We ordered for curbside pick up. Only had to wait 5 minutes, the food was fresh, the employee was really nice. The inside looked like a great place to sit and eat as well. We got 2-11 inch pizzas and it was more than enough to feed 4 people, and it was tasty.

I came twice to this location today both morning staff and night staff are exceptional. This is by far got the best employee. Service is too notch and everyone looks like they are happy to work here so helpful and very sweet. Thank you for this amazing staff.

This was my first visit. I was not impressed with the amount of toppings used for the pizza. Very skimpy and pricey. The process time was sufficient, and the employees were friendly. The store is kept pretty clean.

The crew today absolutely rocked it ! Rj Bryce and Jessie made us the best pizza they r a good team together everything was perfect and Jessie was extra nice we really appreciate it they all treated us amazing we'll definitely be coming back to this location it was delicious 10/10 experience

This blaze pizza stole from me. I ordered multiple deserts that I had assumed the girl at the counter had gotten for me and put in my bag. Big mistake… it’s really sad that in today’s world you can’t trust anyone to get an order right. They didn’t put any of the deserts in the bag and I didn’t realize until I got home and my kids were upset with me. I called to try to get a refund but they told me because I was a walk in I would have to bring the receipt back to the store to get my refund, which just sounds ridiculous and I’m sure they could’ve just looked up my check number and hit refund. They told me I could come in any time. Anyway, I came back in 2 days later when I had time and the manager tells me she can’t refund it because the check has been closed out and their system won’t allow them to refund…. What a joke!!!! So she takes down my info and says she’ll have to talk to upper management and call later that day to confirm my refund. Well it’s the best day and I still haven’t gotten a call or a refund. It’s too bad because we loved their pizza but after this situation we’ll never return. UPDATE: Contacted them like they requested below, they offered me a coupon for a pizza, told me they were in contact with the restaurant to make sure my refund was processed, then went completely silent on me. I never heard back from anyone and they are full on ignoring my emails now!!!!! SCAM!!!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! IF YOU DO CHECK YOUR ORDER 5 TIMES!!!!

I came in about an hour before they closed. The staff was amazing. The two employees in the front was super friendly and a gentleman that made my pizza made it perfect.

Great customer service by Buffy. I got the create your own and she walked me through each step. The pizza is consistent and always good. Great size for one hungry person. The place is open and airy and quite inviting. Nice to dine in or take to go.

Hello, Usually I'd simply post a review but I wanted to ensure my compliments get to the right person so an email seemed more fitted. I am just leaving the location on the corner of Lake Mead and Tenaya and I left super impressed by the entire staff. We came on 10/06 around 3pm and everyone did amazing work and it's more impressive to me as you can tell they were in the middle of a rush. I wish I could've gathered everyone's name but to start of the was a sweet female prepping the doughs. What stood out to me is how attentive she was with the line. It was Very kind of her to acknowledge and greet everyone as she's running around and helping others. Also, while they all were super clean, she stood out to me. I was impressed as she'd change gloves if she move from her station to another. While she was about to assist someone, she grabbed her face and she realized it was with the glove she was about to be handling food with and changed them immediately before returning to handle the guest's food. To me that was the best instinct I've ever seen done. I was a manager for a beverage company and I know it's something small that goes unnoticed and how much training it takes to be that aware of your cleanliness when attending customers. After her we were greeted down the pizza station with a really kind and funny employee. I didn't grab his name but he did state he was regularly working in the back. Obviously, he was assisting upfront due to the rush. What was amazing from him is how from the start he asked us how our day was going. He tried to give us a conversation while taking and making our order. That action was when I knew I officially had to write a review. He proceeded to apologized if we were in the line for too long which took me by surprise as I wasn't bothered for the wait as we were watching them all working high speed. He then checked us out at the register and I remained impressed as they all continued to assist with a smile. Next was Brendon. I got his name not because I asked, but because another customer we weren't with asked and gave him kudos in person because that's how fantastic he was. He was working at top speed. He was taking pizza out of the oven and without a miss, every pizza out had a warning call they use, "hot". That to me is great training and respectfulness to his coworkers. He was also very attentive. Each time letting guest know "it'll be out shortly" and "thank you for your patience" and my favorite "how is everything? Anything else we can do?". He was very vocal and kind. We also were able to witness the rush calm down and saw him and the others take action to start cleaning. Before so, Brendon went out to check on every guest that were dining in and even collected the trays and trash from their tables. My family goes to blaze frequently. We actually have one by our home but we just happened to be near their location. I have never seen staff that kind and courteous to the guest. Lastly, there was RJ. He was super kind. Our interaction with him was when I got up to order an extra pizza to take home for the family. He was sweeping but was soon as he saw me step up, he acknowledged me and let me know he'd be with me in a second. He really embodied all of their actions and it shows me they received proper training but also that they cared enough to listen and use it. He kindly greeted me, put his broom down, washed his hands and got his gloves. He was also attentive enough to noticed I had been eating and stated he'd take my order first and go back to fix my pizza after so that I can finish while it's being done. He was awesome. I really hope this email gets to the highest of people there may be in the company. I will also be copying this onto yelp. Again, when I used to work and manage a beverage company, this is exactly what I had strived to do with my team. From start to finish it was beautiful customer service to me. The food was great as blaze regularly is but the staff that day made it an experience. Thank you.

When on the mood for a quick unlimited tipping pizza. I end up here. Staff is friendly, welcoming, always working efficiently to accommodate their customers. It's always clean inside, plenty of tables, outside parking is a shared lot. A must visit when craving a fast fired pizza.

Staff was very attentive, pizza was delivered and everyone was patient even though we've had tons of hungry kids with us. The cauliflower pizza (with onions and pineapple) is highly recommended!

I love a Blazed pizza. Fairly overall good experience. Two cons: The pick-up counter staffer was not talkative. I finally figured out my order was ready. This location is also near a school, so it can get very loud. Other than that, great pizza for a good price!

I truly don't like leaving bad reviews but today we visited this Blaze. My husband and I each got build your owns. We could tell they were busy because it's was 6pm on a Friday. Our pizzas were made great. When we got called up to get them they had "lost" my husbands pizza. Most likely they gave it to someone else. When we asked how it could get lost a team member told us if we knew anything about the Bermuda triangle.... He had to get back in line which was quite long only to be told they had also ran out of dough. The point isn't that they lost the pizza or that they were busy. The point is the lack of accountability. Other people went up to the counter saying they had also gotten the wrong pizza. I think as a manager you need to step in and acknowledge the mistake. They are lucky no one came with allergies or made a scene because it just wasn't decent customer service.

It's below average pizza... very doughy, sauce and heavy oregano reminds me of school pizza in the 80's; also, messed-up my order- decided to "splurge" on their pesto cheese bread w marinara (and specifically no oregano- they have a field to opt-out), but received regular cheese bread w oregano and what looks like a white sauce. Overall, disappointing and won't be ordering again (I eat exclusively using delivery apps). PS: grubhub issued a credit for the cheese bread. Sorry guys, devil's in the details, and I won't pay for your lack of quality control and error. Will stick to my favorite Sabatino's.

Ordered red dollops and they didn't include any sauce on my pizza. Who orders pizza with no sauce. Obviously they somehow forgot since it's on my receipt. Pay better attention. I got a cheesey bread with toppings today.

My parents went here and can't stop raving about the quality of ingredients, cleanliness of venue and the hospitality of the staff. They got a veggie and I had the leftover the next day and it was delicious! My mom said "u should have had it fresh"... it was pretty good even a day old!

I recently visited Blaze Pizza on Lake Mead and was met with disappointing service. When I requested two gluten-free crusts, the employee snappily asked if it was a preference or allergy. When I explained it was both, he chuckled sarcastically and questioned my response as in it had to be either or. It was clear he didn't take my dietary needs seriously. I had to go into detail to explain one of the pizzas is for a person with the allergy and the other is for a person with a preference. Just for him to send both pizzas down the same like anyway and that entire interaction was pointless. His attitude made me feel unwelcome and I left feeling disrespected. I typically don't visit restaurants on this side of town, but I was passing through. Unfortunately, this experience reaffirmed my decision. Next time, I'll keep driving.

Walked in and you are greeted right away! They ask if you have been before and if they can direct you in how things work. Our server of creating the pizza was asked what she liked and Alexis gave great recommendations. The pizza and other sides were great. The place is clean they are on top of cleaning booths that people are sitting in that had a long day at work or whatever the case maybe and they are cleaning once they leave and not just a wipe down they let it sit and soak for a few moments which is very nice to see. Overall I was very impressed with the service.

Never been to a Blaze Pizza where there was a line to order! After patiently waiting, the young man (no name tags) was pre occupied and I said it would be nice to see a smile on your face. He said he just started his shift but I got a smile out of him. The one I have to commend was your cashier! Not only did he placed the pizzas in the oven, called the orders out to the customers, handled the register but walked through the lobby and checked in on customers food but after orders were done, he checked on the restrooms, removed the trash from the lobby AND took it out to the trash!! This is management material and should be commended! His name is Brendan (spelling). Employees like this needs to be promoted from within or at least recognized; I only knew his name because I asked him before leaving the establishment. Lawrie K

This Blaze location is clean! Much better than some other locations I've been to. Also, they were friendlier as well. I had to get the girl's name that helped me because she did a great job. Thanks Andrea!

My husband & I came in yesterday for a quick dinner date, it was nothing less than amazing!!! Not only were all the workers super sweet & friendly, our pizza really was yummy! It was our first time there too so it was a bit overwhelming lol but she was super helpful & took her time w us! It was a super pleasant & yummy visit! Their lemonade is also to die for, super great!! The restaurant itself was also super clean & well kept, all nice & organized! They were playing great music, too! All the workers were super well put together & on top of everything, as well! Their team last night was a great team, they all knew how to work together & it was all running super smoothly! 10 out of 10 would recommend!! I'll for sure be coming back for seconds!

Relaxing ambiance with plenty of seatings. There's a small patio area upfront for outside dining. I mostly order takeout. The orders are on time and the service is quick. The pizza is cooked correctly to specification and tasted delicious. I always go with well done option for a more crispy crust.

Went in on a Wednesday, mid-afternoon. It wasn't very busy. Easy to order and quick to get our food. I had the Herbivore 11-inch, add grilled chicken. Perfect cook & delicious!

I forgot to take a picture of my delicious Simple Pie pizza, but I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch today. I appreciate all of the options to customize your pizza and how the price is based on how complex you want your pizza to be. My very basic Simple Pie was quite reasonable at $6.75. I also enjoy how the nutrition information is easily accessible. Even though they were a little busy, the pizza came out in a very reasonable amount of time. This experience was exactly what I wanted.

My first time eating at Blaze Pizza. The customer service from Myra & Peter was extremely inviting, kind & informative. Many choices to chose from. Be it your crust, toppings or how you want the pizza made. Pricing not bad either. Comparable to Pizza Hut minus the size. You want fresh ingredients & build your own pizza. With amazing customer service. Definitely stop by Blaze Pizza on West Lake Mead. Brownies are to die for!!! Thank you

I've been to Blaze Pizza (different location) before but this location by far was a great experience. Came in on a Monday during lunch and was immediately greeted by the young gentleman behind the counter. The entire time, from taking our order until it was passed on to bake, he conversed with us (I was with a friend). Then the young gentleman baking started a conversation with us as well! Not only was the pizza delicious but the staff was super friendly and welcoming!

Quick, inexpensive, and tasty, all great qualities that I admire about Blaze Pizza. I like the customer service, too. This was my first visit to this location and it's smaller than other ones I've been to. There were a few people in line ahead of us when we arrived, but it moved quickly. You can build your own pizza here with unlimited toppings (an 11" pie is currently $9.25 with an upcharge if you choose a keto or cauliflower crust) or select from their menu of signature pies. For this visit, I choose a 2-Top pizza with Italian meatballs and mushrooms as I was in the mood for a simpler pie. I like these pizzas because they taste good and don't take long to make. Plus, I usually have at least 2 slices left over for later. Fun fact: LeBron James was an early investor in this chain with a $1 million back in 2012. His stake is now worth about $40 million. That's a lotta pizza.

First time there and had all the options explained clearly. My daughter and I selected the build your own pizza. My pesto sauce on califlower thin crust was delicious. My blood lemonade was great. Will have the dessert later. Would recommend Blaze Pizza to family and friends.

This was take out through Uber Eats. the crust was a little chewy but everything else was absolutely fantastic. I'm sure it was just a one time thing as I recently ate at blaze & it was flawless. The fact that they have vegan options is huge! Bravo. Very tasty. Spicy red sauce is incredible. Vegan cheese is delicious, & the chorizo (vegan) WOW.

I substituted with vegan cheeze and it was delicious! Ordering online is super easy and so is the pick up option. I highly recommend!

We've been to this place many times as it's our favorite pizza place. Would recommend to anyone who likes pizzas as one can customize any way you like.

I was glad to see this spot open in my new neighborhood! Came by for my first visit right around Pi Day (3.14) for their discount (only available with their app). Highly recommend using their app to get discounts and rack up points for freebies like drinks and dessert. SERVICE: I had difficulty pulling up their app to pay with my rewards because there was no signal in the dining room. They have wifi but somehow no one on site knows the password or is unwilling to give customers access? Thankfully the manager honored my coupon (but he was clearly not thrilled about it) and I was able to scan in points later. I returned for another visit for pickup, after placing order via app. The pickup pizza was made with less ingredients/inconsistent toppings compared to the one ordered on site. FOOD: I usually get their regular crust with the build-your-own style. They do have some preset options that are cheaper, so check those out before ordering. The spicy red sauce is my go to, and I usually do a pesto drizzle at the end. I like how they have vegan options available, as well as low carb (keto crust) etc. The portion is also such that I usually make two meals out of this by adding a side salad or making one at home, which makes it a good value.

Fast service, friendly staff, cheap delicious pizza! Alejandro was great, engaging and efficient. I got a weird combo like I usually do, added a bunch of spicy stuff. Not much to expect at a simple straightforward place like this. Why less than 5 stars?

Talk about a well oiled machine. I came to this location on pi day, which is when they have pizzas for $3.14 so naturally it was really busy. Not only were they fast but they kept their customer service intact. I also noticed an employee constantly wiping down tables & the drink station. They did a great job during such a busy time for them! Y'all should be proud of yourselves! & Yes, my pizza was delicious as usual!

The workers at this location have a horrible attitude and don't appreciate customers patronizing their business. They don't care about people that have health restrictions as they don't listen and rush you out the door while giving minimal effort. They don't change their gloves and I have witnessed some pretty nasty things at this location. The worst Blaze in the Nation.

Love this place. I can get as many toppings on the pizza as I want and they were always generous when I asked for a little bit more. Staff was friendly and never idle. I visit at least once a week because I can get different varieties and it's always been perfect.

Still my favorite pizza place but I was disappointed to see their housekeeping habits are going downhill. The workers were throwing food on the floor and the floor where they work was gross. There was pepperoni and bits of food everywhere. That is an open invitation to rodents and cockroaches. Please fix this. Your loyal customer.

Tatianna crafted my custom made pizza with absolutely no judgement. The most obscure ingredient choices were arranged so precisely on that flattened dough ball it almost cured my OCD. While business was booming and the line was hoppin', Georgia wasn't playing no games when she put salt bay to shame sprinkling the sea salt and oregano to satisfy my taste buds. The pies were blaze'n and Gabbi, a part time air traffic controller, moved like a machine yet still had a smile and made me feel like I was the only person in the room. I'm sure the pizza is good, I'm just still in shock of the top notch service.

I came on Mother's Day early in the evening and it wasn't busy, staff was friendly and helpful :) one of the workers offered water to my mom for our dogs while she waited outside for the food. The pizzas didn't take long too cook and it was delicious!

Alright. I very rarely write bad reviews. I love being on here to write about great experiences. But I'm extremely disappointed in this past experience. I LOVE Blaze. I get all the toppings for the same price?! Can't beat it. And this location is usually decent. But this past time the line workers seemed to genuinely care less whether I was a person there. I got barely any eye contact. And all toppings were sparse. Unless I asked for more in which case I was barely given any. Then it came to checking out and the manager is why I gave it two stars and not three. She barely looked at us as well. And I know it was around dinner time. But they weren't that busy, yet everyone seemed rushed. I asked for a cheesy bread at the counter, and the manager all but yelled at me for not ordering up front. I have never ordered that at the front. I always order at the register and just wait extra time. She was super rude about it. Which made me not even want my pizza anymore. But I sat there and waited. Well my pizza came out. And she didn't ask if I wanted any finishes. Nothing. Just tossed it at me in the box. That has never happened before. I'm super timid when asking for things. So I always appreciate being asked. My boyfriend had to literally ask for me because I was so afraid to even speak to her. Meanwhile, the last time I was there the person who checked me out was not only really nice, but gave me extra finishes and a free s'mores! Where was that this time? Really hope that was just a fluke. But I'm very hesitant to go back to that location now.

Yo, I came in today and asked if she could do like a stuffed crust pizza for me and she said she ain't never done it before but she would do her best to try...and I was like LETS GOOOOOO!! So I got the high rise dough and she proceeded to put the vegan cheese on the edges and folded the dough over...as I'm typing this, my pizza is getting cooked and that ish looks mad THICC in the oven.... And peep the finished product! Renee...10 stars all day if I could and honestly the same can be said of the staff that was working the closing shift at the time I wrote this review

Came out the crust was not crispy! I just thought to put it in the oven when I came home. Still crust not crispy. Service was good. She took the time to explain how to choose your pizza, since am a first timer. No one was cleaning the tables.

Ordered the vegan pizza option with as many veggie toppings as possible lol. The spicy soyrizo is delicious on the pizza! I love that they have the option for drive up. This place is easy and convenient to order from and pizza is delicious.

Pizza is good. Service is terrible. No emotion, no eye contact, no smile, no respect. Really Not sure how any of them got hired. Believe one employee was named Jojo and she couldn't care about being there any less. Also, the medium drink is a small at best.

I don't like doing reviews like this but sometimes it needs to be done. Unfortunately the employees didn't know much about their products or menu,and did not care to explain. Being vegan,we asked for their vegan option pizza, and we were told we can only receive a vegan order if ordered online...in my opinion that is ridiculous. Blaze pizza unfortunately ain't blazing for the vegan folk!!! So 1 yelping star it izzz!!!!

I came in to eat this evening and this wonderful young lady named Brianna was so nice to me and made me the greatest pizza these brown eyes have ever gazed upon, PROMOTE HER ASAP.

The service here was pretty awful considering I placed an order for pickup on a mobile order. I understand business was busy, but it should not have taken them 50 minutes after I had to ask them why my food is not even in the oven yet. I have still yet to receive my order, and this is extremely irritating. I have lost my appetite because they completely forgot about my order and have done nothing to accommodate me whatsoever. I will not be coming back to this location. It's a shame really, because I really enjoy eating here but after today it has surpassed my patience and tolerance. Recommendation to management: Have some type of manager actually on staff because it appears like none of these employees are working efficiently with each other when there is at least 8 of them on the floor. Also, maybe a better system in place for when a customer order is forgotten. Something as simple as giving out a free drink for waiting 50 minutes can go a long way or actually just giving an honest apology.

Went for lunch and Brendan was so warm, helpful and accommodating. Food was fresh and didn't take long to come up. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Will definitely be back to visit this location.

I haven't tried their pizza yet and that's because they use DoorDash for their delivery. I spoke to someone at Blaze and they told me the driver was there but didn't want to wait a few minutes so he cancelled. The person at blaze very nicely said he would remake the pizzas so they wouldn't show up cold but I guarantee the next driver will do the same thing. I have tried to order from DoorDash 5 times and have yet to actually get a delivery. I am at home waiting for surgery to fix my broken back. I depend on delivery to eat right now and cannot drive and pick up my food. I use Uber Eats and if I had known you use DoorDash I wouldn't. Have ordered in the first place. I'm giving this one more try but will not order from you again as long as you do business with them. Change your delivery company. You lost a customer because of them and I am sure I'm not the first.

I. LOVE. THE. CREW!!! They are 10/10. They give the best service!!! Not to mention they're absolutely kind and welcoming. They are such nice people. S/o to LeAnn, Gabby & Mikey. They hold down the fort non-stop. I visited at night around 8:40-9:00pm & they're still accommodating even though they were about to close up soon. Patience and friendliness on fleek. When you go here, please leave them a tip $ they deserve it! I could go on and on but just get your pizza at blaze and meet them already

OMG where have I been all this time while ordering pizza hut? Blaze is the best pizza delivery I've had in this town - ever. Fast delivery, the pizza was not soggy or like cardboard (like ALL the other places), and tasted amazing. New loyal fan.

Decent pizza. Tastes good. But.... Expect to wait an extra 20-30 mins for your online order. Understaffed on a Friday night. I always ask in large BOLD LETTERS in the comments section. Edges always burnt. Frequently the bottom is too. Hubby is so frustrated that he says he will never go their again. Sign me, Frustrated.

Neveyuh (I know in just butchered the name shaking my head) IS AMAZING. From beginning to end she was a great listener, communicated well, efficient, and calm throughout. I wish I could don't and paste everything I just witnessed her do into everyone who interacts with customers. Message to Neveyuh (I hope that's spelled correctly: I'm sure your parents are proud and don't ever change who you are if I didn't live so far from this location I would come more often but I'm glad to see Blaze Pizza making awesome decisions.

I love this place! Really good pizza! We take the kids here all the time so they can build their own style pizza.
