The food was good but the service wasn’t. Interacted with 2 different employees and both rude giving off the attitude they didn’t want to be there. Very robotic. Had to ask 2x for them to cook our pizzas well done, felt like we were inconveniencing them lol outside of their attitudes and lack of customer service our food was good.

Tried them once & I’ve been hooked every since. I love that they have vegan options. I usually order online and pick up in store and my food is always fresh. The staff is pretty helpful and nice. I’ve noticed even when they have a line in store they move the customers quickly. Reasonable prices also!

What a cool place it’s subway for pizza! A young man by the name of Joseph served me he made it very easy and explained everything as it was my first time visiting. The food was delicious and a good price I will be back:)

The use of fresh mozzarella on pizzas has reached a climax at this place and at the same time makes me climax because I love cheese in my mouth

Nice place and friendly staff. I like the ability to configure your pizza a million different ways with crust, sauces and a lot of toppings. Pizza was quite tasty.

This place is amazing! I always want light sauce and the way this specific blaze made my pizza is the best pizza I have ever had. They customize to perfection and I expect I’ll keep going back for all my pizza cravings!

Jazmín is very careless several times I’ve came to this location on Craig and she is very rude. She sprays cleaning chemicals on cabinets which then end up on the exposed food. Her co worker had placed the cheese sticks in the oven, then she came in and moved it to the edge which caused it to burn 🔥 intentionally. She needs to be replaced immediately!!

4/19/24 Update: New menu item and great customer service. The girls, Jae, Kaitlyn, and Lisa are great! The service was great. There is plenty of seating and not crazy busy for lunch. Patio seating available.

The restaurant was pretty slow when we walked but as we ordered more ppl came in so more ppl came from the back and they seemed in better spirits than the current crew. It a casual spot great for all ages and even large groups. Both pizzas were asked to be cooked well done and of course you gotta love blaze BYO pizza so you can add whatever you like...yum!

Have been here several times and it has never failed me! Always friendly service! Yea sometimes the wait might be a bit, but the employees are always busy so I don't mind waiting on workers who are actually busy! Pizza always comes out perfect and is always tasty! The only thing I dislike is how they charge for the ranch now ? Ranch has always been free and now it just adds those extra 2 dollars to the total for no reason. But Blaze has never failed me so I will always stop by! Look at my pizza! No filter needed!

As usual, I like hitting po,za spots that are a bit off the beaten path, especially with what I'm used to. This is a good spot for me to frequent and most locales are good and consistent.

Been to many different Blaze Pizza locations and this is a first time that they tell me there is a 7 item limit on a build your own pizza. When we got up to pay, she didn't allow us to use the military discount when also ordering the Cinnabon bread and build your own. We felt rushed with our order when their lobby was completely empty since they were cleaning and getting ready to close. Same girl that assisted us did the order and cashier as well.

God pizza good sides nice dinning room but no plates to eat your food on. Everyone has to eat out of the containers the food is served in

I have a dairy allergy and can't consume regular pizza anymore, which is devastating to say the least. I've tried multiple vegan pizza options, and Blaze's is the only one I absolutely love! Always tasty with the perfect amount of crisp. I love the vegan pepperoni!! Based on the reviews though, I think I'll stick to delivery as opposed to an in-store experience.

I have this restaurant 1 star because the veggies were good and couldn't give a zero for burnt pizza. Called the store and they didn't care and actually had an attitude that called to complain. The "manager" never offered to refund me or give me another pizza just said we're sorry and hung up. It's hard to say that I will not come back but it won't be soon.

Yesterday went into your store in North Las Vegas and it was one of the most painful, amateur, and chaotic operations I have seen in a long time. Let's start from the top: 1) walked into the store at approx 7:12pm. Stood there for 15+ min watching two people make pizzas for online orders while the line in the store grew and grew. No on even looked up to greet us or explain why live people in line were being ignored for tickets a computer was spitting out. (Crazy idea: create a separate station for online orders to be made so the line in front which showcases your ingredients is not hampered). 2) As we were waiting for our pizzas to come out - every single one came out charred. Burnt to a crisp. The girl at the oven had nothing to say when we pointed out the obvious. We asked for one of the pizzas to be remade, which took another 10 min. Didn't matter in the end since the other 3 came out just as burned. (Crazy idea: lower the heat on the oven or make sure the person at the oven is not multitasking and constantly moving the pizzas). 3) The only adult in the room was a young man named Carl / Conner who offered a full refund, but since we were in a hurry and now late to an event (who thought getting fast food pizza would take 50+ minutes), we opted to deal with this later. He was the only one who tried to address how long we waited for burnt pizzas. In his haste to get us out the door, however, we were handed over the wrong pizza - so our meat filled pizza turned into a veggie pizza with tons of pineapples on it - gross! (Crazy idea: hire another person to ring up orders while other people are focused on not burning pizzas and handing out the correct order.) Jim

I have yet to have a bad experience from this location. The ingredients are always fresh and the service is great. The venue is clean and this is a much better alternative when compared to other chains.

The pizza is pretty good, depending on what you invent. But the service is HORRIBLE!! The last three times that I've been in here, there are fewer employees each time. On this particular visit there were literally only two people working. Although they were very nice and moved as quickly as they could, it took of an before I got my order. Not going back to this location

It has been a while since I visited Blaze Pizza, but I can't wait to visit again. I remember the food being really great and the service was outstanding. I remember the line was long but the place was clean and easy to get in and out of. They kept the line moving and when I finally got to order mine I got exactly what I wanted. The sauce was really good and the crust was perfect. I haven't been back for a while because I haven't had any pizza from anywhere. But, when I do get another pizza I want it from Blaze because they were better than most pizza's I have had in Las Vegas. I will come back and let you know if they are as good as I remember.

Love this Blaze location! Great service! Great food!! It's our "go-to" pizza place! Be sure to try one of their delicious brownie. They'll even warm it up for you!

Tasty personal-sized pizza with good options for toppings - I had the meat eater with spinach, green peppers, and mushrooms. They have multiple options for crust, including gluten-free & keto. Friendly counter service and a clean, casual atmosphere.

Unfortunately this was not a good experience for me. We walked in on a weekend about 1 hr prior to closing. There were anywhere from 3-4 on the line at a time and the line moved really slow. First, no one greeted us when we walked in the door and I immediately noticed how messy and unorganized the store was. When we arrived there was probably 6 people ahead of us. The entire time we were there, none of the workers appeared to even want to be at work, with the exception of ONE person. She was a young girl and I believe she may have been the supervisor. She had a very good vibe and was very energetic and engaging with the employees and made an effort to make things smoothly. I believe this employee has a potential to become a great leader and with the proper training can be a great asset to the company. The line with the ingredients was just very unappetizing. Most of the ingredients look very old and the romaine lettuce looks like it should've never made it to the line in the first place. It looked very soggy and dark and expired and most things were either old or empty. One of the girls tried to fill one bacon and when she did, she did it so sloppy that the bacon fell on other bins. I finally made it to pick up my pizza. The young man making the pizzas looks miserable. When my pizza came out I asked him what drizzles he has. He didn't say a word, grabbed a sign (that I didnt see prior) and slammed it on the counter and pointed at it. I thought that was very rude. In summary, the 2 stars to go to the one employee, I believe was the supervisor. This place has great potential, as it is in a very busy location. I believe that with the proper customer training and cleanliness, this could be a 5 star!

The employees move with zero sense of urgency and don't seem like they want to be there. They only carry family size salads and not individual size. And when did a salad this size cost $7.95. I think it's time for Blaze to evaluate how they hire employees because this seems like the new norm for them. At least they greeted me at the door.

The food is amazing here always cooked to perfection! The staff in the morning are so welcoming and make the blaze experience memorable! Very clean dining room and bathrooms as well! Much try!

Absolute A double S... So completely and totally disappointed...this business tries it's best to call a frozen crust and the most anemic topings I've EVER seen. Do not, I repeat do not support such a disappointment of a so called pizzeria. Horrible

4ish yrs I've been eating here and it hits the spot every time. Fresh ingredients and I love the chewiness of the smallish crust. Love Blaze!

This establishment is getting 5 star because the service alone that I received was phenomenal. I had a coupon concern which the manager immediately took care of and in a timely manner. She was very polite and patient with me, and because of this my bill for two was MUCH less than I originally expected. I have been to multiple Blaze Pizzas and this is the only one where the server constantly asked me if she added enough sauce, cheese, etc. That was a huge plus because as a paying customer I want to know that I am getting enough of what I would like to, considering the heightened prices that come with more toppings. When we wanted ranch, we weren't charged extra and with the many times we went up for sauce or boxes we were never treated like a burden. We mainly came due to the coupon and although disappointed that it didn't work, the manager handled the situation and we left knowing we had amazing service at this specific location. We will definitely be back.

It took me a long time to try this place. I've known about it for a long time, but finally my girl dragged me in because we had a BOGO coupon. We get the build your own with original dough but of course there's plenty of options if you need vegan or gluten free. It was explained to me as a subway for pizza. I guess the building style is the same where you go down the line and tell them what you want on it, but it's way above subway. I just really enjoy the vibrance and freshness you get from one of these pizzas straight out the oven. I believe that $10 for an 11-inch pizza is a little steep personally, but if you've already made the decision to order out then this is my top pick for pizza. Plus if you get their rewards program, you can earn flames to trade for free goodies. One of the pizzas in the picture posted was 120 flames. If nothing else, just try it. You won't be disappointed.

Great pizza that a lot of different options even if you're on keto 10/10 must try again

First time being here, was not sure what to expect. I have heard mixed messages about Blazed Pizza, but I'm glad I came. I loved it! I had the pepperoni & bacon and my SO had the cheese. We definitely recommend Blaze pizza if you are trying to have a pizza that's more on the less calories!

We came here for the grand opening and they were giving every customer a free pizza that day. Pretty awesome. They have some great specialty pizza combinations but I was definitely intrigued in the "build your own" and being able to put whatever I wanted on it. You can customize your pizza by choosing the type of sauce, the type of crust, type (s) of cheese and toppings, of course. I loved that I was able to put more than one type of cheese on my pizza. By the way, they let you put unlimited toppings without a charge. Can't beat that! Overall, the pizza was great. It's thin crust (which is my favorite) and it was really tasty. It does help that you can put all your favorite things on it! The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were also very fast for the crazy line that was there from the opening. I would definitely recommend them - it was an awesome experience.

I love blaze pizza, but this location seems to be ran by teenagers with no customer service skills. I'm ordering my pizza and asking for toppings, the girls are talking and having a conversation about piercings and going to malls while making my pizza. She couldn't even multitask by talking and making my pizza at the same time. She placed one pepperoni on the pizza, started talking looking at the other girls for a few seconds, puts down one more pepperoni, continues to do this pause and talk while making my pizza the entire time I order. Just not great customer service. I see another girl walk to the counter and the employees just talk to themselves and do their things for a good 60 seconds before somebody asks her if she's been helped. There's obviously no manager around or if there was, was probably in the back.

Welcome To NLV Who doesn't love pizza? Blaze is another quick create your own pizza joint with more rules than you can count. I opted for the create your own to avoid hearing that will be extra. The pizza is decent and the pesto knots are amazing. I asked for a Caesar salad and the young lady quoted me 30 minutes! No thanks. Skip the smores treat they are hard and terrible; other than that its pizza!

I love me some Blaze! Always fast service, always needs a diner attendant to wipe off the dirty tables and snatch food off the floor [too many dirty tables] - always fully supplied bathrooms and smiley staff and always, yummy pizza that I build myself with pesto on the crust, white sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, black olives, banana peppers easy, grilled garlic, spinach .. the choices are endless. I will be back and back and back! Thanks Blaze.

Stopped in yesterday to have lunch. Employees working were friendly and efficient. Ordered a whole pizza and a half pizza and both were delicious. The only problem we had was the seating. Of course due to social distancing there were only a few tables available and because my boyfriend is in a wheelchair (temporarily) it was hard to find a table that was suitable. Thankfully it was slow so we asked if we could sit at one of the tables that wasn't "available" and they said it was ok. It was still a safe distance from everyone else. Maybe they can make that table available in case a situation like this happens again. Thank you to the employees that accommodated us.

Very disappointed with my latest order. I had it delivered and it took over 45min. When it finally arrived 4 out of the 5 pizzas I ordered were burnt and overcooked. My toddler didn't even enjoy eating the cheese off. The crust was also a bit weird. On one of the pizza's the crust was paper thin (as you can see in the pic). I'm not sure if it's the location or maybe the cook had a bad night, but I paid a lot of money for this and we are not happy. The 2 points are for the BBQ pizza. That was the only one that wasn't overcooked and tasted very good.

Trust me, Blaze pizza is one of my favorite pizza place in the valley. I love their pizza. My husband and I was running an errand around this area and I was craving for some pizza. So we googled it, Blaze pizza popped up. So we went there around 6:30pm on Sunday evening 1/23/22. There were around 5 people (3 diff parties) in front of me. My husband and I stood in line. We weren't even recognized by them so did others were. There were probably 4-5 employees, taking orders and making pizza, etc. We stood in line for good 5 minutes waiting for them to take our order. They only kept taking orders from the ticket for internet orders. At that point, I was very annoyed because they did not even try to make an eye contact. They weren't even hurrying themselves taking orders and stuff, they were super slow. We did not wanted to leave at that moment so we patiently waited for another 5 minutes. SAME THING happened!!!!!!! They would keep making order from the ticket and not taking orders for people waiting in line!!! At that time there were like 3 diff parties behind us! At that point, that was the last straw! My husband got upset too, (my husband does not get upset easily!) he told me to leave. So we left!! All that waiting for 10-13 minutes for nothing!!!!!!!! I was pissed!!!!! We went next door Cafe Rio and they were able to take my order as soon as we walked in. Seriously, to the manager of this store, please train your employees to be more efficient and quick, and it least has some manners (making eye contact, greeting your customees)!!!! Or hire more employees!!!! A visit to this store ruined our night, because I was really excited to eat your pizzas. But not tonight. I am writing a letter to your corporate office for the subpar service you are providing. Good luck!

Love the pizza! Only thing is, I wish they would answer or even plug in there phone so I can call and make a change to my online order. I tried calling 18 times & I hear the sound as if it's unplugged or even a disconnected phone. Smh

This Is My Second Day In A Row Going To Blaze. The First Day My Lunch Was Amazing! I Ordered The " Pick 2" And I Had Half Of A Make-Your-Own Pizza And A Little Ceasar Salad. I Ordered The Same Thing Tonight. Tonight My Pizza Was Okay, Mostly Because The Bottom Was Burnt. I Had A Pickup Order So I Didnt Notice Until I Got Home. Meanwhile, The Pickup Process Is Super Easy And User Friendly. It Is A Good Idea To Download The App Because You Rack Up Points Everytime You Order And You Can Order Ahead.

I was in the mood for pizza but I was having a hard time finding vegan pizza that was close by. Then finally I stumbled on blaze pizza and I love that they have a build your own pizza and that they carry vegan cheese. I got a personal pizza with garlic pesto sauce, vegan cheese, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, and balsamic drizzle. The balsamic drizzle really added a nice finishing touch. My fiancé really liked his bbq chicken pizza. And the garlic knots with pesto were pretty good. We also tried the s'mores pie and that was a really yummy treat to top off the whole meal! Definitely satisfied my vegan pizza craving tonight which I am so thankful for. We also got it delivered and it came pretty quickly. Will be coming back again soon!

Take Two on the menu is precisely perfect for me. Pizza and cheese bread, yes, thank you! I felt tho like my pizza was too burnt for my taste. Willing to go back and try something else tho. Service was good. I felt for the many workers that were there and the few customers that was inside that they could've cleaned the dining area. Had to find and clean our table.

Wow! This pizza is amazing. One of our students came here and got pizza for the instructors as a lunch/gift after they got their job. They know I workout and try to be chill with carbs so they got me a keto pizza. Holy cow this stuff is great. $4 extra for the low carb crust so a single person pizza was $11. I'm not a huge fan of paying extra to eat healthier but whatev's. I'll be going to Blaze from now on

I'm so sick of this location! I have never had a problem with Blaze until I moved to the North side. I always give this place chances and I honestly don't know why. The experience fluctuates but I'm always mostly disappointed. The whole staff has poor customer service besides one girl but I do not know her name. The last time I ordered a pizza I went back home with basically NO cheese on my pizza. Dodge this location if you can. They suck.

This location was painfully slow. The workers look like they are robots just going through the motions. And the fact that you have to pay for ranch and they don't fill up the cups is annoying. Then when you ask the worker to at least fill up the cup they say they can't because they will get in trouble. What a joke.

Service was good, pizza was fresh and tasted good. Staff was nice. Would recommend to anybody who wants any pizza besides Dominos :)

I enjoy frozen pizza and this was a very mediocre frozen pizza, which from a pizza chain it shouldn't taste like frozen pizza. It is one step below Little Caesars and a lot of people tell me it is the Subway of pizza and I will say that's 100% accurate because Subway sandwiches are the worst sub sandwiches that you can buy made by someone else. The only silver lining behind the whole experience was that the pizza was only $12 due to an online promotion. If it was one cent more, I would have brought it back and told them to keep it.

Didn't have the pizza because you added $5.22 for a tip for a pick up. I always tip, usually pretty good. But to add a tip to the bill for a pickup is not cool with me. So, I'm going someplace else.

Came in on a Saturday night for a late-ish dinner. I like this blaze specifically because the guys behind the counter are always nice and don't rush you through the line. The gentleman at the oven was the best though! He made sure everything was right, awesome customer service also! I was facing him from where I was seated and he is such a hardworker. He was the only one who did not stop moving. Between cooking & cleaning his area and making sure boxes were folded, menus were placed in order, he definitely is such a good worker! I know it's kind of stalkerish to put his pic here but I do hope his manager or corporate sees this review and acknowledges him! Keep it up!!

First time in, and this restaurant marks another prime example of what is going right in North Las Vegas. The interior is clean and up beat. Modern and spacious interior makes it inviting for both the lunch and dinner crowds. The service was great and included friendly and complete explanations of the menu to a rookie like me. The explaining was required for the "build" portion of build-your-own pizza, as there are multiple crust options (e.g., keto (6g net carbs), cauliflower 84 g net carbs, high rise and original. Whale they have signature pizzas with predetermined toppings, all pizzas are completely customizable with delicious and great toppings. Once my situational awareness was up, I was walked through building my masterpiece. Fast firing of the pizza translates to very little wait. I went keto on the crust and it was delicious! I will make a point of trying all others too! I'm likely to become a lunch regular, as it is fast enough to get some good food on a lunch hour. Gluten free options on most options (except desserts). I highly recommend you give these guys a try.

Everytime I order here I ask for extra pepperoni and everytime they never give it to me. Like why are you guys so stingy when it comes with toppings just add the fucking pepperoni ESPECIALLY when requested.

1620 E. Craig Road NLV, NV location has been consistent for having utter failure when ordering online? Food missing (numerous times) and loads of apologies after I have had to drive to the store (AFTER DELIVERY?) New Years Eve 2022, no order came, yet my app shows it was delivered? When I called, I was told it was sitting there & no one to deliver, and this is after I ended up paying an $80.00 tip on the app, that was suggested. I received 2 free, 11 inch pizza coupons & apology. Unacceptable! January, 1/2 order showed up & I had to go and pick up the other half, with another apology. January still, started going in the lessen the chance of error. Paid & headed toward the door. A assistant manager coming from break looked at register and called me back to say I hadn't paid? The worker never gave a receipt but gave me 30% discount because of my points. Assist Manager said the register won't close out, so I couldn't have paid? I attempted to open my app to show my points & it wouldn't open? So I proceeded to open my bank account to show the the debit. Right then, the other worker or manager that was called upon- noticed the problem & turned the screen toward me, showing the transaction that had gone thru as mentioned. Once again, another apology. Still January, Friday 1/27/23, I went into store & proceeded to order, & things were going well. I was told I couldn't order a large (along w/my 11 inch) in the store? A worker nearby stepped up, oddly it was the assist manager (I believe) who told me I hadn't paid from my recent visit. She was nice & said she'd make it because they weren't busy. I don't think she remembered me, I just finally caught a break!!! Her name was "ANIYA" & I MUCH APPRECIATED her helpfulness & kindness! I went to leave & noticed this wasn't my pizza however?! Things were quickly corrected, but left me wondering WHAT'S GOING ON?! Either the drivers have been eating 1/2 of my food each time, or Blaze keeps making brutal mistakes?!!! The $80 tip pisses me off, because I still had to come in & pick up my missing food after all!!! I was trying to be nice!!!!! Not once have I spoke, nor behaved according to my agitation level. I have seen countless videos of chaos for wayyyyy less than what I have encountered each time I ordered?! It use to be a great location! Now, I think I will take a break. Too much pizza, tho the cauliflower crust is a life saver. Too much drama now! NOT a sure bet anymore. "ANIYA" gets 5 stars however!!! THANKS!

BLAZE FA DAYS! Hands down I'm putting blaze in my top 3 pizza places! No worries this list changes every year, just for the record my list is confidential but if you read my reviews you should know! Love at first bite, this place is the perfect after the gym eat spot. I usually build my own with sausages, pepperoni, ovalini cheese,spicy red sauce, oregano, red peppers flakes and once it's fresh out of the oven I have them add hot sauce for a topper. This has to be one of the most unique experiences I've ever had ordering a pie, and by far one of the best if not THE BEST! (Hint hint...) The environment and the service I get here is always good, the food takes a while to cook but it's worth it at least I can see the whole process right in front of me, from creation to completion! Great job Blaze keep up the great work!!!

We decided to come in tonight and try this restaurant. Upon entering there was a very long line. Lots of staff working the front counter. However so much mismanagement. They ran out of dough several times, they were out of the pesto garlic knots, and the time it took to get thru the line was long. This was not the staff fault clearly, but it should not have taken the time it did. The other patrons were not happy and the staff was obviously stressed about the entire situation. They kept apologizing for the time it was taking. Due to the lines, the dining area was not attended to. There is plenty of seating from booth style to tables. We ordered 4 pizzas, all build your own style, plus 4 fountain drinks. The pricing was fair for the size and amount of toppings. Location is Craig/Losee- ample parking

Writing my review for this Blaze location on National Pizza Day seems appropriate! We are fans of all types of pizza and Blaze is no exception. For Super Bowl Sunday, we took advantage of their Patio Bundle for 2 online special which is two Build Your Own 11" pizzas, two sodas, and two desserts for $26. Using the app to mobile order, Mel C. went to the store at the appointed time and our game day meal was ready to go. He loves their cauliflower crust (upcharge for this) and I had the original dough crust this time, but I also like their high-rise, thicker crust. I'm a fan of the unlimited toppings available and how their pizza actually seems like it's healthier than other pizza options, never greasy and always fresh ( I could be fooling myself that it's healthier, but they offer nutritional info so you can check yourself.) They have a rewards program so make sure you take advantage of it if you regularly order.
