BlackBrick Apartments - Sandton.

On 26 December 26, I booked 3 nights at your hotel due to unseen circumstances Unfortunately, I had to leave earlier than planned due to an unexpected family emergency, which made it impossible for me to complete my stay. I kindly request consideration for a refund for the unused nights. And I want my money back

Absolutely fantastic. The rooms and reception is absolutely forgotten. I only have 2 (super minor) suggestions 1) I would love if there were better coffee in the rooms. 2) I would LOVE if there were more water as well. I jad 2 x 300ml water bottles and i drink like 3 liters of water on a good day😂 otherwise, 10/10 service

My initial experience at Blackbrick was somewhat unremarkable, as I encountered a few issues with my room. I was concerned that these problems would not be resolved, but upon speaking with Fekile at reception, she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and promptly addressed all our concerns. We were subsequently relocated to a better room, and no additional charges were incurred. Her attentiveness and proactive approach significantly enhanced the quality of our stay

The people working at the restaurant/bar don’t care about the customers, the only waiter that cared and looked after us was Boyza, give that man an increase he really looked after us. Thanks to him

I was here as a driver having guest to take each and every day while waiting for my guest there is a lady @ the reception with singils hair and light skin .I asked for bathroom she asked me who am i what do i want .why would i ask for bathroom .in a very rude menor .ended up going to the garage and come back pick up my guest.Today @her shift same lady around 18:00 i was waiting for my guest she was so aggressive and disrespect an uber delivery guy .the guy tried to tell her that the guest said i must leave the passel @ the reception .she told the guy to go give security outside.she does that while she has 2 guest helping .i say she deserve to work alone or maybe not with guest her behavior doesn't look like she submitted CV .other than that place is nice and security are helpful and visible even across the street

I recently had another fantastic stay at the Black Brick 2 Apartments—my third visit, and I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay by an extra day. The staff is incredibly warm and helpful, making the experience truly pleasant. The facilities are top-notch, with a well-equipped business hub, a delightful restaurant, gym and a cozy bar. If you're in Sandton, this is the ideal place to stay. I will definitely be visiting again in the near future!

Enjoyed my time here, booked for 2days and I was early, they managed to accommodate me until check in(bags in Reception and I sat by the restaurant and checked in maybe an hour or so before). Met a wonderful waitress by the name of Salo😊. They had renovations when I booked so it was bit noisy in the room so I worked in the restaurant with great atmosphere. Their menu in the restaurant does not have lot of options but you won’t go hungry, there were 1/2 vegetarian dishes. Across the road there’s 1/2 places I could go grab something. The place is not far from Sandton city so there’s really more options there.

This place was clean, modern and a perfect mini studio. Loved the kitchenette , the only thing is that I didn’t like that the shower smelled like mildew originally.
