Food here is excellent. The fact you can get breakfast burritos ALL DAY! is amazing. And everything is made fresh! No sitting in a warming bin. Staff is quick and ready to take care of the customer. Can't wait to go back and eat again

Ordered a #2 Burrito with Red Sauce (Sausage Burrito) this morning. I did drive thru and was already on my way down I-25 heading home eating my burrito. I got half way of eating my Burrito when I noticed a burnt taste. Called numerous times to the store to let them know of my order as I was not going to drive back. Broke off the burnt part my burrito that is when I noticed that it was mixed with another meat. I never had an issue with any other locations but will never eat here on Gibson. I used to stop by all the time when I was in the service.

When you order no pickle tomato or onion and you get it anyway😒. My mom's order was mayo no mustard no onion she got mustard and onion. You call and they either don't answer or hang up on you wait time was horrible for have 4 cars in your parking lot.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Valerie! She went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and greeted everyone with a genuine smile and great energy. It’s rare to find someone who brings that kind of positivity to a fast food setting. The food was hot and fresh, but Valerie’s outstanding service made the whole experience even better. She’s a true gem—give this girl a raise!

Basic fast food... No military discount on a military base where hundreds, if not thousands, of customers are at their finger tips weekly. No clean kosher vegan options. Not much of a clean eating option here.

I've never been so disrespected by a fast food employee. So disappointing in Blake's. The order was incomplete and as the drive thru employee handed off the order just kinda tossed it in the window of my vehicle. I had to go inside to get the rest of my order. The young disrespectful boy then tossed the rest of my order on the counter. Turn and walked away. What a waste..... very disappointing.

The onion rings were really good. The hamburger was pretty good, too, but I wouldn't say exceptional or anything. The front desk person was very nice.

I took a chance by stopping at this Blake's Lotaburger when driving from the airport to my hotel. My hunger craved something filling, and the memory of my boss's recommendation to try Blake's while in NM hit me. I received service quickly and had to ask the cashier for a recommendation being my first time. She was friendly and recommended a LOTAburger meal, which consisted of the burger with chile and cheese and a side of seasoned fries. This location has the fancy Pepsi soda fountains where you can add flavorings to your soda. Most tables were free, and I got a booth to myself. My meal was delivered to my table, and the server was kind enough to provide a complimentary Blake's sauce - think of peppery thousand island with chile. I was impressed with how good my burger looked. Fluffy buns, crisp lettuce, and beef all in synchrony. The fries were seasoned well too! Topped both with Blake's sauce and got the ultimate cheat meal! I got over the guilt quickly and devoured my burger. I'm not sure why this location has not-so-great reviews, but I'm coming back here the next time I visit ABQ!

I ordered food for delivery from here I got drink with colored water and missing fries. The delivery service did nothing and the store did nothing. I would not recommend gong to this place. Wish I could give negative stars.

I'm not sure who reads reviews for fast food locations but I absolutely would not recommend this location to anyone! It's a bunch of teenagers running the place who have no idea what they're doing. We ordered our food which took a while because the kid taking our order at the drive through could not get it right. We paid and were told to pull up to spot #1 to wait for our food. After about 20 minutes a kid comes out with a completely different order. Five minutes after that we go inside to check on the status of our food and they say they aren't sure and that they will check. We can't get a refund and we still haven't gotten our food. It's now been over 35 minutes that we've been waiting. I think we'll cut our losses and call corporate for a refund. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Honesty disappointed in this experience you'd think somebody would open their freakin eyes when preparing food for people. Bottom of the barrel location, if you're able to, go elsewhere.

Saw this chain all over ABQ so we thought we'd check it out. The bun was very bready for the amount of meat and veggies in the burger. We got the basic lotaburger, onion rings and a pina colada milkshake. Sadly the burger was too bready and meat seemed lukewarm. The onion rings were nothing special either. But the star of the show was the pina colada milkshake. I would stop in just to pick that up! The prices were cheap but I guess you get what you pay for!

I am from great state of California. And I and my son went here for some reason. This restaurant has some really concerning reviews and we put them to the test. We went inside then All I can say is i amazed! Great food and great workers!

I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews here, maybe it's for a different location. During my visit, I found that the restaurant was new and clean, service, fast, and my double green chili cheeseburger was fantastic.

I was disappointed with the food. It wasn't even hot enough. It seemed like the hamburger patty was precooked. Buns weren't warm enough. Too dry. I liked the ice chips only. Coming from California I am disappointed. Of course it has been over 10 years since I first tried them. Was much better then.

So I didn't feel like waiting in line or going into Chik Fil A next door so I thought I'd give this place a try. The place was not busy at all and placed my order. I didn't wait long at all and I guess that explains why my burgers were cold. Now it wasn't that long of a drive back to the Holiday Inn Express (less than a mile) and it's not cold outside being May. I should have just waited next door for chicken sandwiches and not wasted over $11.00 for cold burgers.

I know it's fast food but standards here are low. burger was dry and room temperature. Chili cheese fries once again fries room temp with chili over it taste okay but for a burger place, hate to say mcdonalds is better. Everything I order was not hot. Service was slow took ten minutes and we were the only ones in the store. Maybe the drive thru was long? Will I come here again. NO! next door is chick fil a but I'm here visiting and wanted to try something I can't get back home. I do like the ice they have for soft drinks. The store looks new and the air conditioner is cold so the ambiance feel is nice. I hope this helps with your decision and that's the way cookie crumbles.

Driving through on our road trip and this burger was good! Not sure why the low reviews. Wait wasn't long, Pepsi was perfect and so was the burger.

Lotaburger with cheese and Hatch chiles, mid afternoon - not bad. Fries were meh. The shakes, however, were very good. Got the strawberry cheesecake and cherry ones. Dining room was open, and clean.

Local place - the specialty is the green chile burger! It's a burger similar to Whataburger- but covered with green chile. It's decent and has a great flavor. The fries have that natural cut taste and texture- they are on the softer side. The place itself is immaculate- SPOTLESS! It takes a little time for the order to come out, but overall it's a decent stop for a local burger with that New Mexican flavor.

$17 for a double bacon burger with a large frye and large Dr pepper. Utterly ridiculous. Didn't get a receipt to see what I was actually charged for after I had to wait almost 15 minutes in a parking spot for my food. Fries were cold and the drink was a cup full of ice. Complete ripoff. At least the burger was good.

As I was planning my trip to New Mexico, I at least wanted to stop at the apparently popular Blakes Lotaburger chain, which appears to be in every NM city. I ended up going to three different locations, and this was the first. My Uber driver said that the burgers and fries were mediocre, but the breakfast burritos were to die for, so I went with her words. I went through the drive-thru, and there was a pretty young lady in sweats, asking me for money as I was pulling up to the speaker. I was very naive how good/bad of an area this was, and how common this homelessness thing was in ABQ. Anyway, so I ordered the breakfast burrito (with green chilies - they will ask if you want red or green like they do in most places in NM). The burrito was huge. No exaggeration there - Taco Bell, Carls Jr and Jack in the Box would not compete with that kind of thing! Next time I'm in New Mexico this would be the only reason to stop at Blake's!

This Albuquerque's newest Lotaburger and we LOVE it! Not only is it open later than the other locations, it also serves their breakfast burritos all day!!!! The burritos are giant and delicious! They are my favorite part of Blake's Lotaburger so I'm thrilled to have a nearby location that serves them all the time! The location is super updated and trendy! It has WiFi and a ton of computer plugins! It was designed for people who need a place to work or maybe need to kill time before a flight. It's great for college students who need a place to study while eating delicious yet cheap food! The staff is fast and efficient but very competent! By far my favorite location! We will be back and often!

Waited 40 minutes and no burger and fries. Worst service and no assistance to remedy the order, didn't even get my money back because after 5 times telling them my order they still looks confused. Worst service ever.

The dining room is closed for dine in but you can order inside. I would recommend calling ahead. There doesn't seem to be much of a sense of urgency. The inside isn't dirty but it's disheveled. They put the garbage in front of the bathrooms to block access to the bathrooms. If it's going to take 15 minutes to make to NM style burgers I think they should probably open up the bathrooms. The burgers were good. I got mine with no pickles and they got the order right so that's a plus.

Service was quick and ambiance was new and cool. However, burger was also cool and not hot also broken and old tasted burnt. Onion Rings were terrible tasting and also burnt leaving an aftertaste. Old Oil. Shake was very good. Go for coffee or goodie but not good. That's my take you must experience your own!!!

There is always a problem at this location if there's one car in the parking lot they tell you it's gonna be a 30 minute wait because they're so extremely busy if there's no cars in the parking lot they won't accept card payment only cash don't come to this restaurant need the option for zero stars

This review is based on my personal experience I ordered a burger and got something different than what I requested. I didn't find out until I drove away, which was really upsetting to me. This was the first time I've been at a lot of burger and I don't think I'll be back.

Went to drive through tonight. Once they took our order, we waited 15-20 minutes. They said the cook was on a break. They had several cars waiting for orders. We asked for our money back. I just read other reviews for this location. Our experience isn't isolated. Appears to be consistent with many. 0 stars

Zero if I could. It is very sad that over the past 2-3 years, I've witness the staff change and this location overall go down hill. as of today, they don't know what "Christmas" means on your food and subjected me to such crap treatment, parking me in a drive through spot for over 20 minutes while 6 vehicles arrived and left behind me that ive been driven to the point of downloading yelp and leaving my first review of anything.

I wish I could give this store zero stars! Employee told me that I can only order online I asked her why and she stated that the systems were down. I asked her well how can I order online if your system is down! The Chick-fil-A that's next to it is getting all your business because employees are not willing to work I understand that it's 30 minutes before close but this is an issue this happens every single night after nine!!! You can't even say that Chick-fil-A is stealing your business because employees are just giving the business to that corporation... please do better.

Service is slow , and it is way too expensive. Too much money for long wait during lunch. Will be my last time visiting. And after waiting , I got 1/2 a bag of extra greasy fries. No wonder they charge so much , grease is expensive

Blakes used to be the place to go for a fantastic burger and homemade fries but, that's a thing of the past. I've been gone from Albuquerque for a little bit and have heard multiple times about the quality going down at Blakes and they weren't lying. My mother and I visited the Blakes next to our hotel in the airport area because it used to be the best burger you could find anywhere. First, the chairs were all on tables and looked like it was closed but it wasn't. The temperature inside of the restaurant was freezing cold and when I commented to the cashier she said it was really hot in the back. How? Everything is assembly line on a conveyor now and there was no one in there but, ok. It was so uncomfortably cold that my mother and I had to go out to our vehicle to get sweaters to keep us as warm as possible but we were still chilly. The burger was awful and undercooked. I asked for a well-done burger because I hate pink in my fast food burger. The cashier said that they only have one setting and that's how it gets cooked. From my recollection, there was always a griddle that they prepare the meat on but they don't anymore. The fries used to be homemade, they are not anymore. I asked for green chili on my burger and I got like, three slivers of chili. This place is garbage and I will never return again. I would give zero stars if I could, but I can't. Do not put this on your list if you're from Albuquerque and want some nostalgia.

Just so slow. Have been a few times and every time has been a 15 min wait at drive thru "parking spots." Clearly understaffed, which is a bummer for everyone.

Should have just went to chick-fil-a next door to get something that I would have wanted. Came through to get a burrito, to be told they aren't serving burritos. Sign says "SERVED ALL DAY" with no apparent cut-off time. As a business owner myself, I definitely will just go to chick-fil-a next time and Blake's won't have my daily business anymore. Hope you get it together, good food, extremely poor execution.

Straight trash. Called in my order because I know they take forever to begin with. Made sure the order was at least containing what I ordered, a cup of coffee, a soda, and a burrito, (didn't check the burrito). Get home and my burrito is not correct, and the coffee contained so much grounds that I could've just brewed my own cup using them. You want a better prepared fast food breakfast, go anywhere beside here.

I had the lotaburger NM style, regular fries, and an iced coffee with vanilla creamer. The burger was great and tasted fresh. The green chili was lacking in spice, but it was probably just a milder batch. Fries were okay. Nothing special about them so unless you are craving fries, might want to skip out on the regular fries. The iced coffee was basically a vanilla sugar drink. Don't order it if you want actual coffee.

Well done, no, still alive, seasoned frie, no seasoning, limp, cold, old onion rings, cold, stale buns. We are tired, hungry and wasted fuel, $22 and fuel.

32 minutes in the drive thru....normally it's only a 15 minute wait. I could type and type all day long about how bad this particular place is but you get the picture. The staff is clueless and they don't care. Bottom line, I'm NEVER going back!

Outstanding service and the few times I've been to this location it was excellent. I ordered 2 breakfast burritos on the app and stopped in to pick them up. I realized I didn't order one of them "naked" without the tortilla for my wife. It was totally my boneheaded mistake and asked how long it would take to order a new one. I was totally willing ad expecting to pay for another burrito. The delight young lady not only got me the right burrito, she didn't charge me for it. The good was wonderful for our trip back home to Farmington. This location is always good, but this kind of service will have me coming back again and again.

Its got Breakfast all day! it also has the pepsi robo fountain machine like the coke freestyle. (2 of them) they even have a soda water button on the main screen! They bring you the meal. and the place had lots of usb and outlets for travelers.

wiated 20 minutes after ordering, eventually left and went to chick-fil-a next door, received my order from Chick-fil-A before the people ahead of me at Lota Burger received theirs, also $16 for a meal at Lota Burger and $11 at Chick-Fil-A. You live, you learn, you never go back to this Lota Burger.

WORST breakfast burrito ever! Other Blake's locations generally have overstuffed burritos with a great flavor. We've been there twice now. Last time they were just, meh. But today, they were small, with very little sauce and very little seasoning. The eggs and potatoes were bland, the red chilé flat, and there was some unidentifiable undertone flavor that ruined the whole thing. It reminded me of powdered onion and chive. We've had burgers from this location as well, but they were typical Blake's burgers, so stick to them if you're visiting this location. If you want a Blake's breakfast burrito, don't even consider this location. Make the drive to any other location and save yourself from one of the worst burritos in Burque. :(

Slower service than I had hoped for a new "fast food" restaurant chain as the drive through took more than 15 minutes long for ONE single burger and ONE large seasoned fries only (no beverages). The food came out at a decent temperature (warm, not piping hot) and it was the typical fast food, nothing overly impressive. The food tasted really good though, in typical Blake's fashion. So, I bumped it up a few stars. But unfortunately, there aren't many fast food chains in the area and I HAVE to take a quickie lunch sometimes because I work a VERY hectic and strenuous job that mostly involves packing a lunch, but sometimes I forget and need to pick up something as fast as possible if I'm headed to Santa Fe for business. I will back again and be hoping they improve efficiency as they work out all the kinks in their newly developed store. Thanks for some local fast food options. :)

So. Slow. This isn't fast food - I could leaven the dough for the buns and bake them in the time it takes to get food here. It's an absolute joke. The food is standard Blake's fare - they do it correct, just insanely slow. If you're in a hurry, go somewhere else.

Have been waiting twenty minutes for a green chile burger meal. One burger- one patty. I like to support local but they make it really hard to! This will probably be the last time I come here. Thank goodness this is not something I'm grabbing before work or school because there is just no way I could wait this long. Several people have left the line already including a couple cops. I feel this is managements problem. Hire more staff so that people aren't having to wait 45 minutes at a fast food place. Ridiculous. Also why aren't they utilizing the drive thru waiting spots?! Can't even leave now because the call in order line is starting to build up and blocked me in. Yup they lost a customer today. Get it together. Editing to add my final wait time of 43 minutes for one meal. Now I'm just mad at myself for waiting. Never again

This was our first time trying this place. Definitely never coming here again. First of all the employees here are running on one brain cell. Waited 10 minutes for someone to even realize they had people ready to order at the counter. Even at that, I literally had to go behind the counter to get someone's attention. It wasn't a busy time. We were the only ones in the restaurant. The employees are moving so slow, I can't even imagine how it would be during a busy time. Waited 15 minutes to receive our cold "fast food". This is what we got. Please do not visit this location of Lotaburger.

Well, love their green chili cheese burger ... but the drive thru at this location is RIDICULOUSLY slow!! This time, I went inside and ordered and I got my food and left before the cars in the drive thru got theirs! The employees there are always really nice! And it's nice and clean inside. I was going to give them a 3, but it is good food, so gave them a 4. Just don't use the drive thru!

Stopped by Lotaburger after the gym to get some food in me. Honestly, I'm probably undoing whatever good I got from working out by eating here, but something about protein and blah blah blah. I ordered a Lotaburger with cheese and green chile. I contemplated getting a double, but curbed my temptations and went for the single. Wait time was about five minutes. This Lotaburger doesn't have trays, so anticipate receiving your food in a bag. I was offered ketchup but declined; I trusted in the sandwich to give me its best. Everything about the burger was as it should be. Fresh vegetables, well-cooked meat, a slice of cheese and hot green chile. Ah yes, and as I recall, all of that was inside bread. Quite good and to my liking. I admit to being a fan of Lotaburger in general; this trip was in line with my expectations and I enjoyed my meal. The SUB food court selection has changed a lot since my undergraduate days, and the addition of Blake's to the lineup makes things interesting. I'll certainly be back.

Waited in the drive thru line for 29 minutes when I got to the window I waited another 18 minutes They don't care who's waiting in line or how long you been waiting when I eventually brought my order it was the wrong one. Who owns this place... The people that work there are totally unprofessional

The worst customer service ever!! Please do not visit this establishment. Chick Fil A should receive all the business instead. I would rather eat rocks or wait an hour before I will ever order from here again. They suck, so does the management and corporate office!!
