this and have him do more training.

Everything was good the server super nice but the food just tasted extremely off. The steak tasted like it was ground up and turned into a steak and idk the flavors of everything was weird.

We walked into the bar and was served fast, by our server Rashel R. She was nice and friendly, recommended a few things. We placed our drink order, appetizers and meal. The drinks and food were good and fast. Rashel came by often to see how we were doing. Go enjoy the food, and atmosphere it's great

Came here on a short vacation and met with my fam in December for lunch since this is one of their fav. Dine in spots. Service was good and quick. They ordered the deep dish nachos. The chips are made in house so I know if this isn't eaten within the next couple of house it'll get soggy fast. I ordered the avocado rolls and clam chowder (not pictured). I like the rolls but I didn't like the sauce that came with it. There was just something about it I didn't like. Maybe because it was a bit sweet. I was thinking it'll be more on the savory side. I should've asked if there were any other sauces. Other than that the avocado rolls were nice and crispy on the inside and avocado was just right. The Clam chowder was okay. My fam ordered the chicken Italian chicken parmigiana pasta and New Orleans jambalaya. Both of them loved what they ordered. Also, we sat next to the bar area. They had different tvs showing different sports.

Don't waste your money! Have gone four times in three or four months each time the mojitos strength and taste different, only once food and drink was great! I always try different dishes and only the Ribs, Steak and shrimp are good but every place can handle cooking them! Mahi Mahi tacos should be removed as they weren't ok & I don't believe that the correct fish was used. New Orleans jambalaya was over seasoned terribly ( couldn't eat). Service is only good as the personal attention that sometimes customers receive. I'm sorry but 1 out 4 doesn't keep my family of 7 coming back.

We spent 4 days weekend in Vegas and ate at BJ's every night. The food was fantastic (every time), the Mac and cheese and flat bread appetizers were awesome. Strawberries salad, burgers (tried each one) and the pizza's were great. So is the porter and wheat beers. Highly recommended the pizzuki as desert. Our server Justin was the same server every night and he was great. Food arrived fast and exactly as ordered. Overall. Highly recommended

Let's start from exterior. There is ample parking close to the restaurant and upon entering I always sit at the bar. I was just here on Monday to meet a friend and came back today for the Sparkling Sangria, so I'm actually combining both reviews. I have tried this location on 4 occasions total and I can say I've only had one good experience. My waitress was Janet and both times I've had her, yes she was nice but she doesn't offer water, she doesn't give you silverware, nor does she provide napkins. These are items you have to request. Second, I ordered my food which I ordered the sparkling Sangria with salsa and chips, which was amazing btw, but the customer service was horrible. Not 1x did she ask if there was anything I needed, she didn't check on me, nor did her counterparts. I know they share tips because I frequent BJs ALOT, so everyone should be asking if there is anything I needed. I was one that was not asked and the other waitress asked around me as if I wasn't even present. I was dismissed altogether. I have tried to give it a go several times but I can not come here anymore. The customer service is beyond horrible and they do not even clean the be area. So either they have issues with time management or just aren't good people in general. Either way, it's a bad look for the restaurant.

Man! Those Lemon Pepper slow-roasted bone-in wings were delicious. I'd get them again! The food didn't take too long to make it to the table. It was lunchtime, so they were a lil busy!

Service was great but way too overpriced for stuff 90$ for two people and all we got was one pasta two apps and a drink like wow I didn't know they raised prices that bad will not be back . Ridiculous

Diane and I had two more late-night meals here, including Clam Chowder, two Enlightened Seared Ahi Salads, New Orleans Jambalaya, Chicken Parmigiana Alfredo with Penne Alfredo, and Garlic Knots. The salads both contained very fresh vegetables and good cuts of Seared Ahi, but the tuna in one was redder than the other. Unfortunately, requested Soy Sauce was not on hand. But the Vinaigrette Dressing was still quite good by itself. The New Orleans Jambalaya ordered with mild Cajun spices fit that description well. Of the chicken, sausage, and shrimp, I liked the shrimps the best. They were plump, juicy, and very heat hot when served over Rice Pilaf. Diane loved her Chicken Parmigiana Alfredo and accompanying Alfredo Sauce. But the penne arrived at the table cold. And I liked the Garlic Knots that helped to absorb the spice of the Jambalaya. Portions were all large. And service by Nathaniel M. and Amanda W. was excellent. A second Iced Tea was brought to our booth unbidden. XXXX-1/2 stars overall!

Came in Sunday night for an early dinner around 4:30 on and got sat in the bar area when our waitress Chyanne greeted us. Super friendly, explained the specials, got our drinks and put our order in. Food was exactly what we wanted. Signed up on their app to start earning points. Will be back and will be asking for Chyanne. Thanks for the great service.

I guess who is the cook for the day. Love their spicy boneless wings. Hope you go on a good day. Or they Wil be dry and flavorless. I will never order to go orders again. Salad was a kids Order, not what I had received inside eating. Service is good.

BJ'S COOL! My work selected this place. Good for company get together. Good for friends and Fam. For a super large group, we got served pretty face. Big screens everywhere to watch news and sports. I wanted to take pictures with coworkers and every thing. Company I worked for has a strict policy on media : ( But for record. I'm bringing back friends and Fam and I will be posting pictures!! I do recommend this place!!

Bad service, it took 15 min. To get another beer for my meal, i ordered a desert and a coffee and it took more than 20 min. I ask the waitresses why i took to long andshesaid it wasn't her fault, i ask her to call the captain or the manager wich ever is the case and im assuming it was the manager, he showed up with a defensive attitude, very rude and disrespectful, maybe because the way i was dressed, not mentioning my accent, cuz i don't wanna make it look like some racist thing. But if i was a white person, his attitude will be different, he never let me finish talk, cut in me off , clearly with no intention of listening what i have to say, long story short he start saying i was yelling at him and he kick me out of the restaurant. I have a video showing what i just mentioned, initially he put a business card on the table cuz i ask him i will contact corporate about this situation and then i pick it up, he said don't need to pay anything and i told him this wasn't about the money it was about the SERVICE and i dont need free meals, im a paying costumer and if the service is not good they need to train better their staff, he embarrassed me in front of other costumers, i have to leave cuz i was afraid he will call the police on me, fortunately i have a video to back up what i just said, im calling corporate again tomorrow cuz tonight is closed and i hope someone from corporate will contact me, my name is Fernando Cuervo and my ph is 702 439 7258 the more i think about and look at the video the more im inclined to believe this a racist thing from the manager. Went to this restaurant with my boyfriend around noon on Tuesday evening, it seemed to be busier than expected. The food was good but our server was absent and would rarely check on us, she also forgot to place our order for an appetizer so we sat there for a long time just waiting for our food to come out and when it did make it to us the chicken for my salad was cold. The lady who sat us was by far the most pleasant person to engage with, I wish our server was more attentive during our dining experience.

Ordered uber eats and was disappointed. 3 dishes for $80 something is too expensive for something not tasty. The burgers were too dry and no ketchup for the fries. Chicken Alfredo has no sauce. Tasted very blend. Now I know why they're only a 3 star restaurant. Took them 1hr for the food to come so good was also cold.
