This branch is busy, especially during brunch hours—which makes sense given it’s right outside Moorgate Elizabeth Line station
Unfortunately, there’s no app pick-up option available for this location, which was a bit frustrating. I’d hoped to just grab and go quickly, but ended up having to queue and order in person. That said, the process wasn’t too bad and the staff (for the most part) were helpful.
The space itself was clean and well-maintained, and the drink? Genuinely delicious. I went for the Strawberry Shortcake Matcha and it tasted exactly as described—sweet, creamy, with a gentle, lovely earthy matcha base. Definitely hit the spot.
The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is due to the slightly inconsistent service. Most of the staff were friendly, but one of them seemed a little put out when I asked a question—not a dealbreaker, but it did take away from the otherwise smooth experience.
Would I come back? For that drink—yes. Just wish they’d sort out the app pick-up option to make things easier during peak hours.
