If you’re looking for an excellent meal, particularly after a long hike in Hockley Valley, this is the place to visit! Our meals were hearty and delicious, service was kind and quick, and the space was quite pleasant as well. Very highly recommended!

We often see this restaurant after coming off the Bruce Trail. We decided to give it a try as the reviews were mostly positive. We had tried to get a menu on-line without much success and we found out why. The menu changes daily due to market availability and the chef’s “inspiration”, so that’s kind of cool. The atmosphere is really different, kind of eclectic, but we quite enjoyed it. Let’s just say there’s your typical corporate restaurant sterility, and then there’s this place. I’ll call it quiet and cozy. I had the mussels (three sauce choices!) and fries with a salad to start. My wife had the salmon with rice and vegetables. Both were very good,I went with the traditional Provençal sauce, and the fries were really something. Good size portions and great price point. I should mention the home made ice tea is well worth trying. If you sit in the rear of the restaurant you can gaze out on to a nice natural setting with birds flitting about. Parking lot is tight but they are right off Hockley Valley Road so we’re limited for extra space. Overall a great restaurant to check out, even if you only go once it is a nice dining experience. Us, we’ll be back.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was really inviting. The lighting was perfect – not too bright and not too dim, and the music wasn't too loud either. When it comes to food, this place definitely didn't disappoint. I tried their signature dish and it was the best thing I've ever had! The flavors and textures were on point. And the portion size was perfect – not too much and not too little. But what really made the experience special was the service. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. They made sure everything was perfect and even gave us some recommendations when we were struggling to decide what to order. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience. The food, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch. And I haven't even mentioned the price yet – it's really affordable! So, go check it out and let me know what you think!

What a lovely spot - we went to visit the Rosebud Motel (to take some pics) and put in "food near me" into our phone search from the parking lot, we aren't from the area but this one popped up and are we sure glad we stopped in. Food was amazing, our server was very nice. If we are coming back through we will definitely stop in again.

Whether alone or with people, you should definitely stop by at this restaurant. Super friendly atmosphere and a great food selection!

Our pickerel off the menu came out pink raw and unable to be cut. We brought this to the attention of the waitress, and she took it back to be fully cooked. So when the bill came, we thought there might be some offer of compensation? Here’s why: 1. Undercooked fish is a serious kitchen error, especially with food safety concerns. Even if it wasn’t dangerous, it still disrupted our dining experience. 2. my wife ate at a different time than i did by the time it came back out, which certainly took away from the overall enjoyment of the meal. Dining out is as much about the shared experience as the food. 3. Most good restaurants value service recovery—when something goes wrong, a gesture (even a small one) would have helped preserve customer goodwill and loyalty. We didn’t say anything at the end. We were disappointed at the experience.

I want so badly to give this place 5 stars. Amazing staff, such a cute place. It's intimate, romantic at night, I am sure more cosy during the day. The waitresses were so lovely. The food however was terrible. We had lamb and chicken and it was boiled meat, vegetables not cooked right. Our appetizer had something off-putting in it and our soup was good but very grainy . The dessert was dry. The coffee and drinks were good they have a great selection. I see so many good reviews and was very shocked by our experience perhaps it was just not a good night for them. We will try again because we did otherwise like the place.
