Blank Street Coffee

The best coffee in Washington DC ! Being an Australian in America , getting the right coffee is hard. Like Goldilocks and the porridge it’s either too hot or too cold or too Starbucks or too ENORMOUS. But here, at Blank Street it was PERFECT. Highly recommend .

My office is right next door and I came here for the first time since I started in June. It's a great little cafe. Abby was very sweet and personable. I got the chai cold brew drink and it was what I needed for work. The menu is also very simple and has every option for everyone. I recommend grabbing a cup here if you are in the area.

I got an iced chai, it was pretty good. I was expecting KT to be a little sweeter but again it was good. My total came out to 5.03 for this size. It’s not crazy pricing in my opinion… especially compared to Starbucks and compass

The barista, Huck, was absolutely incredible. I would return for the customer service alone, but the Daydream Latte was perfection, so I’ll be back for that as well!

This place is extremely hit or miss. Some of the baristas are wonderful and some of them are awful. there is one that makes great recommendations for drinks and remembers my order. There is a long haired blonde one that’s always nasty and just got an attitude with me because she handed me a hot drink that was room temperature.

Resumed my regulars membership again solely because Bree is back and the drinks are made with the love and positivity that she exudes. A constant delight to interact with and makes the mundane task of picking up a drink an experience that I look forward to. Give that lady a raise!!

Always a great vibe in this place. Customer service is very good. The coffee is meh depending on what you order. Don’t come in here doing the most cause they can’t handle that. Cold brew is not the best but their lattes are decent.
