Service was exceptional. Food was even better. The pulled brisket is actually better than the sliced brisket. The beans n brisket is awesome! Not lacking any brisket! The last st the counter I'm so sorry I forgot her name. She is the sweetest lady ever. Kind and funny too! Also if u do not get the burnt turkey ends u are totally cheating yourself! Totally! Turkey burnt ends did not make the picture...I ate them!

Black Hart had it all for a small local BBQ place. It started out with the super friendly and helpful service. I gave Atmosphere a four because it is a simple dining experience, but the place was spotless and clean. Even the restroom. We like BBQ, having grown up in Texas, and this place nails it. We had brisket sandwiches and the beef was perfectly cooked, tender and lean. If ever in the area and you’re really hungry, give them a try and you will be happy you did. Oh, and the sides? Amazing! We had the salted potatoes fried, Mac salad, mac and cheese and baked beans. Yum!

Best burnt ends I've ever had!! What a wonderful barbecue spot, the woman helping us was so friendly and welcoming. The inside is very nice and clean, and the food gets to you extremely fast! I wish I would have taken pictures of the food but me, and my entire family were extremely happy with the food! The awards on the wall are clearly well deserved

Best ribs and brisket I’ve ever had. 😍🤤I got the ribs/mac n cheese/salt potatoes. My wife got the brisket sandwich/corn muffin/ fried salt potatoes. It filled me up perfectly and was AMAZING! The lady working the register was extremely friendly. 10/10 reccomend.

The best BBQ in Wayne county by a mile, everything down to the cornbread and coleslaw, was to die for, staff are quick, friendly, and attentive. Makes an easy recommendation to anyone who likes to eat good food! Can’t wait to come back!

Classic BBQ atmosphere. Incredible value: the quality is top notch, and the prices more than fair. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, great conversation! We highly recommend the ribs, the pulled pork, and the Tennessee slaw! We will be back!

Had only heard good things about this place from other locals, and I'm so glad we stopped in today! The smashed and fried salt potatoes were legit - next time I've gotta try them loaded 😁 The BBQ is flavorful and juicy even before sauce is added - we got the brisket and the pulled pork - and the sandwiches are huuuge! Will absolutely be a new regular spot for us in Palmyra, 13/10 would absolutely recommend!!

First time trying this place & it won't be our last! Absolutely delicious! We decided to share the Hart Attack plate since it had a little bit of everything on it and it was more than enough for 2 people! The pulled brisket was the best brisket we've had in the area! All of the meat was perfectly seasoned and smoked! The coleslaw & fried salt potatoes were absolutely delicious! The restaurant is small, but very clean & very friendly staff. The prices are on the higher end, but you get what you pay for! HIgh quality food and ingredients! We are so happy to finally find a good BBQ place in the area! We drove from Canandaigua & it was well worth the drive! Highly recommend Black Hart BBQ! We are already planning a return visit!

The BBQ here is very tasty. You can get any form of BBQ you like here, with sauce choices, although sticking with their house sauce works. Everyone who works there is very friendly. It's mostly to-go, but you can eat in and that is pleasant also. The restaurant is only open on weekends and usually 12-7, so plan accordingly. 5 Star BBQ in Palmyra NY. Occasionally you can get brisket tacos where the taco is made of bacon! Not a regular item, though.

DELICIOUS BBQ!!! A MUST, if you like great tasting bbq. Had the brisket sandwich, omg!! Along with the moist, scrumptious cornbread- getting a double order next time. Downfall...only open on the weekends but at least these owners decided to open a place because it's great. Give this place a try- I don't think you will be disappointed!!

When we ordered the lady told us everything is in a sandwich. Before telling us to tell the truth. Train your staff She told us the ribs is a plate. Since you are nasty look at your employees. Every thing we wanted was only in a sandwiches. Before calling someone a liar training is important I'm not the only one there we were all told they are sandwiches.

I have had BBQ from the Blackhart food truck & it was great. This is the first time we have ordered from the Palmyra BBQ restaurant. We were not disappointed. My mission was to try the Brisket Burnt ends. So tender and juicy I couldn't believe how good it was! Also got the beef brisket 1/3 pound & the heart attack plate - the last was for someone else. I believe there was nothing on the menu that wasn't in that plate. Great portions. Another hidden gem in the Finger Lakes! Service was warm and friendly too. Makes you want to go back soon.

Stopped by for lunch yesterday. Very pleasant staff! The ribs with honey bbq and fried salt potatoes were some of the best I've ever had. Looking forward to another visit soon!

AMAZING service! INCREDIBLE food! WONDERFUL restaurant! I had the Hart-attack plate and the whole thing was AMAZING!! I had to eat it quick due to a contest I was entered in but it was so delicious that I slowed down more than I should have so I could enjoy it more!!

Say yes, yes, yes. Their menu choices are spot on and very delicious. Because they are both a restaurant and a food truck, they are well known in various counties where I live. Say yes to them, chow down their food, soooooo good.

Great food, great service, my boyfriend and I went there for lunch on Sunday after church and got the pulled pork sandwich with sauce on the side, brisket, smoked Mac and cheese, bbq beans, and fried salt potatoes. It was all so good! I have been recommending it to everyone I know that enjoys a good BBQ. The sole downside is they're only open on weekends or as a food truck at events. If you are near the restaurant on a weekend or their food truck at an event, go get some delicious BBQ!

Had there ribs today and they are so good and not all sauced up. Tender and so good, also had brisket sandwich so much flavor and the roll was buttered and toasted. Brought home 2 heart attack plates for the bills game for some friends and family and as I am a Steelers fan I was having the heart attack and they were all telling me that's these plates were so good. If like BBQ this is your place.
