They have a cute roastery to which you can take your own container and they will fill it up with any coffee you like at a discounted rate. The space also has a quaint little store where you can pick other coffee accessories, equipment and more! Must visit for every coffee lover!

I recently bought 5 different beans from Black Baza. Thus far, I have brewed only one variety, and the outcome was incredible. I loved the aroma and taste. However, I had two concerns: 1) The packaging was unusual, with the absence of a degassing vent. It typically takes 2-7 days for the roasted beans to be completely degassed. I noticed that the roast date was June 30, and the beans were packaged on July 4 in air-tight plastic packaging. Further, I received the beans on July 8. The beans remained in air-tight packaging for 5 days. I'm curious whether this negatively influences the quality of my brew or Black Baza has some additional measures in places to ensure that the beans are degassed adequately before being shipped. 2) Initially assuming that the beans would be packaged in a pouch containing vent, I categorically added a comment requesting to ship the beans on the date of roasting while placing the order. I would have waited until the next roast date. However, neither this direction was followed nor did I receive any communication explaining what they wouldn't do so. I would have appreciated a follow-up. Thank you!

The roastery smells amazing! The shop sells great quality, freshly roasted and ground coffee. Extra points for all the grassroots work with small-holding coffee farmers and biodiversity conservation. Coffees are sourced from literal forests ❤️

I have all good things to say about this organisation. Right from their founder, staff to all the people who are positively impacted through their mission, they're doing something right and something that the earth will be thankful for! My daily driver coffees are all from here. I love their coffee beans and their roasting consistency. They also have a great team of people working at the roastery, who are almost always busy fulfilling orders. My best wishes to them.

A couple of days before I departed Bangalore I needed to pick up fresh coffee to take back to some friends who are coffee lovers. My cousin told me Black Baza is very highly regarded. I called them in the morning. Kavya told me that it’s no problem and that she can get my order turned around the same day. She gave me some recommendations based on what I was looking for, and I placed the order online very easily. That very evening, as promised, the items arrived at the place where I was staying. One small item was missing, I mentioned it to her on whatsapp and she immediately had it delivered later that same evening. Two deliveries in one day. I was extremely impressed. And the coffee as well as the brass filter set were very much appreciated by my coffee-enthusiast friends and family. Will buy again from Black Baza next time I visit Bangalore.

Tried their whistling schoolboy to brew in the South Indian filter. Delivery was within 4-5 days as they roast twice a week. The coffee smelled great initially, however after a few days it lost its flavour. That was the only negative thing in my opinion.

I ordered 2 packs of coffee, both delivered with a different grind size and no taste or freshness to the coffee. The store graciously accepted a replacement and did. The next lot they delivered is just the same stale coffee with no good taste or aroma. This is the 3rd time i ordered, with good experience from the last 2 times, but now they didn't do well despite bringing to their notice over emails.

I had a very good experience of the freshly grounded coffee, you can blend your own composition. If you are a coffee lover this is one of the finest blend of coffee you can get
