The 38 Best Things to Eat at Disneyland

"Ignore the towering milkshakes. Black Tap’s behemoth burgers, double- and triple- sandwiches, and easy-to-split dishes like molten queso with chips and fries with fun dipping sauces are ideal for refueling after a long day zig-zagging across Disneyland." - Carlye Wisel

All the Best Things to Drink at Disneyland | Eater LA

"If one is going to tackle any so-called Crazy Shake at this Instagram-famous eatery in Downtown Disney, it has to be the CakeShake, which is garnished with an actual slice of Funfetti cake. Since there are only a certain amount of cakes made per day, quantities are limited. For the lactose-intolerant, there’s a vegan option made with chocolate soy-milk ice cream and a black-and-white cake." - Caroline Pardilla

Perfect dining experience 👌. We sat next to the bar and watched the kitchen staff prepare orders. The cooks and prep staff moved like the gears in a clock and pushed out meal after meal. Fast and efficient, whatva team! You guys kicked butt 💯 % Front of house didn't disappoint 👏 Jo was at our table 4 or 5 times and made sure we had everything we needed. Her and several others were hopping from table to table helping the patrons. The bus staff kept the empty plates and cups as well as the trash cleaned up going from table to table. They were at our table three times. Whomever is training and inspiring the employees here is possibly the best at their job. TEAM WORK AT ITS FINEST

Google
Hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! The meat was packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and just hit the spot. And the milkshake? Easily the best I’ve ever had—super creamy and delicious. If you get the chance to try this place, don’t miss it! Almost forgot good beer too!

I stumbled upon this spot while strolling through Downtown Disney, and I’m so glad I did! I ordered the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger cooked medium rare, and it was absolutely delicious bursting with incredible flavor. I’d definitely recommend it. The sweet potato fries could have been a bit crispier, but overall, the meal was very satisfying. It was self-seating, and I noticed that most of the booth tables seemed to be reserved for reservations only. Still, a great experience and worth a visit!

This was the first time in my life I had to be picky at a restaurant — my mom was visiting and she has allergies to both gluten and dairy. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests, and they did it with kindness and patience — no eye-rolls or attitude like you get at some places. They absolutely deserve 5 stars for their customer service. On top of that, I’m a huge fan of their burgers. Every time I come to Disney, I have to stop here for a burger and a cold beer. Always hits the spot.

Google
Good service by good crew. If given a choice to visit here again, I would not. Yet I give it five stars as my wife enjoyed it whereas I only failed to appreciate the take on the craft burger and sweet potato fries. Fried pickles were good. It may be a character fault on my part as I love sweet potato fries; different take on them here I did not appreciate. Tried them twice and gave a hard no. The black bean burger itself was good, but only with everything scraped off. Did not care for the dressings. Great fresh sliced tomato. Did not appreciate the side pickle style. Did not appreciate the style of onion. Alrighty then. You get the idea. I should stick with a plain burger at home 😆Notably loud environment, but I have hearing issues anyway.

Google
The burgers were insanely good and it's a hard choice. The menu is large and full of awesome choices. The shakes were also stand out and hand made. The service was fast and very nice!!!

Google
1st time going to a Black Tap and it did not disappoint! The wagyu burger was cooked perfect (bacon could have been cooked a bit more). The fries were nice and crispy! The original lemonade was very refreshing. At last but not least the milkshake was amazing! And plenty of it, I will be back for another.

Gabriel Pargeter

Google
It was super close to being amazing. Where we hit disappointment is in what we call pickled. The jalapeño rajas in my Mexico City Burger were raw and I’m not a fan of the texture of raw jalapeños. The pickle that was served with my food was also not really pickled at all, but rather, a salty cucumber. They may have run out of the pickles that were ready and as a last minute thing used batches that still needed time to sit in the brine. Everything else was great! The staff was above and beyond friendly and considerate. That in itself would make me want to return in the future. They just need to up that pickle game. :)

Yelp
What a yummy burger! I had the Texan burger. The flavors are terrific. Husband has the Old Fashion. He said it was delicious. Both were thick burgers and served with fries. The fries were very good as well. Seasoned perfectly and hot the way I like them. Each meal was about $22.

Yelp
We came back twice due to the great food. Over the two trips we ordered: - cheeto salad - kids chicken fingers - American Burger - Oreo supreme milkshake The bill was about $80 each time with 2 adult entrees, 1 kids entree and a fancy milkshake. Our 2 and 5 year old shared the kids meal. Overall we found the food quality to be very high. The fries are excellent. The kids chicken fingers were also top notch which is atypical. The major downside to this place is the counter service and the seating is first-come, first-served. If you have littles or a disability or something that prevents you from sitting at a high top or bar seat, it can be stressful to pay $80 at the front and find adequate family seating. It can be a little bit of a rat race.

Yelp
When you arrive they have menus outside for you to look over and then you order at the register. They give you a number and you pick any available table. There is indoor and outdoor seating available and the outdoor seating is in the shade. I ordered the truffle burger which was really good with the arugula and truffle aïoli. My friend got the Mexico City burger that she really enjoyed and said had a good spicy kick to it and another friend got the Texan burger, which was huge and had an onion ring inside of it. Their French fries were really yummy!! I'd def go back and try another burger. After lunch, we didn't want to miss out on the shakes and ordered the Oreo shake. It was definitely big enough for three people to share since we were full from burgers and fries. I do like the option that you can order a shake outside of the restaurant and not have to go inside.

Yelp
I LOVE the attempt of a Hot Cheeto salad; balance! I wasn't a fan of the taste of these flavors combined but I hope they continue to explore Hot Cheetos on salads lol The chicken sandwich has gone down hill, from my experience. I remember they used to be really good but they're not even worth ordering anymore. Looking around at other tables, the cheeseburgers look delicious.

Yelp
My son and I had a great dinner at Black Tap on Sunday! There was a line out the door, but it went quick enough and there were plenty of open tables on the patio. I got the hot chicken sandwich, and it was SO good! Big sandwich with good fries on the side. My son ordered the kids chicken strips with broccoli and he ate every bite! Said the broccoli was just like mommy's- roasted and I put a bit of salt & pepper on it. Lemonade was good too. All the employees seemed really hard working. It's a solid spot in DTD!

Yelp
Second time to this place, this trip was not that great. At the register I ordered "The Champ" medium and upgraded to cheese fries. I asked the cashier for no onions and he told me there was no onions that it was sour cream and onion dip. Well when the food arrived the fries were covered in green onions and my burger was super rare. I had two other people in my party and we all ordered medium burgers. All three burger were cooked at different levels, only one of them was medium. The other was bloody. Would not try the cheese fries again and the pickles that come with burgers are not good.

Yelp
This is such a fun spin on burgers! I was so excited to try my family's variety of burgers. The food did take about 30-40 minutes, but for good reason. The meal was definitely satisfying. The place was huge and had a great variety of indoor and outdoor seating. The aesthetic is very modern and cute! I loved the unlimited chipotle sauce to add to my burger. I will say they are but an oily, so be ready for the calorie overload haha.

Yelp
Black Tap plays the jams while waiting in line making us move & groove right when you walk in lol. I was wanting a burger after getting off the plane, so got the American classic with everything on it & sweet potato fries... my, the prime meat had a crispy charred outer with a tasty middle medium. I definitely need to order a milkshake next visit because it looks massively yummy.
google avatar

Yelp
Staff was friendly & the vibes (music) was great - which is somewhat expected, I mean we're in downtown Disney haha. The food was okay. I think they forgot about my burger because everyone's order came out & they asked if we needed anything else, by the time they ran my burger out there was no sauce or crispy onion I ordered... so it was just bread, meat & mushrooms. But still good once I added ranch & the veggies. Their sweet potato fries are good & their cherry vanilla shake was amazing! I meant to order one to go but it was so late... definitely will be back to try more.

Yelp
This review is for the outside quick pickup milkshake section - They're really quick with getting your milkshakes out, so no problem there! Their menu is limited, so if you want the full menu, make sure to head inside the actual restaurant, since the outside window is primarily for a milkshake! It's a great sweet treat, and honestly was huge so I even shared my milkshake!

Yelp
The restaurant is very fast despite the line out during dinner hours. The inside is a bit dark but the outside seating was in my opinion better. The servers and bus boys were all very friendly and working hard to turn over tables. The food was good. I enjoyed my Cali Chicken Sandwich. It was not heavy and came with a lot of French fries. The biggest drawback is the pickle that came with it. It was bland and tasted like salt, no tang from any vinegar and spices. It was not crunchy as well. Took one big of it and didn't eat anymore.
google avatar

Bobbi G.

Yelp
The food was good. The staff, while I understand is not in Disneyland, is a part of downtown Disney. I expected kinder, friendlier service instead of snubbed responses. Share the shakes. Do not get your own! The burgers were good.

Yelp
Over the top milkshakes. Large portions on burgers and fries. We visited the walk-up dessert window for milkshakes one night, then came back for burgers and fries the next day. For lunch, a line started about 10 minutes before opening. Over the top really is the best way to describe these gargantuan milkshakes. We ordered the premium milkshakes. The milkshakes themselves were deliciously creamy and thick. Not so thick that they didn't come up the straw. All the stuff on top and adhering to the cup was too much. Only one of us could finish our milkshakes. Milkshakes were too much and too sweet for the rest of us. If visiting again, I would order a basic milkshake. Portions on burgers and fries, especially for the location's proximity to the parks, were surprisingly good. We enjoyed the fun flavor combinations. The food was hot and fresh. Chicken was juicy on the inside and crisp on the outside. We left full. Seating available inside and outside. Decor is NYC. Wallpaper with graffiti and pop art adorn the walls. Large windows let in a lot of natural light. This restaurant is extremely allergy friendly. My son has a mild food allergy. I was surprised that the person taking the orders, both times we visited, asked if anyone in our party had food allergies. When we said yes, a manager/supervisor was brought over. They ask about the allergy, then have to type something into the order system before the order may be processed.

Yelp
Time for dessert ! The walk up window here is awesome ... quick/prompt service for a unique ice cream experience. Their milkshakes can be huge and extreme. We opted for the funfetti cake batter shake. Delicious ! It's fun to see others enjoying the huge shakes with the add-ons . Impressive !!

Yelp
I came for the vegan cake milkshake and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! Not only does it look so impressive and photograph well, it tastes amazing too!! Our whole table was in awe that it was vegan. I let everyone try it and they were all very impressed! Will for sure be back! This black tap is located in Downtown Disney and is a fun spot to grab dinner or a drink on a date night or with friends.

Yelp
Finished out our day at California Adventure w/dinner at Black Tap. At 9:30 pm Sunday, no line to get in. You order when you walk in, find a table and they bring the food to you. The lady who we ordered from did not appear to be engaged with us. She kept looking around and never made eye contact and look uninterested in what she was doing. I have empathy for her as it could have been a long day (a lot of teenagers around for grad nite). And likewise, I appreciate someone who can connect with me too at the end of a long day at the Park, even if the food is average. While the inside seating was busy, there was plenty of patio seating. The outside seating was nice as there were heaters everywhere. Music was an interesting mix of classic 80s songs (OG rap, Smiths then transitioning to Swift, Rihanna and back to Bowie). Food was not memorable. It wasn't bad, it wasn't good. It was good filler to close out the day. Delivery of the food was prompt, and servers delivering it were friendly and accommodating (gave extra ranch when asked and quickly provided boxes when we were ready to leave). Watch out for what appears to be a "pickle" with the burgers. It tasted more like a salted cucumber, literally a cucumber soaked in salt water with no pickling. Again, not bad, not good, just unexpected.

Yelp
I was actually really impressed with the fried chicken sandwich - loaded flavor and just enough spice. The shakes were quite overwhelming in size but delicious nonetheless. Super conveniently located for dinner if staying at the grand Californian and craving a burger and fries. Quick service and fun disney-esque ambiance.

Yelp
I was back in disney and had to go back to Black Tap. Tried the hot chicken sandwich and had the ridiculous oreo milkshake. The food was good, and the service was just as great as last year. I decided to go back the night before I left as I wanted to try mickey shake, it was yummy but not a good choice as I had eaten too much at dinner, so I could not eat that much of it. These crazy milkshakes definitely need to be shared by 2 or 3 people.
google avatar

Irene Q.

Yelp
Food was delicious and freshly made. Service was efficient and helpful. They even asked about food allergies and gave warning for sauces. Ambiance was fun vibes with great music. Loved that they burger salads, which I asked them to make a hot chicken salad and it was perfect; up charge of course but worth it. Coming here again!

Yelp
Downtown Disney has a plethora of restaurants. Black Tap is one of those restaurants that you can't go wrong with. From their classic burgers to salads, to crazy shakes! The restaurant has a fun, causal atmosphere. They are known for their shakes, but their burgers are really great. We got the all American and the guac and chips. Super tasty. We actually split the burger between two of us and it ended up being enough food for the both us. Knocking off a star because it is a little pricey- but then again you are in downtown Disney so all options will be a little pricey. Must try! Next time we will get one of those crazy shakes.
google avatar

Yelp
We ordered the Wagyu steakhouse burger and side Caesar salad. The $25 wagyu steakhouse burger was very expensive for the quality and taste, not very juicy and a little burned on one side even though we ordered medium well. The Caesar salad, on the other hand, was delicious and one we will definitely come back to get again. If not for the Caesar salad, this would have gotten a 2 star review. We wanted to try one of their famous shakes but it seemed like too much while walking around on a hot day

Yelp
Black Tap is a fun little eatery in Downtown Disney, especially well known for their over the top milkshakes! We had just eaten lunch, so didn't try any of the food on offer, but it all looked and smelled delicious, so we will have to try it again next time we are there. Burgers, fries, wings - just comfort food that smelled so good. What we did try were the famous milkshakes and YUM! I had the Bam Bam, which was a vanilla shake - but the toppings made it so much more than a classic vanilla. Fruity Pebbles, Laffy Taffy, Pop Tart pieces, Rice Krispy bits, and whipped cream! I mix all my toppings into the shake to get a little bit in each bite/scoop, but you can eat it any way you wish. Whether you go for just a milkshake or for a meal, I don't think you can go wrong with anything you order at Black Tap!
google avatar

Yelp
Got a chance to visit Black Tap again in May, and once again it did not disappoint. The food and service were fantastic. We enjoyed their seasonal Mickey shake, a strawberry milkshake topped with Mickey sprinkles, a Mickey rice crispy treat and rock candy. Can't wait to go back again!
google avatar

Yelp
Fun place for family lunch! We went on a Sunday at opening and were able to walk right in and order at the front counter. My kids ordered the chicken strips with fries. My husband and I ordered brussels sprouts, Korean bbq wings and the Hot Cheetos Chopped salad. We opted for outside seating and the food was brought to our table. The most interesting dish was the Hot Cheetos salad, it was packed with veggies, grilled chicken and topped with Hot Cheetos. Overall we enjoyed our food and ambience!
google avatar

Yelp
Visited on a Saturday night and was expecting a long wait because it's located in Downtown Disney and it was packed! There was a line but it moved fast! I ordered THE MEXICO CITY prime burger ( with pepper jack cheese, pickled jalapeños, crispy onion ring, and chipotle mayo). My family members ordered other burgers and we all shared a cookie shake. We enjoyed our burgers and the shake was the cherry on the top!
google avatar

Tara S.

Yelp
I really enjoyed eating here. We had never eaten here. It was late and all the restaurants in Downtown Disney tend to be pricey for kids. I found this restaurant to be both reasonable in price and have a great selection of food choices. Service was quick. You walk up and order. Then they bring your food to your table. It isn't too loud inside. You can also eat outside at tables.
google avatar

Jannette R.

Yelp
Located in downtown Disney. Easy ordering prior to sitting down. Open seating. Lots of indoor & outdoor patio seating. Looked like an upstair area Also from outside. Food portions were perfect with no left overs, We were really hungry as Disney was not gonna take more of our money except for snacks. Lol Can't comment on the scrumptious looking shakes or the cocktails. Food arrived quickly, within 10 minutes.
google avatar

Yelp
Such a cool concept from the East Coast at one of the Happiest Place on Earth, Downtown Disney. From cool and crazy milkshakes to gourmet burgers, the food here is pretty pricey but tastes pretty good. I had the chicken strips and they were yummy. Not overly breaded and had a great taste. They have a full bar for those that want some adult beverages. Perfect for a night out or to just have some fun before you go into the parks. This place is pretty popular so I suggest getting there early because sometimes the wait is long to get a table or there is a line to get in. Overall, must try if you are in the parks and want something outside.

Yelp
FIRST TIME & the LAST TIME . The line wasn't too long , Food came rather quick , which prompted a red flag , food was cold. burger wasn't even the bread , the "pickle" was still a cucumber and tastes like salt . the WAGYU BURGER taste like a frozen patty. the Pickled jalapeño taste like Cinnamon??? just ugh and the Texan burger was over all trash ... not worth the price .. 3 burgers 1 super sour lemonade. a soda and a tiny cup of water .. 90$ yea .. no ..1 star cus i can't give 0

Yelp
This has been on my list of places to go and we finally went. My sister and I brought our kids (2 adults and 4 kids ages 5-9). You order at the counter and get a number. Remember to get your parking ticket validated for 3 hours of parking. You have to spend a minimum but I can't remember how much exactly, probably $20. Then you go find a seat, put your number on the table, and they bring your food out to you. The outside seating was less noisy than inside. We ordered food first and then ordered crazy shakes once the kids finished their dinners. We had kids chicken tender with fries and burgers with fries. Food was solid. Nothing special but tasty. The kids meals were only $10 which is a great considering how expensive eating out is currently, and we honestly were mostly there for the treats. We got two crazy shakes. The one with Oreo and the other strawberry shortcake. Both were tasty. I preferred the strawberry for having an ice cream bar stuck in the side and not as rich as the Oreo. I highly recommend sharing the treat. One would be too much for me. I believe they were $16-$18 each.

Yelp
My family and I had dinner here recently. We ordered: *The Truffle burger *Crispy Chicken Sandwich *The Cali Chicken Sandwich *BT Hot Chicken Sandwich *The Diz Kid w/ gluten free bun (extra $2) *Cookies & Cream Supreme (we ordered the classic cookies and cream shake but she rang us up for the bigger one) Our shake came out first and it was a behemoth!! It was creamy and delicious and we scarfed it down. The kids were thrilled to have dessert before dinner and it was more than enough to satisfy the 5 of us. Be prepared to pay a pretty penny for the entrees, food is at least $20 +. The burgers are generous sized and all came with yummy steak fries. Tables have ketchup Tapatio & Cholula so you can season your food as needed. Burgers/sandwiches were good but on the saltier side. You have to order at the counter before you go find a table and it made me nervous because I needed a suitable table for 5 including a wheelchair, but we were lucky enough to find something right away. Not so sure what the situation would be if we came later in the evening.

Yelp
Selection of drinks is great as well as some food options, it standing in line to order, but having to go back to get beers again and again is a no for me, location has great inside seating, but I'll opt for Ballast Point over this any day. Better vibe. Service was good at the counter though.
google avatar

Heidi M.

Yelp
This place had such a fun atmosphere! When you first walk in you have to order your food from the counter and then you seat yourself. There wasn't much of a wait to order, but they food took a little while to come out. The shakes came first and were plenty big enough to share! They were delicious and creamy and just so good!!! The kids chicken strips were a good size and the chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They crispy chicken sandwich had a delicious coleslaw and the sauce had a bit of a kick to it. The sweet potato fries were also very yummy!
google avatar

Souporn H.

Yelp
The restaurant itself was packed. But you can walk to the back to order a few shakes and burgers. I totally understand that it's DT Disney, but I have never paid over $10 for a simple drink. One simple flavor was about $12, I had gotten the black cherry. I was thinking I'll get a fun shake to at least take a pic of but it was a simple red shake with whip cream on top. It was just okay, but I definitely was not going to waste a drop of that. If you wanted a more fun drink it's about $15+. I tried it and checked it off my list.

Yelp
We were here on Xmas and surprisingly the order line was not bad. Inside it was busy, but there was seating available. Came in for lunch while taking a break from Disneyland. Customer service was great the place had good vibes. Very organized and clean. Glad we came in today ( it was our first visit) our food was ok nothing special. The pickle was stale not good at all very dry. Ice cream shakes looked over the top exaggerated, looked good but after our food I was too stuffed to try. Maybe next time. Glad there a burger spot here in downtown. For me it was a one time visit.

Yelp
Black Tap is famous for their milkshakes but that's not all their good at! Their Cali chicken sandwich is really excellent and their Black Tap Hot Fries are 100% worth the added cost. The Texan Burger is grade A fabulous pub grub. The house salad looks pretty basic but the vinegrette is quite pleasing. Overall we had a great lunch, we ordered at the counter and the food came relatively quickly for a crazy holiday weekend at Downtown Disney. The gentleman who took our order was even very thorough clarifying possible discounts.

Yelp
Service was decent, they do ask if anyone has allergies when they are taking your order. You walk up to the register and place your order, it's not where they come to your table to get your order. I got the truffle burger. I'm a huge fan of truffle and I thought my burger was decent with the flavors. I ordered mine medium, it was fully cooked, like it was pulled off the heat right before it got dried out. It was not like a hockey puck though, so maybe if I come back it'll be better the next time around. I don't live close by, so I'm not driving 6+ hours just to eat here lol. The burger came with fries, the fries were not an extra charge which is nice when the burger is $24. It also comes with a pickle, also good bc pickles are also one of my favorites. The fries were very good, hot and crunchy, and the inside of the fries was like a baked potato. Yassss. Kiddo had the Diz kid burger, $10 for burger and fries. She kept saying throughout the meal that it was so good. If you order a shake and you don't know how big they are, they're big. Like biggggg. It's a $16 shake When it got to our table, I was like, whoa. I'm not a huge fan of shakes in general, but it had a good flavor. Kiddo wanted the Brooklyn Blackout. I've never been able to imagine so much chocolate that it makes me tired, but this was it. It has great flavor, kiddo loved it and wanted to try to eat the whole thing, wouldn't let her. The brownies were big, sugary and chocolatey, with chocolate chips disbursed throughout. The whipped cream was your like basic canned whipped cream. I liked the brownie more than the shake. Even though it's busy there, the vibes are chill. We sat outside and it was nice to just see the happy energy all around. Bring your appetite when you come here. We hadn't really eaten much earlier in the day, but we were so full we couldn't finish the shake. All in all we were not disappointed, except for how my burger was cooked but I'm not sending it back if it wasn't dried out.

Yelp
My friend and I decided to have a late lunch here on a Saturday while we were strolling around Downtown Disney. We've both had never been here before even though we frequent the Disney area often. Once inside, there is a line to order. You order at the counter and then find a seat. The restaurant is pretty big, but the seating is scarce as it is a busy place. Food: I ordered the original burger with an impossible patty. It was a large burger and very messy to eat. It didn't stay together at all. I ate half of it at the restaurant and saved the rest for later. The fries were okay. Nothing too memorable about them. I also got the cookies and cream shake. The shakes here are what they're known for. They're over the top and well dressed. My shake was very good, and I loved the giant cookie sandwich it came with. It is a little gimmicky, but I liked my shake. Service: Everyone I interacted with was friendly. The line to order moved quickly. Finding a table was hard as it was so busy. Once we found a table, it took awhile for our food and milkshakes to come out. At one point, we thought they didn't see our table number and gave our food away. Our food did eventually come out though. TL;DR - I'd go back for a shake, but they have an outside to-go for that.

Yelp
Service here is really good, Sebastian was our cashier & he had the best recommendations and let us know ahead of time which drinks had refills while we were debating on the menu. The fried pickles were amazing and flavorful, but the pickles that came with our burgers honestly tasted like cucumbers, not seasoned at all. With two drinks, an appetizer and two sandwiches the total was around $80 pre tip/tax. Although the burgers were tasty, it was a bit much to handle portion wise- it'd be a lot more convenient for smaller portions for a slice of the price. It's good for a quick meal but is on the pricier side.

Yelp
Yummy burgers and affordable outside in Downtown Disney. Service was quick to where you order and then go sit down. All of the condiments and utensils are self serve. It's a very a casual place so there's no need to dress up. There's even a Togo order window on the side if it gets too busy to eat there. I asked for an extra plate to share with my kids, but the plate they gave me was dirty. I asked for a replacement and they did it quickly without hesitation. Overall a good hearty burger place that had quick service, but quality food.

Yelp
Really cool place! Its has burgers, salads, sandwiches, craft beers and shakes. I am a basic backyard burger type of person. But I tried this place for the first time and i ordered the truffle burger and my mom ordered the all american burger. These look like a typical burger, but they are SO tasty! You seat yourself after you order. The food comes out quickly and servers/bus boys were hustling but very helpful and polite. the vibe inside is kinda hip to the pop culture. Way to go!!! I will be returning.

Yelp
Overall a mid burger - on the small size and definitely overcooked. All I tasted really was the char on the outside - even after I was done eating. And I didn't even finish it which at $22 is just a waste, but I couldn't do it. You're honestly better off eating in the parks even at Disney prices.

Yelp
What can I say about Black Tap... I was really looking forward to it and had very very high expectations but it happened to be more of an order at the counter and get your own seat where you can. It's a beautiful place, great views outside and the inside has a nice brewery like feel to it. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the Beef Wagyu Burger (medium rare) with a Chicken Caesar salad. The burgers and sandwiches come with fries but you can upgrade to other type of sides as well. The food came out all together and the burger was definitely not medium rare. It was past well done. Secondly I couldn't tell the difference between that and a frozen beef patty. The crispy chicken sandwich was a little on the hard and dry side as well. The burger and sandwiches were a let down for being $20-25 each. As for them both 2 out of 5 stars is fair. The Caesar wasn't much to rave about. It's the same crispy chicken on the sandwich on the salad. Either way, what I really wanted to try was the shakes. Luckily the Strawberry Shortcake Shake was visually good and tasty with its ice cream and candy pop. I'll definitely come back for shakes in the future but defining not for food. The shake brings the rating up from a 2 out of 5 to 3 stars.

Yelp
Great food that is counter service and then they bring it out to you. We planned to order a shake with our meal but opted to wait as the clerk told us it might show up before our food if we order together. We got a kids cheeseburger, truffle burger, fried pickles and Cookies and Cream shake. Everything was delicious and came out fast. I would definitely come back.

Yelp
I stopped by for dinner while exploring Downtown Disney, and heard Black Tap had great burgers. The line seemed long from the outside, but it moved quickly. When you come inside, it's got a cool vibe. The lights are dim, it feels kind of loungey but it's still a pretty casual restaurant. You order first, they give you a number and you find a table. I was worried we wouldn't find one, but despite how busy they were we got a table pretty fast. I ordered my burger cooked medium well, and it still retained a lot of juiciness. Okay, the house made dill ranch is a MUST! I loved it in the burger and with the fries. I'll definitely be back at Black Tap next time I'm hanging out at Downtown Disney!

Yelp
I am updating my review from about 6 months ago. Terrible customer service. The owner "replied" to my original review with a "please email us below and we'll make it up to you." Fast forward to 6 months later and their way to "make it up to you " is to never respond to your email and ignore you. I even emailed them again about two weeks ago to give them another chance. I still have not got a response so i am updating my review now. Terrible customer service and management.

Yelp
Fast service, attentive staff, delicious burgers. Blue cheese on the burger seemed a little too salty to.me. the pickle I didn't like.

Yelp
Black tap burger salad: got this with the dressing on the side because I wasn't sure if I would like it, a good call. I actually preferred putting just ketchup and mustard on it and eating it like a deconstructed burger. Pickle was gross. But the rest was good. It was not a huge portion, I finished it easily, and then also ate fries from other people's plates. 5/5 Kids chicken tenders : for nine dollars this was very good quality chicken! Two big actual strips of breast meat and the breadingwas solid, came out hot. Fries were very sad though. I think maybe the sweet potato fries would've been a better option. 4/5 Service at the counter seemed a little lackluster; but the people who are bussing tables were so kind, they went and grabbed me a box and then a different guy got me a bag when he saw me holding the big awkward box in my hand. It was pretty fast service for Disney, I think probably if this were anywhere besides downtown Disney, I might've given it 3 out of five, but we were in and out in 20 minutes, so I can't complain :)
