I have frequented Black Sheep coffee a lot in the last three years. There has never been a single bad experience. All staff have been friendly, courteous and engaging. I especially want to praise the staff at the Gatwick Airport branches for being especially friendly. They have forged a loyal band of customers and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere no matter what time of day (or night) I pop in. The coffee is good and the rare treat of a croissant is pleasant too. Warmly recommended. I hope the staff continue to bring joy to others as well.

Absolutely brilliant service at Black Sheep. The whole experience was welcoming from start to finish, and I have to give a big shout out to Andy and Tav for how well they looked after everything. They were friendly, professional, and handled everything efficiently while keeping a great attitude throughout. You can tell they genuinely value good service. Credit to Black Sheep for having staff like Andy and Tav, and I’d happily come back because of them. 😀

Fox and Lewis were Great. They made very nice and hot decaf latte for me as requested. Excellent service. Highly recommend going there.

I live in Brighton and like the coffee and people that work in Brighton's black sheep, so when they opened one in Gatwick airport I was happy because I commute to Gatwick and go through the airport 4 days a week and prefer the coffee there to Greggs or pret. The people working there (usually Ben and fox when I'm passing through) are really good at running the place and work well together, remember regular customers and what coffee they drink, as well as being very welcoming and professional, and make really good coffee. At the end of an 11 hour shift and the trains been cancelled it's good to know I can get a nice coffee and have a quick chat there. It makes a big difference to the end of my day and always lifts my mood after the train company have done their best to dampen it :) The only negative thing is that the loyalty card for Brighton black sheep can't be used in the Gatwick one. Apart from that it's excellent and I recommend it if you like good coffee and great service!

Purchased a coffee from here before a night out, and got home at about sunrise and could NOT figure out why I couldn’t sleep. Thank you to Black Sheep for the eye opening coffee. Absolutely excellent.

For the 2nd time they did get our order wrong. (No milk in Americano which I clearly requested) No customer service, staff only chat among themselves and don’t pay attention to what customers say. Not going back there. Plenty of other coffee shops nearby
