Such a fantastic gem of a place to have close to home. The menu and specials board is always full of delicious treats, I find it difficult to pick every time I visit because everything looks and sounds so delicious. I appreciate that they use high quality, local ingredients in their meals, make many of the meal components in the kitchen by hand. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of ingredients used, and the portion sizes are generous. I always leave here with a full tummy. Great coffee too, friendly staff, clean, and nice atmosphere. Sure I will be back again for another visit soon. A local business I will continue to support! And of course, it's difficult to leave without a cinnamon bun to take with you!

Fantastic breakfasts with delicious cinnamon rolls. Service is excellent with friendly staff and it’s always busy. I understand why it’s so popular!

Just eaten here at this lovely cafe! My partner informed the team that I had a gluten intolerance (not allergy) and they were brilliant. Highly recommend the patatas bravas, absolutely delicious! The team were very accommodating even though it was busy. The flat white was also delicious! Will definitely be returning

Another gem 💎 - By chance we found this place passing through and it was b-e-autiful. Banging chicken, avo sourdough sandwich, washed down with a vibrant cappuccino. Sitting outside on a stunning spring day is the perfect recipe for afternoon lunch. Will definitely come back!

Food always delicious but I don’t understand the other reviews with people complimenting the friendliness of the staff. We drive 45 mins every month to come but the staff are never that friendly or accommodating to our wishes (ie. don’t bother requesting a brownie piece that isn’t the corner). Just a shame as the food is of a very high standard. Perhaps they like to have a certain customer, as we are quite young (24 and 25)

A lovely bakery/cafe/post-office serving great coffee and delicious pastries. A decent breakfast/brunch menu. Newspapers available to buy from the post-office make it feel cosy

We had visited a handful of times and never repeated our order. All the food we tried had been great. We had sandwiches today. They were very delicious. To be specific the pulled pork sandwich and sandwich with avocado, halloumi and fried egg were very delicious. I've never left the place without a loaf of sour dough. It would be wise to have them slice the bread. We struggled even though we had a pretty good bread knife.

Excellent breakfast place with wonderful sourdough bread and other cakes and pastries! Full English (with scrambled eggs) - 4.5/5 Vege Full English (with poached eggs) - 3.8/5 Saw someone else had the salmon and scrambled eggs on toast and that looked really good too…half regret not ordering that instead!
