Came here for lunch on a Friday about 2pm. I like to sit at the bar when I go to restaurants, which I did here. The bartender was a very nice gentleman who took my food and drink order. I ordered the new york strip and double lobster. It was fantastic!!!!! Not to mention I got the double lobster, a New York strip and a 16 ounce beer for $73?????? Amazing!!! This place is a gem!! Great job staff!!!!

Im in town for business and found out my brother is here for work. We decided to meet up and visit Black Angus because....steak. I try eat steak at least once when I'm out of town, and this spot was it for the week. We were escorted to a booth within a minute or so. Everyone was friendly. The atmosphere is a little romantic, whichbis to say dim lighting and high booths. We got the calamari as an appetizer. I have to be honest, that was the best calamari I've had in my life I think. Fried well. Seasoned well (not bland like other restaurants). The right amount of crunch. It was great! My brother got the prime rib (medium rare) while I got the New York Strip 14 oz (upgrade and medium). He saw this deal they have for Dinner for Two which is why my steak was upgraded. He was happy with his steak. Cooked well, seasoned just right, along with the toppers and butters. My steak was cooked the way I want it. Seasoned right. It cut well, meaning I didn't have to secure it in place to the plate with a fork while I seperated the meat. It was a great time overall. It was good catching up with my brother after not seeing him for some time. To do it over some steak made it even better.

Google
Great service, commercial food. I bought a Groupon: 1 appetizer, 2 entrée, 1 dessert. Good deal & decent food. Cheesecake comes from Cheesecake factory. Comparable to other chain restaurants.

Google
Just a good standard steak house! Good bread, good tea, good salads, and good steaks. The service was fast and attentive. Finally the prices were affordable. Just a great meal overall!

The cuisine was exquisite, the restaurant was immaculate, the service was expedient, and the waiter was exceptionally courteous. The dessert was delicious and a shareable size for 4 guests. Just the wedge salad was a small portion.

It been years since I been to a Black Angus so that's why I decided to take my wife here last night to celebrate our 6 years anniversary. We basically ate at all the restaurants in Burbank beside this one so I wanted to change things up. I made reservations off OpenTable along with putting we were celebrating our anniversary and was willing to give this restaurant a try since the last time we went to the Northridge location (6 years ago), it wasn't a good experience. I found parking easily on a Thursday night and the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is outdated or not modernized. We got seated near the bar and the environment was just more calm especially with the music. Our waitress came and took our drinks order first. I got a regular Pepsi and at the Northridge location they kept overfilling my drink so it would spill on the table, this location was the exact same issue. We took advantage of the happy hour so I ordered the cheesy trio. They give regular bread as well which we thought was good, the cheesy trio is good when you eat it hot. My wife ordered her grillled salmon with Mac & cheese and broccoli. I got the 12oz ribeye at medium with fries and Mac & cheese. It didn't take our food to come out and I thought my ribeye looked more burnt than cooked at medium. I was right because I mostly taked the burnt flavor on my steak but it was tender and not that juicy. You even see all the burnt on my plate after eating it so it was not good. My fries was just okay and I did not like the Mac & cheese here. My wife thought her Salmon was on the drier side and didn't like the Mac & cheese either. The bathroom here also need some remodeling because it's not in the best of shape. Overall we're not planning on coming back to this Black Angus again. The crowd here seems the be on the older people group since we barely saw any young adults. We went somewhere else to get dessert since our experience wasn't good.

We got the camper feast with ribeye steak. The server is super nice and friendly. Food was great! Love the honey brussel sprouts.

Yelp
Black Angus, what the glob? Robbie B, aren't you a picky 10+ year Yelper? Yes and Yes, but I am here to tell you, don't sleep on Black Angus. I half expected them to clang that triangle dinner bell like in the old movies. Just off the downtown Burbank scene, mega-large Black Angus looms right on First Street by the BJs. Old-style booths and super service. Half the guests have coupons and for those that don't, there are a zillion combos and specials on the menu, including an uncomfortable page called "Square Cow." I don't even want to think about that. Burgers, fries, prime rib, lobster combo (we didn't get it but the next table did and it looked pretty good), even the house salad was fresh and tasty. Everything's expensive nowadays, but I like the portions that guarantee a second meal, so you don't feel so bad as your next meal (at home or in a bag to heat up at the office) is free. Plus, you get two sides with every meal so the salmon ($28.99) doesn't seem so pricey. Also for the carb-counter, two chicken breasts for $20. We left completely stuffed and a handful of to-go bags. A hit!

Yelp
We had a wonderful and delicious meal and the most personable waiter named, Amir. Service was fantastic and the food was freshly prepared. I love the old school feeling of this steakhouse. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant... And a little tip for you... Ask for Amir!

Yelp
Wishing Black Angus a happy upcoming 60th Anniversary. I have been dining at this restaurant regularly for 50 of those 60 years and have had an excellent experience virtually every time. The chain ran a special this past month that I tried and enjoyed on three occasions... two 3 oz. filets, one lobster tail and one side dish for $19.99. And while I do not consider price when ordering meals, this one looked like a nice pairing of items. Since I am here usually once a week, I wanted to give a shout out to the servers who are all excellent. I made this list from memory so I may have forgotten one or two. Apologies! The servers: Michelle, Alex, Sam, Kevin, Jesse and Esmy. Front desk hosts are always warm and welcoming and the kitchen staff is usually always on top of their game. None of this would work as professionally as it does without the dedicated managers: Eric, German and Isabel. The photos attached are of the Special referred to earlier and a masterfully prepared Moscow Mule by Esmy who doubles as a server and bartender. Note the presentation of this drink in the copper mug with some mint on top. Side note. The chain offered these mugs as a gift for their 50th anniversary and I snagged two. While their drink menu now shows this drink served in a proper copper mug, the restaurant no longer uses them. So I brought one of mine from home!

Yelp
Not only are their steaks chicken and seafood fantastic, but I just ordered a full Thanksgiving feast for November 28th 2024! I called and spoke to such a nice guy named Ken. He was extremely helpful and I did what he said and pre ordered my Thanksgiving dinners. I'm so happy
google avatar

Claudia A.

Yelp
Went here for thanksgiving and it was the worst experience. Checked in before my reservation time of 7:15 just to be told it would be an hour wait. It ended up being more than an hour wait. We were not seated until 8:35. We ordered a coffee and had to ask for a spoon more than three times. Not once were we offered a refill on the coffee. Ordered an appetizer and never received it. It was obnoxiously loud and cold where we were seated. Hostesses were unprofessional and making comments about patrons. Just a horrible dining experience.

Yelp
I booked Thanksgiving dinner at 5pm. The customers for 3:15pm were still waiting for the table when we checked in. The manager said out of control because of their reservation systems. They kept taking reservations. Over 100 people were inside and outside of the restaurant. Everyone was so frustrated, complaining, and looked tired of waiting. We left & came home with no meal. They ruined our Thanksgiving. I won't be back again.

Michelle D.

Yelp
I came in on Thanksgiving and there was a lot of people. I was concerned the wait was going to be really long. I had a party of 4 they quoted me 30-45 minutes. We were seated after waiting 25 mins. I was impressed because they were really busy. Our server Jesus was very nice, attentive, friendly, and checked in on us often. Refilled drinks and we didn't even have to ask. The manager was present walking around checking in on tables. Last year we went to BJs and the service was horrible. I was very impressed with Black Angus and our entire visit. My family doesn't cook for Thanksgiving so this was a treat for us! We will be back next year!

Angel M.

Yelp
I had my Thanksgiving dinner at the Burbank Store and i have to say, it was just as good as my own turkey dinner! The service was great! Management is great! I had a bit of a wait, but if you can't handle waiting then you should stay home on a holiday! Awesome service all the way around!! Angel

Yelp
A mixed review - I had a great time here but my boyfriend got food poisoning after. We bought the Campfire feast for 2 on Groupon for around $55, normal price is $69. We came on a Saturday night and were seated immediately. The ambience is the standard black angus interior with dim lighting and a homey cabin feel. Our server was great - he was super attentive and brought us things we needed quickly without asking, such as bread and steak sauce. For our appetizer, we upgraded +$5 to the Wagon Wheel sampler, which included loaded potato skins, shrimp cocktail, chipotle-buffalo chicken tenders, and crispy garlic-pepper zucchini. For entrees, I got the New York Steak and my boyfriend opted for the Top Sirloin. We both asked for medium-rare, but both were cooked more medium. For sides, I loved the loaded baked potato soup, but thought the mashed potatoes tasted like the powder box ones. My boyfriend got the 5-grain rice pilaf and Au Gratin Potatoes - both were just okay and the rice was very plain. For the shared dessert, I thought the creme brûlée could have been more caramelized, but it was still delicious. Overall, was definitely a good deal on Groupon, though I wouldn't pay full price. Would have been a solid 4 stars without the food poisoning. Parking was easy with plenty of spots in the lot as well.

Yelp
This restaurant was very unorganized for people who had reservations. People were standing or sitting all over inside and outside. They waited over an hour past their reservation time to get in. I asked did you over book and she said kind of then she said open seating and asked why did we all make a reservation. I have been to their Thanksgiving Day dinner 3 times prior and got in right on time. We decided to go to the bar and then asked if we could eat there and they said yes so we did. If we had not done this we would have been there for 3 hrs. including waiting. Our server was good and the food was pretty good as well. I will not go back for Thanksgiving dinner there.

Yelp
I will be back...service and food was amazing on Thanksgiving. We came from out of state and sadly dinner with the family was cancelled due to illness. Last minute went to Black Angus and they not only accommodated my group, but had such an amazing attitude during the holiday madness. Thank you to the staff and manager that busy day
google avatar

Yelp
Thankfully we chose to have our thanksgiving dinner here. I was worried my parents would hate going out for thanksgiving but it turned out better than I expected. We had a reservation they were very busy so we had to wait just a little bit but it was well worth it. The food was great and service was excellent. I enjoyed not having to do cleaning and dishes after thanksgiving. We actually enjoyed our time together without the hassle. Thank you Kevin! He's a great waiter. I'll be coming to black angus next year for thanksgiving.

Yelp
I haven't been to a Black Angus for way too long, and when I received an e-mail for Steak, Lobster Tail, Crispy Shrimp and 2 sides for $26, my Friday lunch was planned! It was 103 degree heat in Burbank, and was a relief to enter the air conditioned steakhouse as quickly as possible. They'd just opened, and the person who seated me would also be my server. I ordered the above special with my steak Medium, a Side salad with Blue Cheese and Mac and Cheese. Of course, the salad and bread arrived first ... with my entree arriving before I'd finished my salad. Their Blue Cheese Dressing was simply amazing! The steak was to order and had a char to it which enhanced the "steakhouse" feeling. Temperature and taste was spot on - for everything. I was feeling great about the experience and decided to order their Cowboy Cookie for dessert. Warm, gooey and delicious with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Yum! Server was there and asking if the food was to my liking and if there was anything more she could get for me throughout the meal. Great experience, great food, good environment and very affordable for what I received. Definitely recommend.

Yelp
So far this location is the best Black Angus location I had been to! I made reservations to have lunch with my cousins and sister. We celebrated Galentine's there, because it was the one place we all agreed on and I'm glad we did! Let's talk about how flavorful the food was! I ordered a New York strip and it was perfectly seasoned and cooked the way I like it. For my two sides I ordered their loaded bake potato soup and their green beans. Their strawberry margarita was so good. I love their complementary molasses bread, it's always warm and delicious. For dessert I had their big mountain fudge cake, perfectly chocolaty goodness! such a perfect way to end my meal. The restaurant is not fancy, but it's comfortable. The highlight of my meal was the great service we received from Alma. She was amazing. She not only took our order but she made us feel like we were family. I can tell she really cares about making her customers feel happy to be there!

Yelp
We made a reservation for 6 pm and we were seated immediately when we arrived. Restaurant has a mellow vibe. There is also a bar with seating and many big screens. Food was good, portions were big, and our waiter did a good job and was a nice guy.

Yelp
Huge fan since I was a kid. I'm totally clueless about why the restaurant is half empty on a Saturday night. We did the $25 DineLA menu. The 3 courses we ordered came with warm toasty bread and butter. The toast was fresh and warm. The steak soup was delicious! The 6oz steak was perfectly cooked! No complaints here. I've been to the best steakhouses in the country. This is very delicious. Our waitress was super friendly, and she answered all our questions. Nice, cozy dinner.

Yelp
Wanted to give this place a try, I went years ago and got some reason never came back but I am happy to say I was pleasantly surprised! The food was good, the meat was a bit gamey for me but I think that's my fault I will order it medium well next time. The baked potato was a little undercooked as well. Overall the food is very good for the prices. The service was great, always refilling and making sure we were happy with the food, and I gotta say I love the ambiance and decor! We definitely will be back!

Yelp
Such a steal. Buy one get one and the sides are included. For the buck Black Angus can't be beat. Budget friendly steak that definitely won't break the bank. It had been years if not a decade since I've been to a Black Angus. They are usually known for their campfire dinner for 2 and coupons in the Sunday paper. Prices are very affordable, especially for families. Came here for a Sunday dinner and took advantage of the buy one get one. We opted on 2 different cuts of steaks with 2 different buttered toppings. We had 2 salads, loaded mashed potatoe and Mac n Cheese. It was served with hot brown bread. We also ordered 2 meals to go for the family that was left behind. The food was delicious and my tummy was full. Service was friendly. My wallet was happy. Most meals start at $19.99 for chicken and Ceasars Salad. Steaks run just under $40.00-$60.00. I've spent double- triple the price at higher end steakhouses for the meat alone.

Yelp
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Black Angus, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. As a steak lover, I had high expectations, and I'm thrilled to say that they were exceeded. The service at Black Angus was top-notch. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and made to feel incredibly welcome. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about ensuring we had a fantastic dining experience. Now, let's talk about the main event - the ribeye. It was simply mouthwatering and cooked to perfection. The meat was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. Each bite was a heavenly delight, and I found myself savoring every single morsel. It was undoubtedly one of the best ribeyes I've ever had the pleasure of eating. To start off our meal, we ordered the wagon appetizer, and it was a great choice. The flavors melded together perfectly, and each ingredient complemented the others. It was a delicious way to kickstart our taste buds and set the tone for the rest of the meal. Speaking of which, everything we tried at Black Angus was nothing short of exceptional. The sides were flavorful and expertly prepared. The drinks were well-crafted, and the dessert options were tempting, although we were too pleasantly full to indulge further. The restaurant itself has a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The dim lighting and rustic decor create a soothing ambiance that enhances the overall dining experience. It's perfect for a romantic night out or a celebratory gathering with friends and family.

Yelp
I love this place! My family and I have been going for years and the food and service is always wonderful, and the environment is so cozy. This past time, we had Israel (Amir) as our server and he was exceptional! He was incredibly attentive and kind, and checked in on us to make sure everything was good. Really appreciate him making our dining experience exceptional and love this Black Angus!

Yelp
The top thing about this place is the drinks! Super duper delicious, strong cocktails and at $10 not happy hour just regular all day everyday price, now that is spectacular We go the campfire 3 course meal through Groupon and it was okk The steak was a cheaper cut and I got the salmon which was good but sorta plain, wish it came with some sort of like mango salsa or anything sort of sauce really Also The steak soup was really good! Still though even with the Groupon deal, I think the food part was a little overpriced The side of rice was just too paltry and steak too cheap and I did leave a bit hungry The cheesecake was decent, not amazing but not bad, and same with the shrimp cocktail But the drinks really did make up for it and our server was very nice and on point! And they do give free warm bread at the beginning of meal which is very rare these days I don't think I'd come back for food unless really good deal but I would come back for the delicious cocktails Also I will say the super tall round huge leather booths are awesome and provide a lot of privacy

Yelp
Came in for dinner during Sunday night football, they have a special Square Cow menu. I ordered crispy shrimp, green beans and au graten potatoes. I added a sidekick salad for $5 . I had two waiters. Both great but Esme is the best. She had rave reviews from the customers near me. She's great! This was a nice solo meal. Very relaxing. I could enjoy my food and drink and watch the game. It's a great place for s nice meal. My food came to about $23, my long Island $6 Highly recommend!

Yelp
My friends came from Czech Republic and wanted to go out for a reasonable steak dinner. So we opted to go Black Angus. They had a deal for the Cowboy Special for 2. Seemed like a lot of good for a fairly reasonable price. There were 4 of us so we ordered two of the specials. We started off with the garlic cheese bread and $5 upgraded sampler appetizer. The garlic bread was basic. The sampler had a good variety and was decent, however the shrimp had a mealy texture and was a bit off putting. For our entrees.. My husband got the ribs, 2 of us ordered the ribeye $5 each upgrade and one of us opted for grilled chicken. We were all very happy with the taste and portions of our proteins. The Mac& cheese was really good! The broccoli was terrible. It looked old and it was overcooked. Potatoes were ok. French fries were good. Steak soup was good. Dessert we ordered the chocolate torte and carrot cake to go as we were absolutely stuffed and not heading home immediately. The carrot cake was nice. The torte was ok. Maybe it's just I'm not a huge fan of chocolate. No one finished it at home so guessing it was just an okay item. I think the cowboy cookie would have been the way to go.. but the ice cream wouldn't have made it. 2 long islands & a red wine .. The bill with to was over$200! Good grief. So much for reasonable. Overall the food was good. The service was excellent! The establishment was well maintained. Be careful of the upgrades as they add up quickly. Plenty of food so it can be shared for sure. I probably wouldn't opt for the DEAL again, but if you want a lot of food.. This is the place.

Yelp
Not wanting to cook for Thanksgiving we decided to come to Black Angus. The food was amazing and even though it was crazy busy the staff and service was excellent!!! The vibe was great and my entire family left happy with full tummy's! Thank you so much for making Thanksgiving great!

Yelp
Great service from our server Alex! She was very knowledgable about the menu and was quick! I ordered a medium rare steak with broccoli and french fries. Food was AMAZING and came out super fast. The Black Angus in our town closed so it was definitely worth the drive!

Yelp
we had reservations for 4pm, arrived 15 minutes early, and they made us wait for well over an hour. they didn't seat us until after 5pm. inexcusable. i'm giving them 2 stars because the waiter was good.

Yelp
We were a party of 4 we have someone in an big electric wheelchair knowing this they were going to sit us up in a booth where the wheelchair will take the whole aisle space blocking people , she told them do you have a table . That guy was annoyed and said we have no tables and the restaurant was not even packed. Finally they took us to a table in the back , service was slow it felt like we were in zootopia DMV We have to wait long time for everything even to pay But using the restroom wow let me start one is out service the rest is filthy and messy no one check this restroom or clean them ? This is not acceptable you had a bunch of people in the register talking but they are not costumer service focus and this bathroom show lack of management pictures don't lie ! The one start is because the food was on point and good ,

M S.

Yelp
First, I want to thank the manager, Eric, for responding to me after my first review. The main issue was a really lousy rib eye that was not cooked properly. It was also incredibly tough, extra fatty and ridiculously thin. Steak pricing at this lower end steakhouse for USDA Choice steaks is almost the same as USDA Prime at higher end restaurants. After that first review, the manager invited us back and offered a meal comp. Second meal was still a problem where they made a mistake again for an overpriced item. My girlfriend's meal was okay but not great. Mine was destroyed again, ordered "medium", came out "well done" This occurred close to 12 months ago. I haven't gone back and things may have changed but I can't take that chance and won't go back.

Yelp
What I like about this place is that it's a great spot to hangout, relax, grab some good food and a cocktail before heading to BUR. I've only been here on Fridays, usually between 11:30 - 1:30ish which is nice because it's never too busy. I like sitting at the bar and the service has always been great. You could easily lose track of time while listening to the smooth sounds of the 60's and 70's. The food is good, but the relaxing vibe is nice.
google avatar

Agnes D.

Yelp
This place is old. Definitely needs some remodeling. We ordered the chicken tenders and the molasses bread. We just wanted something to munch on while on the road. The chicken tenders had a strong after taste of ol' oil. It seems like they used panko breadcrumbs as well. The molasses bread is still great as i remember.

Yelp
So, Facebook, as it is wont to do, showed an ad for Black Angus. I've been in the mood for a good steak via delivery, so I clicked on the ad, found the Burbank location, signed up, and ordered. I had the steak, crispy shrimp combo with broccoli and scalloped potatoes as my sides. I also ordered a separate crispy shrimp thing. Price was really reasonable. I think they use Door Dash drivers, but delivery was free. Excellent. I always enjoy tracking the delivery driver but he seemed to get hung up in NoHo for almost fifteen minutes - not sure if he was delivering other orders, which is always an annoying Door Dash thing, but he got here prior to my one o'clock delivery time so that part was fine. So, let's get to the nitty-gritty and the gritty-nitty, the food. Because the Dasher spent fifteen minutes in NoHo, food was not as hot as it would have been had he not spent fifteen minutes in NoHo. It was warm rather than hot, but I just gave it a quick nuke in the microwave and that problem was solved. The steak was of high quality, nicely seasoned, and the garlic mushroom butter added a nice and subtle flavor. I really enjoyed it - six-ounces and very filling. The scalloped potatoes were really tasty and the broccoli was fine. The bread was excellent. The crispy shrimp suffered the most from lack of heat and the microwave isn't great for fried food in my experience. They were still good and the cocktail sauce was excellent, too. All in all, I was very happy with the meal and I think I'll go have a meal at the restaurant itself. I'd add a photograph, but all the food is currently residing in my stomach.

Yelp
I love Black Angus! I love Surf 'N Turf! We had a surf 'n turf meal there recently. I thought that the lobsters were expensive, but they were delicious. I love their baked potato soup. That is darn good baked potato soup! I love baked potato soup. I love the bread too. I mean, that makes for very heavy meal but it's really good cheesy bread. You know, you don't you don't have to go to a steakhouse with $70 steaks to have a good steak. You can get a damn fine piece of meat for 20 bucks, and it's a good piece of meat and it's perfectly cooked. You can bring it in, a really nice dinner, for $20 a head if you order the the $20 sirloin meal: sirloin steak, baked potato, side of vegetables -- 20 bucks each, $40 before tax. If you feel like throwing in drink, if you want to spend a little more, you can get a drink for 12 bucks and walk out of there for spending less than $60. For nine bucks, you can add on five shrimp. Make it a surf and turf night. That's the way I like to do it!

Yelp
The manager Ken was amazing.. I could see why he's the manager. Polite, solved my problem and even offered me a better solution.

Yelp
Visited Black Angus for the first time and it did not disappoint! Ordered a Tomahawk steak, macaroni with burnt ends, and a side salad. D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S !! Great ambiance (lots of different sports on tv) and friendly staff. Michelle and German were very attentive and on point with service.

Yelp
If you looking for a good steak with the best price - just go to Black Angus . Why ? First , steaks here so delicious- my favourite Ribeye. Second, everything brings so fast and it's keeps your time . Servers always help you with choices . Third, the restaurant so quiet and nothing doesn't disturb you when you're eating your delicious steak. And in the end the best part- cookie dessert. I love this place.

Yelp
This was my first time at Black Angus Steakhouse and it did not disappoint! The star of the show was definitely their complimentary bread! Service was alright and our food arrived in a timely manner. Great for dinners but be mindful of the other customers around you. There was a party that was seated right next to us and one individual was overtly loud borderline disruptive.

Yelp
I'm loving this place! From the 1st time I stepped in here, 4 years ago, the food had gotten better & better and the service is unreal! Miss Andrea has been an absolute delight!!! She is so attentive & on point, it's almost like she can read my mind. Lovely and very, VERY easy on the eyes. But, the atmosphere & the ambience of truly great for anything from sports (like tonight's all start game) to an intimate date night. This place is a gem that I'm actually glad is not super well known. It feels like it's my own little paradise.

Yelp
Today I came to start to celebrate my birthday, which is tomorrow, I'm surprised because this is a very good place but the most amazing g is the EXCELLENT service, Alvaro gave us and outstanding service always asking if we need something and the food came exactly as we ordered!! Thank you Alvaro! More employees like Alvaro!

Yelp
Great happy hour for game days, talkative staff at the bar. Andrea takes care of all customers at the bar and outside! Very high spirited, very fast! The food menu is great! Shrimp and steak is excellent

Yelp
Our Server was Aliyah - she was fun, detailed, funny, enthusiastic, helpful and very accommodating. Having health issues that require certain food restrictions, Aliyah was very concerned, researched our needs and provided exactly what we needed. Other than no sugar free options for desserts, and only one sugar free soda choice for diabetics, the food and service were wonderful for the four of us celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. This was yesterday - on a Sunday...we all had a great time with good food.

Yelp
The price has went up and the quality has went way down , they also changed there reward program so you don't get nothing for your birthday anymore. You get a bogo offer that you can't use on what you want ??? The servers has gotten too where that rather not even wait on you ( expect a very few)

Yelp
Haven't dined here in a while. Randomly stopped by for a father/ daughter dinner. Major shout out to Amir for giving first class customer service. Just when people are questioning if customer service exists - Amir proved it goes! Baby back ribs were amazing!

Yelp
decent food, but disappointing mediocre service. we were a table of 6 and initially got seated at THE FARTHEST corner of the restaurant in the dark, when there were tons of open tables and sections throughout. the staff refilling waters, clearing plates, and bringing bread were delightful, but our wait staff only came to take our order and did not check in with us at all. there were at least 5 waiters and hosts just chatting at front throughout our meal, rather than serving anyone. very interesting! i ordered a steak salad and it was tasty, but the overall experience was not what I hoped.

Yelp
I was dining solo and thought I'd give it a try. Honestly, it's a pretty solid choice. Everything was good; decor, service, and food. It feels like a cross between fine-dining and a coffee shop, and for what you get, it's a good value. I was a little surprised they didn't know what a Vesper was, but I got a basic Manhattan. Points off for maraschino cherry instead of luxardo. They had a 3 course offering with 2 sides. Good value and everything was good. My filet was a tad overcooked, but it was fine.

Yelp
Amazing service literally the cheers of Burbank ... looking for a place to dine and drink and have a good time looking no further you have arrived. Either sitting at the bar in a table you'll definitely have an experience solo or with family or friends. You will definitely enjoy yourself on top of the entertainment and engaging with others. The quality of food is amazing. Literally gives you Chris steakhouse quality. I personally sit at the bar cause that's the kind of girl I am but either way you're gonna get great service and they're just amazing. Either way I've always been a fan of black Angus, but Burbank definitely holds a special place in my heart if you know you know. If you know, you know. truly a great place to hang out at in Burbank rather if it's a business meeting or just having a cocktail or a meal you will leave No, and you truly had a great time
