I visited the café last week. It was my second time. I was here three years ago. The service is very good and the staff are very friendly. The atmosphere in this café is exceptional. However, the coffee could be a bit stronger 😉. You can also buy shirts, coffee mugs, and other merch at the café. I will definitely come back, as I really feel very comfortable here 🫶. I'd been buying Black Rifle Beyond Black for my coffee maker for some time before realizing they had a local location. I've now been to this location a few times and I love it! The coffee is really good and the staff is always super friendly. I enjoy browsing the merchandise. There's indoor and outdoor seating as well as a drive thru. And clean bathrooms! I always snag one of the leather chairs, sip my favorite coffee, and vibe along with the great music while I surf the interwebs for an hour or two. My complaints are: -when the staff tidies up by dragging the heavy (read=noisy) chairs around -no loyalty rewards at this location (I signed up on my first visit per the barista's request and received a free coffee yay! On the next visit I was told they don't do rewards and the barista didn't take my phone number for point accumulation.)

Black Rifle Coffee is hands-down one of the most welcoming spots I’ve been to. The staff is incredibly sweet, genuine smiles, kind conversations, and a level of customer service that makes you feel like family. The whole shop has a quaint, homey vibe that gives off true community spirit. Their drinks are fantastic (and fairly priced!), and they consistently go above and beyond by hosting fundraisers and supporting various veteran organizations and causes. It’s a place that truly gives back while serving up quality drinks with heart. Highly recommend supporting this gem!

I have been going to this location since they opened, and I have never had a bad experience once. Customer service is always excellent and the drinks are great. This weekend one of the workers, noticed I was looking at coffee blends and he stepped out to talk me thru some of the different blends and what he likes. I actually think he was on his way to do something else but I appreciated him taking the time to walk me through the different blends. Can't wait for my next visit.

I visited the BRCC on 75 and Plano Rd this morning. I ordered the Iced Liberty Bell, was a perfect mix of vanilla, caramel and sea salt. The woman at the registered answered all my questions with enthusiasm and helped guide me to make my decision on what to order. The Liberty Bell was a great choice! Great atmosphere with a ton of cool merchandise! Will definitely be stopping by again!

Tried it for the 1st time Johnathan was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were unsure of what to get and he took his time talking to us and explaining the different things they offered. We told him to surprise us with 2 drinks and he asked multiple questions to get us something we would like. He recommended us perfect things. I am not a coffee drinker myself but after this experience and what he made I will definitely be back. I will never drink Starbucks or anywhere else again.

My daughter and I came here for our weekly coffee date. I’ve been there before as I absolutely love the coffee. She absolutely loved the sausage waffle sandwich and I loved the kolache. It was very meaty and juicy. They also have really cool merch!

Always one of my favorite places to visit. The coffee & food is always great, one of the coolest interiors of any cafe, saluting our Veterans. Today the Smokey Joe was my choice! Our server even had a plan where they donate to local teachers with some of their coffee cups which I thought was great!

This was my first time visiting a BRCC location. I was impressed with their service. I visited with a group and we were indecisive on what we wanted to drink. The barista was patient and extremely helpful in helping us each pick an item from the menu that suited our taste. The food options look good but we didn't purchase any. They also offered us free water for the members of our group that didn't want a coffee. Fantastic service! I got the nitro cold brew black and really enjoyed it. It wasn't overly roasted and bitter like most other cold brews. The Liberty Bell with whole milk was a favorite of my sisters too for a more blonde option. I would drink this coffee again and recommend it as a good place to read a book or catch up on some work.

Coffee and ice tea is great. Place is a great place to meet and hang out. Love to bring my laptop. Service is great. Never a bad experience. This place has to be my favorite breakfast sandwitch place.

Goodness - where do I start? I really wanted this to be my new go-to coffee location on my work commute, but alas, I was disappointed. I ordered my usual iced caramel latte and was really disappointed by the flavor. I ended up dropping half of it in the parking lot when I got out of my car at work and felt no regret. I tried drinking the other half while at work and ended up tossing it halfway through. As for the breakfast sandwich I ordered, it was far cry from the publicity photo posted at the counter. Apparently these are pre-packaged sandwiches that they warm up and serve. There was a thin circle of egg and a "sliver" of protein (so thin that I thought they omitted the protein all together). Should've taken a photo. The taste was disappointing as well and had a hard time finishing it. This is a veteran owned business and really, really, wanted to like and support their business, but I can't say that I will be back. Fortunately, they seemed to have plenty of customers both inside and in their drive through, so they must be doing fine.

I like heading to Black Rifle Coffee Company to get work done because it's a chill spot with friendly staff and they have great products. If the Plano location was closer to my house, I'd be here every week.

Love this place!!! Staff are rock stars and coffee is legit. Great environment to just chill and have a conversation and meet new people.

Great coffee and great customer service. Always a friendly face when you go in. Employees will take the time to go over the different roasts they carry if you aren't sure what to get. Get there early if you want the darkest roast as it's not brewed all day. They have their own versions of fun drinks and they rotate in some for special days and holidays. Personally can't recommend the Murdered Out blend. My favorite followed by Blackbeards Delight. They also carry cups and you can by all coffee and cups through the drive thru. Go and get caffeinated!

What an awesome experience. The cashier working around 12 noon 3-24-24 was such a pleasant young man. My three girl friends and I enjoyed browsing the store while sipping our hot coffees. Both friends are military and we love supporting this awesome establishment. Keep up the good work BRC.

There's more than enough seats and lighting around with wooden tables for 4, bar top style & a small couch. Note, chairs are wood, so not the most comfortable seating for hourly long study. Service: Probably the best service yet in the hospitality industry in DFW and that's saying a lot. Cashier welcomes questions, samples & takes the time to understand what your flavor of preference are. The best feeling is when the they're genuinely interested in your questions & how they can suggest the best flavor for you. "First time I've written a lot for just the service." Kudos to the team. What I ordered... *Hero Beverage Section: Iced Liberty Bell: 4 Stars. Notes of Vanilla & Caramel. This drink was pretty sweet for me, so may need to dial it back for that just right taste. Side note: They do double shots of espresso, so more caffeine for you. You can always ask to reduce the amount of espresso. I love Black Rifle! The coffee here is perfectly strong! I do NOT need an extra shot in my lattes like I normally need to do almost everywhere else in order to actually taste the coffee. Black Rifle coffee packs a punch, holds its own, and tastes amazing. The food here is great too! I always get a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant! Service is friendly and the vibe is cool. Not to mention when you come here, you're supporting veterans. We need more Black Rifle locations in DFW! I hope one comes to the Grapevine/Southlake area soon!

They don't know how to make a good Americano. I think this place is all about brand with no substance.

First time in here and it was amazing! The staff is soo friendly and their service was quick! The food was absolutely delicious and the coffee was perfect!!! Very quiet calm ambiance and the music was not too loud!

I wanted to order coffee online and the website had so many bugs it barely worked. It was, however, able to charge me for coffee pods and send them to an old apartment in a state I haven't lived in for years. I called maybe 30X and emailed multiple times to beg them not to send to my old apartment. Never received a refund or a response.

What a coffee shop should be. Great coffees and snacks with staff that are courteous and respectful. Not surprisingly it supports patriotism and the 2nd Amendment. Fun merchandise and decorations.

Starting off with the basics. Looking for a good and flavorful solid cup of Joe that won't break the bank. Success! Very pleased with the quality and flavor. Will return to try others.

Great company, discounts for Vets, fast wifi (100 down), country type music, awesome! I got an iced oatmilk vanilla latte medium for $5.75. +$1 for oat milm Coffees pretty strong bold yet tasty. I don't exactly get the creaminess I expect from oatmilk and syrup was not sweet enough, and the barista was there to help me. Its hard to make a strong espresso and be good at the same time. Again, the place has Tinker Air force based design and theme. I personally would not go back, but if you want to try out a stronger cup that tastes good, this is the place! Good place to hang out and visit. Friend got tons of work done with his cup!

Really great customer service. They are very welcoming and check up on you. Wish there was more seating since the clothes, mugs and coffee take up a big portion of the shop. It's a great set up though. Plenty of place to park. Our lattes were nice and strong. Will have to come back and try their cold drinks.

Very cool location. This is my first time here. It has a military vibe. You should really check it out. The staff were friendly and very helpful with their menu. My wife ordered a coffee that she didn't care for. The employees made a different coffee. They even gave her an extra coffee. No charge for either one! If you're looking for a place to sit, do your work and be in a coffee environment, this is the place to check out.

This place is really cool. I have gone to the one in North Richland Hills and they both are great but this one has these cool front doors! The man who took our order was very friendly(Didn't get his name). The whole place is clean and there are some couches that I didn't take a picture of. Great place to come work and chat. Their coffee is some of the best. Just in case you're on the fence, the croissant is worth it. Its HUGE and sooo good!! Highly recommend this place! Cool merch too! Come and try it out, please! You won't be disappointed!

Great place supporting vets and great causes. As a US Navy vet I appreciate companies like this. I would highly recommend getting some coffee and popping a squat to ponder the sacrifices other have made to ensure we have the freedom to be a bunch of lazy asses.

I like this doughnut store; it is very delicious and fresh. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted by the sweet aroma of freshly baked doughnuts. The display case is filled with an assortment of mouthwatering flavors, from classic glazed to decadent chocolate fudge. The doughnuts are always so soft and fluffy, with the perfect amount of sweetness. ndly and welcoming.

I love these guys. The coffee is excellent. The selection is diverse. You can get a dark, robust roast or a medium grind. You can get beans as well as ground coffee. Next, I appreciate the decor devoted to our first responders and military. You can get cups, t-shirts, and other paraphernalia. The atmosphere is relaxed. Bring your laptop. We always look forward to our next visit to the Black Rifle Coffee Company--always a pleasure. If you love coffee, you'll be in the right place.

Visited Dallas for the first time and had such a positive experience here. Upon entering we are greeted by a friendly man behind the counter who was helpful in navigating me through their extensive menu. I ordered a salted caramel blended drink and my boyfriend ordered a smoked joe (chicory latte/ New Orleans). We liked the latter latte more since the former was far too salted for our liking (mix well!!) Will come back again for the wonderful service

Great coffee many varieties great quality and fantastic service. The patriotic military folks and the law enforcement folks that work here know customer service and the atmosphere is very good.

Located in a shopping strip, there is plenty of public parking in front of the store. The store is ample and has plenty of seating to accommodate groups, as well. The staff is incredibly nice and very helpful. The cappuccino was delicious and came out at a decent time because the staff moves quickly to prepare the orders. They have some pastries to enjoy along side your coffee and plenty of coffee for home purchase as well as other clothing and different gear.

I got the honey latte per suggestion of the barista! It was so good - I'm glad I went with her suggestion! The drive thru was super quick and I was in and out in under 3 minutes! I just moved close to a Black Rifle Coffee Company in Arizona and I'll be excited to make a stop there too! Since I only went through the drive thru, I didn't get to see the inside of the store so I'm looking forward to walking in next time!

Now this is a great option for my morning commute! Since my drive time is a bit longer these days I'm constantly in search of a good coffee spot to power up my day and get me to work. Black Rifle did just that for me this morning! And service with a big smile to boot!! The coffee and espresso here is solid and they have a few excellent breakfast options. I enjoyed my smooth latte which was piping hot and blended with almond milk and vanilla. It was not too sweet and had just the right java kick to it. I also loved my bagel...it's hard to find a good bagel in Texas these days so I think I've found where I can get my new fix. They have nitro cold brew as well as so many options for coffee and tea. Drive thru service was expeditious and friendly. They also offer discounts for the military/first responders/teachers! I can't wait to come back the next time I need a happy java boost on my way to work.

Five stars for the Plano location from food to service. Checked in for a Sunday morning date with my husband, who's a veteran. He enjoyed being able to share some of his experience with me from photos he connected with on the walls. We ordered egg bites, coffee for him and tea for me. He also ordered the sausage, egg and cheese bagel. The cashier that took our order was patient and offered great recommendations.

The place has a beautiful interior. I was surprised about the accessibility of the prices they are lower than other places! The spicy honey chai was delicious and the cookie was absolutely great! The chocolate chip cookie was absolutely homemade made with two different types of chocolate. The service was friendly and quick. I'll be back.

I like trying new coffee places but I don't think I'll be returning to this one. The coffee was subpar. It just didn't have a good flavor to it at all. The layout of the place isn't for me either. It had a military and survival theme to it which bold letters and camouflage everywhere. At least, they had some friendly service while I ordered my drink.

Amazing coffee, we even buy the pods & cold brew to drink at home. Service was great & fast. Place was very clean & I believe they host car shows on Sunday mornings .

Great cold brew. If you like your coffee really black the cold brew with no sweetener and no milk is great! I've had the mocha cold brew and it was too sweet as I don't really care for a really sweet coffee. But if you love sweet, you will like it. Most coffee shops like this have average to subpar breakfast sandwiches. But not this place! I wanted to get the sausage grenade which was a wrap, but they later told me they were out. So I reluctantly settled on a croissant sandwich with sausage, eggs and cheese and expected it to be subpar. Boy was I wrong. This was a great breakfast sandwich. Also tried the one with bacon and also was great. So don't pass on the breakfast sandwiches thinking this is going to be like a meh Starbucks sandwich. These are legit! Very friendly folks working there and what they do for veterans is great. I'm a big fan of this place. My only complaint is I have a hard time finding the menu online.

Tried for the first time... did not care for the coffee and espresso at all. From Starbucks to a dozen smaller shops, there's a lot of superior coffee all around this immediate area. There were four of us and all ordered different types of drinks. No one liked their own so we tried each others and consistent across the board: no bueno. The ambience is absent. While I appreciate the military connection and claimed contributions, the military vibe n decor is not inviting. We also mentioned to one of the employees that both the drip coffee and espresso tasted off... he poured some drip and actually tasted one of our espresso drinks and said Nope, that's how it always tastes... Yikes!

We went here for breakfast with coffee and ending up also purchasing shirts and whole bean coffee. The coffee and breakfast croissants were hot and fresh. The staff is nice and very helpful. They set a positive environment for everyone. This is really a fun place to go and enjoy a BRC.

Amazing coffee shop with great energy employees! Went for a walk with my dog and bought a pup cup for her and she loved it ! Great shop and I'm a veteran so I received a discount. Looking forward to going back SOON!

I first heard of black rifle coffee a couple years ago I want of the talkshows as well start to seeing some ads online. Had a few friends try it and really liked it, so last year I thought I would give it a try myself. We went to a local mall and had a kiosk selling black rifle coffee, so bought box of K cups in dark roast. Shared it with part of my family during the holidays and we really enjoyed it! My kids even went and bought be a hat there in a mug dad to my collection! The gentleman at the kiosk advised they were opening a new store Plano. We went there today, bought mire K-cups & bought decaf-caramel latte. The barista's were very knowledgeable, made some suggestions as well as told me about some of the background and history of the owners. Being I'm from a military family as well as having my Dad in law & son in law in military, this company is definitely close to my heart! Well done & will be back!

Great place to stop off first thing in the morning. Haven't had any issues yet. Customer Service is great. Line Moves faster than you think. They really have a good system going.
