Tucked inside the iconic Fontainebleau Hotel, the Bleau Bar is a vibrant mix of classic glamour and modern energy. The atmosphere is stylish but approachable, with a steady rhythm of music, soft lighting, and an inviting bar that draws people in. It is the kind of place where a great cocktail can easily become a lasting memory, especially if you are lucky enough to be served by Kyle. Kyle is the kind of bartender who intuitively knows how to make your night better. Whether you are in the mood for something classic or something you did not even know you were craving, he will ask the right questions and somehow get it exactly right. He has a calm, confident presence that makes the bar feel more like a conversation than a transaction. His ability to read the room and his guests is impressive. You do not feel rushed. You feel taken care of. I had a mojito he made. Simple, classic, but honestly one of the best drinks I had the entire trip. Perfectly balanced, crisp, and refreshing in a way that made it unforgettable. The drinks are always beautifully made, but it is Kyle’s instinct and attention that elevate the whole experience. He is talented, thoughtful, and genuinely tuned in to the people in front of him. It is rare to find someone who makes service feel this personal and effortless. I highly recommend this bar, not just for the drinks, but for the experience Kyle creates.

The ambiance of the Bleau bar is so divine. It’s sooo pretty and there’s plenty of seating. The drinks are so tasty too. Molly was certainly a kind and lovely server. Such a great place to stop by to have drinks before or after dinner. I also love that they bring out light snacks which included cashews and okra chips, both were great and nicely salted.

Was here in May 2025. This is the bar to hang right in the middle of the Fontainebleau Casino/Hotel. It is centrally located, spacious and large and open. Great gathering spot, and it will be busy and crowded. Drinks and staff are easy but also when busy challenging. Would recommend this to meet up people for those visiting a conference or hanging with a larger crowd. Definitely a place to see and likely be seen. Socially friendly. Seating is limited and when busy definitely tough. Drinks are priced accordingly (not cheap). You can also get cigars here and smoke them there as well. The open space makes it easy to light up a stogie but also not recommended if you don't like smoke. The chandelier work hanging off the ceiling is nice. Good decorations for sure. Check it out when here.

I stopped by here with friends and it’s a great bar to start your Vegas trip off. We ordered their fried okra, also bought a cigar and had their old fashion. The fried okra was great and complimented my very delicious old fashioned. The cigars they had were descent, priced high and it was not a full cigar selection. I still enjoyed the smoke and chill ambience. The servers were also excellent and attentive. I’d definitely come back here again, the vibe is very upscale but low key. I liked the feel and overall it was a great hotel bar.

Bleau Bar, nestled in the heart of the Fontainebleau Las Vegas, is the epitome of Sin City’s glitz and glamour. Open 24/7, this hotspot invites guests to “see and be seen” beneath a stunning chandelier composed of thousands of crystal bowties—a true Vegas spectacle. The Greyhound cocktail here is a standout. Crafted with premium vodka and freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, it’s both refreshing and potent—a perfect companion for a night of revelry. While the ambiance is undeniably chic, the service can be a bit hit-or-miss. One night we had phenomenal service and the next the bartenders were “slow and indifferent,” which is surprising given the bar’s upscale setting.

Since we were staying at the Fountainebleu, we wanted to explore as much of the restaurants and bars as possible. We live in Miami Beach and have been to the Bleau Bar in Miami Beach. The Vegas bar is very luxurious and elegant in comparison. Tje chandeliers are to die for. I'm not knocking the MB bar at all. It is beautiful in its own right. But the Vegas one is practically brand new. We had been playing in the casino and stopped by to have a drink before going back to the room. We had a Tito's and Soda with lime. Delicious. The bartender was very nice and friendly. It was a very good experience.

Google
Expect a long wait at this bar, as it’s the centerpiece of the hotel. When I came, they were out of the draft beer I wanted. The prices were high as usual for the area, so don’t expect any deals here.

"Here's to alcohol, the rose-colored glasses of life." ― F. Scott Fitzgerald Sitting pretty in the center of the gambling floor is the jaw-dropping Bleau Bar. Imagine The Cosmopolitan's Chandelier Bar but more Art Nouveau. High ceilings, lux decor, and a low cocktail table that you'll surely knee and get a bruise from. It's a good place for a drink or two. Pancakes & Dopamine ($21 - Bacardi 4-year rum, banana, lime, dark sugar, and cinnamon): The name of this cocktail lured me in. Ordered, consumed, and enjoyed. It's a great cocktail. Our waitress generously brought us some snacks of fried okra and cashews. Much appreciated and definitely noted! It's a great place. If you're staying at this $3B hotel, Fountainebleu, and you enjoy a nice drink, stop by Bleau Bar. You won't regret it.

Yelp
We saw that a new hotel opened up in Vegas and wanted to try it out. First of all, the hotel is beautiful. We wanted to try a few places inside the hotel and thought the Bleau Bar looked like a nice place to start. It's right in the center of the casino, slightly raised, giving a nice view of the floor. The service was friendly and the seating was comfortable.

Yelp
The Bleu Bar at the Fontainebleau offered anything but a smooth start to our evening. Despite its upscale Las Vegas location, the service fell far short of expectations. Service Stalemate: 15-Minute Frustration: Upon arrival on a Monday night, we were surprised to see the bar wasn't very crowded. Unfortunately, that didn't translate to attentive service. Despite the presence of several servers, we waited a frustrating 15 minutes with no acknowledgement or attempt to take our drink order. Missed Opportunity: The disappointment was even greater considering the Fontainebleau's reputation and the bar's inviting atmosphere. Taking Our Thirst Elsewhere: Forced Farewell: With no improvement in service in sight, we were left with no choice but to take our business elsewhere. It was a frustrating end to what could have been a pleasant evening. The inattentive service at Bleu Bar significantly tarnished the experience. I would not recommend this venue based on our encounter. A Note for Management: Hopefully, this review will serve as a prompt for the Bleu Bar to address their service issues. Prompt and attentive service is crucial, especially in a high-end establishment like the Fontainebleau.

Yelp
I absolutely loved the overall vibe in this elegant yet comfortable bar. A large gorgeous bar with plenty of seating, including seasoned bartenders crafting excellent drinks under the custom chandeliers. My favorite, an espresso martini served in a beautifully etched coupe with plenty of foam and a deep layered flavor- delish! Bleau bar offers several comfortable lounge seating option's. No walls = great views of the casino floor/walkways. My first experience with (freeze dried) okra served with cashews as your bar snack. Actually, takes like fried okra- I like it! Overall great experience with friendly service, can't wait to return.

Yelp
The Bleau Bar, is on the first floor and is the main lobby lounge at the Fountainebleau Las Vegas. It is perfectly positioned and cannot be missed with its stunning celiling decor and perfect lighting, that automatically lures you in, to spend time in their company. The environment is relaxing, the background music superb with comfortable seating types and a cozy atmosphere. There are good vibes all around. I ended up here to decompress after walking around this high end property and surveying its dining options. Upon seating, complimentary snacks are delivered and comprised of roasted cashews and air fried okra. While both were good, the latter was something new and refreshing. The menu though small, covers the main bases. A nice space to unwind. Service was excellent.

Yelp
Located in the center of Fontainebleau, this bar has beautiful gold-accented furniture and specialty cocktails. We got here earlier in the day and sat at the bar to get a drink before continuing on with our day. Our server was very nice and gave us recommendations. I got "The Stranger" a gin-based drink with ube and lemon with a perfect layer of egg white foam on top.

Yelp
I came here Saturday afternoon with a friend for the first time and was very impressed. Apparently, it was our server's second day on the job and she was very accommodating and excellent at recommending what was popular alternative choices after I requested a drink the the bartender couldn't make. (Unfortunately, I didn't get our server's name for this review, but she was a young Asian woman.) The service was a reminder of what outstanding customer service is and left a great impression afterwards. In terms of the drinks, the Coffee Martini was wonderfully flavored with a delicate light foam and 3 expresso beans for decoration. The Vanity Fair was also wonderfully refreshing, served with 2 slices of cucumber and a blueberry. The chandelier above the bar is absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere is relaxed. Note: cigars and wine are also available on the menu.

Yelp
No food here Just a gorgeous swanky bar in the middle of the casino. Met a friend here for a couple of cocktails and it's beautiful and lively. Had a sidecar that was amazing. Our hostess, Megan was sweet as pie, funny and a great chatter with us! We shared a lot of quick laughs! Looking forward to going back soon!

Yelp
I have been here twice now , the service is very solid, friendly bardenders, first here Shawn was helping me he seems really enjoy his job and care to ask the detail of your drink , I like that and that was the best dirty martini I have had, the second time @ 2 am Robbin was our bartender, very attentive as well. There is always an nice ambiance here since this is a center bar which is open all night. If you are the kind of perso who likes to be seen this is your place, its on the wide open, you can seat in the lounge or at the bar, its very open and very clean.

Yelp
The Vanity Fair cocktail was refreshing and not too sweet. Cocktails are a little pricey but that is to be expected at a nice hotel. The bar was packed all night so the service was kind of slow, but the location is convenient with it being right in the middle of the action at the casino. The chandelier above the bar was beautiful, I loved the attention to detail with the Fontainebleau logos!

Yelp
Parched in Sin City? Stop in for a drink or two at Bleau Bar, located inside the newest hotel on the north side, Fontainebleau! This fancy, upscale bar will have you feeling like royalty. From the moment you step inside, you'll marvel at the high ceilings, posh decor, and fine details that can not be missed. We walked right in after getting tatted down the street. There's comfortable seating around the bar, or you can sit at the bar, which we did. I can't remember the bartender's name, but he was cool and made polite conversation. I remember he said Fontainebleau's mission is to "beat the Wynn." I haven't made it to the Wynn yet, but from what I saw here, either they're neck and neck or Fontainebleau has Wynn beat by a hair! The drinks we ordered were excellent (Vanity Fair & Cash Bunny). Great flavor and just the right amount of alcohol. Sometimes drinks can be weak, but we were very satisfied. I've seen pics of the same drinks from other reviews, but they look different. Kinda weird, but maybe each bartender puts his/her own twist on them?! Idk.. It's Vegas pricing, so don't be shocked. Live a little, lol. Definitely will be stopping in again. Check it out if you haven't already!

Yelp
Beautiful new bar situated right in the middle of a beautiful new casino lobby. So glad I got to try this place before the place becomes busier and no longer shiny! Our server was Kyle. He was really nice and knowledgeable about the drinks on their menu. I had an espresso martini and it was absolutely Devine and served in a beautiful espresso martini glass. Prices were average for the strip - $18-$20 a glass. There were even some mocktails on their menu as well. I wish it was a little busier there. Hopefully their location at the far end of the strip won't deter people from checking this place out.

Yelp
Wow, can I just say, this is a STATEMENT BAR if I have ever seen one! It is located right in the center of the gambling floor and you frankly cannot miss it as it is right under the beautiful sea of chandeliers. The stunning vibe is there, bar seating as well as couches are available! Now for the drinks, they were good however, nothing extraordinary. They do have house drinks available. Service was great. All in all, such a good stunning bar!
google avatar

Yelp
Beautiful center bar in the casino with great speciality cocktails & wines/champagne by the glass. The only problem is there aren't any video poker machines at the bar. For a place that's open 24/7 there really needs to be some gaming. Out of the whole massive casino there is only 1 bar/restaurant/sportsbook with gambling. Someone needs to do some rethinking.
google avatar

Derrick G.

Yelp
This bar is located on the Fountain Bleau casino floor. The atmosphere is good, and the prices are reasonable for a high-end hotel and casino on the Las Vegas Strip. Our bartender (Eric), made a very strong drink, which made it worth the price.
google avatar

Manish B.

Yelp
Shiny new bar in a shiny new hotel. This is the main bar in the middle of the hotel surrounded by the casino. Bartenders were top notch made a great old fashion, Negroni and espresso martini. When did these espresso martinis come back in style? Of course the prices reflect high end hotel Las Vegas prices about $20 a drink which is pretty standard but at least they are not watered down swill. Great bar like the one in Miami sans the casino vibe.

Yelp
When you're on vocation almost everything is going well. In this bar we enjoy drinking cocktails and had a good time
google avatar

Yelp
Much nicer than the one in Miami Beach, for what it's worth. Beautiful place with stellar service. Great seating areas. The drinks were well made and you almost forget you're in the cavernous and soulless Fontainebleau Las Vegas. I'm certain we'll be back.
google avatar

Yelp
Located at the new Fountain Bleu hotel. My group tried to get some cocktails around 7pm on a Saturday night. The place was about 70% full. As soon as we walked in I noticed the occupied tables had no drinks. There were more than enough staffs but customers didn't have their drinks. You could sense customers weren't happy. So after waiting a good amount of time we decided to leave. Be prepared to wait.

Yelp
Casino Center bar with curated cocktail menu and the best snacks (dried okra) ! Energy is always pumped here.

Yelp
Stopped by and had a few dirty martini's.. drinks were made perfectly, just the way the RatPack would've liked them. Make sure and ask for the snacks, cashews and dehydrated okra.. very good ! Service was great! Atmosphere great..!

Yelp
Ambiance at Bleu Bar is top tier!! It's a beautiful bar here. But drinks take forever to come out!!
google avatar

Yelp
Great place to people watch and grab a cocktail since it's located right in the middle of the casino. Drinks are strong and pricey but ambience and that chandelier is what it's all about

Yelp
Nice bar and great service. Ladies are nice and the bar is really cool in the middle of the casino.

Yelp
a beautiful place to hangout with yummy drinks! hubs and i wandered our way to the bleau bar for a few drinks prior to lunch and our server krysta was really welcoming and attentive. drinks run about ~20 per, standard. beautiful setting with cascading chandelier and nice and mellow during the day. i can imagine it being pretty crowded in the evening.

Yelp
The lead mixologist is so talented! We had a fun evening in at the bar with delicious cocktails and sweet and savory snacks including freeze dried okra! The service was fast and attentive to all guests around us. The decor is breathtaking- look up to see the signature symbol chandelier above!
google avatar

Yelp
We waited 1/2 hour for our drinks...2 of us! Then we asked for the check when we were ready... took 20 minutes! Joke...
google avatar

Yelp
This bar is the centerpiece in the middle of the casino floor in the Fontainebleau and it's easy to see why. The glass chandelier is visible as soon as you walk in and it kind of draws you in. It's beautiful and I really like the elegant vibe. Service was decent, it wasn't super fast, but it was perfectly acceptable. They have a huge list of cocktails, wines, and spirits, from all over the world. Whatever you want, you'll find it here, I'm pretty sure. Whether you are in to wine, champagne, cocktails, whisky, whiskey, bourbon, rye, tequila, mezcal, rum, gin, vodka, brandy, cognac... Cheers!

Yelp
When you first see Bleau Bar it's impressive. The giant chandelier is an eye catcher, and they were definitely going for the Chandelier Bar "wow" factor from Cosmo. The drinks are expensive for what they are though. I thought they were just okay. Fontainebleau is the new casino/hotel that supposedly isn't doing as well as they hoped since opening. For me (and this is just a personal opinion), the whole thing kind of has a "mall" feel to it. It's impressive, but kind of cold and without a theme. This is how I felt about the Bleau Bar. It's impressive at first but the spectacle of it all kind of wears off quickly, and it just becomes another very overpriced bar in the middle of a casino. I will say, the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was prime Friday night hours and we had no issue getting seats for our party of 9 (which probably isn't a great thing considering it just opened). Still, I'm glad I went. I probably wouldn't go back and have a drink but seeing the bar and the chandelier was worth it.

YoonHee C.

Yelp
This luxurious bar is in the middle of the casino and has lots of comfortable lounging chairs! Our bartender Riley was very friendly, attentive, and fast. I ordered the Shiso Crazy cocktail and it was the best cocktail I've EVER had, hands down. It's a must try and even comes with a real four leaf clover!

Jeff T.

Yelp
This is one of the better hotel central lobby bars I've visited. Despite being busy every night, I was always greeted promptly and given friendly and efficient service. Molly served me on my first night at the hotel and remembered me and my drink of choice throughout my stay whenever she saw me.
google avatar

Bridgette S.

Yelp
Drink menu is odd for what's supposed to be a center bar. Finally decided on a drink that came in a short glass with a block ice cube. Even though it was tasty, it was extremely overpriced for how much we got. But that's the Strip for you, right? We found two seats at the bar and the bartender wasn't overly friendly but not rude either. Just not really impressed with the place. It's pretty bright and a bit too open for my liking. Also wish they had at least some nuts or something to snack on while we spend $40 for two drinks.

Robertson R.

Yelp
I have been waiting for an hour for a shot! This place is not even full at all the service here is slow!
google avatar

Julia D.

Yelp
ask for John, Rick, Reggie or Edwin -- they're the best. no questions asked -- just do it. thank me later.

Javier R.

Yelp
The drinks were okay, you might have to wait a little for your drink. This is. Ore of a bar to pregame rather sit and lounge.

Vinka Azaria B.

Yelp
Service is really bad and slow. We were seated and after 20 minutes we were asked to move because there's a bigger party that needs our seat. Upon to moving the managed told us that he was going to comped out first round of drinks, however The manager never communicated to the server and we had to have the server to comped out drinks. When asking for the check we had to wait for about 25 minutes, we asked another manager for the check however he responded with "did your server let you know that it's going to take a while to make a drink" we were waiting for a check not getting a drink. Very disappointed in the service that we got.

Sebastian M.

Yelp
Unique cocktails, upscale ambiance and great service. Kelly took the time to check in with us making sure everything was perfect and gave a great overview of what else to check out on property. We will definitely be coming back.

Janell B.

Yelp
Great job on the atheistic. Bar was 2/3 empt, but they made you wait. Can appreciate the marketing tactics but after waiting 20 min for a server to take our order...Basic cocktail menu. The genesis sounded, like a beginning. That's my overall review. Bleau Bar is the start to a good time, there's more out there.
