Beautiful area. I drove around for a few days and the sceneries are stunning, even in winter. Recommend putting on some nice music and just enjoy the ride. There are castles, mountains, forests, waterfalls and much more to explore.

What can I say that hasn't been said before. Amazing for many reasons. 1 is biking roads are great. The B500 but the smaller roads off it are amazing too.The FELDBERG PASS is something of delight but be warned, bikes often crash here so they have put up a strong mesaage so it sinks in. There's even a bunker on the B500 which the Austrian painter visited. This place is full of all kinds of history. Villages are beautiful, like Triberg with its giant clock outside. The shop of 1000 clocks. The water falls there are great also.

As part of a Viking excursion the drive to and through the black forest to see how cuckoo clocks are made was filled with beautiful scenery on an exceptionally beautiful summers day.

It took almost 2 hours of scenic driving to get to the Black Forest from the piers. We had a short hike, which was very nice, and were able to see the forest. We also saw the Black Forest Cake demonstration and enjoyed a slice of real Black Forest Cake, which was absolutely delicious. We checked out the various cuckoo clocks. Everywhere was beautiful. We didn't have much time, but we enjoyed the short visit very much.

Black Forest is a wonderful place for hiking and enjoying the greenery. It is about 2 hours drive from Stuttgart. This place is unique that you need atleast 3 days to complete the entire place.
