Great place to stop after a long day! Menu had great variety. Couldn’t decide on what to get so I shared something with my mom. She got the hot honey chicken tender wrap & subed for onion rings. So delicious and whatever sauce they put on the side is incredible! I tried the sweet potato burger which was so delicious! The lemon sauce was also a great addition. Would definitely be back if I’m up in this area again. (Pictures of all our food)

It was a busy Sunday night so we did have a 15-20 minute wait for a table. We ordered buffalo mac n cheese balls, which was a great choice! They were huge and tasty! The ranch dressing is so good and I'm very particular about ranch dressings, so believe me when I tell you it was perfect! My husband got the pepper jack cheeseburger, which wasn't too spicy. It was a big portion and had a very nice charred flavor and cooked just as he ordered it. I had the bacon corn chowder, very good, a little sweet, but the smokiness of the bacon made it work. Only "complaint" was the side of onion rings. They could have been cooked a couple of minutes longer. The server was very, very pleasant and sweet. She did check in with us a couple of times after we had our food. We plan to stop in once more before leaving town.

Stopped by on a Friday night and, despite the crowd, we were seated right away. It took a little while for the waitress to arrive, but she apologized for the delay and took our order. When the burgers came out, I was pleasantly surprised—they were excellent. The bacon jam added a great touch, and the burger was cooked perfectly. The fries were OK. Nice atmosphere with a buzz about it. Overall, a good spot for a casual bite. Worth stopping in.

We could sit at the bar without waiting. Moriah had bar shift and we were lucky to have her. Friendly, fast and made us feel right at home. Burgers were great, meat perfectly grilled and fresh fries were also soo good. Combined with some locals beer and you have a perfect night out

This was our first time here and the food was amazing. The atmosphere is chill. The food came out quickly and was delicious, the server was very sweet. The fries were incredible. Burger was cooked to perfection and the jalapeño poppers were perfect.

While we were in Lincoln for a few days, Black Mtn Burger quickly seemed to rise to the top as THE place to get burgers in town. First, a cautionary word to the hangry: expect to wait. We clocked the time, and found that it was nearly forty-five minutes from the time we sat down to first bites (not including a half-hour wait for a two-person table). Given we were visiting on a Thursday night, I was surprised at how swamped the kitchen was. After a seven-ish arrival, we got our food after 8. It was hard to know if our appreciation of the burgers was because it was that good, or because our food was seasoned with the pangs of desperate hunger, but it's definitely good. I'm one of those despicable people who order their burgers 'well done', mostly because I love a good char. That usually means I'm sacrificing juiciness for browning, but I was surprised to find there was a good amount of both on my burger. I ordered the bacon and brie burger, which was a flavor match made in heaven. Service is friendly, if a little slow. We noticed neighboring tables paced their order with beers and appetizers, which definitely seems to be the better way to survive the wait.

Pretty busy. Sat at bar/no waiting. Bartender was pretty good serving. NE IPA beer excellent! Got vegan burgers and garden salad, both were really good. Prices reasonable.

I drive 3 hours every year just for the Mac and cheese balls and burgers 🤩 definitely worth stopping in if you’re even close to here. Good prices great atmosphere very quaint and chill in a cute little New England town!

Franconia Notch State Park welcomes many tourists every year to see the maple leaves and ski in New Hampshire. In the small town of Lincoln, there is the busiest American restaurant Black Mtn. Burger Co. It specializes in American cuisine and other American food! Every meal time, there must be a long line at their restaurant, which is deeply loved by local townspeople! Special recommendation: Bison Burger: 1/3 pound of real Western beef, which is also their specialty! Bison meat is chewier and tastes different from the beef we usually eat. If you like to try new things, you must try it. You can choose your own snacks: Teriyaki Burger: sweet teriyaki sauce, grilled pineapple, plus large pieces of meat patties, it's really satisfying! No wonder they have such a long queue! The taste is really amazing, the gravy is overflowing, and the sweet and salty combination is just right! Their American fried food is also good, it's a good time for friends who come to climb mountains and ski to replenish energy after the exercise! And their prices are very cheap! A set meal is about 16 dollars, the same price as McDonald's, and the quantity is large and cheap! Recommended to friends who come here to play! Come early, there are a lot of people queuing up. Very Average. Nothing great to say about it, and am confused why ratings are so high. There is no need for it to be a destination spot. Hate to say this, but just keeping it real. Very casual place, sat us next to other strangers at a table. Cute inside and I will say the beer is decent. Burger is so mid at best, especially considering the high expectations you have at a specialized burger restaurant with such high reviews. That's all, enjoy your casual average post-ski burger, maybe it's only meant for devouring after 8 hours on the slope ‍

This was a great place for a meal. The atmosphere was very casual with alcohol and food options. As the name implies, it is mostly burgers on the menu. There were a few starters and salad options but it is mostly burgers. I decided on the veggie burger because I knew it was a homemade burger, not a prepackaged burger with extra toppings. The burger was flavorful and filling. I especially liked the sauce which accompanied the burger. I used it as a dipping sauce for the fries. Yum! Service was good. My server was friendly and helpful when I asked about a menu item. It was really busy when I arrived. No reservation option but I think they had a wait list call option. I dined solo and sat at a window bar seat so no waiting for me. I would highly recommend if in the area and you want a casual, reasonable priced meal.

First off - BEST burger I've ever had! We got a couple of bison burgers, and I got mine Reuben style. It was delicious. I usually have leftovers, but there was no way I wasn't finishing it here. We both upgraded our sides (sweet potato fries and a house salad), both of which were solid upgrades. FYI that wait times are wild. We just happened to be passing by at around 3:40 on a Tuesday, and we still had to put in our names for a 30 minute wait.

Carnivore's delight; Best of NH Berger in White Mountains- this is the place. Great beer selection as well as burgers and fries done to perfection. Full bar with top shelf liquor. After a day of hiking, swimming, or golf, good place to unwind; Dog friendly with outside seating but beware, it is popular so either go at off hours or be prepared to wait. Nice bartenders and staff

Got the Brie and bacon burger. Perfectly cooked medium burger and good sweet potato fries. A little pricey, but definitely hit the spot after being on the slopes!

After a long day hiking at White Mountain, Black Mtn Burger was a much needed pit stop for something to fill us up. I love a good burger and honestly, you can't really go too wrong. This place was pretty busy on a Sunday around lunchtime, but luckily we were seated quickly. I ordered a Brie & Bacon Burger and my boyfriend got a Western Burger. Honestly, the prices were pretty high for a casual restaurant out in the middle of (almost) nowhere, but we were starving. The burgers were tasty and I appreciated the unique flavor options. It was pretty filling too, but we also decided to order some dessert to finish things off. Their dessert menu was surprisingly very small, so we stuck with the brownie sundae. I wish the brownie came a little bit more warm and fresh, but it was still a good way to end the meal.

Expect a wait--our Friday night visit had us seated after more than an hour. The host staff tried their best, but the seating process seemed a bit inefficient, and inflated wait times were used to manage the waitlist. Once seated, we ordered the Brie Bacon Burger and the Bison Burger. Both were well-prepared, tender, and cooked just as requested. The Brie Bacon Burger came with a delicious maple mayonnaise that paired perfectly. The Bison Burger, served plain, was tasty with pepper jack cheese and bacon, though these additions added to the cost of the burger. Both came with a hearty serving of fries, leaving us more than satisfied. Despite the wait (expected on a weekend), we'd return for the quality of the burgers!

Had a dinner there. 2 drinks 1 was a hard seltzer A salad and bacon corn chowder. That was good. Chicken strips with Mayo. Side of Asian peanut slaw. It had no flavor. Was very watery. Our server was very sweet and engaging. Great personality. They could use some blinds or tints for the front windows for sunset.

Great menu selection with all the burgers and sandwiches. Food was excellent, we sat on the outdoor patio with our pup, it was perfect that that are pet friendly even have a separate menu just for dogs. Service was excellent, efficient and well managed. Excellent food spot. Service is particularly excellent. wide selection of draft beers. Burgers and fries were very good. The sirahacha maple wings were very tasty as well, best shared with 3 or more people.

This place has the best burgers! My family and I went for a late lunch after hiking. We started with some soft drinks and I got a cup of bacon corn chowder. The chowder is creamy and delicious. My kids wanted the grilled cheese burger to share. I got the swiss mushroom burger and my husband got the 1/2 pounder. All burgers came with fries or a side. I got the sweet potato waffle fries. It was the best I've had! Needless to say, we would definitely go back. I just wish we had one of these near home.

This use to be my favorite burger whenever I visit the loon area. The burgers used to be amazing, recently the last two times I felt the service has gotten slower (20-25 mins before I got my cheese burger) & it wasn't super busy...and the burger used use to make the burgers great, since they changed the buns, the bread falls apart or crumble apart, and buns is very dry. Now messy to eat. I wish they offer call-ahead, first come first serve, the long lines are ridiculous. A bit disappointed... hopefully it will improve like it use to be...

Such a staple spot for some quick and casual eats in New Hampshire. We started our meal with the fried Mac & cheese balls and the jalapeño poppers and they were great! My boyfriend ordered a beer flight and enjoyed the local brews that he was able to sample before our burgers came out. I got the smitty burger which is their traditional burger slapped between two grilled cheese sandwiches. I just wish they pressed down the grilled cheese on the grill to make them thinner to make this sandwich easier to eat. It is hard to get a bite of the whole sandwich due to its size, but still great! I added caramelized onions too, which I loved. My boyfriend ordered the western burger, which came with onion rings, bacon, and bbq sauce layered on top. Good portion size and delicious burger. Definently went back to the hotel with some leftovers! Our waitress was great and she checked on us frequently and the food came out super fast!

I usually ask for medium rare for my meat, it was basically raw. My other friends ordered all burgers and it was also undercooked to their expectations. How are you a "Burger" company but can't get your temps right? Fries were good though.

The food was fantastic. I ordered the Brie burger Medium temp and their maple mayo was SO GOOD. One of the few places that will get your burger temperature RIGHT. I loved the cutsie ambiance and the staff was really pleasant and attentive. 8.7/10 overall. Only critique is the food might be a bit pricey. I wouldn't know how it compares to the restaurants around here though.

Stopped by Black Mtn Burger and they had a wait time of 2 hrs (this was during peak fall season 2022). We put our names down and waited in their sitting area. The receptionist was kind and asked if we were okay sitting at a bar and we were fine so got a spot in 15 mins vs 2 hrs! Hurray! Now they have a huge selection of beer on tap and I remember we tried some of their local beers and loved it all. We also tried their house sangria and it was mind blowing. For food, we ordered their Crab Cake (fresh and nice), Buffalo Fried Mac n' Cheese Balls (tasty but heavy), Bison Burger & Rustic Veggie Burger (Vegan) - both the burger tasted amazing and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The vegan burger felt a tad bit dry but the sauce did help. The icing on the cake was their Pumpkin Bread Pudding with Vanilla Ice cream. I cant express in words how awesome this was and even though we were stuffed after such a heavy meal we did finish this huge bowl of deliciousness. All in all loved the vibe of this place, service is quick, they have a huge indoor space and there is ample parking right outside their restaurant. Highly recommend this spot when in the area.

The food was amazing! I got the vegan burger and it was the best I've ever had. The Cajun fries were amazing my husband had the chili and loved it. My kid had a grilled cheese and was very pleased. Service was good. We will definitely be returning!

After an hour wait (they said 30 min) and then 30 mins to get our food, I would have been better off taking my family to McDs. If not for the BBQ sauce my western burger would have tasted like it came off a Weber charcoal grill where the chef used the grates as seasoning. Bland and a wait entirely too long for what was delivered. Oh it was a Thurs at 2pm... never again. Server was cool and the place seemed like it had potential but left wanting more, kind of like the flavor.

That was the best burger I've had in a long time! Friendly service too. My husband and I will surely be back. Bonus points: We sat outside and had our dog with us. They brought him a big bowl of water and his own personal dog menu.

Its a great place to have a meal when you are in area . We have to wait for 20 minutes to get seat for 7. Burgers were good and quantity is huge. They also have lot of vegetarian options to choose from. Definitely recommending to all.

This place had one of the best vegetarian burgers I've had in the country! We tried their vegan Burger and their vegetarian Brioche and we were debating coming here again the following day cause it was so good! The patty for the vegan Burger was so flavourful and also had a good mixture of spices. the sweet potato fries and the mayo we had on the side were also yummy! i am a big fan of goat cheese and arugula so naturally, i loved the vegetarian Brioche with the mushroom, goat cheese and arugula mix! this place is super popular so we called and we placed our names on the wait-list. the waiting system was super convenient since they text you a link where you can keep track of your waiting position and they also text you when your table is ready. we went on a Friday night and our wait time was an hour , but i think some people quit the line early so we got in half an hour earlier ! our server was also super sweet and got us extra sauce for the fries (honestly the Cajun mayo was very very delicious!). if you are vegetarian/vegan this place is a must go in new hampshire!

Easy electronic wait list...pleasant welcoming staff, attentive & timely service and most importantly good eats in a casual atmosphere. Perfectly portioned kids meals (great for the bigger littles) .Couldn't quite finish the massive burger , should have done the cup of chili vs the bowl which eats like a meal.

I am a lover of a burger typically anywhere I go, this kept the tradition going! The burger was ENORMOUS and after a hike in the white mountains this filled the tank back up! My husband got the Philly and he said it was your typical Philly, hard to mess up!!! We also got bowls of hearty chili and bacon corn chowder. THE CHILI IS BETTER!!!!! I loved it! The service was quick and to the point, but get there early from 4-5 and join the waitlist online- this place is a hot commodity!

We were very impressed with the hostess Ivana who greeted us. She a foreign student from Serbia working for summer in the US. She was the epitome of professionalism and efficiency. The burger and beer selections were outstanding. There was quite a waiting line for a Monday night. I can see why- the place is a winner.

My sisters and I tried to get a table about an hour before closing but the 2 hostesses told us they would be able to seat us :-((. I then went to the bar and spoke with the bartender, Greg, and he spoke with the hostess and then came back and made room for us at the bar. The food (burgers & salad) were AWESOME and his service was also awesome. Great job Greg!!! I will definitely go back for burgers & sit at the bar!!

Our burgers here are always amazing. Try the western burger! So juicy and flavorful! BEST BURGER OF MY LIFE. Hands down. And the sweet potato fries are to die for! We finished it off with the brownie sundae, it was so perfect. Til next time!!!

i had one of there thai burgers took a nap woke up and i couldn't stop puking and having diarrhea for almost 3 hours the food was soggy and barley cooked would not recommend

Food was amazing - I was with kids so Mac and cheese bites and mozzarella sticks were absolutely perfect. The service was impeccable with delicious recommendations for beer and food (thanks Jen!). The summer salad was so delicious. We enjoyed sitting on the patio but the atmosphere was great inside too. I wish I had more pictures. I'm already dying to go back.

I will start with the good. The food is amazing. The bad starts with the disorganized team of 3 hosts trying to figure out seating. After you sit down you barely see your server. After waiting for nearly two hours for a freaking burger my wife left and took our two hanger toddlers to McDonald's as they were very hungry. After she returned the food finally made its way out only for them to bring out the wrong thing. Used to be really good not sure what happened. Doubt I would want to return.

Unfortunately, not able to award any stars but forced to so a 1 it is. Seriously what restaurant turns costumers away at 7pm on a Saturday? They can't accept new parties with empty tables on the patio?? That is poor management and planning, not a busy restaurant problem. Pathetic!!

Service is friendly and the food and drinks are amazing. I know it's a burger place but the last 2 times we went I got a salad and they were delicious. We visit each time we come to Lincoln and have never had a bad experience.

I went here for my anniversary dinner yesterday and we asked for our burgers to be cooked medium. We were both very hungry so we didn't think to look inside the burger. It tasted completely fine considering the amount of toppings and condiments that came with them. When we arrived back to where we were staying, we both felt sick as the night went on and wondered what it was that made us feel gross. Our burgers were practically still alive and mooing. I am extremely disappointed as we both got food poisoning from the burgers. Please make sure you check your burgers before you eat them here!

Everything is great. Most recently tried the BMBC grilled cheese omg was it good. Worth the wait time.

Great service, food and quick. The ambiance is relaxed bar type atmosphere and darker lighting. This is great for families.

We were headed to pub 32 for pizza but since it is mud season, they were closed. Well, Black mountain burgers was open so thats where we went. We were not disappointed!!! I ordered the blackened chicken sandwich and Hubby ordered a cheeseburger. The chicken was DELICIOUS! It was the best blackened chicken I have ever eaten. Hubby's burger was cooked to perfection. I cannot stress enough what a stroke of luck we hit! The bartender, John was very friendly as well as other patrons. Very comfortable atmosphere and prices were good.

The burgers are very good and definitely filling. The only down side is the buns are a little dry and tend to fall apart but that doesn't take away from the flavor at all. Servers are friendly and the inside of the business is modern rustic feel. Overall great place and would definitely come back again.
