Blanco BBQ

I order the chicken strips from this place religiously because of how big juicy and flavorful they are but Idk what happened this time . I just paid $20 via uber eats for the TINIEST, blandest, most poorly cooked chicken tenders ive EVER received from this restaurant and possibly from any restaurant for that matter.I Couldve gotten better quality from bush’s and i hate bushes. I looked forward to this meal literally all day and it was a complete waste of money. Soo disappointed

Quickly seated. Plenty of room. There was a good band playing classic rock. Pictured are the Cheeseburger with fries, 3 pc Chicken Tenders & Gravy with fries and mashed potatoes, Sliced Brisket Sandwich with fries, and the Sliced Brisket Plate with onion rings and potato salad. I didn't order the tenders but did give them a taste. Probably the best item on the menu. Very crispy. The chicken was very tender, no pun intended. Those tenders were also very big. The gravy was good. I had a taste of the mashed potatoes. They were just okay. I think they need brown gravy. One person ordered the lean brisket and another ordered the"marbled" brisket for her sandwich. Both briskets were pretty dry. The marbled was not soft. Was reported to be chewy and not fatty at all. The problem is that it is probably pre-cut and just sitting there waiting to be plated which results in drier slices. If they're slicing it to order, then they overcook their brisket. Had brisket 10x better recently at Rudy's. The shiny bun on the brisket sandwich and the burger are more for show. They were actually pretty stiff. Could use some warming up to make them softer. Potato salad was okay according to our potato salad expert. She's had better. I had the burger. Very disappointed. Very overcooked and actually burnt in many spots. Those weren't just charr marks. They were burn marks which resulted in a burnt meat flavor. Also, the patty was way overcooked. Not juicy at all. Funny thing was I'd mentioned going to Mr. Juicy for burgers instead of here. I was told upon ordering that the burger would take about 15 minutes to make since they are made to order but that the good news was it would be fresh. Sadly, it was not a fresh tasting burger because it was dry as a bone. The fries were pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised. Most of the time I don't like wedge fries because they're never cooked enough. These were cooked just right. Overall, I would probably not return. The service is not slow and the employees were very friendly. The place was clean. I would not order the burger again or the brisket. If you like chicken tenders, you probably won't find any better anywhere else. Nobody seemed to really enjoy their food other than the person who had the tenders. I updated my earlier review after speaking to my family.

We ordered 1 1/2 Lbs of lean brisket. The picture shows the amount of 100% fat I ended up cutting and throwing away, close to 1/2 Lb. I don’t mind being charged more for lean brisket, I get it, but this isn’t fair. Do better Blanco BBQ!

This place has great food, and atmosphere. A great place for the family, and there is a playground out back for the kids. I had the House Special which had brisket, sausage, and rib with cream corn and potato salad. The taste was sensational and amazing! I definitely will be visiting again. Look to spend about 20 bucks a person. Small price for good barbecue.

Not for the faint of heart. This BBQ place is huge and can be over stimulating if it's your first time and especially if it's packed. The food is pretty solid though, the BBQ is more peppery and savory VS sweet and vinegary. Still good though, lots of drinks and sides. There's a playground out back and plenty of parking. Apparently there's live music on the weekends.

I would classify this as general southern BBQ. Better than anything on the east coast but rather stand in line for 3 hrs at Pinkerton's than come back here. Spent $50 on a their mixed plate with two substitions, a dessert, and drink. I left half the food on the table. (Pictured) Comparable to Bucee's. Definitely invested more in the atmosphere than the food. Has a drive thru, so there's that.

Nice spot for bbq, love music, and outdoor seating with a large playground. Favs: we like the brisket and the chicken. potato salad, and cream corn. Disliked: pulled pork was in a sauce and it was super dry. Did not like it at all.

Some of the best barbecue in San Antonio. Unfortunate how poor most places in San Antonio are, but glad to find a decent place. The staff are friendly, the food is good, big cups for drinks which I like. Plenty of parking which is good as there is a lot of seating for dining between the large indoor dining area, front covered patio and large back patio. Definitely plan to return and will take friends when they visit. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere/decor is nice.

Went to Blanco BBQ for a business networking event and figured--when in Rome, right? Jesus baby lord. This BBQ rocks. Everything was juicy, tender, and pulling right off the bone. Exactly what Texas BBQ should be. The fixings bar was solid, the iced tea hit the spot, and every bite delivered. Great food, great service, no notes. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

I literally drive by this joint once a day, often wondering to myself why we don't go there. I've been a few times over the last few years and the answer is...quite simply...the food's just okay. Love the atmosphere and outdoor area, but I just can't justify .... This past weekend my wife and two little ones met a bunch of friends for an 80th birthday party. I got in line, holding a baby... behind a large family.... That took forever. No other open registers ...I stood way too long behind this huge family ...who then totally disregarded me as the waived additional people past me into their group. Luckily, someone opened an additional register and I skipped past the hoard. Food came out pretty quick, but in this case I'm not sure that's a good thing. We had a turkey plate and a two meat plate. I must say...the turkey is worth going back for - very tender and so flavorful. The brisket was nothing to work home about. The potato salad, likewise, was nothing to write home about. Kinda bland, actually. The Mac and cheese was also bland and a little watery. I was also disappointed to learn it's not a very friendly place in general. I say that because they literally have a sign at the ordering/check out that children are NOT ALLOWED UNSUPERVISED on the playground because they have a lot of complaints of older kids bullying younger ones. As a father of a 3yo, that doesn't sit right. I mean, how sad. In the end...not really a fan.

Food still great and service still amazing. We ordered moist brisket and received lean. When I came up to the pick up area, the worker noticed it right away and ordered a new set of moist brisket for us. The sides are delicious, better than many other places I've been to. They still have the cart with pickled vegetables and condiments. Workers still come by to help clear your table. Food fairly reasonably priced. One new thing I saw is that they now have electronic kiosk to order food. This made things quick and easy!

Came early on a Friday night, around 4:30 and it wasn't too busy. As we stayed a little while, it started to pick up. We normally pass by this place around 630 and the parking lot is over filling so we came at a great time! The place is rustic, very Texas BBQ style if you're familiar with it. It's clean, plays country music - every cowboy/girls dream. You walk through an iced beverage area before you order. It has glass soda drinks for the kids and some adult beverages after. You then walk up to a huge menu of goodness! What we ordered and some takeaways from each: - Catfish plate: you can order 2 or 3 pieces and it comes with a drink and 2 sides. It seems expensive for some catfish but I assure you it's worth it. The breading was light and flaky and the catfish fried to perfection. My 7 year old said it was the best fried fish he has ever had. For the sides we ordered fries which were more like steak fries then string fries and the Mac-n-cheese which was creamy and gooey. I'm not a fan of Mac-n-cheese like this but my children liked it. It definitely beats kraft Mac-n-cheese! - Mixed platter: it comes with Ham, Brisket, ribs, pulled pork and sliced sausage and 2 side. You get to try a little bit of almost everything. The pulled pork was by far everyone's favorite! It was flavorful, not overly sweet and tender! The ribs were tender as well and had a good amount of seasoning on it. The Brisket was great! Smoked perfectly with a great rub! The sliced sausage my husband loved because it didn't give him heart burn or an after taste when he burped as he would say. Other sausages seem to do it but this one did not and he loved it! He ordered the beans and potato salad on the sides. The beans were flavorful, tender and incredibly good! It had bacon in it so you know it's good! The potato salad I believe was mustard based but it wasn't an over powering mustard and definitely had a fresh taste! Not like the supermarket brands you can get! - two sliced meat combo: I ordered the brisket, sausage, creamed corn and coleslaw. The brisket and sausage are the same results as above. The creamed corn didn't look appetizing because the look was like what you get creamed corn in a can BUT it was very good! It was sweet, but not overly sweet! My husband hates sweet/savory dishes but he enjoyed the corn very much. It was perfect and my whole family enjoyed it. The coleslaw was a mayo/sweet based coleslaw. It had just the right amount of sweetness instead of being too sweet. - kids plate turkey with corn: the kids plate comes with a fountain drink so you can skip the glass sodas! The turkey...wow! It was so good! It was tender, juicy and packed with flavor! If you've had bill millers, it can be dry and well dry. I forgot what good BBQ was until I came here! They know how to cool 'em some turkey!!! My daughter enjoyed it and she's 3! She went nuts over the corn! -little condiment bar: they offer small extra veggies with your BBQ. It was unique! The sweet/hot carrots were so good! The flavors danced in my mouth pinging back and forth between sweetness of the carrots and some sort of spice! It was amazing! The spiced pickles were a BAM in your face, sour and hot that would make you wanna "slap yo mama"...my husband loved it. I'm not a pickle fan so I had to get his word on it! Definitely a must try! This is a great spot for Weekends where the parents want to enjoy good food, good drinks and a great date night atmosphere but with the kids because they have an amazing play area! I believe they have a live band on weekends too! I'd definitely recommend this place.

Ordered takeout from Blanco BBQ and was not disappointed! We ordered the pulled pork and brisket, and the chicken as well as several sides. The fried okra was wonderful! All of the meat was tender and flavorful, I really liked the pulled pork (my go to!). The order was correct and on time, you can't ask for more! We didn't eat here but it was rocking for a Monday night! Says they have live music, we will have to come back and check it out!

When in TX you need BBQ right? We had a large group, so finding a place that can accommodate everyone with no reservations, was tough. We ended up here and it was pretty good. This place is counter service only, so make sure to know what you want before getting to the cashier. You seat yourself, go find the beverage counter across the room, and they call your name when food is ready (its hard to hear if the place is busy). Got the smoked chicken, brisket, fries, and broccoli. Both meats were juicy and tender; I actually liked the chicken better than the brisket. It wasn't bad, but I've had way better in TX. They also had live music on a Friday, which was nice. I'd return, but I'd also like to try other places first.

Came as a big group and they did not disappoint. Brisket was tender and delicious. Brownie was soooo chocolatey with nuts. And beans we flavorful. Staff was sweet too. Service is pretty quick. Plenty of space for large parties.

Meh... I had a turkey leg that was kind of dry and not Smokey at all. Sauce did not make it better. Also had a side salad that wasn't bad. The BBQ here is usually pretty good, but this was honestly a let down. Big! But not good. Thank goodness for the onions and jalapeño carrots...

The food was okay. The amount of food for a plate was a bit small . The coleslaw was a waste of money.

When I was recently traveling to San Antonio for the Final Four with friends, we had to try some restaurants that truly represented Texas including several barbecue restaurants. Our local friends encouraged us to give Blanco BBQ a try, and from the ambiance to the food, everything was good, and we'd definitely recommend it to others visiting the area. The restaurant is located in a residential area next to Hardberger Park under the majestic oaks in a nice country setting. While there is a large dining room where you can order and then sit wherever you wish, and you will have your meal called when it is ready. There is also a private party room that can be reserved which is open for anyone to use it when it isn't reserved. That's where my group of seven sat and enjoyed a meal on a Sunday evening. There is also outdoor seating (great for picnics!) with a playground nearby that kids can enjoy. There is also live music every weekend (6-9 PM on Fridays and Saturdays and 1-4 PM on Sundays). Blanco BBQ offers brunch, lunch, and dinner through catering, a drive-through, calling it in, or ordering in the restaurant. You can learn more about Blanco BBQ on their website (https://blancobbq.com). Everyone in my group ordered something different whether BBQ plates, specialty tacos, sandwiches, salads, or combos. They are apparently known for their 100% Black Angus Brisket (which they smoke for 14 hours) and many other meat dishes. All of their sides are homemade. They also are known for their pecan pie, which they claim is "out of this world". While Blanco BBQ does not seem to have a specific birthday promotion or event, its catering offers a variety of options for birthdays and other celebrations. They can cater to up to 100 people in their Party Room or bring the party to your location, accommodating up to 1000 people offsite. They have 8 different menus to choose from. It is certainly a place that locals should bring their out of town friends as ours did for us!

As I type this review, the best thing about Blanco BBQ is the kids playground in the back. There are rules, and you need to keep an eye on your kids, yet there's plenty of tables outside to eat. As for the food, meh. It's been a while since I've been to Blanco BBQ, and I thought I remembered it tasting better. While there was plenty on the plate, it was okay. It's not the type of BBQ that you'll run and tell others about, yet we were hungry, and it mostly did the job. I did think the green beans were on the peppery side, the cream corn was quite runny as was the BBQ sauce. I did like the dill marinated onions, yet there was little else to like or love. There are other places I would consider though before coming back here. While the food service was pretty quick, the food wasn't piping hot. It was more like "just came off the heated lights" warm. They are great about calling out the orders and letting you know if you're going to need to carry a large number of trays. Will I come back? Maybe if a friend asked me, yet not because I recommended it.

Highly recommend this place if you're looking for some good and fast bbq. Even through the drive through they're fast and efficient!

Blanco bbq is always one of my favorite places to eat bbq in San Antonio! The kids love the playground in the back. So many flies though. I hope they fix that problem! It's gross to eat outside with THAT many flies. But the food is still amazing, the kids have fun and it really makes you feel like Texas! Bring your visitors here to feel the Texas vibes!

This visit was quite disappointing considering how nice the restaurant looks from inside and out. Blanco is almost like a Rudy's BBQ but without the gas station. I got their special of the day which was a chopped meat plate which came with 2 sides and a drink for $14. I made the mistake of assuming that meant beef but it's actually a conglomerate of their left over meats which includes more than beef. Ugh! The macaroni and cheese side was lukewarm flavorless soup pasta with different types of pasta shapes. Their green beans are also a cold soup of flavorless veggies. The only remotely hot item was the chopped meats. My husband ordered the two meat slices plate with brisket and sausage with a side of cream corn and mashed potatoes. Those sides were better in flavor. I had high expectations from this bbq spot but it was definitely a big let down. The best thing here is that they have a whole bar of bbq fixings that includes pickles, onions, pico, lemons and more.

Always crowded, but always delicious. My favorite is the pulled pork sandwich! It's self seating so if you have a large group, you want to go before the dinner rush. Which I havent been able to gage correctly lol. Kid friendly, family friendly--theres a play area for kids with the zoomies. Way to work up their appetite or make sure they get to sleep early lol.

Blanco BBQ is one of my favorite local barbecue places to eat! I love the brisket and ribs plates. All of the sides I've had are delicious, but I often get Mac and cheese, green beans, or mashed potatoes. The prices are very reasonable for barbecue as well! They are quick to get your food done and call your number! We never have to wait long. And they are quick to pick up the tables and clear if you want. I love it! I love that there's a playground outside and there is ample seating indoor and out! Such a fun place for families or a fun date night. Sometimes they have live musicians play. So nice! I love Blanco BBQ! I highly recommend checking it out and enjoying a fun place with yummy food!!

I ordered a combo plate with pulled pork, ham, a couple of ribs and brisket. The pulled pork was good and so were the sides (cole slaw, onion rings, potato salad). I think the sides are better than the meat, though. The main flavor in everything is smoke. The ham doesn't taste like ham as much as it just tastes like smoke.

Blanco BBQ is one of my top two go-to spots for Texas BBQ. I can't recommend their Chopped BBQ Baked Potato enough--it's my absolute favorite, especially when paired with a perfectly brewed sweet tea. So delicious! The ambiance is fantastic, with live music on most days, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I reccomend trying this place even thought I didn't love it. The reason I say this is because this is a place you truly have to try and make your own opinion. It stikes me as a place that people either truly love or truly hate. Personally, I am in middle leaning towards love. It wasn't bad but it wasn't amazing. It was good.... nothing to write home about but it's ok. The portions are sizeable, more than I was envisioning. I got the brisket plate, banana pudding, and strawberry shortcake. Nothing tasted amazing or would make me go out of my way. I guess coming from a different state, I expected more flavor and seasoning considering it's TX BBQ. I've heard forever how amazing TX BBQ is. Blanco didn't hit the way I thought it would, which was a little surprising considering the reviews. Howver, if I was on the road and Blanco is an option on the table I wouldn't say no either.

When I moved to Texas, I tried several barbecue joints. This one is the one I will take anyone who comes to visit! The inside is super fun and very "Texas." The food is always fresh and delicious! The brisket is incredible. The service is efficient and friendly. Love this place!

Normally the food is fantastic but last week things were off, really off. I ordered a well done burger with a side of onion rings at the drive thru. When I got home the top bun on my burger was scorched and nearly the whole inside of the burger was pink so I had to finish cooking it myself. Also, the onion rings tasted terrible, like the frying oil was overused. Couldn't even eat them. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I'll find a new place to spend my money next time. Total disgrace!!

First time here. Came at noon. Service was great and fast. You order at the counter and pick up on the side. There's a buffet of condiments such as pickles and pickled onions. Atmosphere was very much like a backyard bbq. There's outdoor seatings with a playground. Self-service with drinks and bbq sauces. Friendly staff and customer service. I got the marbled brisket and sausage. Meat was room temp. I prefer it warmer. Flavor was good and brisket was tender. I wouldn't say it's the best bbq I've had, but it's not the worst. It's your typical baclyard bbq. Potato salad was good and it had flavor, I've had worst potato salad. Overall, I would return and would recommend to families or people who's wanting backyard bbq without doing it themselves.

Unfortunate experience for our first time and only time. We had a $50.00 gift certificate that was gifted to me a year & half ago but it wasn't honored due to a change in their system. Had the receipt but management refused to honor it and stated we could contact their accountant but they wouldn't honor it either. Disappointed

My favorite is the 2-3 piece of catfish with 2 sides, a nice size drink and banana pudding for dessert. I am proud of not only how quick they are, even if they are packed. I love their service and look forward to getting my favorite meal from them as long as I reside in San Antonio, TX.

Blanco Café remains underwhelming, especially with many better options nearby. Service is often slow, chips and salsa aren't served unless specifically ordered. Seating usually involves a 15-20 minute wait. The fideo loco is only offered in a bowl and came out bland with a watery broth. Flour tortillas lacked freshness and flavor, and the cheese enchiladas were mediocre at best.

Best chicken tenders. The potato salad was creamy and delicious. The condiments bar made everything taste even better. Service was excellent. Will definitely return soon.

Food in San Antonio I find, it matters what side of town you shop for a great bbq dining experience regardless of take out or dine in. This is not my usual and definitely not good at all. Service I ordered thru the drive thru and asked for a little time as I was unfamiliar with and new to this business (the establishment NOT bbq). I told the lady it was my first time. You'd think this would be a clue to any service representative to introduce and perhaps make recommendations to the customer; that's good business and representation of your brand. She didn't have a clue nor caught it. Food again: I ordered a 2 meat plate & 2 sides. Brisket & sausage with mashed potatoes and green beans. The brisket was all lean pieces and with a few more minutes of air exposure would have completely dry. The sausage, where do they get theirs. Low-grade greasy (as sausage usually is) and nothing to come back for. The green beans were loaded with the thick slices of the onion and some kind of meat. They did nothing to add flavor. The mashed potatoes contained pieces of skin if you like your potatoes done that way. Had she given me a few suggestions perhaps it would have been a better experience. But if you are driving from one appointment to another and see this place or any other that is not you usual, drive by and save your "taste" for your go to bbq. This is not the place for what it cost. Was not great and not filling.

I thought I give this place another try and ordered a two meat plate. But where's the beef? This is what I was served today so choose wisely.

It's pretty decent! We've driven by a lot and finally decided to go here versus our usual BBQ spot. I wasn't disappointed but I also wasn't thrilled. They just didn't have what I was looking for but every BBQ place is so different. Meats were good, not any sides I really like other than cole slaw which is a personal problem, not theirs. Overall it was good but I couldn't say I'd be dying to go back. It's a super cute spot though. Tons of space both indoor and outdoor! Staff are super friendly and they definitely understand great service. Again, just a preference in offerings that didn't hit the mark for me.

PLEASE NOTE: If I had the option of giving unlimited infinity stars, I would!! I literally have ZERO complaints. This is my Granddaughter's favorite place to eat (play). We decided we would have her birthday party here. She was turning 4. At first we opted for the party room inside. That was booked at the time we needed so we decided on the back patio by the play area. I called and spoke to Brittney in the catering department. She was very professional over the phone and via email. She assured us there would be heaters on outside. I placed my order, paid for the food, ordered the cake (not from BBBQ) and sent the invites. The closer it got to the event my other twin granddaughters, 8 mos. caught colds the week leading up to the party and my daughter suggested they just stay home, but this was not an option as they were starting to feel better, plus my daughter would miss her nieces party and I couldn't have that. I called Brittney the day before the party and asked if there was any way we could just have some tables inside the restaurant due to the weather. She didn't even hesitate. She said she would call the store and see if they would be able to accommodate. I told her I would be happy with 2-3 tables as they were larger tables, even tho I knew it may not be enough space we would manage, as I wasn't trying to be difficult and I know they don't normally do parties inside the dining area. Of course the manager said yes and we were all set. Fast forward to Friday the 21st, evening of the party. It was to start at 7pm but I decided to arrive 30 minutes early and to my relief, they had us a small cake table, and 5 large tables!!!! All my stress just melted away as I walked in and saw that... not only did we have plenty of space for the food and presents, but everyone was able to sit and hang out comfortably. And of course you always have those few stragglers that don't RSVP and we ended up with about 10 extra guests, so it worked out perfectly. The gentleman who usually comes and sings al the George Strait songs was there so that was a plus. The food came out exactly on time and we didn't have to lift a finger... Josh made sure he set everything up for us. The food was delicious and freshly made. They even made sure we had all of the sides. It's was just amazing! They really outdid themselves on the service end. The cashier was so sweet and so friendly when we went to get extras like the buckets of beer and drinks, water, etc. my granddaughter had an amazing time and I couldn't have been more thrilled. They never rushed us and everyone was able to have a wonderful tim I will definitely be booking more parties here for sure.

GET THE FRIED MUSHROOMS! The brisket is delicious, the mac and cheese is creamy and cheesy, sweet tea is perfect. One of our favorite BBQ places in the city. We drive across town on the regular to get some! They're always super quick with servicing our food and we love the vibe when they have live acoustic music inside. Also! Great play area outside for kiddos

This place is great! Casual dining with a lot of seating, indoor and outdoor but outdoors was too hot to sit. Order at the front and they bring the food to you. Beer, wine, seltzers, soda in large drink containers and self serve BBQ fixings. Good selection of drinks. Beer was also available in buckets but we didn't need 6. I think this was $20 vs single was $4.25. Sides were great, got the creamed corn, fried okra, coleslaw and potato salad! Will stop by again.

I picked up a Turkey Plate for Thanksgiving. I wasn't sure if it would be any good, but I was pleasantly surprised. The smoked turkey was good, the dressing was good, and so was the potato salad. They did include a good cream gravy and cranberry sauce. I also ordered a slice of pumpkin pie. It was a little small but was pretty good. They packaged everything very well. I hope they do the same thing at Christmas.

I think this is probably the most underrated barbecue spot in San Antonio. Its tubs of ice with sodas and beers welcomes you. When you get to the register, there are great combos to choose from. Usually the chicken is super tender. Today it was a little dry. The star of the menu is the marbled brisket. We are in Texas after all. I absolutely love that they trim the fat off the brisket before they serve it to you. This attention to details puts them above the rest. Every other place I've been to has served me brisket where half my order is fat. Their fries are crispy and salty outside and soft inside. Just perfect. I like to come here on weekdays before dinner, but after lunch. This place is stuffed to the gills on the weekend, so good luck, if you show up then. Even when there are a lot of customers, the food comes quickly. And if you love pickles, they've got a fantastic pickle bar, with fairly hot jalapenos.

Food was good, went drive thru. And of course, "excellent" service from Megan. No customer service at all, I guess working at a Bbq place making $10 makes you better, This place is usually good but the customer service isn't great.

Wish i could give it one star... Went here for the first time and the lady at the window was rude and had a very bad tone. she rolled her eyes at me after i asked a question about my order and slammed the window in my face when she decided it was time for me to drive off with no "thank you" or anything... i don't live even 5 minutes from the place and just as i got home my bank is calling me warning me of fraud use on my card. RIGHT AFTET I LEFT THERE! i pray they catch who is stealing peoples card information...

Overall pretty good. I got the 1/2 chicken which was very tender and had good smoke, the borracho beans which were very different from what I'm used to. It was definitely thicker and more like a chili. It had very good depth of flavor and big chunks of meat in it which was really nice Broccoli was whatever...it's just broccoli but it needed some seasoning.

First thing you notice is all the signs on the door! Walk in to a bunch of picnic tables and even more signs. It's confusing and overwhelming. Someone shouted "welcome" but no one offered assistance or any directions. I saw the self service kiosk and ordered food. It said take receipt for your drink cup. Again no help and had no idea where to get my drink cup. My food came out right away. Then I had to hunt down utensils and napkins. Chicken tenders were not fresh. The breading fell right off. Not flavorful and really hard. The French fries should be called wedges. They were good but almost cold. Mac n cheese was ok. Less skunk signs and more clear directions would be nice. Now that I figured it out, I'll give them another try.

For a recent work event, my company catered in food/ desserts from a bunch of different San Antonio restaurants. As part of the order, the team ordered brisket, pulled pork, turkey, sausage, potato salad, beans and the fixings (bbq sauce, bread, pickles, onions, etc). I tried a little bit of everything - it all looked great! All of the meats were cooked nicely and didn't have a kick (spiciness) to them which can be a problem with sausage at many bbq places for me. I did think the brisket, pulled pork and sausage could've had a bit more "oomf" to them to make them stand out but I also can't put my finger on what they needed. The turkey however was perfect. The potato salad was a huge hit and I couldn't get enough of it- yum! On the other hand, the beans and bbq sauce were a miss for me and I was so glad they were on the side. One bite of beans and a taste of the bbq sauce were enough for me - no thank you. Overall, the food was good and I enjoyed it but this wasn't the best BBQ I've had in SA. The location of the restaurant is convenient to my house and office and easy to meet at with friends but I'd rather drive a bit further for something a bit more noteworthy.

Just came here today with a huge party. I love how much the restaurant is for having a big group, even the parking lot is huge. It was our first time so we order the brisket and chicken and green beans. I lovec love v loved the chicken. Was cooked to perfection and so savory. Will definitely be back! I saw they have a drive thru too. How convenient!

Ok, food was great, customer service on point. Only gripe, when doing a take out, if you order desert, make sure it's in the bag...

Food was hot, fresh, flavourful and not overly expensive. I was attended a birthday dinner and there were several meats and sides selected. Green beans, turkey and chicken were my favs but the brisket was very good too.

Ordered a rack of ribs, a chicken, 1 # of beef. The rack of ribs had 4 ribs with NO meat on the them . I went today and ordered a chicken. I told the order taker about this and he said, "Oh you must have received one of the SKINEY rack of ribs "

As a small business owner myself, I always appreciate a good review when it is well earned... I just finished the BEST breakfast tacos I've had in years, maybe even in my entire life! Thank you for the most delicious sausage and egg (plus I added bacon) breakfast tacos... Yum Yum - I'll be back.

The food was great the chicken was perfectly seasoned and everything. The service was pretty quick only took like 5-8 minutes. Highly recommend

Food is always exceptional. Service is great and we love the fact that you have fun atmosphere for kids.

the food was delicious from here the pulled pork sandwich was quite tasty with the sauce and mac n cheese.
