Blake's Lotaburger

My girlfriend and I wanted Blake's and this location is usually one of the better ones to go to. I ordered online and we got there in the suggested window. We pulled up and the folks working there were laughing and seeming to be having a good day. They asked for my name and I told them. Then one of them asked me, "What no McDonald's today?" I looked at my girlfriend to see if she heard the same thing that I had. She did, but neither of us understood the joke. We got our food and drove home. The pictures are from my drink. I had drunk most of it during the drive. We split up the food and I removed the lid from my drink, to eat the ice. That's when I saw the hairball in my cup. We both stopped eating and I dumped out my cup to make sure that it was a hairball and not a cockroach. We threw everything away and I called the store. I was sent to voicemail. I looked online and got the corporate number and called it. I was sent to voicemail there as well. No one has called me back and I won't be going to that location again.

Went in and paid 18$ for a burger with onion rings and a drink. Drove all the way home and took a bite out of my burger, and the bacon was COMPLETELY raw. So I drove all the way back , and when I tell the rude manager with drawn on eyebrows, she doesn’t even look at the burger doesn’t even apologize for the raw bacon , The only thing she tells me ? “you’re only getting a refund for the burger” Giving me an attitude as if I’m trying to get free food. so even though I paid 18$ for a burger with raw bacon and a few burnt onion rings , I was refunded $11.00 back. Thanks miserable employees of Lakes on Carlisle. Thanks for making an already miserable night for me even worse. What a worthless manager .

I recommend going here to eat here I love the friendly customer service food is great nice and hot. I give it 10 stars if I could shakes are amazing. Nicole, the manager was very sweet and professional.

How is it that This location went from being really good at delivering their food in a quick and timely manner to having to wait 15 to 20 minutes for a hamburger and fries? When all you have to do is place the patty on the grill press lots or itsa press a button put fries in the fryer and press the timer. 3 minutes and 50 seconds on fries and at least the same amount on the patties. But somehow an order that should take bare minimum 7 minutes is twice the amount. And they weren't even busy so that's not even an excuse as an ex employee I'm upset to see the standards have dropped so low when we got in trouble for what is currently happening.

This place is the most awful and the most disgusting place I have ever been. Bloody and dirty tables. With hair on all of them. Floors were black. The the restrooms were even worst! I could have had my son pee outside the joint. it was so bad in that restroom. And the smell inside the building. 🤮 I could have left but other family already purchased their food. So we ordered and ate outside in the vehicle than eat inside this horrible place. I've had to tell the cashier 5 times about my order. 2 lotta combos and a kids meal. 5th time I said veeeryyy slow which was so akward.

Have ordered from the Carlisle store 27 online for pick up at 615 am for a pickup at 630. This is the second time I didn't get my food because even though they take orders and say they open at 6 am they wouldn't open their doors for me to get my order. The day before I had to wait outside and multiple ppl to waive down someone in the store to get them to unlock the doors at 640. This time I saw ppl inside but no one would open. Online on their website has no way to refund and they just ignore your call at that site

We picked this restaurant because it was within walking distance of our hotel. We were not disappointed. Burgers were fresh and so were the onion rings and seasoned fries. We also ordered the pumpkin pie milkshake which was their featured shake. It tasted just like pumpkin pie and even had pieces of pie crust in it. Yum! We plan on stopping in again to try their breakfast burritos before we leave Albuquerque.

After eating halfway through my usual burger order here I got really curious as to the why the burger tasted off. I managed to notice the bottom of the burger that had black with green hue on the bottom bun. This heavily looked like mold to me. The bun was soggy and the mysterious coloring was soft. I took it back in where I must say the drive through gentleman was very personable and nice along with the gentleman who greeted me. When I spoke to what I assume was the manager and showed her the half eaten burger she got a wide eyed expression and tried to claim in was because the bun had been slightly burned on the bottom by the toaster. Why then was it that the patch was soft and a black green hue instead of hard and blackish brown/warm toned? I’ll leave a picture of the remake and the original for y’all to decide. My decision is that it was in fact mold. Aside from this gigantic problem, the dinning room had what I assume to be a large coke spilled all over the floor with several dirty tables and no one cleaning or putting out a wet floor sign. UPDATE: Shockingly I know, I now have all the symptoms for bread mold poisoning. So thanks for not even apologizing or being brave enough admit your mistake.

This place was absaloutely amazing. I came here with my friend Jeff I enjoyed it so much the employees were super nice just the green chillies cheese burger was way to spicy for Jeff he passed out on the bus.

Never order online from this location, they constantly get the orders wrong. I've tried multiple times and each time they either miss something or don't add something correctly. Whenever you order anything "extra" it seems they neglect it completely out of spite.

The service was slow and no one notice me. Blake's management needs to have at least 3 workers out. The 2 didn't cut it and can't blame them but they couldn't been more nice. Management here sucks! Went to Burgerking because of this issue.

We went straight to Blake's after our flight from Seattle thanks to the recommendation of a friend of a friend! I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich and seasoned fries from the drive thru, and both were amazing. The fried chicken was perfect, and slathered in their Blake's sauce. They were generous with the fries and the ketchups. While we did not dine in, we enjoyed our food on the way to our lodging. What a treat-I would definitely come back!

Very good place! But there was poop on the wall in the bathroom,food was mid,and service was okay Emily hit me, BUT the burgers were awesome.But I got food poisoning and there was gangs out side and I almost got robbed going to my car. But still very awesome burgers thanks Blake's LotaBurger!

#1 bacon burrito w/ red chili was very dry. Nit enough red chili and hash Browns overcooked and dried out. Normally they are very good. This Blakes is on Osuna and Eubank.

We came here because we seen it in a Ryan Trahan video. We sat at the same table he did!! Food was great!!! Service was great!!! We got a picture with Melissa too!!! She is still the GOAT!! She is very nice!!! Ryan's table should have his name on it. :-)

Wow...Blake Chancellor is truly rolling over in his grave! This used to be an amazing establishment and has been sold off to people who definitely have been running it not only into the ground but.now is subterranean. First, they scaled down on the size of the burgers, changed the buns out to a miserable substitute that tastes like week old bread. Thought I'd give them another chance and yet the Bernalillo Blake's is even worse! Thought I'd try Frito Pie which consisted of the remnants of the bottom of a 1/8th frito chip bag and chili and cheese that looked like it was dug out of the tras,dry and disgusting. How sad they've become and service? Well the tall lanky kid came out to the car and threw it at me literally. What a punk! No manners, no training, no sense of service whatsoever. Why Blake's? Why are you still in business? You should be ashamed. I'm just done with Blake's forever..No more chances, be warned, Blake's is so pitiful and has slandered poor Blake's Chancellors name, reputation and dynasty u which now isn't worth the space they occupy. Hard pass on Blake's, in fact keep driving.

1, Bun: too much for size of meat. Prefer sesame buns. 2. Veggies; prefer shredded lettuce, tomato slices & pickles are miniscule, love the onions, not enough mustard, green chili terrific. 3. Meat is like an undercooked hubcap WITHOUT flavor. 4. Cheese os Okay. 5. Technique: Need to toast the bun on the grill, they use a machine that does a poor job. It needs butter or flavoring. Dry and too much bread. Note: I have always loved Lotta Burger but recently quality is POOR.

When I went there i saw a gang of strange men outside, when I ate my burger 300 bugs started pouring out of the meat. I kept ate BUT I started hearing weird noises out the shed next door.

I went in and ordered a green chile burger and it was super skibidi!! All the food there was so skibidi sigma!!! It was Ohio!!! So good!!! The service was so great. Maybe because all the staff were sigmas. The store looks so fanum tax inside and outside. Had a super skibidi fun time here!!!

First visit to Blake's Lotsburger, it was close to the hotel and after working a long day I just wanted something quick to takeback to the hotel. I ordered the LotaFtito Pie, Onion Rings and a large drink. I was asked to pull up and wait. Took about 7 minutes. Got back to the hotel, and went to eat and there was no fork in the bag. After hunting down a fork from the hotel lobby I opened my Frito Pie.....or should I say Fritos. I honestly thought there would be Chili on the chips: but there was a little cheese, tomato and lettuce. So maybe I missed what I was ordering but this was not what I expected for $7.99. Onion Rings were really over cooked and could have benefited from some kind of dipping sauce. This will honestly be my one and only trip over my next two months of working in Albuquerque. Very disappointing.

Charging customers for the raise in egg prices? Ridiculous! The reasturant was already going downhill. I guess they just want to go ball the way.

I stopped by one morning for a burger because I knew it would be a long day for me. I ended up getting a green chile cheese burger and a drink. I thought the food would satisfy me but it was kind of a let down. First, the store and place around it seemed a little dirty/dingy. It was to the point when I decided to not eat there. Second, the food was just ok..and frankly quite oily. It wasn't memorable as I thought it would...given it seemed to be a signature burger there. Overall, ok place to stop by to grab food to fill your stomach and address your hunger. However, it isn't a place that I would think of stopping by on purpose in the future...unfortunately.

Bring back shredded lettuce, why change it. Doesn't taste the same at all. If things are working why change. People are used to that and it's very disappointing.

Ordered my order online didn't think much til I get to work to find out they gave me the wrong burritos.. I ordered the sausage burritos with green chili and they gave me bacon with red chili. I don't like either of those which made me very upset. When I tried to contact the restaurant I got an automated response and after pushing the automated system to speak to someone it transferred to speak to a human the phone rang several times and no one picked up for 5 minutes straight. I am very upset I wasted my money and no one answered the phone to make it right. I couldn't go back to the restaurant because I was already at work and couldn't leave. I won't be returning to this location after this experience!

The food is raw, moldy, and cold. There was also a tooth in my fries. The people that worked there was very rude and charged me extra. The drive though was closed and there was a shot in the speaker where the drive through was and the music was blasting in the restaurant and that music almost ruptured my ear drums. Never going back here and also I do not recommend to other people

Hands down the best Green Chile Burger I ever had. I had the Lota Burger New Mexico Style ! Spicy Fries and their new Dulce de Leche shake. It had a flavor that blew my mind. Service was fast and restaurant was clean. Prices were good. Loved it. Ummm it's making me hungry for it all over again

I go here consistently because i like their food its delicious. But every time i come here the service and time to wait just gets worse. Today i ordered a meal and they forgot my drink and did not give me my fries, they also only took an hour an a half to make and bring the food. its either it takes too long or they get my order completely wrong, not very good don't recommend.

There's a rule in retail that you put the smartest person in the building on the front line. Face of the business, able to think on their feet, handle the public and prevent problems. We were greeted by a 'Seinfeld' low-talker whose braces would not allow her to open her mouth enough to be understood. We wanted a combo - standard fare everywhere - of burger, fries, drink. Not shown on the menu - only on the register - because they don't want you to see the price! She had to call a manager to ring up a combo. FOOD: Excellent. Hot burgers, fresh, hot fries and all we wanted for lunch. The service and price. Nah. I could've gotten nearly the same meal at Whataburger for $10 bucks less. One of these days fast food places are going to be void of customers and they'll all look around wondering what happened?? People are not going to waste money on bad food or service forever....

Went here for my birthday thinking it was going to be fun but I ended up in the hospital. You may ask how but my burger was completely raw and I got salmonella. I got EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA and MY BOOTY WAS ON FIRE. But they gave me free Chocy milk which was colored water. Never go here

I ordered thirty minutes ago, and still haven't gotten my food. We stopped here because we are driving cross country and trying to save on time - big mistake. It would have been faster to go eat at a sit-down restaurant, head to a gas station, interview for a job, work enough hours to pay for the sit-down meal, and then take a nap before heading out. Update - just got my burrito. Very spicy and otherwise mediocre. Please for the love of God don't stop here on a road trip

Pretty solid burger--guy at the drive thru was super nice, food was hot and juicy. Lobby locked at 8:35 was kinda of bummer but the food was excellent and good value. On another note: every want to know if someone on Yelp is an ASSHOLE? Look at the reviews. Like James. Or Bertha. If all, or 95% of their reviews are 1-star: asshole. And a troll. Ignore the trolls.

Picked up fish boat from an online order...guess what, get home NO TARTAR SAUCE...wtf!!!...on top of that, everything was put in bag side ways...so everything fell out....no excuse for such a mistake...on top of that, tried to call and got routed to a voice mail...too many choice for mediocrity.... never again!!!!! Horrible food and downright mean staff. Women who took my order obviously had no interest in clocking in today and was going to make it everyone's problem. Cooks looked as if they were under the influence and the food showed this as well as certain items were undercooked and others way overcooked

went to Lota Burger on Coors & St. Joseph and had the WORST Lota burger ever! it was the size of a Itsa burger hardly had any mustard ( very dry) and had no taste. I will not never go to Lota Burger again. Lota Burger used to be my fav!

Store #44 is my favorite. The girl Sara always remembers me and the manager runs the place great! This is the only location I will go to (i live next to san Antonio location) because the food tastes great! They always get my food right and I love that they still use the grill for the hash browns instead of an oven!

It was great I was helped out by a girl named Alexis, she was really sweet and super fast! Her crew was fast and friendly, so glad to see good vibes still exist between workers lol. The restaurant was clean and Alexis made sure I had all my combos correct with the sauces as well. I was very satisfied with Alexis and her crew!

The chillie burger is just spicy no flavor just spicy like I hate it just no I hated it
