Unsure of the young God’s name but the care, attention to detail, & LOVE he put in preparing the vegan masterpiece satiated every craving I had been having watching people walk by with their boxes as I waited for a flight home. He ensured that every bite would be topping filled. He was in a constant flow of artistry if you will. He’s Mastered Multitasking. Holding conversation with customers and friends passing by. Fully present in the present. Very grateful to him for that as well as the suggestion to build my own. Much appreciation to the Loc’d God. Keep doing what you doing with attention and care. You have to get to Terminal A and let him build you a pie.

Google
Solid spot for some pizza inside the IAH. Popular chain and this location is pretty good. It is probably the best bang for your buck inside the airport as the single pizza is more than good enough for one person. Tired the two topping and it was cooked perfectly.

Thomas Dafinger

Google
The pizza I ordered from this place was not bad in taste at all. It was actually pretty good considering that I bought it at an airport where food is usually expensive and of poor quality. I had a veggie pizza and would order exactly the same again.

Google
You really need to change your hours. Normally, the food is great, but when you say you open at 6am (which is when I showed up) and it’s now 6:35am (which is when I’m writing this review) is unacceptable. All of your lights are off and no one to be found (except for one employee that poked his head out around 6:10 then walked back into the office area never to be seen again). Maybe set your alarm so you can wake up and get to work when you’re supposed to, OR just change your hours to when employees will actually be around to take orders and make food!!

Google
Got a custom vegan pizza for 15USD (6 small slices). Lots of veggie toppings and they have vegan cheese too! One of the best and cheapest places to eat at Houston airport.

I would recommend this location and this restaurant. I stopped by this location with my spouse to grab something to eat after we landed in the United States from overseas without eating something. My spouse commented that a friend told her to try this the next time she saw it. Therefore, we stopped here to get our evening meal. There were a lot of people in line waiting for the pizza and apparently they closed at 7:00 p.m. We quickly ordered our pizzas and found that everyone showing up after us in line was told that they were closing and not taking any more orders for pizza. Our pizzas were prepared fairly quickly by what appeared to be a brick oven. We ordered one barbecue chicken and one sausage with pepperoni pizza. This was our first time at this location and we really enjoyed the food, the location and the quick service that we received.

Google
We arrived at IAH hungry and wanted to grab some food before our flight. Between the choices available, Blaze Pizza was a no-brainer. We have always loved our pies at Blaze Pizza, and our experience here was no different. We got a Pepperoni Pizza and a S'more Pie. The Pepperoni Pizza was so good with impactful flavors on a crispy thin crust. None of the other pizza chains come close to Blaze Pizza. The kids loved the S'more Pie. It was warmed up in the pizza oven, so everything that needed to be melted was melted. Great pizza. Eat here. 'Nough said.

Google
Best airport food I think I’ve had! Good prices, too. The pizzas are large enough to share with a friend unless you’re really hungry.

Yelp
Best place to eat in Terminal A! After considering my other options, I had to go back to Blaze. Blaze Pizza is so fast and convenient and well-priced. The only drawback is that you can't get all the toppings you could in a full restaurant on the street.
google avatar

Yelp
The service was quick and the food was fresh. For $11 you can't beat it! This pizza was 2 big meals for me and packed with veggies and protein. I seriously love this place!

Yelp
Y'all I am blown away at the quality of this pizza in the airport. Blaze pizza you did this. I love the create your own creation for one price. Food in the airport be crazy expensive but this pizza was less than $13. I ordered Italian sausage, meatballs, pepperoni, jalapeños, mushrooms, tomatoes and banana peppers. The service was quick and the staff was refreshing. I gasped when my pizza came out because it looked so good and immediately the staff asked if the pizza was correct. She was ready to make it right. The ambience is the ambience it's the airport. Nothing special but there is seating right there by the pizza joint. This is a late flight and won't be at anything wine I land on the west coast so this was perfect. Checked prices for food on the plane and charcuterie board started at $11 bucks. The win for me! This location is in IAH terminal A.
google avatar

Liz H.

Yelp
Easy ordering kiosk, pizza came out hot just as I ordered, plenty of seating, pretty fast considering they're cooking a small pizza for you! The edges are a little burnt but no biggie. One pizza is more than enough for me. I ate half and got full. I like the normal crust, it is thin and crunchy/chewy. The sauce is good, the cheese is good. Im glad the sauce goes right near the edge. I'm picky about pizza and this one is good.

August K.

Yelp
This place sucks, I had ordered a pizza and 45 passed by and they did not even start to make it, and they did not even give me a REFUND!, 0 out of 10, would not recommend.

Yelp
I approached the counter to place an order. In 7/6/2024 6:00pm Upon my arrival, there were no employees, or customers present at the counter, and I noticed that the staff were at the toppings area. I calmly asked, "Do I order here?" to clarify where I should place my order. However, the employee with no teeth, braids and wearing glasses responded in a highly inappropriate and unprofessional manner, going off on me in front of other people at the food court, despite my polite and calm inquiry. I was taken aback and felt disrespected by her response. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially in a service-oriented establishment like Blaze Pizza. This experience has negatively impacted my perception of your brand, and I believe it is important for you to be aware of such incidents to maintain the high standards of customer service that Blaze Pizza is known for.

Yelp
This Blaze Pizza is just okay. I was passing through the airport on my way back from a business trip and stopped at Blaze because this airport has more limited food options available. The staff here were lovely, polite, and working hard, but that was the only highlight for me. This location has a very limited menu compared to other locations, so I was sad to see my favorites not available. The pizza I got was just okay - the toppings were sliding around, so I was left with a lot of crust with no sauce or cheese. I also got a soda for a caffeine boost, which was flat. I think they needed to refresh their machine. At the end of the day, this location doesn't have to be great because it has a captive audience. It provides okay food at okay prices and sometimes that's the best you can hope for in an airport.

Yelp
Tried this pizza place for the first time at the airport and it was surprisingly really good ! I had their meat eaters pizza with extra onions. This was the perfect snack on the airplane as well too even though it was cold.

Kristina A.

Yelp
Closed long before their posted hours. Don't waste your time walking down here later in the evening. Not the staff's fault that management doesn't care about customer experience, but certainly not worth your business either.
google avatar

Ravi K.

Yelp
Pros: Quick service. 10 minutes to get the pizza. Cons: Horrible taste. Cheese taste like melted plastic. This store is surviving because people don't have much option at the airport. Recommendation: This place should be your last option.
google avatar

RoseMarie H.

Yelp
Pizza personals made to order. We ordered two but my appetite is pretty small I regretted it. Not that the pizza isn't good because it is but now I have a huge pizza to carry thru the airport. Service was great fast and easy. Ambiance I mean it's inside the airport not much really to it.
google avatar

Mecca F.

Yelp
Heading home we ordered two pizzas for the flight. Well let's just say the pizza didn't make it. We started eating it as soon as we got to the gate. Best airport food ever!!! Fresh, hot and delicious. Order Keto dough for me regular dough for my husband. We built our own pizza. It was not a long wait and it was worth the price.
google avatar

Jayden K.

Yelp
Incredible place, very fast for a pizza spot. Got our pizzas in under 5 minutes . Tons of options and toppings to customize, and a really good gluten free crust. If LeBron ever decides to retire from basketball, he could take his pizza to some amazing places.
google avatar

Liz L.

Yelp
Got there when it just opened 11am Placed my order, it did take some time for the pizza to go in the oven... don't go here if you're in a rush for a lunch break lol probably not the fastest... However once pizza is in takes about 5-9mins Pizza was good. Can't complain for $8.17 for a small pie I'll pay for that anytime I got a classic , vegan cheese , spinach & tomatoes with bbq drizzle. I'm very happy they have vegan cheese that's a ++++++++++++ Hugeeee PLUS ! I would gladly visit again.

Yelp
Well what can you say blaze Pizza. Very similar to MOD Pizza. They have a bunch of ingredients in toppings and you simply build your pizza. Think of it as the chipotle for pizza. Fast food style. The pizza was pretty decent. Nothing that was absolutely great but nothing that was absolutely horrible. Very middle of the road middle of the mall type of pizza. Nothing special. The toppings tasted fresh and the lady taking the order was nice. The lady who cut the order was pretty nice. They move pretty fast and can get you in and out quickly. Also the price is very cheap. I think with the drink and pizza I was just under $10. For airport food that is a really good deal. Would I go out of my way to eat at blaze Pizza again? Probably not. But since the Kansas City airport sucked and ran out of food and only had sandwiches I had no the choice but to eat when I touch back down in Houston Texas.

Samantha L.

Yelp
Definitely close early and when you ask the workers what time they close they say "8:00" & the manager wants to say they close at "8:30." why turn away business if you're not closed yet ??? online says they clearly close at 9:00.
google avatar

Robyn N.

Yelp
Nice basic pickup before your flight leaves. Hot and fresh and it's a fast bake. Thus team was on top of it.

Yelp
This was my first time trying Blaze Pizza and the experience was sadly underwhelming. There aren't many food options in this particular airport terminal and I knew Blaze offers a keto pizza crust so I gave them a shot. I decided on the "build your own pizza" option with 4 toppings added, and the keto crust. The employees were courteous and the wait time for my pizza was about 15 mins total. Not a great option if you're pressed for time and trying to get to your gate quickly but luckily I wasn't in a rush so the wait time wasn't an issue. The pizza itself was a good size, enough to fill you up without feeling overly stuffed. The first couple of slices of the keto crust were pretty good, tasted like the normal carb filled yeast dough normally used for pizza. After about the 3rd slice and once the pizza cooled it started to taste weird. So much so that I began eating just the toppings without the crust. On top of that, the edges were a little burnt and unappetizing. There was nothing special about the overall taste of the pizza either. There were no special seasonings or spices added. I simply tasted regular, bland pizza sauce that was quite similar to what you'd get out of a store brand jar of sauce and no enticing cheese blends, just straight mozzarella. For an amazing pizza you need a great crust, pizza sauce with a bit of depth, and quality cheeses. I added a dried basil topping to my pizza order but that didn't help much. This pizza run wasn't worthy of a return visit. It's definitely not something I'll be craving and thinking about days later. Unfortunately Blaze pizza was a miss for me.

Russ S.

Yelp
Fast, larger than expected quantity, clean, reasonably priced, and served hot. Not health food, but it beats the heck out of a double-priced cob salad from a deli within the terminal. I'll go back again.
google avatar

Tracy B.

Yelp
Let me start off on a positive note. The pizza was really good, despite the fact they left off one of my toppings. My complaint is the service. The guy manning the oven and getting orders out had a very nonchalant attitude. He stopped and took out cash at one point to pay for some girl's pizza in the middle of service. He had the money on the counter while we all stood there waiting for our order, I'm glad I wasn't in a hurry. When I picked up my pizza (finally) they had left off one of my toppings. All I had was three toppings. Not that hard. I'd like to add they weren't that busy.
google avatar

Rachel B.

Yelp
What happened to the old menu? I am a huge fan of the White Top pizza and they no longer make it (or any sort of predetermined list of pizzas), and they don't have half the ingredients that went on it. I was disappointed to stop by Blaze today and see my favorite is no longer there, so I probably won't be back...
google avatar

Sarena H.

Yelp
The pizza is Delicious!! I'm a huge pizza fan and Blaze Pizza just does it for me ! The ingredients is fresh, the counter is very clean and the employees is very helpful and generous with the portion sizes of the ingredients. You can create your own pizza or choose one of the popular choices .. I created my own pizza - Basil instead of marinara , cheese lots of it , spinach, red onions , red peppers , olives and oregano ... the pizza is then placed in a oven brick oven to cook for perfection!! Very affordable for the size of the pizza ... it about 8 or 9 dollars depending on your ingredients and choice of pizza dough but it's the size of a medium pizza! Highly Recommended!! Terminal A next to Starbucks
google avatar

Joellen S.

Yelp
I'm a huge Blaze pizza fan. This location was no different. It is so easy to eat here as a vegan/vegetarian and you still get great flavor. The things I like that distinguish Blaze from other chains and build your own is their most excellent spicy red sauce. The crust is great - but the sauce is stupendous. I layer on all sorts of veggies and vegan cheese - and it's a little bit of pizza nirvana for me.
google avatar

Haley F.

Yelp
Very good pizza. Custom and make your own pizza bar. Everyone was very friendly and I love seeing people who enjoy their job. I got the bbq chicken pizza.
google avatar

Carla A.

Yelp
I don't know why it has taken me so long to try this place! It was absolutely amazing!! I can't wait to go again. Although this one is located in the airport, I'll have to find other location. My favorite part of the vist was finding out they have spicy marinara sauce!!! Spicy pizza? YES, PLEASE!! Don't miss out on this pizza, you have to try it!
google avatar

Tommy S.

Yelp
I was surprised to see Blaze Pizza at Terminal A at IAH. I was a big fan of any build-your-own pizza joint, especially Blaze. I ate at a few locations all over town. This time though it was just blah. I opted for BBQ Chicken Pizza which was too sweet. Yes, I should have one with build-your-own deal, but I was at the airport and in a rush. Overall, the staff was great. The pizza came out hot and quick. The crust was crispy. The staff was nice and friendly. The pizza was just not on par with the usual so 3-star rating it is.
google avatar

Paul L.

Yelp
I've never been a fan of airport restaurants, as the food is often worse and the service is terrible. However, seeing Blaze in this airport was a nice surprise, and I enjoyed eating here. I always go with the build-your-own option, as I like piling ingredients on. The pizza comes out pretty quickly with a nice crispy crust. Make sure you remember to add a sauce after your pizza comes out (like buffalo or pesto). The staff were pretty nice and pricing was normal.
google avatar

Joyce L.

Yelp
Solid pizza place in the airport. I used to hate the IAH cuz their food selection at terminal A sucks big times! Since I always fly delta , I'm usually stuck in terminal A. But this trip, I was impressed with the pizza quality . They have a wide selection of toppings, I made myself a pizza with salami, olives, basil. Came out nice and crispy. I'm happy that they opened this joint at IAH. Now I'm sure I'd stop by every time I fly to IAH. Just hope they keep up the good work.
google avatar

Ashley J.

Yelp
I typically always try to avoid eating at the airport, because normally it's not that good and it's overpriced. This time I did not get a chance to grab something before heading to the airport, so I was planning on grabbing a coffee and a bite to eat from there. I've flown out of IAH many times, and terminal A has the worst food selection. As soon as I went through security, I saw Blaze to my right and checked it out. I debated for a little while, and then saw the line grow longer and longer, and the pizzas actually looked decent. I'm so glad I gave this place a chance. You can order from already created pizzas, or build your own. They have a myriad of toppings, and you can even choose your sauce. I decided on spicy marinara, turkey meatballs, basil, onions, green peppers, feta, mozzarella, and jalapeños. And at around $9 a pizza for whatever toppings you want--that's reasonable! Not only was the pizza tasty, it took about 10 minutes from the time I ordered until the time my pizza was done. You can get it to stay or to go, and they even have half size boxes for the leftovers. Staff was very friendly and called each customer by name--I really appreciated that!!

Yelp
I was sooo excited to try this place and really glad I read the yelp reviews to confirm that they do have vegan cheese..YAY! But also if you read their menu it says they offer vegan cheese upon request, whoops I missed that. So I started at the beginning of the line and was greeted with a 'thank you for choosing blaze' and a friendly smile.. I thought to myself YAS this is customer service (needy much). The lady took my order, I chose a build your own pizza with regular dough. The next lady in line though... she's the reason I'm giving 3 stars vs 5 stars.. I was even teetering on giving 2 stars but my tastebuds wouldn't let me. So I clearly state that I would like vegan cheese, yet she proceeds to grab a handful of regular cheese.. she then realized her mistake and reaches for the vegan cheese and spreads it on my pizza. HOWEVER she left several pieces of non vegan cheese on the pizza..and I had to point them out to here, and she said oh there's not more left, and yet I still point pieces out to her. This is the time and point at any establishment would offer to start your meal from scratch.. given that I'm requesting a dietary restriction. I even had to tell this lady..I do not eat dairy cheese, and she just continued making the pizza. This left me with a bad taste without even having had the pizza. Next she put the toppings on and then added salt without me even saying yes. The pizza came out super fast and the cashiers were wonderful. Blaze pizza needs to educate their workers to change gloves for certain diets ..vegetarian, dairy free, gluten free..it's a small price to pay for good customer service. More importantly they need to educate their workers to be conscious of dietary restrictions and preferences and if they make a mistake they need to own up to it and make it right for the customer. Oh also I asked for a side of marinara sauce and never got it. On to the good stuff.. the pizzzza!! The pizza is really good!! The original crust is thin but not crispy, it maintains the chewiness and thickness of a regular crust. The portion size is large, so if you're flying internationally and have to get rid of food on arrival be prepared to stuff your face, share or throw the rest out..I chose option A (OBVS). I loveee that they offer vegan cheese, it's really amazing for vegans and dairy free folks to have a quick pizza option at the airport. I recommend coming here for the pizza, it's really good! However I would caution you that if you have dietary restrictions the staff is not very conscious of it and you will need to speak up if the pizza is not made right.
google avatar

Lakisha M.

Yelp
I love Blaze pizza. I can get a whole one and so can my littles. My children have a few dietary needs and this is one of the only pizza places we can all eat at that non-gluten options tastes good enough for the kids to eat.
google avatar

Ashley F.

Yelp
I love Blaze. I've only had it once, but the pizza did not disappoint. Fast, just like the name. Employees are incredibly friendly at this location. Blaze has pretty much any topping you'd want on a pizza, perfect thickness of crush, and great drink selection as well. I'd definitely recommend Blaze to anyone looking for a great pizza at a low price. I will be returning to a blaze near me!
google avatar

Tyler L.

Yelp
Blaze Pizza is a fast growing chain of make it yourself pizza that really impressed me. The pizzas only come in a personal pan size, but it is a decent portion size. What surprised me was that they offer a pizza with unlimited toppings for only $8.40! They also had a basic one topping option for only $6.95, but it is better to just go unlimited. Like subway sandwich, the pizza is made assembly line style. You choose from one of the various cheeses on display, what sauce you want (pesto, regular tomato, etc.) and from the massive selection of meats (sausage, pepperoni, grilled chicken, etc.) and veggies. The pizza was then flash fried in an oven for only 90 minutes. It came out very crispy. I can see why this chain is expanding quickly and think it will get much bigger.
google avatar

Robert B.

Yelp
This was my first visit and what was offered wasn't bad. It's a pizza version of chipotle. You start with a blank piece of dough and build a pizza from the sauce, cheese and toppings. I can see this being 3.5-4 stars pretty regularly. The biggest issue I have is most likely dependent on where/who serves you. Pretty much all my toppings were not reasonably spread on the pizza. So I either had a bite of all onion then the next bite was all zucchini then the next bite was just a plain ol' pie. All in all this place is quick. And pretty good. It's seemingly healthy if you're a macro counter. Although since the portions are so varied idk how accurate it could really be... I will most likely be giving this place a second and third chance to add a star in the rating. For $12 I'm pretty satisfied
google avatar

Kirbi S.

Yelp
Love this little gem. Couldn't have asked for a better pizza while waiting for my flight. I got a red vine and it was fresh and baked to perfection. You can also customize your pizza and choose all of tot own sauces and toppings. They have beer and limited selection of wine (red or white mini bottle). The line was long but moved quickly. There isn't a lot of seating as they share space with two or three other food joints, so you may have to eat at your gate. Looking for another location so I can get the full experience. Love this place.
google avatar

Kin K.

Yelp
hard to find such a good made-to-order pizza in the airport. I ordered a bbq chicken pizza. Crusty, Cheesy and yummy for only USD$10 or so.
google avatar

Samantha G.

Yelp
I'm not a huge pizza fan (I wouldn't choose it over my other food favorites) but this place definitely satisfied my craving while I waited for my flight at IAH. The dough was nice and crispy and the toppings were fresh. I got the one topping pizza with mushrooms and it was under $8. I would definitely stop if you are in terminal A at IAH! It is better than the other options.
google avatar

Kayla V.

Yelp
Say goodbye to gross airport food. Blaze pizza is awesome. The setup is similar to chipotle in that you can select your toppings or choose from predetermined menu items. All of the toppings seemed very fresh and of high quality. I think it takes 180 seconds to cook your pizza in the wood oven, but keep in mind you might need extra time for your pizza to get "down the line". Additionally there are great drink selections, I opted for the blood orange lemonade which was super yummy.
google avatar

Irina C.

Yelp
Very very good pizza!!! Good service and very friendly staff. Pizza tastes great wow !
google avatar

Paul D.

Yelp
At first I though I would have to wait forever for pizza to be made but only too a bit over 5 minutes. You can select your own toppings or do a quick 0 or 1 topping. The pizza comes in a box where if taking on plane with you may cause a problem. I prefer only taking sandwiches on planes but you never know what people will do. Since it's out from a brick oven it is very hot so take your time. The pizza itself is very good and is thin crust. It is much better than I expected.
google avatar

San Diego F.

Yelp
Great pizza. Insanely great nutrition. Especially for keto diet. They have a keto crust 6g net carbs, 51g protein. Awesome!! Be careful though they run out fast and whoever supplies these needs a slap upside the head :-).
google avatar

Mr. D.

Yelp
Great service, wonderful pizza and awesome prices. You can even get sea salt on your pie! The Sunset Peach Agua Fresca was nice and refreshing. Great place!
google avatar

Yelp
BOMB. We all hate Terminal A. Shittiest TSA line in all of IAH. Small and cramped. However, this place will make you hate Terminal A just a little less. Had the most dynamite team of folk from start to finish. Wow, talk about good vibes at an airport, where everyone is already irritable and in their own little worlds. Pizza toppings were great quality and delicious. I did half red and half pesto on my pie, and it was cooked crisp like I like it. If you're on the broker side, you can still eat here for decent price. Like six bucks or something for a whole cheese, or $7 for one topping. $8.40 buys you the freedom to do whatever the hell you want on your pizza or to get a fancy one. If you have a long way to go, you can eat half your pizza there and then get a half-sized box to go so that you're not slinging a huge box through the airport like a Ninja Turtle. (Please don't be a dick to the environment though by getting both a full-size and then dumping that for a half-size!! Much love to Mother Earth, yo... Or "Gaia," as I remember from the Captain Planet days.' For the airport, not so shabby at all. I'll look forward to flying out of Terminal A just a little more from now on.
google avatar

Ivy L.

Yelp
I am so happy that IAH decided to put a Blaze Pizza in terminal A cause airport food really sucks, and I'm so happy to see some decent options here finally! I wish they would follow suit at all the airports, esp Hobby!!! I was in a hurry to catch my flight, but since I was flying so late, I needed to grab something quick to bring onto the plane with me. I got in line at Blazed and they promised my pizza would be boxed and ready in about 10 mins! They did not disappoint! I ordered a margherita; sorry there are no photos cause we gobbled this thing down on the plane and I didn't have time for any pictures! =) The dough was crispy and fantastic, there were chunks of fresh mozzarella and basil and it tasted fantastic! I would go to Blaze on a normal day but because it was so quick and at the airport, I give it a +++!!! Thank you for making non-disappointing airport food! You bet I'll be back next time I fly from this terminal! Whoohoo!!!
google avatar

Farah B.

Yelp
Hands down the best meal I've had at an airport. If you're lucky to have your flight depart from this terminal, go to BLAZE. I've been to other Blaze locations and they're good, I think what makes this taste so amazing is that you're sitting in the airport and your options range from some random Asian chain you haven't heard of of McDonald. Pizza came out quick, staff was a little ruff, but they got the job done, I was a happy camper when I boarded my flight because I had just had a wonderful hot meal at the airport for.
google avatar

Marci A.

Yelp
I am obsessed with their pizza and their salads. I wish we had them in NYC. My lunch was so delicious, I absolutely loved it and hope to one day get some more! Only reason they don't get 5 stars was because the person calling out orders got confused and it took longer than usual to get my order as my pizza sat there getting cold waiting for him to figure it out.
google avatar

Jason M.

Yelp
Awesome pizza. Not authentic Italian but one of the best substitutes I've had in a long time. Ingredients are fresh and I love that it's piping hot out of the fire oven. Best Food and value at the airport. Be prepared to wait 7-10 minutes for your pizza. Great experience.

Yelp
Here is your quickie for the day kids. This little Airport pit stop is located in the Houston International Airport. The best thing you can do for a person who is nervous about flying is to fill them up with so much pizza that they go into a coma for the duration of the flight. This induced pizza coma is a medical marvel I coined during my first and only day at med school. Oh yes the Pizza, almost forgot about the pizza. The service is quick and has the pick your own toppings subway vibe. They cook it in less then a few minutes. The crust is very thin and the sauce and topping are on the lighter side. (Good for us calorie counters.) It was good and filling not the most amazing pizza in the world. I will say it is without a doubt, the best Pizza I have ever had in the Houston International Airport.
