Incredible service, amazing matcha drinks. Lovely surroundings and friendly staff. Very clean store and I am always made to feel welcome

Tried out the new Blank Street Coffee near Moorgate Station and was seriously impressed. The service was super quick, perfect for a busy morning and my coffee was ready in no time. Amina’s latte art was absolutely stunning. I almost didn’t want to drink it! Definitely a great spot to grab quality coffee with amazing service. I’ll be coming back for sure.

I stumbled across this coffee shop by chance, and it turned out to be such a pleasant surprise! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Food and drinks were delicious! Ax was great!

I had a great experience today at Blank Street - I accidentally ordered one extra drink thinking it was a pastry. When I mentioned this, the manager quickly came to help me, offered me a refund for the extra drink and solved everything. Excellent customer service, the matcha was great and I will most definitely be coming back. Thank you!

This is the best coffee shop I’ve been too! They have unique and delicious drinks and pastries. The chocolate chip banana bread loaf and the honeycomb latte was so good. I’m definitely coming back again.

This branch is busy, especially during brunch hours—which makes sense given it’s right outside Moorgate Elizabeth Line station Unfortunately, there’s no app pick-up option available for this location, which was a bit frustrating. I’d hoped to just grab and go quickly, but ended up having to queue and order in person. That said, the process wasn’t too bad and the staff (for the most part) were helpful. The space itself was clean and well-maintained, and the drink? Genuinely delicious. I went for the Strawberry Shortcake Matcha and it tasted exactly as described—sweet, creamy, with a gentle, lovely earthy matcha base. Definitely hit the spot. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is due to the slightly inconsistent service. Most of the staff were friendly, but one of them seemed a little put out when I asked a question—not a dealbreaker, but it did take away from the otherwise smooth experience. Would I come back? For that drink—yes. Just wish they’d sort out the app pick-up option to make things easier during peak hours.

Amazing service and atmosphere. Such a vibe to go to before and after work. Jenny, Arda and her team are amazing at their job.
