During a recent visit to New Hope, PA, my wife and I spent an afternoon exploring Peddler’s Village and came across Blake’s Jewelry. From the moment we walked in, both Blake and his mother welcomed us warmly without being pushy. They created a relaxed, no pressure environment that allowed us to take our time browsing. I asked to look at a watch, and what started as a passing interest quickly turned into me purchasing multiple watches for both my wife and I. The experience was that good! Mainly because I felt completely comfortable taking my time and trying on their large selection of Seiko models. Later that evening I noticed an issue with one of the watches. I went back to see Blake the next morning and the after sale service was just as excellent as the buying experience. Blake immediately assured me he’d make it right, and sure enough, within about a week, I received a replacement watch. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Blake and his mom. They made the entire experience memorable from start to finish. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and visit them. You won’t be disappointed!

Phenomenal experience. Blake is fantastic - he truly wants to help those looking for the perfect/seamless/fun jewelry purchasing experience. Extremely knowledgeable, well versed in the industry and really cares about his customers. My wife’s wedding ring was fixed through his business and was handed to us looking better than the day I bought it for her. On top of that, I replaced my ring with an awesome tungsten ring which Blake made sure it fit correctly. Do not waste your time with the big wig corporate companies - Blake’s is the ONLY place you should be going for your jewelry needs.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience today. Blake was phenomenal in educating us on how to get the most of what we’re willing to spend. From the moment we walked in and weren’t entirely bombarded to make a purchase then and there, I knew this would be the place for us to go. My review is long overdue but I have to give credit where credit is due! My fiancé and I went to MANY jewelers looking for a custom engagement for a good price. From the moment we talked to Blake, I knew we were in good hands. He was very factual and knowledgeable about getting the engagement ring custom-designed and no point tried to upsell or upcharge us. Customer service is 10/10. When I tell you that I absolutely love my ring, I mean it! I stare at it's beauty multiple times a day, every single day.
