Blaze Pizza is a go-to spot for Build your own pizza. While lines can get long, especially during promotions, the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. The pizza is always tasty, and the portions are reasonably priced and generously sized - one pizza can feed me and my wife. Overall, Blaze Pizza is a solid choice for a quick and yummy pizza.

Extremely dirty!!! Seems like workers don’t even care to clean… Felt disgusted after seeing all that mess and left without ordering

My wife wanted to come here for dinner since we were already in the plaza shopping at retail stores. We never been to this blaze Pizza location and it been a while for my wife since she ate Blaze pizza so we came. We found parking near Target so we just walk to this place. They were not busy at all when we walked in so we were able to start our order. My wife got the build your own pizza and just put pepperoni, pineapple, mushrooms, pepper and onion on it. It didn't take long for our pizza to be ready to eat but you should let it rest for like 5 minutes so you don't burn your tongue. The pizza was delicious even though it was expensive compared to other places. The customer service here was great and they also have outdoor seating if you want to eat outside.

Perfect spot to eat pizza and watch giant screen sport at the same time. Excellent services. Good place to eat and relax after a 1.5 hr flight home.

Pizza here was real good, but the best part of this place was the service; everyone was very kind here.

I stood in line ordered one simple pizza and took it to go and I was there for 40 minutes

Came in for a last minute pizza at 9 pm on a Sunday. They are open little late which is good. Hunter helped out and was patient with me as it was my first time. I kept adding last minute ingredients to the pie. Place is nice and quiet and clean. Food is also fresh!! Make sure you order your ranch on. The side before lol.

Came in tonight with my bf for a quick pizza & had exception service by all team members. Hunter, David, & Logan were all very positive & had great energy. The line was long but they helped move us through quickly & our pizza was yummy Thank you guys so much!!

We've been to this spot about 3 times only because, for some reason, my wife likes the pizza. The space feels like they took over an abandoned restaurant, with beaten up furniture. And, it's never clean. Tables aren't regularly wiped down and floor not swept. Service isn't the best, but they're not hostile or anything, more disinterested. Toppings bins are kind of a mess, and it kind of weirds me out seeing it. For me, the pizza is just okay, but if she talks me in to going again, I'll grab food from one of the other places in the Empire Center and let both of us be happy.

Thank you, Blaze's Pizza! First time at this location, but I really appreciate staff taking care of my food allergies. When I ordered the cauliflower crust, I was immediately asked whether it was a preference or an allergy so when replied, "allergy"he clearly marked it on the order. I must say their fast fire'd pizza is very tasty. It's hard for me to get any type of fast food so I am glad this is an option. Plenty of parking in the private lot even though the Burbank Empire Center can get pretty busy. Luckily the restaurants here are built away from all the big box stores.

Blaze came all the way through. Customer service was beyond amazing...friendly, quick, and super helpful. And the pizza? Bomb as hell. Fresh, hot, and they did not play about the toppings. 10/10, I'll be back.

The scumbags working here will over charge you. Literally ordered 2 pizzas and 2 drinks and they tried to charge me $38 even though they have a posted sign saying 2 pizzas and 2 drinks $22.99. Cashier seemed upset when it was mentioned to her cus she had to reenter in the order to reflect the right price. If I could give zero stars I would/ place was dirty and a mess and has shirty workers Incase anyone cares it was 10pm on Saturday 9/27/25

Only come by this place a couple times a month and every time hits the spot. Awesome ambiance and very nice and attentive staff. Hunter helped me with my order this time around and made my pizza perfect. Means a lot, especially since I'm pretty particular about my pizza toppings. Love this location!

I never thought I had to waste my time sitting down and writing another review about this " business" run by kids that is more or less " managed" ( as it seems like) by some nasty and careless managers, as my spouse and I have already had the pleasure to experience before. After a seriously uncalled, nasty/unprofessional encounter at this place quite some time ago, I stopped going there. Last night, my spouse and I were hungry and thought of going out to eat, but I wasn't in the mood for it. So we decided to order something for pickup. He suggested that Blaze and I told him straight out that he is welcome to go there and pick up the food, but I will never step foot into this place. I do admit, both of us like their pizzas. Well, until last night. I did warn him, though, that ordering food or pickup food is never the same as standing there and watching them make that pizza. Did I prove him right. After spending over $ 34.-, when he got home and he had a better look at our pizzas, and so did I, both of us just almost lost it. On both of those " wonderful" Blaze pizzas was barely anything on them. There was about 2 to 2 1/2 inches of space of crust on both of them. We ordered and paid for a pizza with full toppings, not only somewhere in the center. That's a nice way of cutting on ingredients. I asked for double sauce on my order. I could barely find my sauce. The same with my mozzarella cheese. I asked for double. Yeah, right. No way. My spouse's pizza there was so little sauce that one slice didn't even have any sauce on it at all. And his whole pizza looked like someone sat on it because the top of the box inside all the toppings stuck on it.

Blaze never ceases to surprise, the food is always top tier. Mr G and Hunter were very helpful. It's located in a nice area.

Pretty good green salad and pizza overall. Not too greasy, delivered by GrubHub (not my choice, they chose it) for a penny under three dollars, which left willingness to tip well as the delivery guy brought it all the way up to our room so we didn't miss a pitch of the Dodgers beating the Blue Jays in game three of the World Series.

It was fast and efficient. PIzza was great. The sun glare was crazy overwhelming in the restaurant.

Josh and Hunter had amazing customer service! It was enjoyable to order with them and they are very kind. The food was perfect with the right amount of everything!! Come here!

Food was good and very well priced but service was horrible. We could not hear the employees clearly behind the glass counter and when we would ask for them to repeat, they seemed irritated. Employees didn't seem to even know what was included in their $35 special (3 pizzas and 2 sides which could include breadsticks, dessert, meatballs, or salad offered all day every day). There were two huge puddles of water on the floor which we pointed out to the manager and he knew about the puddles, yet there was no signage to warn other patrons or advise to be cautious. The manager just said he knew about the puddles from the air conditioning system leaking. Other than the puddles of water, store was clean.

This location has gone down. Ownership and Management need to get it together. No silverware like forks, knives, no napkins because they are limited, packets of cheese, dollar for ranch, hot sauce or any sauce with a side of attitude, this place has gone down hill so fast. Sloppy service, adding toppings with out asking if you wanted it on your pizza, all the toppings go flying off when they throw it in the oven, if your trying to save money turn down the a/c, also the pizza its either under cooked or over cooked with the bottom of the crust looking like a black top basketball court. Let's not even talk about the easiest part, cutting the pizza! Come on people.

Enjoyed this place. I had a carnivore pizza with added red onion and pepperonis and side Caesar salad. Washed it down with blood orange lemonade. To my amazement was this pizza came out very fast. I wish the crust was done more for my liking but it was not bad. Good flavor of red sauce and an ok amount of meat spread evenly over the top. Decent amount of cheese on top as well. The salad was tasty but I prefer my Caesar salad tossed in the dressing versus pouring it over the lettuce. I would eat this again, just ask for the crust to be well done.

Horrible place to order food. Half of my order was not delivered. While trying to get a refund or missing food get delivered, venue employee was extremly rude and never got a refund. Has anyone else gone through this. Please share.

Hunter, Ashley, and Joe made the best pizza I've ever had! Best Blaze in all of Los Angeles.

This location needs improvements. It has a sad ambiance for one. Chairs are in disrepair and the feeling is lack of care and cleanliness. They don't serve iced tea. They were out of tomatoes for the pizza. It's a pizza place and they were out of tomatoes. I was dumbfounded. I wanted a tomato basil pizza. Sad experience 2nd time in a row and I won't be back to this location. Other Blazes have great customer service and have a much better vibe.

I world give 0 stars if I can I ordered online thru the app and took over 1 hr for delivery and the pizza was cold. Been seating for a while.

Do not order from this location or possibly any? Can only speak about this location on this review. If you're looking for cheap (poor quality) pizza, then this is an option. But buyer beware of the following: 1. Poor customer service 2. Poor amount of employees (almost always lines) 3. Delivery service often doesn't deliver/steals the order 4. Delivery Service often does not pickup correct order 5. Unprofessional employees I would not recommend going in person. I would not recommend ordering online for delivery. The only thing that's a maybe is ordering for pickup if you want cheap custom pizza.....but at this point, probably better served by going to Little Caesar's or getting a frozen pizza.

Great yummy Pizza !!! Fantastic employee named Hunter was a super nice person and he shows he also is a Great working employee. Thank you Hunter for making our pizza and making our lunch such a wonderful time. Hunter is constantly working to make all things run well.

The girl with the blond hair closing on 10/30/25, didn't welcome any guests and was overall just grumpy and not in the mood. I get it was late, and maybe that's why she was grumpy, but there was no reason for her to put it out on me (being the guest/ customer) when there were other people ordering too. For example, I ordered a build my own pizza and told her it was going to 2 pizza's and she therefore dropped the plate of dough on the counter all mad and left to the back to get more dough. Then, when she came back she proceeded to ask what toppings we would like, but she asked with an attitude kind of tone. There was a gentleman there who was working as well and he was the only one who was kind and told us to have a great night when we left.

I ordered the half pizza with a side dish. It was a warm evening a fresh salad sounded perfect. Total disappointment, pictures it say it all.

Service is great. Food is great. Environment is great. Clean and friendly. In the perfect spot.

First and last time supporting this local business. Started off with rude customers service from the order taking employe with the colorful hair (didn't get a name) and to the cashier at the time. Had to ask them to repeat themselves several times as they were whispering from behind the counter (almost seemed like they were doing it on purpose). To catching an attitude when asking if the pies were ready, as our names were never called but noticed they had been out of the over for more than five minutes and had been sitting on the counter. The worst of all was when one of the kids got thirsty and needed water, asked for a water cut and they claimed they don't have water so they charged $4.19 for a small drink cup so one of the kids can grab a sip of water. Just terrible all around. Never again.

What's not to like here, Pizza, Salad, sides, deserts, soda (with crunch-ish ice) custom Blood Orange Lemonade, Beer and Wine. You can customize pizzas however you like, gluten free, thin crust, Cauliflower crust, etc. Me I'm a purest when it comes to pizza, spicy red sauce, Pepperoni with mozzarella cheese and oregano. Perfect! I will once in awhile go off script and get other toppings, but nothing beats a pepperoni pizza. The reviews say the employees are not trained, they seem great to me, no issues at all, very friendly, service was great and very fast. Order was exactly as I ordered. Location is clean with everything you need, nothing fancy, just a quick pizza spot. It does have an outdoor patio you can sit at and they have games playing on big screens above so that is pretty cool. Can grab a beer and hang out if you want and watch the game,etc. Enjoy!

Great customer service, I hardly eat out because I try to eat as healthy as possible but when I want pizza I always come to this place, thank you always getting my order the way I want

I love Blaze pizza but we didn't have the best experience today. The pizza handler was waiting for the pizzas to be done and touching his phone with the same gloves he used to touch my pizza. This is unsanitary and I hope management addresses this for future customers

I'm officially done with blaze Pizza. The last two locations I have gone to have the worst service. The lines are not even long but you stand there forever, while the staff talks, ignores you, & moves as slow as a snail. Done.

That big man shift lead CHRISTAN was rude ! Couldn't even be a good worker and keep the facility clean or take an order...he rather be on his phone. Do better hire a new one.

Blazin' indeed. Excellent pit stop when shopping at Burbank's gargantuan Empire Center, stretching from WalMart to Target with 100 stores in between. I'm a simple guy -- the "one top" does it for me (10" pizza with one topping of your choice, plus salt and oregano no charge). That and a drink for about $10 is hard to beat. Though Krispy Kreme is about 100 feet away, don't sleep on Blaze's warmed-up smores and chocolate chip cookies. Minus one star for dirty tables and floors inside this Blaze. But plenty of breezy outdoor seating. Even though this kind of shop is nothing new, it sill amazes me that a good and tasty pizza can be ready to eat within a minute of you paying for it!

Indifferent customer service. will stick to my other Burbank, CA pizza options. * started with the online order process changing the order (basically cutting out my order from four pizzas to two pizzas). can't fault the individual store location for this, but if you do order from this franchise, check your order receipt carefully. * i was unsure of what the process was on my arrival at the store, and the person most available to answer Qs was the one making and serving the pizzas. he was very uninterested to help at the start and throughout our visit. * two pizzas came out mildly burnt, but we live with this result. not the end of the world. but i ultimately had to place another order due to the faulty online process mentioned at the start; the second order came out wrong, with again rather rude service about it. "get a refund online" was the suggestion offered to the worker I'd been dealing with all along. * i asked for a manager, and my 'handler' said he was the manager. he works as if he's never been held to account for rude behavior, or simply doesn't want his job. * i read the yelp! reviews here after my bad experience. i noticed that 'management' tends to reply to these yelp! reviews, asking people to email further details. i thought i'd give them the benefit by simply emailing prior to posting a yelp! review. but no reply to my email. thusly, management: yeah, just look out again for my Feb 25 email to you. * for those local to this and other locations: there are far better quality pizza options for you. google their deals and see.

I had a very disappointing experience at Blaze Pizza due to the rude and dismissive behavior of an employee named Gene. Instead of offering friendly and helpful service, Gene was abrupt and unprofessional, making the visit unpleasant. Customer service is crucial, and unfortunately, Gene's attitude did not reflect that. I hope management addresses this to improve future experiences. Not only that but my pizza was done very poorly and sadly I don't want to eat it anymore. It's not what I expected or wanted for that matter.

My flight to Burbank arrived around 9pm. Hungry and happy to be home. Blaze here is near the airport...perfect! Got here 30 mins before closing, friendly fast services and staffs. Happy outside setting to eat and enjoy the sport on the big screen.

I wanted to take a moment to give a long-overdue and hearty shout out to this Blaze Pizza location. Every time I am here, they put love, quality, and respect into what they do. I can't stay away from this place because of how excellent their food-quality and attention to detail are. They are kind and made the effort to get to know me; making me feel like a part of their family. I especially felt compelled to leave this review because I witnessed a very disrespectful and selfish person being demanding with them for 20+ minutes (and that was only from my entering the restaurant!). She was pressuring them to break the limits of their rules, was poking at them and teasing that they should hate their jobs, and would not lay off giving them a hard time for doing their jobs properly. Even with all of that, the employees handled her with professionality, respectful smiles, and a class act in responding with respect. I have so much respect for the staff here and their daily decisions to be exceptional in their service to their customers. I hope the team reads and appreciates this. You deserve this praise and exponentially more. Keep up the excellent work! It is a pleasure to experience your environment and delicious pizza!

Just went for the night to enjoy some pizza but didn't have a pleasant encounter with an employee named Mr.H. This employee gave attitude, was rushing us and didn't give us enough of the toppings. Very disappointed and won't be back ever. I hope that person learns some manners and respect.

Pizza is great most of the time but mega dough is often under cooked or raw. Service is ok but On-line orders for me have been delayed due to either them not making it or giving half my order away or making it altogether wrong. Dining area inside and outside always looks extremely dirty with over filled trash bins, shaker bottles of cheese, oregano, red crushed pepper left on tables scattered about and all table tops sticky. I don't dine in but I do wait in the dining area. I come here often to pickup.

They literally forgot to put sauce on the pizza. I had to double check the receipt to make sure it was on there. It was like eating a cracker with some dried cheese. On the other hand, the meatballs were very mushy and possibly undercooked. Blaze has been one of my favorites for years. I can't believe how far they have fallen.

I know I write about this place a lot but blaze Pizza BURBANK never lets me down the workers there are always so nice so friendly and they are very generous with the toppings its the only pizza place where I don't feel guilty for eating pizza Angelique who is usually my pizza maker is great she always has a bright shining personality she greets everyone when you come in and she makes the best pizza thank you Angelique for your glowing personality and she has great tattoos I think it's great where she works at a place wish she can be herself. I love Blaze Pizza! We usually customize our pizza's and their toppings are usually fresh. I get grossed out if the toppings station is contaminated but I find that this location seems to do a good job maintaining cleanliness. Their bbq chicken pizza with bbq drizzle is also very appetizing and satisfying. We have tried their chocolate cookie which you can find at the check out area where all the beverages are located. Their cookie is good. I prefer sticking to their pizzas and their Fruit Drinks from the juice machine (Blood Orange was the best in my opinion but they have other really refreshing flavors too).

This location is awesome, with a gated yard if you want to drink outside and few table inside. Very fast service as always and very consistent food :) love the red vine 11 inches pizza :) The place could use some cleaning of the tables and the floors though, other than that everything is great. Love how they recycle bottles and cans, every place should do that!

Blaze Pizza you have outdone yourself. I was in Burbank visiting family & got that pizza crave I get quite often lol. If there is one thing I can say is that there customer service was fantastic. There was issue with all the apps taking my card (PS the card worked in store) & I troubleshooted several times before making the call to the store. The only challenge I did get was that when I first made the call, apparently it's a call center. I had to ask to transfer me to the store itself. Once transferred the manager made an exception, placed the order & allowed me to come in (less than 10mins later) & pick it up. Can I just tell you how incredible this vegan make it yourself pie was!!! WOW!! Spicy red sauce, fresh roasted garlic, vegan cheese, & more. They do have other pizza (non vegan) however after eating this way for quite some time, I recommend trying this out before you say anything about it. WORTH IT!
