First time here and although it started off a bit rocky, Alfred's customer service was great. Ordered the Truffle Mushroom Burger and they obliged the substitution of beef for turkey. Fries were initially a little over done but Alfred accommodated with a fresh batch. He even gifted us the most delectable Nutella brownie I've ever had! AND they're bike friendly! They have a few other non-beef options that I'd like to try so I'll definitely be back.

Instead of ordering in, we decided to go outside for a casual dinner. Black Iron Burger looked like the perfect place, it was steps away from the Bergen street train station and had a simple menu. When you walk in you seat yourself, use the QR code for menu options and someone comes to take your order. We ordered the Black Iron Burgers and Cajun Fries. For the drinks we orders the Notorious and a like margarita. The burger was delicious and juicy, the fries were also good and I ordered some spicy Mayo on the side for some extra flavor. The drinks we very strong, so there was no need to get more than one. My only note is that we could’ve used some more fries, and the dessert ert menu is also just one item. Not many options to choose from there. They also add and 18% gratuity to all bills but there isn’t much customer service here.

What a great place! We had a seat right by the window to see everyone walking by! We both tried a happy hour drink special, which were mixed perfect! Our waiter and also the Manger Marlon was awesome! So friendly, helpful, and personable! Definitely an employee to keep! We both ordered burgers. They were as good as the pictures show! I would definitely go back here and recommend checking this place out! Please like if you found it helpful.

If you are looking for delicious burgers and tasty fries look no further than Black Iron. The food was fresh and quickly prepared. They use fresh ingredients and we appreciated the customized burger option. Truffle fries were divine. Our server was meticulous in a precise yet curtious way. If you like good service, they take it seriously here. The atmosphere was lively although there were not too many people when we arrived. The bar got busier later into the evening. Their cocktails are also exquisite. This is a cute little spot were you can get a hearty meal that serves as a jumping off point for the next leg in your nightly journey. Or just go there for lunch, either way it's goid!

Finally! Been waiting for this location to open up ever since I got word back in April. I'm glad to note this is now one of my preferred burger 🍔 locations in the neighborhood. It really is hard to find good burgers around here and this place finally nailed it! Great location close to the Barclay's. We had the Black Iron Burger (pic not shown), Iberico and The Masterpiece. While all three were tasty my favorite was the Iberico. That ham reminded me of like a tasty prosciutto. The saltiness was perfect 👌 on it with the fried egg and Arugula. The Black Iron Burger sauce reminded me a little bit of a Big Mac, however that's really were the comparison ends. Very tasty sauce and even though there is horse radish in it and the cheese, we never could actually taste that, or the expected spice kick it would bring. It all blended well together. I didn't have bad service like a few had noted. Wasn't the fastest, but also not slow. Since they JUST opened this week I also didn't expect them to fully have their rhythm going and will just get better over time. People need to just chill out and enjoy the food. Shake Shack for quick tasty burgers and now Black Iron Burger for the next level. Skip the other places and come here, folks!

This new joint on Flatbush Ave is not just about the burgers! Friendly attentive service. Counter or table seating. Currently a generous happy hour until 9pm. This is the 3rd outpost in NYC. Chipotle BBQ wings were excellent and The Masterpiece Burger tasty and filling. One starter, two burgers and a side of fries were more than enough for two people.

we were in the mood for burgers and as we were in Brooklyn at the time, decided to try Black Iron Burger, which is very near the Barclay's center. As it was a late lunch, there were only customers seated outside. We opted for indoors by the window and restaurant dutifully checked our vaccine cards. There were many burger choices though opted for the one that carried the restaurants name - "the black iron" which was a double 40z beef, horseradish cheddar, caramelized onions with a special horseradish mayo. my wife got the Iberian which was 5 Oz beef with manchego cheese, fried egg, arugula, garlic, tomato and olive oil. my wife just found it ok. I enjoyed mine immensely. we also got truffle cheese fries which were delicious. had to settle though for root beer as they didn't have any malted shakes (a large variety including caramel, peanut butter, ore cookies as well as the regular chocolate, strawberry and vanilla)which was disappointing. luckily, there was an ice cream place just around the corner to satisfy my cravings..

The best reason to visit Brooklyn! (Altleast for tonight) Since I'm always on the look out for the best burger in New York, I was delighted to come across Black Iron Burger. After a few drinks, I needed some solid substance and this place hit the spot. Order was ready in less than five minutes, and although it's hard to say if this was the best burger I definitely rate it as a MUST TRY!
