Amazing atmosphere, well thought out and cozy. Very convenient for folks staying in the area. Great service too! After a long travel day I fully expected to only be able to eat a Caesar Salad with no croutons (I have celiac disease and can't have gluten). Upon telling the server about my allergy and ordering a salad, she graciously pointed out an option for gluten free pasta (penne) with their truffle veal cream sauce. I accepted the recommendation and even though I was hesitant, the meal was amazing and I did not get sick! Would recommend coming here. My husband's meal also looked delicious.

The food was good not great. Nothing was bad but nothing was WOW either. Prices are what you expect them to be. Service was mid. He was not very proactive and I had to wave him down a few times.

We were here during Happy Hour. I Audrey was our server. She was such a pleasure to speak with, very helpful and lively! A kind and knowledgeable bartender who was a great fun to talk to, and phenomenal prices! I had so many drinks and a full meal, but thanks to Happy Hour prices it was only $60 for an early dinner and 7 cocktails. I would highly recommend this restaurant and Audrey as a bartender/server. The owner also stopped by to check on us. He was very kind. Thank you to all the lovely the lovely staff, the owner and Audrey for giving us a great time when we were stuck during a 48 hour delay of airline and flight hell. This restaurant made is fun and bearable 💕

Took 10 minutes to have a server visit the table. Caesar salad was great, but the chicken alfredo was overly salty. Pasta was cooked well on both entrees. Multiple times, we were out of water or had to ask to see our server. Generally pretty terrible service, but attached to the Hilton properties, making it convenient after a long day of traveling or exploring.

The bavette and drinks were excellent, however we found that the fries were a bit underwhelming. This restaurant is great for a quick bite over some cocktails. Would recommend if you are in the area!

Amazing experience! The food was excellent from start to finish, and the service was quick and attentive. A huge thank-you to our server Oscar, who was absolutely wonderful – friendly, professional, and thoughtful. We also really appreciated the great accommodations for our baby, which made our meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We visited Montreal and decided to dine at Blandino Brasserie Italian restaurant, located in the Hilton Hotel on Decarie Blvd. Given its 4.1-star rating, we had high expectations for a great and delicious meal. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to those expectations. The restaurant had recently changed its menu, and the new options weren’t particularly appealing. We ordered the Chicken Parmesan and Spaghetti with Pesto Sauce. While the pasta and sauce were flavorful and well-prepared, the chicken was cold in the middle, which was quite disappointing. It seemed as though it had been pre-cooked and improperly reheated. On a positive note, the service was great. The waitress was friendly, responsive, and answered our questions about the menu. When we mentioned the issue with the Chicken Parmesan, they took it back to the kitchen and reheated it. However, by the time it was returned, the pasta had gone cold, making the overall meal less enjoyable. At the end of our meal, we chose not to add a tip to the bill because of the food quality. The waitress asked if we were unhappy with the service. We made it clear that our dissatisfaction was solely with the food. So, we did tip the waitress in cash to thank her for the great service. Having traveled to various countries and dined at many restaurants, this experience was one of the most disappointing ones. While the service was commendable, the food quality did not meet our expectations. We will not be returning and do not recommend this restaurant to others.

Very unprofessional staff. Highly disrespectful to every customer in the restaurant. Place was almost completely barren and I guess now we know why! Zero stars would be an understatement!.

This place is a great addition to the hotel as it offers good quality breakfast, brunch, linch and dinner in a friendly atmosphere and with a great service. We came here for cocktails and ordered some shareable, too. I definitely recommend deep fried Calamari and Espresso Martini.

Don't come here they water down the orange juice. Have the worst service I've ever experienced. The manager was the guy who watered down the orange juice right in front of us. The workers are lazy and they take forever to replace a missing ingredient in lox. How do you fuck up lox? I'll tell you how they forget ingredients and then they take forever to replace said ingredients. And there was three of us that order lox. Then the bearded twink said don't raise your voice at me.....idiot we told you four different times to replace the missing ingredients.....and didn't do merde the worst service I've ever receieved...eveeeer!!!!!!!

Worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. Food was cold and awful and all the items on the menu were not delivered. The waiter ignored every request we made and gave us the biggest attitude ever Becuz we had to ask him for the same thing over and over because it was being blatantly ignored. We are guests at the hotel and are absolutely shocked how this crew could be working at such a nice hotel, it's an absolute shame to be honest! The manager seemed to also enjoy watching his rude and careless waiters give us absolutely the worst service I have ever seen in my entire life! Toward the end they started blaring music as loud as possible just to get us to leave as well! This entire staff should be replaced and it would upgrade the entire hotel by tenfold'l!

Disappointing experience that did not meet expectations. Highway robbery considering the prices they're charging for the food you receive. The appetizers were better than the entrees and their only saving grace. For appetizers, we ordered burrata, calamari and focaccia. These were the only things enjoyable. Undercooking pasta does not mean al dente. The Ragu di Cinghiale was undercooked and salty. Couldn't even finish the dish. The fries that came with the Blandino Burger were the end pieces and were either overcooked or they need to change the fryer oil. Comparing the fries that we received today versus what others received on Google are a complete 180. One of our burgers was incorrectly made and was missing the capicollo. The food here is clearly not consistent.

Excellent service and delicious food. We enjoyed an untraditional Cesar salad that tasted more like a green goddess salad. It was absolutely scrumptious! Beef tartar untraditional ground with yummy homemade chips. Pmodora sauce meatballs and shaved parmesean cheese was delicious. Buffalo mozzarella with prosciutto and pmodora sauce rounded out an incredible meal Can't wait to try the delightful restaurant in the Montreal Canada Midtown Hilton. If I could give it 0 stars I would. After arriving at the restaurant we sat down for some food and a glass of wine. We had our 2lbs service dog with us who some of the staff mentioned was adorable. We ordered a soup which was flavorless, a glass of cheap wine and a couple entrees. After 45 mins of waiting for the entrees (which we never got) the manager came over aggressively out of nowhere and said we had to leave now because of the service dog. Multiple staff commented how cute she was but he claimed we stuck her in...LOL We discussed it a bit before I decided it was best to just leave and not argue especially because our entrees still hadn't come after 45mins. As we were walking out he basically yelled we still need to pay for the flavorless soup and the half drank glass of wine...again, we're being kicked out. Very rude, very poor quality, over priced, very poor hospitality by this manager. You're better off eating airport food. I mean Bland is in the name of the restaurant...should have been a sign.

My $64 filet mignon was extremely tough, had poor flavor, and it was not cooked medium rare as requested. I would say it was medium to possibly even medium well.

This place was amazing . The food So yummy and fresh and tasty . The service was excellent ! Loved the decor, they had a terrace open to the indoor restaurant. I wish I lived nearby I'd eat here often. The tiramisu was huge and luscious. Could not talk and eat it at the same time.

This is inside the Hilton. The price was high. It was raining and we did not want to drive around. We ordered the meatball appetizer and a pizza. The meatballs were a little dense but good seasoning. pizza was ok. Our server was very attentive, checked on us several times. We really appreciated that.

Went with a large group. The atmosphere was very nice with a view of the outside courtyard. The service was wonderful and bilingual. We were all happy with the food. I ordered the Osso Bucco with risotto. It was delicious but the bone was small so the marrow -which is the best part, was negligible. I had a Bloody Caesar ($14) - which was fantastic and big and I ordered the tiramisu ($14) for dessert, which was so large that there was enough for everyone at the table to try some! I would definitely go back.

Food was ok Drinks were good Pricing is reasonable for nice ambiance Waitstaff did their best, but inexperienced. Failure in the kitchen, we were told 2 staff didn't show. Resto should inform us beforehand to expect delays then, or cut down on seating for the night. It is Valentine's. It's ok that certain dishes were delayed, and it's ok if we were told why or when to expect it. How about a drink on the house or a nice surprise for the delays? But the manager, Robert is the only reason for the bad review. He is horrible, terrible manager and has no idea what customer service means. Get rid of Robert and let him know the dessert people are why he is jobless, happy to try again without piece of garbage manager.

The food is ok but the operation is just not good. Somehow they need to have to figure out how to keep their promises and reservation on time. Also, make sure that people don't wait 1hr for the food

Overpriced. Rude wait staff. Not customer oriented, especially for hotel patrons. SUPER concerned about vac passport and masks during covid. After trying five times, I will avoid forever

My daughter and I were staying at the Hilton and decided to try Blandino after a long day of sightseeing. We started off with the calamari which was seasoned nicely. While it wasn't as crispy as we're used to, it did taste delicious. Then for our entrees, we ordered the gnocchi di ricotta and the cavatelli con funghui. Our entrees came out really hot. Both dishes were delicious and had lots of flavor. 100% would go again! Highly recommend. Waitstaff, host, and Manager were friendly and pleasant.
