Where to Eat and Drink Near the Kaseya Center

"This popular Downtown Miami sports bar has now opened a location closer to the FTX Arena. To drink? Fans order beer in bulk by the bottle. To eat? Bar food is what’s for dinner, with burgers on burgers, tacos, and beer-battered onion rings." - Dara Smith, Olee Fowler

Google
The Restaurant and Bar was fully okay we ordered drinks and bar snacks, also the waiter was great. The only disappointment was that the girl on the entrance sad to me and my pregnant wife that happy hour is just on the bar available which was outside while a storm was ongoing not really comfortable… happy hour shouldn’t be connected to dedicated places !

Google
We had a blast here! The vibes were amazing, the food was fantastic, our server Bryan was phenomenal🩷We will definitely revisit when we come back! We sat outside and enjoyed every minute! Make sure you ask for Bryan and tip my boy!!! He was nice and he’s hot!😝

Google
This was a nice American style bar and grill. A view of the bay and all of the boats. There are plenty of TVs. The service was great and our food was good. I would eat here again.

Google
Pretty good wings! Unfortunately wings everywhere are expensive these days. The happy hour was 6 wings for $8. Good flavor and size. Great spot to get a drink and/or food before a heat game. Good service as well.

Rick Roy

Google
Total tourist trap. WAGYU SMASH BURGER serves tiny, unimpressive burgers at outrageous prices. Every add-on costs extra, the Nacho Tower tastes completely artificial, and the beers are small. On top of that, they add the tip without asking. Nothing special here — I wouldn’t recommend it.

Google
Nice sports bar and grill. Cocktails were great. Servers were attentive and the food came out quick. Great view of the bay as well.

🥳Server Bryan was awesome! We are visiting from Charleston, SC and he was very knowledgeable about the area, and gave us some suggestions on nice things to do while we are here! Bryan was very knowledgeable about the area! The food amazinngggggg! If you are ever in Downtown Miami, go see Bryan at Black Market❤️10/10⭐️

Google
I love this place and have been here several times. Great place to watch the game, the rooftop bar is my favorite. Sarah was my bartender and was great! Staff is always friendly and would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place with a vibe, good drinks and food!

Yelp
Despite the reviews that I was following with. I was very surprised! Phenomenal experience, amazing food, and the service was great we were constantly being checked in on and our cups were never dry. I got to try the Wagyu smash burger and it was PHENOMENAL. It was literally butter and melted in your mouth. Mango margaritas are also delicious. If you're a miami fan you'll love this place. The walls are plastered with miami sports memorabilia, moments, and more! Will definitely come back again before any Heat games or concerts!

Yelp
Everything was fine until one person in our group found a DIRTY bandaid in her drink. The way that management handled the situation was very unprofessional. Having the waitress come and relay a message instead of coming out and speaking to the affected individual personally was very classless to say the least. That was not her responsibility. He did not show any empathy towards the situation, in fact it was kind of like we were a nuisance to him for bringing it to his attention. Joel, the manager or lack thereof, shame on you! I give him 0 stars. Do better sir. Side note: there was a 15% discount and her order was removed, but it does not make up for how she was treated. She now has to go get checked for the unknown. The emotional turmoil this young lady will endure is unfathomable.

Yelp
The happy hour attracted us to Black Market. We were told that the promotions were only at the outdoor bar and were escorted to the bar areawhere we were told that there were 2 seats available. We went outside and there was only 1 seat available, so after waiting a while for availability we decided to grab one of the available tables by the bar that weren't included in the happy hour promotions. We waited quite a while for the server to greet our table despite the tables surrounding the bar being only half full. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich which I expected to be a healthy breaded breast (like most chicken sandwiches are), but instead the sandwich had very dry chicken fingers that tasted worse than a typical fast food restaurant. The truffle fries were tasty which saved my dish. My husband's chicken tenders and fries were very dry and seasonless, so he could barely get through half although we were starving. The workers kept trying to take away his plate while he was still struggling to get through it. The service was lackluster and inattentive considering the fact that the 18% gratuity was charged to a 2 person check. I would not recommend, unfortunately.

Yelp
It was hot and we were hungry. I ordered a smash burger and other was ok. It was missing something maybe a sauce or something. The fries were good. This a spot to watch a sports game as they have plenty of TV. I did see some wings come out and they looked really good so I may go back to try those

Yelp
Our trip started off rocky with a few airline delays due to weather but we finally made it to Miami. We ventured over Black Market Miami Bayside for happy hour. happy hour M-F 2:00-6:00pm Cocktails $9 include margarita, lychee martini, Moscow mule, caipirnha, Texas tea and mojito; $6 beers and seltzers; $7 wells and slushies Bar bites: $6 mozzarella sticks, $8 wings, $9.50 mahi bites Indoor and outdoor seating available..outdoor has clear views of Bayside marketplace and water Service 5/5 Food 5/5
google avatar

Erika H.

Yelp
Food was fresh and the music was great, but service sucked. The waitress came to our table only twice and both times we had to tell her we needed more water and soda. They are able to suck at customer service because they automatically charge you 18% gratuity (regardless of party size). The only other upside is that it is 2 mins walking distance from the kaseya center.
google avatar

Morgan A.

Yelp
Shittg espresso martini and they have no ice cream and are out of The dessert that I want.... Seems short staffed. This spot is a little messy for the prices they charge.
google avatar

Yelp
We stopped into Bayside Market and struggled to pick which restaurant to try. We ended up going to this place because of the sports theme and games on. They sat us right away on an outside table. The table was sticky so we asked to have it washed, unfortunately it did not help. The table was still sticky so we put napkins down. We started with chips and guacamole. The chips were bagged chips and the amount of guacamole was not worth the price. The Bbq sliders were dry and my steak was small and had a good amount of fat on the outside rim. The best thing about this place was our waiter was a good guy and the fries were tasty. Everything else was sub par

Yelp
Wellllll.. honestly this place is not even " mid" it's less than mid. It's unfortunate. Service was good, ambiance was chill. Food .. flavorless .. nothing wow about it. Just food. And it's sad because for those prices, it really doesn't match up. I guess this is just another tourist trap $$. I love fries too, I've never had fries be so plain. Also, would help if they have seasonings on the table at least.

Yelp
Stopped in for some vibes, views, and libations and Black Market check all the boxes. It was taco Tuesday and although I'd already eaten, who can beat $10 margs? I enjoyed the games on all screens, good company and a very pleasant and attentive server. I'll certainly be back.
google avatar

Lisa J.

Yelp
The ambience is definitely nice. Gives you a nice view of the entire Bayside area. Food was just okay, of the typical sports bar type.
google avatar

Frank B.

Yelp
Sorry but this place had very bad service at the bar. Walked in and waited 5-7 mins for the bartender to acknowledge us and take our order. After waiting about 10 mins for our drink we decided to leave. Not recommended if you're in the area.
google avatar

Dev R.

Yelp
I'd say the service was excellent, but upon walking up to the restaurant, the host pulled the rope without acknowledgement, making me open the rope and wait inside. Another server saved the day, and service was excellent from there. Food was not good. I expected the mozzarella sticks to be breaded with parmesan cheese. Instead there was parmesan sprinkled in the bowl. I expected the dip to be marinara sauce. But it was something around that flavor, but not quite it. I wanted the mahi-mahi bites to be so much more delicious! However, the breading they had on it took away from the flavor of the fish. The Cajun aioli they had, however, was delicious. Lastly, we had a spicy grilled chicken sandwich. It was interesting that they branded our brioche bun. The sandwich was just okay. I didn't taste the spice. So, we had a subpar experience. But the service was stellar--except for the host.

Yelp
Went here while visiting Miami before a cruise on 8/23/24. This is a nice restaurant in a safe area with a great view of the port. We were looking for a shareable dish and decided on the sliders. They were very good and were plenty enough for my wife and I. Next time we are in town we would definitely go back to the bayside market area.
google avatar

Bryee P.

Yelp
Our waitress was super sweet but completely forgot our drink orders and our food order was messed up. Our sliders never got their buns. But at least the wings were good!
google avatar

Armando L.

Yelp
Decided to dine in here before a Miami Heat game. We were a party of 3 and got seated fairly quickly. Plenty of seating indoors and on the patio. The atmosphere is great with loud music and plenty of TVs everywhere to watch your favorite sport games. The perfect place to watch Sunday football. We ordered Shaq burgers and wings. The burgers went well with the cheese it came with. If it wasn't for the melted cheese, it would've been super dry. The flavors for the wings were sweet/spicy Thai and mild. Both flavors were good but the spicy Thai flavor was my favorite. This place does get packed especially before a game at the Kaseya Center across the street. Service was a little slow but understandable since it got packed.
google avatar

Jason K.

Yelp
Tourist trap for sure but still fun. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Great time killer and the night life is great as well. On a side note we felt pretty safe walking around this place.
google avatar

Marc L.

Yelp
It was definitely busy the evening I went with a couple of colleagues in February while at the NAPTE conference. The Chicken Wings, Tea and Sandwich were all great...Next time I'm there I'm enjoying that spot again...also heard a little bit of drumming outside from a street performer and of course the people watching was fun...
google avatar

Moriah C.

Yelp
We came here to pre-game before our boat ride. It was a Tuesday afternoon, and happy hour just started. It was perfect timing. Alejandro was our bartender and he was amazing. Quick, attentive and made our drinks perfectly. Happy hour prices are fair. Although it was fairly empty, I could see this place being busier on the weekends and especially on game days. The food was typical bar food. We tried the mozzarella sticks, wings, and chips & guacamole. The guac was the best part. The wings lacked flavor, even with a sauce. And the mozzarella sticks had way more breading than cheese. Probably wouldn't return for food, but rather for drinks and convenience. Thanks again, Alejandro!

Yelp
The food and view were amazing. We sat at a table that overlooked the water. The service was superb. The mahi was so fresh. The batter was not super heavy. I probably could have ate another order, but I didnt want to be greedy! This place is a must go in the Bayside Marketplace.

Nyce B.

Yelp
My family and I visited this place on a Sunday night while vacationing in Miami and the food was hot and fresh! Our waiter kept the water filled to the tippy top without having to ask! It was of course HOT outside so we definitely appreciated it. The restaurant was very clean. The ambiance was that of a sports bar. If you want peace and quiet you must go have a picnic on the beach, and not Ocean drive!

Sandra B.

Yelp
Lousy food! Husband got mahi Maui bites he sent back because the fish was bad super fishy tasting. Spoiled his appetite. I got mozzarella sticks that tasted fishy because they fried it in the same oil. . Waitress was decent and the mixed drink wasn't bad but not good enough, I'm afraid to give it more than 1 star.
google avatar

Steve C.

Yelp
Great place to hangout prior to a Heat game. The food was basic American food, served quickly and priced accordingly. Service was as expected due to the restarting being extremely busy. Will definitely return again!
google avatar

Melissa M.

Yelp
We came in on a Friday evening and sat at the bar. Their happy hour is weekdays from 4pm - 7pm but you need a bar seat (I felt like this was pretty important to note if you're showing up a little later into the day). I had a frozé that was made of passionfruit and it was the best frozen drink I've ever had!! My wife had the black market lager, their house beer, and it was pretty bitter, not our go-to for beer. For food we had the Alfredo pasta with shrimp and it was sooo creamy and tasty. Would love to try that again. We also ordered the full-rack of ribs which weren't as pleasing, they were just a bit dry. For sides we had the truffle fries and they're very good, not too overpowering on the truffle oil. Our experience was good but hoping next time will be better!
google avatar

Mike J.

Yelp
Me and my friend got the Shaq burger and let me tell y'all, this shi was so dog shit the patty was dryer than a Popeyes biscuit, the cheese tasted old, I shoulda flipped the fucking table as soon as the lady walked up w that shit in her hand. I'm honestly going home to just sit there n think about how stupid the cooks gotta be for agreeing to even make that awful plain piece of sh!t on a plate . What a big fucking let down, don't get the shaq burger 5/5. And let me just add that I ordered strawberry lemonade and when the lady grabbed my cup and came back with sum... bs

Yelp
We didn't eat here so I cannot speak for the food but the drinks and phenomenal along with great service and a beautiful view. If you want to seat higher up with a nice view of the Bayside and the boats, check out this places patio. Fun vibes here too.

Brittany M.

Yelp
Very chill place with a nice ambience that is also casual. You can have a conversation but you still feel like you're enjoying the night life. Servers are attentive and kind. :) great place!
google avatar

Andrea C.

Yelp
Good and fast service. We got sat relatively quickly for a Friday. We got the ribs and the caesar salad and it was delicious! No complaints really. Music was banging, mostly spanish music and vibes. The red light on the outside was a kittle annoying cause you could barely see what you were eating but i guess thats part of their brand. Other than that it was a nice little spot to take a break from the walking and bayside craze.
google avatar

Sabrina R.

Yelp
Service was fast and the views were nice. However I was very disappointed with the food. Salmon was way overcooked, so dry it just disintegrated in my mouth, not a touch of seasoning besides a slather of butter smeared on top which just made the burnt crust have an oily taste. Fries were undercooked. Ceaser salad was underwhelming. the Ketchup with my fries was probably the only thing on my plate that had any flavor. $78 dinner and I left unsatisfied and disappointed. Will never return.

Yelp
Umi is a great bartender and server here! She went above and beyond on our food and drinks with great recommendations! Good was great and service exceptional - go see Umi at the bar !

Yelp
If your a sports fan like me. This is a good place to watch a game while drinking and eating with friends. The game is wanted to watch was not on any TVs but I ask the manager and he put it on right away! I had a good time and the food was actually good.
google avatar

Key J.

Yelp
Food and service very delicious! Our server Jamoris was great and even offered chef recommended dishes for the evening. The food came out fast and hot!! I highly recommend the mahi mahi bites. It's a very large portion, it can be your meal. My friend liked the ribs, they fell off the bone. The shrimp's batter/coating was a little too thick for me. But overall everything was really good and fresh! Would definitely come back again.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I decided to go out and check this spot out and try something new as we have seen this place on Instagram lately. We were seated very quickly and our waitress came shortly after to take our drink order. The restaurant has an upscale sports bar feel and was very empty that night. For the appetizer, we ordered the boom boom shrimp. The shrimp were fried well and the boom boom saucy was very tasty. The appetizer brought a good amount of shrimp to hold us off for the entree. For the entree, I ordered their cheeseburger and my boyfriend ordered their spicy chicken sandwich. The burger had a nice grilled flavor to it and was very filling. I was a bit unimpressed by the chicken sandwich as it was just 3 buffalo chicken tenders sandwiches between two buns. It was difficult for my boyfriend to eat as the tenders kept sliding out. Overall, the food was good but nothing to really rave about or leave me wanting more. I also ordered a drink, the "Better Call Saul" which was fruity but very strong and took a lot out of me to finish. The service at the restaurant was also alright. Our server seemed a bit bothered that we were even there to begin. I also think they need to work a bit on their music choice as it wasn't very the fun or uplifting music you would usually hear in a sports bar.
google avatar

Adonis S.

Yelp
This place is great to watch a game or just hangout. It has a nice vibe with Latin music playing outside at bayside. We went on a Saturday night and the DJ had some great music as well. We had a bucket of beer for 25 dollars on NFL game nights. We tried the fried cheese sticks which was ok but nicely fried. The sliders were pretty good but the truffle fries and wings were the winners. Highly recommend those. There's a bar area inside and outside overseeing bayside which is super nice. I will definitely go again. Service was amazing. The waiter was super attentive and nice. Just keep in mind that they charge 18 percent service to your bill.

Michele F.

Yelp
The food was amazing! But the service was even more amazing! Nicole was very attentive and she was upbeat and had the most infectious laugh! Great servers are hard to find! She is a gem.the view was amazing.
google avatar

Tracy C.

Yelp
This place is pretty much like any other restaurant in Bayside with their ambience of loud blaring music and overpriced food, but their cuisine is American, which makes it stand out. We had a great waiter and helper. It seems that all of them continually move around and switch tables, taking turns at the front to get people to come in. It did have the most insane burger with a dipping cheese sauce. That was very tasty. Their mahi fish bites were terrific. Their fries were lacking in seasoning. But everything was pretty good overall. Bathrooms were very small but I'm happy they had them because I know some of the restaurants you have to go to the mall bathrooms. Overall, it was a great place that I would like to go back to, especially because their view overlooks the harbor from the second floor.
google avatar

Tyler T.

Yelp
Food tasted like a frozen meal and the service was rude. A person came to take an empty beer off our table and we asked for another and we're told "you can ask your server". We ordered another from our server and when we said "thank you" she just walked away. Food is terrible and so is the service- find yourself a better spot. Not worth the money

Mandy P.

Yelp
Just stopped in for a quick bite before getting on the road. The mahi bites were delicious, guacamole was ok. We ordered happy hour items and then we asked if we were able to get the happy hour deal and she said we couldn't get happy hour prices unless sitting at a specific bar. We moved to the bar and solved the problem but our waitress didn't say a word when we even pointed to happy hour to order while at an indoor table. Even people sitting in bar area but not AT the bar couldn't get happy hour items/prices. Kinda ridiculous.
google avatar

Wendy A.

Yelp
I liked it because: The beer selection is amazing! They have a wide variety of beers on tap. The atmosphere is great! It's a lively place to watch a game...we enjoyed the Miami Heat game! The service is excellent.

Roxie F.

Yelp
This place had the best food I've eaten since I been here in Miami , I'm from New Orleans so they get 2 thumbs up 2 feet and extra omg
google avatar

Steve B.

Yelp
Solid sports bar on the upper level. Excellent bar food. Can get very busy and service could get stagnant. Wings are good. Drinks are actually fair priced despite the area. Good spot In the complex to watch the games and good views of the water. Grade: B+
google avatar

Leslie S.

Yelp
Pros: popped in for a drink and a snack while we were waiting for our reservations at another locale. The view is nice, if you manage to get a table by the bay. Service was okay. Cons: Bayside is tourist central.

Garrett W.

Yelp
Yumi was such an amazing bartender. She made some amazing drinks and had great recommendations for food! Such a great vibe at the outdoor bar. You have to try Yumis Hugo spritz! Check out black market if you are in bayside.
google avatar

Yira A.

Yelp
We live in Brickell and recently moved from NY (yes, I know it's everyone's story) and this bar is very close to us and so perfectly located. My husband's birthday was approaching and he loves to try different kinds of beer, we used to choose different types of bars all over the city every time his birthday approached. So this time around it was hard to find a place we could feel comfortable and connected given the fact that we were very new to Miami. After a long day visiting several spot for his surprise "beer garden party" I went to black market, it was time for a few cold ones and this bar delivered. Great choice of beers, and really tasty food!! amazing ambience and warm staff. A week later everyone showed up for his birthday at black market and absolutely everyone had a blast!! Such a nice way to spend his birthday and no hesitation in recommending their beer selection.

Yelp
Carlos T. and I went to Bayside to do a speedboat tour. After that was over, we were hungry and decided to stay in the area for lunch. Given that Carlos had been attracted to this place and I had gone to their downtown location and had a good time there, it was a no brainer to go to this location. We went upstairs and were attended right away. The weather was fortunately cooperating, so we sat outside. Carlos was heading to a table, but I saw the bar empty and something led me to sit there. Call it a feeling. Turns out it was a good call as we had the sweetest bartender. Her name was Allison, Aly for short. Aly was so lively and helpful. We had trouble deciding what to eat and she answered all our questions. That said, drinks were relatively easy to order in comparison. I had an Angry Orchard, he had a Black Market Rum Punch. My drink was cold and it went down smooth. As for the Black Market Rum Punch, it was a luscious-looking cocktail. Cannot comment on its contents as I didn't have a sip. In terms of actual food, we split an order of wings. Half were lemon pepper and half were spicy boom boom. The lemon pepper flavor was a dry rub and it was the right about of lemon and pepper. The spicy boom boom was poured on, as it was a liquid sauce, and it wasn't spicy at all. It was flavorful and sweet. We accompanied this with some sweet potato fries that were freshly made but had one defect. Not enough salt. We debated saying something but opted against it. We had other things to do that day. At any rate, it was a short and sweet lunch. We asked for the bill, got it, and turns out we had an honest bartender who told us about the 18% automatic tip. Go figure! Not something you hear every day, but given everything, we chose to tip more. Aly definitely deserved it.
google avatar

Tj J.

Yelp
Taylor was a fantastic bartender! She made a delicious lychee martini. The food came out hot and fresh. And the atmosphere was awesome! I would recommend to friends.

Ann Jay H.

Yelp
Drinks, food and staff Amazing. Umi was fantastic. Great food and drink recommendations. Enjoyed our time here.
google avatar

Jay P.

Yelp
Went to this restaurant to wait our embark time for a cruise. It was on the top left side of bayside. The day was nice so we sat outside. They were playing good music, but the service and costumer service was bad. Young people with many manners. They made us wait a while to get any service. Some people seem they didn't speak English either. Food was good, we just ordered some appetizers, chicken fingers, boom boom shrimp and the Mac n cheese. We had some beers and left.
google avatar

Sergio F.

Yelp
Eighteen percent automatic tip, a long wait even when it's not a full house and fifty cent nickel and dime fees with extra ketchup and bbq sauce..yeah no. Granted it's in Bayside #touristtrap..but still, it's just how people complain about bank fees. Don't get me wrong, the two mojitos were pretty good even garnished with mint. They were a little on the sweet side and were garnished with mint. However, the fact I was able to run 10k after and spotted the extra tip in addition to the 18% automatic means it could have used a little more alcohol. The bartender was friendly and I probably would have tipped more if an amount wasn't already put on the receipt. Likewise, my ostensibly wagyu burger ($8 upcharge) with bacon was pretty tasty. They did omit the mayo, but charged the bbq sauce when it was technically a substitution. The lettuce and tomato tasted pretty fresh. Fries weren't bad either. The club music and sports on the multiple TV screens were pretty good too.
