Great pizza joint— love that you can build your own tower of a pizza with as many ingredients as you like… I’m stuffed!!

Paul was very welcoming ; service with a smile! I added all my fave toppings and enjoyed every bite.Yummmmmm!

Wow, REALLY delicious! I had the green stripped pizza and my son had the white pizza. Fast, friendly service. We will be back. Update 5/28/19 we did come back and still fantastic. The pizza is so GOOD! I could only finish half of mine but it was so yummy I really wanted to keep stuffing my face. Staff was wonderful, brought our order out to us since we chose to eat on the patio. Highly recommend! One more update.... We have been back several more times and I even brought my ex-husband. Still delish, still great staff. My 14 yr old asked just yesterday if we could go again

No one answered the phone when I called. I wanted to order a pizza as I shopped at whole foods. When I arrived the service and the overall vibe in the establishment was decent. I purchased the June $8.99 pepperoni pizza that is advertised. The cheese, dough, and pepperoni was fresh. I’ve had better pizza, but I think Blaze is worth trying out if your in the area.

Blaze is one our favorite pizza spots. We often visit on the weekends after finishing our spa session. The ingredients are fresh and the choices are great. The customer service is the best.

Very quick and delicious! It was our first time and the employees were very friendly and welcoming! Love the build your own feature! We got the thin crust and it was so good! Wish we had one in our area!

We were Invited to dine in by the manager Paul and was taken care of by the manager Kevin. Great customer service! Thank you both for an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back!

Service and ambiance is nice, sort of like a copycat fast casual vibe of Chipotle... Just go to Whole Foods and get a frozen pizza from there though, it is probably the same price and taste a lot better too!

They need a negative rating it has taken them 3 times to make my pizza. Unreal and all they do is laugh.

First the location and look of this Blaze is perfect! Now the important stuff- food and service was trash. The biggest and most important thing is that they did not cook the Gluten free pizza long enough. All the locations we have been to know that the gluten free pizza takes longer to cook. My son's pizza was gummy and they left it in the same time as the other pizzas. Second- I know they portion their sauce and cheese but the girl who worked our line was doing even less than that. Literally everyone in line was asking for me because after she would sauce it would be so see through that the sauce didn't even look red. Third - normal cook times- our pizzas were still undercooked overall but the edges tasted burnt. Overall the flavor was lacking . Lastly the customer service. They were the most unfriendly Blaze people. I tried to smile a lot because I saw how other peoples pizzas were made and knew I would be asking for me so I was extra polite all the way through lol. But they look at you so stone cold and when you ask for more they look so annoyed lol. I was also overcharged but didn't have the heart or time to go there with them so I just ate the excess. We're huge blaze goers but def won't come back to this location.

I picked up two large pizzas today, 1 April 2024, both of them were burnt on the bottom and inedible. Will not be a returning customer.

Pizza got and Fresh my daughter loves it there. Maybe it's the good pizza or the cute teen boys there but it's all good. They are giving great service and are very respectful. Definitely will be back.

I've eaten at Blaze Pizza several times and have enjoyed all of them. I love seeing my pizza being customized with an assortment of delicious toppings right in front of me. Everything looked fresh and tasted great! Customers can also just order off the menu, but I tend to always want to Build-My-Own pizza for $12. The crust I choose is a bit on the thin side and depending on how many toppings I add, it can get soggy. So, my advice, eat it right away. I believe Blaze offers other crust options, but I prefer the thinner crust. The employees were polite and the restaurant was spacious. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Blaze Pizza for an enjoyable and affordable dining experience

Friday night dinner hour, location had maybe 10 customers dining in. Romaine lettuce sitting on the line was browning out. Croutons are stale. Toppings on the Meat Eater was maybe 30% what it used to be. Soft drink cup sizes have shrunken and no lemonades available. Got reprimanded for reaching my hand over to grab my receipt when it wasn't offered at all. Meanwhile one of the employees putting pizzas together has his pants below the waist enough to show his draws...using his gloved hands to pull his pants up. And the customer is the one being reprimanded for reaching over to grab my receipt. This place has slid into unacceptable territory.

Is used to love blaze, but this location rips at my soul. The kids here couldn't care less about a sense of urgency....fast fired should be a thing across the board not just the temperature of the oven. Sometimes they will literally just stare at you until they decide to help you. As a former teen pizza maker (well into my early 20's). I can personally tell you it's not rocket science. Ugh I've typed this whole review and haven't even ordered yet...and there's only one guy with a 2 pizza order ahead of me! How disappointing.

Really gone down hill since opening. The staff has been really hard to order from for the past year, every time I go in there they get my order wrong even though I tell them face to face. Doesn't seem like they train their employees at all. Not great service and pizzas come out burnt or with hardly any cheese on them at all. Please train your employees better on a. Regular basis.

Ok, do I have visited this Blaze location several times in the past and they were decent. In the past, the kids working here were getting a lil sloppy. So, I had to stop being lazy and started making my own vegan pizzas at home. Well, today 8/8/2021, I decided to visit again as I was being really lazy after my bike ride and these 30mile winds. Well, wasn't I surprised when I found that there was a certain order now and the customer service was great. During my visit, the cooks here were extra accommodating. It has been awhile since I visited this restaurant and I forgot some menu items. The cooks were very patient in explaining a few things to me. Also, everyone was polite. Not to mention, my food was cooked to order very quickly. I'll definitely visit here again as it seems like they are under new management.

I like Blaze pizza. My only complaint is paying so much more for a gluten-free bottom. However, it's not their fault that I have celiac disease LOL. My husband is always embarrassed to go with me here because I want a little of everything on top of my pizza. I like all the cheeses, except for blue cheese because I'm allergic to that too, I like all of the vegetables all of the fruits all of the anything that they have. Mine is a pizza catastrophe when it's done!!! I like it extra crispy on top and just a little extra olive oil. The greasy are the better. I like blaze pizza Per Rita.

We live in Waterside and are so thankful for this spot. Our fam is vegan so it's been really nice having them so close. Everyone is super friendly. I do wish they were more generous w the veg cheese but whatever it doesn't deter us. This is hands down my 5yos faaav.

The food was sooooo good! I loved the staff. I walked in and they were ready to serve me and my family. The staff were having a fun time behind the counter after we served. The music inside was a great choice. Was very clean. Will be coming back with family and friends again!

This spot was a very close pizza joint that was literally in the area of where my friend resided. I couldn't verbally speak with someone to place my order. The only options that the young man said were to download the app or make order purchases online. I honestly don't care for all this online ordering food but...this is the way the world and society are being FORCED to do so I guess I will play the game until I'm annoyed by every establishment not being allowed to speak to a human to place food, and drink orders. Overall the staff was polite moved swiftly. FYI:No bills over $20 excepted here, I had a big bill and had to leave out and run into the Whole Foods that was also conveniently in the same plaza. Will I ever eat here again? Maybe, Maybe not. The pizza was just okay.

The individual pizzas are great. Sigh. But the process just doesn't work. They are heavily dependent on employees and that's just not working for them. With one exception everyone appears. . .not engaged. And the pizza baker lacks basic hygiene- his hands are at his face constantly. Oh, and bring a sweater- the air conditioning is on high!

Staff is rude, not willing to do the job required, and seem stoned. I literally walked out before ordering Manager is to blame for hiring incompetent employees

HORRIBLE Customer service. Nobody was helpful. I stood waiting in front of the register, waiting to order, and the worker just stared at me, I had to greet him the level of awkwardness and how uncomfortable I felt was an 1000 out of 100- the next employee asking what my toppings were did not say one word then I got to the register and he told me swipe my card. I will never come back.

Ran in for a quick gluten free pizza. We have been going to Palio's down the road for years because of our past experiences with Blaze prior. Yeah...this place hasn't changed a bit. Just gross! The employees weren't eager to help, seemed in a hurry. Just messy store. The pizza was a floppy mess. It was eaten but NOT enjoyed. Definitely won't be going back. We'll be driving the extra 4 minutes down to Palio's.

Ordered through Uber eats. Buddy in the back got into his duffel bag for my pizza. Pizza looked straight out the 40 inch television. Perfect execution on the pizza and a deserved dap and five star.

This place was great! I had the bbq chucken pizza and my daughter had halp pepperoni and cheese. We didn't have anything to take home. The oven fired taste was great with their hand made dough. The restaurant was nice and casual. Good atmosphere. I will come back with my whole family next time.

Young boys goof off while the ladies work. Drinks were out. The food line needs to be kept cleaner

We had such great service and food here! It was our first time trying Blaze Pizza FW, but won't be our last. Our server, Jimenez, was excellent. Food was 5/5. Def recommend this place!

a man in scrubs got the door as we walked in "after you" he said little did he know the wait ahead of him waiting with hungry tummys so excited we were but after over 30 minutes little did we know finally ordered but still had to wait i feel bad for the man in scrubs little did he know

BEST PIZZA EVER!! Quick service and great food and I'm not even a pizza fan.. the only downside the Caucasian young lady (don't mean to be offensive) seemed a little annoyed with helping us figure out what we wanted given we hadn't tried it before. The black lady (again, don't mean to be offensive) was very helpful even with a smile as she made sure we were pleased with our experience.. food cooked quickly and 2 slices in we were full lol so we each technically paid $3-4 per meal when you think how many times we'll eat off the one pizza lol

I enjoyed my pizza! It was my 1st time trying, and I WILL RETURN! I got a chance to meet the district manager Robert B, and he is amazing! I love this place! Everything was perfect, especially the blood orange lemonade! I highly recommend.

We used to enjoy this pizza shop. The pizzas were almost bereft of toppings! Hardly any sauce or cheese and about 12 1" diameter pieces of pepperoni and 8 or so tiny pieces(!) of meatballs for the meat special 11" pizza. Maybe 8 pieces of Canadian bacon on the second pizza with the same sad smear of sauce and topping of cheese. Walked in at 5pm - no customers were in the restaurant and only one staff member behind the counter making up 4 online orders. By the time I got our pizzas to go, there were maybe 8 customers waiting. Won't be back anytime soon.

Customer service deserves 1 star. They just stare at you when you walk in. And when you go to order the man just continued to stare at my family. I literally had to say how do we order and he huffed and said have you never been here before? No sir I haven't... I gave more stars than deserved because I'm sure the owner isn't aware on how their employees are.

Dear Seniors, We all love our Pizza, and here is a place that you can get a Pizza with all the toppings you love for one Sweet Price. I enjoy ordering and then Picking it up. My granddaughter who was with me this evening, said Papa you can order it and have it delivered. So we did, however the poor driver who delivered I felt sorry for him, the Company kept the $4.99 charge and the driver got my tip and $3 Delivery charge. I decided, I preferred to order and pick up so I could check the product, as part of our was undercooked and the thin crust was not Crispy. I'm sure I'm just a Senior who sees that I could have saved $8.00 by picking it up. Happy Trails, Chris Wilson

Y'all make sure to check your food right there because they don't answer phones and there is absolutely no way to reach them. I tried, and refreshed my feed on blazepizza.com/help to make a complaint and as soon as you check off everything that was wrong it just takes you back to the first page. If you scroll to the bottom and click on contact us it doesn't work either, but all of the other options to click on workAnyway, they didnt put sauce on my pizza, they didn't put pepperoni, and they didn't add the cheese I asked for so my pizza was completely different from what I ordered (with my name on it).

SERVICE was HORRIBLE I went to get a pizza to go and it was burnt. I asked them to please make another one because when I say it was burnt it was black burnt crust, burnt bottom. Not a little charring like wood fire pizza. It was burnt. When asked if I could get another the man with all gold teeth. Excuse the description. I didn't catch his name. Said no I'll give you a refund he throws the pizza in the trash and gives me my money back. I said I do not want my money back. I would like a pizza. He said I don't have time to make you another one. Isn't it his job to cook food? It was 3 in the afternoon they weren't closing. I'm really discussed by his embarrassing behavior. I won't be returning. I honestly can't believe a person like that with that type of attitude is employed there. I feel bad for the owners that he is employed there. He will ruin a business with that attitude. I've done marketing studies on customer service and one person will tell 13 people and those tell another 13 people. That behavior will bankrupt a company.

Blaze gets one star and it's not because of the food because the pizza was delicious. It's because of the irresponsible unmanaged teenagers working there. All of them were playing around and talking instead of actually doing their job. We were in there almost an hour and they almost forgot my free garlic knots thanks to yelp. I asked one of them for ranch and you would have thought I asked her to wash my car and pull it up to the front. The ones making the pizza really got to my wife cause they were just laughter and talking while standing over the pizzas they were making. For those of you that dont know why this is an issue everyone spits when they talk and when these girls were making the pizza there were a lot of "th" words so I guess we got extra toppings with no extra charge :/

I never leave reviews however I am a bit upset. I called 5 times and had them transfer me to this location. I ordered off Uber eats and put ranch drizzle on the order when I meant ranch on the side. Nobody would answer the call. I understand it is busy, however this is frustrating as this is the 3rd time this has happened when I've tried to call this location.

I go here fairly often. Since I've been going I noticed they added cauliflower crust. That's now my go to and I really love the pizza there now. The servers are always nice and professional. My pizza ingredient quality is great. I really enjoy getting my pizza from Blaze.

Each time I've gone there the staff is terrible, barely speak to you and just rude. Dirty bathrooms, lemonade machine empty and dirty during dinner rush, floppy pizza just no.
