Let's start with the phone call......
It had been a long day at work. I had to sit through 205 traffic at 5pm on a Wednesday. My wife called to see if I would like to try Bless Your Heart Burgers that evening. I agreed and asked her to phone ahead so I could pick it up on my way to the house. She called the number she had found on the line. The person who answered said that they were understaffed and could not take a phone order,.
Let's recap.... so understaffed you can't take a phone order, BUT, you can answer the phone to tell me you can't take a phone order?????? Literally it took the same amount of time to tell her he could not take an order as it would to take the damn order of two burgers and one fry!!!
Sooooo... like a good patron I walked my tired ass into your establishment. I was sure I would see a packed house with orders lined up on the counter waiting to be taken to tables all over the house, people running amuck, I was sure the line would be LITERALLY out the door. I was sure I was going to wait in line for 15 minutes just to be told " all the food is gone, we have sold out tonight, damn we are busy!"
NOPE!!! Walked right into the young lady and ordered right away. She was so busy that she spent most of her time after i ordered hanging and talking with her friend at one of the tables!!
There were three whole people eating at the tables! Damn, you all were so,so busy that you did not have time to take our order......SMH!
The food was ok, fries a bit undercooked. Burger, was ok, but I could find better elsewhere. I would say I would return if the customer service would have been on par, but the is not the case.
I feel the person who answered the phone was just plain ass lazy. Your business will fail eventually if your business model is , " I will make time for you, if I have time to make time for you" . This is a horrible way to run a business.
Yes, this is just my two cents, but, your crew should step up their game!
