Their collection includes bottles of all ages from Antigua, Panama and Belize, as well as Australia, Ile de Reunion, and the Seychelles. In addition to the rum, they stock cachaca from Brazil, clarin from Haiti and rhum agricole from Martinique, making it a great space to learn about the various spirits made from sugarcane under one roof. In this world of corporate spaces we should celebrate amazing hidden gems like the Black Parrot. It’s a genuine rum enthusiasts treasure trove, and to sit here with friends and sample the back bar is a such a pleasure. Ask Brady to guide you through his bottles and he will always ask your price point. No overselling here. Keeping places like the Black Parrot going in the high rental spaces in central London is such hard work. Please support and tell your friends otherwise we loose these truly unique experiences.

We visited for a rum tasting class and had a great afternoon. The bar is a hidden gem and Brady is a great host. His knowledge, warmth and humour made for a really lovely experience. Generous amounts of rum and really interesting explanations. I've already been raving about it to family and friends.

Had an amazing experience here! Brady (the manager) was a great guide and was very knowledgeable of the 700+ rums in stock. Of course, all his rum recommendations were delicious and the cocktails were excellent! Best bar I’ve been to a very long time. Would recommend to anyone.

The Black Parrot is one of the best kept secrets of London. It's difficult to find, if you don't know where it is, but once you step inside, it's like a treasure trove of rums. If you like the spirit of the Carribean, this is the place for you. They have EVERYTHING and it's amazing.

Had an amazing surprise birthday rum master class last night. Brady was incredible. Very knowledge, friendly and a great story teller. Definitely recommend for anyone who loves rum. Will most certainly be back again. Thanks again for the great night.
