"Family-owned and operated, Blick has been serving the creative community since 1911. Initially, owners Mr. and Mrs. Dick Blick had their “warehouse” located in their kitchen and their "shipping department" at the local post office. Their first product was a lettering pen, which quickly became a bestseller. Blick Art Supplies is now the largest discounter of art materials nationwide. They bring a wide selection of materials, promotions, and competitive prices, as well as hundreds of lesson plans for teachers and product videos for artists. Their shop on Peachtree Street is a go-to spot for local creatives." - Son&Sons

The staff is always SUPER KIND AND HELPFUL! They often are artists themselves and therefore have extensive knowledge of the materials and supplies they offer. I work for a local county and our orders are often pretty large. They are always professional and patient and make you well aware that your business is appreciated. They help us to create art and change lives!! We decorated shoes using Angelus Leather Paint from Blick. We also paint with oils and acrylics.

Google
While the convenience of shopping online is great, when shopping for art supplies I've always found it easier and more fun to see what I need and find new things doing it in person. Great variety of supplies and good selection of canvases and smaller panels. The management & staff has always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Would give 5 stars but for the relative difficulty/inconvenience in parking.

Google
This store has everything! Blick Art in downtown Atlanta is an artist's paradise! From canvases to brushes, they have everything an artist could dream of. The store's layout is spacious and inviting, making it a pleasure to browse the extensive selection. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to offer helpful advice. What's more, the sales are fantastic, making it possible to stock up on high-quality supplies without breaking the bank. Whether you're a professional artist or just starting out, Blick Art is the go-to destination for all your artistic needs.

Jackie and Declan were super polite and friendly! I called in with a few questions and they were very knowledgeable with helping me along the way. GREAT THANKS 🤍🤍🤍

Google
Great place with tons of variety. Kind and helpful employees. Happy customer :)

Google
I’ve been shopping here since I was in college, when it was called Utrecht. Now that I’m a working professional I still go here. This is the best place for painters and illustrators to find a variety of materials at great values without shopping online. They get a lot of high demand products that are hard to find. They let you test a lot of the pens and the staff is superb!!!

Google
The parking situation isn’t ideal, however Blick is worth it. Great selection, and staff are all incredibly helpful and will try to assist to matter how crazy your idea without judgement! Maybe I’ll live here one day, but for now I’ll just give my business.

Google
Dope place to get art supplies. GF & I decided to do a home Sip & Paint date and we found everything we were looking for thanks to the amazingly helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back again

Yelp
These guys have everything! I am just now getting into art and honestly this is my go to place for anything art related.

Tony R.

Yelp
The Blick brand acrylic paints located at the front of the store are marked one price and once you ring them up they show a different price. The clerk refused to honor the advertised price. Not a good customer experience. Not happy.

Kacie L.

Yelp
quality products at great prices! i bought a variety of items for my son and i to do together. everything from solar system kits, art crafts, to Harry Potter 3d puzzles! Customer service was very helpful when trying to locate my order during shipping as well. some of the items i ordered were on backorder and still got here before anticipated! 110% will order again and recommend!

Yelp
Incredible customer service. I'm a first year art student, so I frequent here often. I'm new to art stores that aren't Hobby Lobby and Michael's, so I don't know the layout yet. Every time I've been to Blick I've needed help finding multiple items, and each time someone has assisted me immediately and efficiently. I'll come in with a list of 30 items and be out in 15 minutes. I went today, and Jaki was especially helpful. She checked high, low, in the back and online for a single pencil that my school bookstore probably has. If you ever need art materials, Blick is the move!

Yelp
I had been searching for Bob Ross liquid coat paint with no luck. That is, until I found Black Art Materials. I rushed over to the store and found what I needed. In addition, I was helped throughout the store by a young man who assisted me with finding everything I needed. He held everything for me as we walked around the store for twenty minutes searching for other items. Then, a lovely young lady carried my things that were too heavy for me to my car. It was a most pleasurable experience!

Yelp
I teach full time, on average I teach 4 courses a semester and 1 summer course in Printmaking. I have been teaching for 15 years. I have always sent my students to Blick on Peachtree street out of convenience. Though, since Declan has been the Manager, I have become very dependent on the store to help my students not only purchase the correct materials but to also keep costs down for them. I used to use Binders as well, but over the years Binders has carried less and less printmaking materials and the expensive Printmaking paper is double the cost at Binders than it is at Blick. During the past 18 months of COVID I have had to teach very difficult printmaking processes on-line, moving completely away from the traditional oil based products that need lab accommodations for students to stay safe. I switched over to printmaking inks that are non-toxic, water-based inks. The Akua inks come in starter kits, which I needed every student to have. At the start of COVID there was a run on these kits all over the country, they became very hard to get, since , every printmaking course was trying to do the same thing. Declan called around the entire country to suppliers and stores and made sure that all my 300 students over the past 18 months had access to all the materials and tools they needed to work at home. I could not have continued to teach these processes with out these materials over COVID times! Declan made this very difficult time and transition possible. I could not have done this with out Declan! My students could not have done the projects with out Declan's help either. Most of my students stayed with their families, out of town, over the past 18 months and were not near the Blick store to pick up their kits. Declan and staff packaged every kit up individually, a material list of over 20 items and mailed it to the student's homes, for an extra $5 fee! Unbelievable customer service! They also went over every kit individually with each student to insure they had everything they needed and not more then they needed to save them money! Declan should receive a giant award for how much help, organization and communication was given during these difficult times! I'm am eternally grateful for the excellent service, it enabled me to continue to teach and for the students to continue their learning! I'm super proud of all the great work we have all done together. Thank you Declan & Blick Peachtree St. Atlanta Store Staff! You are my heros!

Yelp
I've been to this location numerous times recently making a purchase each time I entered. My last visit was a little unsavory. I didn't appreciate how the employee insisted to take items out of my basket suggesting they'll be at the register. Also you would think I was in Fort Knox the way I was guarded looking for my supplies. Not cool at all. I also thought maybe I'm tripping and this is regular protocol so I stood outside for 15 minutes to see if anybody else was trailed around the stores having their items took from their basket and I saw no such thing

Yelp
I accidentally discovered BLICK Art Materials while eating pizza at Vinny across the street. The moment I stepped inside I immediately fell in love. The staff ate super friendly and always greet you when you walk in. While browsing their large sections of stationary, the staff frequently ask me if I need help, but they were never being pushy. I usually come here for pen, calligraphy and bullet journal supplies. I don't know much about painting but I saw the staff helped out several other artist choosing supplies. They seem very knowledgeable about their products. Like other reviews , I do agree the price is slightly higher here than Amazon. However with such a great customer service and all the help you can get from the staff here, I think it worth it.

Karen B.

Yelp
Clean store and fairly well stocked with good variety of quality supplies. Unfriendly and unwelcoming. Management needs to work on employees' "customer service" skills because these people have no business working in customer service. 1) a smile and a friendly "hello", "welcome" or other such greeting as customers enter the store 2) make polite requests of customers rather than ordering them what to do 3) make eye contact with customers when speaking to them and taking their money

Tamira M.

Yelp
Thanks to Zerrick & Josh for their great & helpful customer servce! I'm returning to my love of art & the first step was to buy art supplies. Blick was indeed the spot to go & the 10% teacher discount is a plus. They no longer have the complimentary parking lot. I found street parking at a meter. I'll be back for sure!

Nick W.

Yelp
Kelly helped me today and within seconds I found what I was looking for. This store has parking on the side but you need to bring quarters or have someone in the car waiting for you like me. Recommend Marta or just walking. A lot of deals going on for September I will be back

Jasmine J.

Yelp
LOVE BLICK! If artistry is your profession or study then you'll be here often. Going to an art store often you need the team to know exactly where things, exactly what you are talking about, and other materials to recommend. Most of their staff knowledgeable making shopping here pretty smooth. Obviously between here and Sam Flax, its basically what Blick does not have Sam will and vice versa. I love them both, and Blick may be more on the art material side Sam Flax has a bit more crafty supplies.

Yelp
Blick! This Utrecht store used to be the go to when I first came out to Atlanta, then a certain other art store took up a prime location next to a certain art school in Midtown. Sadly, Blick fell off the map. I was in the area and we stopped by, surprised it was still open to which I'm happy to see, since their selection varies from the competitors in the area. Things I really can't find at those stores, I find here. Obviously, they do have a lot of what their competitors carry, but the few rare gems makes this store a worthwhile stop, now if only they carried the white Signo Uniball pen I use so religiously (they have gold and silver and I have yet to find a Signo at any store in Atlanta, for now.) Staff has always been very helpful and I've had no problems with them so far. I will note parking is across the street from the store in a lot that looks like you have to pay for. It is indeed free to Blick customers and will have signs for you. I think they also do keep watch to see if you walk into another store though. Also, sometimes, people will dress up as attendants and ask for money for the parking fee... chances are these people aren't really part of a company. There are actual pay stations. Regardless, if you are a patron of this Blick, you do not have to pay for parking. Blick has a slightly different selection and in general is a great choice for art supplies in the Midtown area.

Tawny W.

Yelp
Great store, usually stocked with supplies. Great deal on prisma color pencils, and super helpful staff.

Paul K.

Yelp
Prices are a bit higher than what you can get on Amazon. But if you can't wait and need something that no other office store or big box store has, then it's great to know that there's a place you can stop by to get it locally. I'm not really into calligraphy, but I do enjoy how a fountain pen writes. Sadly this location really doesn't sell any of the Japanese Pilot fountain pen stuff. As stated earlier, the other brand stuff they sell is a bit higher. But I do enjoy the quality of their own brand of art supplies such as the paper products. I've always been greeted, and usually have been asked if I need any assistance. While also just being able to peruse the aisles if I was just window shopping without being pressured to buy something.

Amy C.

Yelp
I love Blick and each time I go there and I find it neat and mostly stocked. There are few areas that ran out of items. The staff is very helpful. What I loved about Blick especially during Black Friday, they gave out freebies, and I am VERY impressed with these items! I only wish that Blick can stock more interesting items, rare items, and hard to find items. Blick in Midtown is pleasure to shop, and parking is harder to find. Sometimes I had to rush to buy things because of parking meter. I would go Blick in Roswell, but it is quite far away. Oh, Blick is so good providing reasonable discounts too!

Alexandria M.

Yelp
This is the best place to get art supplies in my opinion. They have cloth canvases which can be hard to find and they have great deals! Anything that I have a hard time finding they usually have for a good price.

Scott K.

Yelp
...a little here.... ... a little there... *SpLaT!* Mmm... no... not quite yet.... lets see... *glob*... Yes, yes... it's all coming together now... this review is almost done... Utrecht is the artists g-spot! So! I said that! I'm an artist man! (snaps fingers)... I can say anything I want to! "Flowerhat butter bus!" See!

Kathleen M.

Yelp
I'm enrolling in art school tomorrow. There's just something about wandering the aisles of a good art supply store that makes me feel at home. The smell of paint, the neatly shelved papers, running my fingers along the soft brushes, the rainbow of pens... I love it all. Utrecht is smaller than some of the other stores I've seen around town, but they've got an incredible location and everything is well laid out. Be warned that this isn't the spot to find most crafty DIY supplies like specialty papers or scrapbooking supplies, but instead "real" art supplies like paints, pastels, canvas, and the like. The staff is friendly and helpful but also perfectly content to let you stand and ogle their wares as you live in your own little "I am the next Van Gogh" world.

Vincent V.

Yelp
I inadvertently spent money here on art supplies I didn't know I wanted. But it was the result of good salesmanship, so I'm not complaining. My wife and I were looking for some picture corners for a photo album. The woman at the register was very polite when she told us that she didn't stock what we wanted, and then she offered to show us how to make our own photo corners and save some money. We were so grateful that we ended up staying and shopping around the store, buying lots of stuff that was unrelated to the reason for our trip in the first place. The selection of canvases was pretty good, with varying levels of quality and price. Parking is difficult (there are three spots in a pay lot across the street reserved for Utrecht customers), but it's really not difficult to park on Piedmont at 7th and walk the two blocks to the store. Besides, you could use the exercise.

Timothy M.

Yelp
This is an awesome store. Great range of wares and one of the friendliest groups of people I've seen. They seem to really want to make the neighborhood a great place.

Falicia G.

Yelp
I call my self a pseudo artist. I love to paint, and make pottery! (http://www.yelp.com/biz/mudfire-decatur) So, when I used to live in Midtown, I'd walk over to Utrecht for art supplies. They have pretty much everything you'd need for painting, sketching, and drawing. The prices are a little high but, I think they add a few cents for location and convenience. It's right on Peachtree. All in all, a nice art supply store. I recommend getting an Art's Smart card so you can get their discounts and coupons.

Helena W.

Yelp
Im not a professional artist, I just paint for my own enjoyment. When Im working on a piece I will visit this store once a week, if not more. The staff is always helpful!! Im not in art school and at first it was a little intimidating going in there amongst people who create for a living. I was worried about nothing!! They never scoff at my questions and genuinely seem eager to share their trials and tips to get the overall results Im looking for in my work. If Im looking for blending techniques, paint brands or cutting mediums I can depend on the insight of the artists on staff. I only shop at this store so I cant really compare it to other but the paint doesnt come cheap(I work in oils) but again, Ive learned of ways to make my paint last longer. They have sales often but at different times. When the have their brushes on sale I will stock up on or replace brushes and the canvas sale is a saving grace!! Each piece gets better and better! Its exciting to see my talent grow and a lot of it is due the the helpfulness of the staff the the quality of the products.

Yelp
I may not be the next Picasso, but this place definitely makes me feel like I am! It is for sure difficult not to buy something from this art supplies store, even if you are just browsing. If you are into painting, sketching, drawing, sculpting, walking through this store will make you salivate worse than Pavlov's salivating dog! The prices are 'so-so', but for some reason, the more pricey the art supplies that I'm buying, the more of a skilled artist I am (maybe I'm just fooling myself, who knows). The parking situation is kinda special though. No, I don't mean extraordinary, or exceptional; More like peculiar, and awkward, more like the kid in school who used to eat toilet paper and smelled like warm bologna sandwiches. Oh yeah, the clerks here are slower than a jar of molasses on a January day- in Iceland! If you are able to over look the parking, and slow, stagnant customer service this place is a-ok. Go check it out, you'll definitely get inspired from the vast selections!

Monet F.

Yelp
I normally really like this place. The folks who work there are friendly but not pushy. But I recently had a sour experience. I purchased a canvas and when I got it home and took the plastic off, I realized it was damaged--it had dents and ripples in it. When I took it back in, the manager hemmed and hawed about returning it. They told me over and over again that they don't normally take items back that have been unwrapped. I said "yes, but you can't see the damage until you take the packaging off." The manager responded by pointing to a printed statement about their return policy. Repeated a couple more times that they don't normally do this. Never any eye contact, never a smile, never a "sorry about the damaged item". I guess the management isn't as friendly as the staff. Good thing there is a Binders nearby now, which a much bigger selection.

Robin W.

Yelp
Very helpful staff. Decent selection. Found some cool technical pens. This was once Utrecht.

Mallory C.

Yelp
This is a store for people looking for serious art supplies. If you're looking to get crafty one Saturday afternoon or DIY-ing something for a wedding, this is probability not the store for you. I'm taking an art class and was given a long and terrifying list by the instructor. Being an art novice, I looked up the closest art store and this was it add in the free parking in the lot across the street and I figured this would be my go-to art store. Wellll it's not. Service can be hit or miss. Sometimes you get the helpful workers who take the time to answer questions, show you around the store, and patiently explain the differences in the materials. Other times you get the self-important artiest, who works retail to pay the bills whilst at night he toils away at his art, creating mindbogglingly provocative pieces that will one day hang in a small underground gallery to be appreciated by people who really understand art aka not you. BLINK. Also the cost is high. As a newbie, I just wanted to get my supplies and get started. Once I got comfortable and needed new items, I did research and price comparison. Let's just say you end up paying for that free parking afterall. The location is great, and I'm sure I'll be back simply because it's easy to get too and sometimes I'm lazy. However, I know I'll be paying out the wazoo for my supplies and iffy service.

Kevin L.

Yelp
They were bought out by Blick, so they no longer accept Utrecht coupons. The staff is always super helpful and they know exactly where to find everything. Be wary that since this is a "college" location, many items may be sold out at the beginning of each semester. On the bright side, sign up for their mailing list and they'll email you coupons for up to 40% off. This location has a decent selection of art goods, but their stock always remains fairly low. There are few free parking spots (definitely) across the street (I think).

Frances W.

Yelp
Utrecht isn't filled with cinnamon scented pine cones, foam turkey cutouts, or pipe cleaners galore, instead they carry high quality, real art supplies for real artists (not that I'm saying I'm a real artist or anything). I can always count of Utrecht to have what I need when my local art stores fail me. "Oh it's mid July and you won't have a single sketch book till the end of August...well fine I will go to Utrecht" I am not above going here over a local business. I do my best to help the lil guys, but hey girl needs her single indigo Van Gogh oil pastel when she says so, and I'm not going to ignore my needs. Utrecht really comes through for me I need a single color of something and don't want to buy a whole new set. Utrecht is moderately priced, and always stocked with what I need. Yes, it's a bit of a trip for me, but when I know that I don't have time to shop all over Atlanta for one thing, I go here. I bought a large, beautiful red, hard bound sketch book for $9, and I was very pleased. Oh and if you are a 16 year old 5 foot 1 high school art student that doesn't want to feel like she is out of her league when she walks in a professional art store, this is the place for you. Staff is always kind and supporting. Thank you Utrecht.

Charlie P.

Yelp
I was passing through Atlanta today and stopped by to pick up a few new paint brushes. They had a nice selection of fibers and all of your standard sizes and types. The the employee I met when walking in the door was very helpful. He was an oil painter himself and offered recommendations based on what he had used and what I needed my brushes for. We brought our dog in and they had a treat for her. I also hax my children who were a little rambunctious after a long drive and they still very nice, which I really appreciated. Their rewards program is free and I saved anout 30% using it. It was a great stop.

Tristen P.

Yelp
I enjoy going to this particular location, but I'm sure all of the store are just as wonderful. I always find myself impressed with the friendliness, expertise, and helpfulness of the staff. That is especially nice. The staff is constantly giving pointers, recommendations, and advice. They truly make it worth the trek (I don't live in the area). They have a great selection of everything, and one look around will show you this is THE artist's store. Awesome place! I could roam around in there for hours (o:

Julie M.

Yelp
We will killing some time in ATL waiting to go eat some grub so we decided to poke around here for a while. It is a great spot and has a wide selection of supplies for all types of media. We bought a few items and the staff was very helpful explaining all of the benefits of the products we bought. Great place.

James A.

Yelp
These guys are the best. If you're an artist and in need of the basics or even the not-so basics, this is the place. As a long time patron of Utrecht's around the US, I enjoy their consistency and the ease of ordering special items to purchase in store. Anyone I've dealt with has always been pleasant and down to earth ,with the exception of the new manager ( i think her name is Ilene or Diane or whatever) who is overly bossy and honestly, down right rude - I made an exchange and was practically interrogated as to why I simply didn't want the product I had purchased and even then was treated with suspicion, like I had replaced the Acrylic with colored glue and this was apparently my "scheme" to get rich quick off returning 7.00 bottles of ink... ... Anyway - off point - everyone (but her) is amazing and friendly and always says hello both in and out of the store and they show sincere interest in my work and I really enjoy talking shop with each and every one of them. AND...and...they're printmaking paper selection is fantastic, well protected (not like other places where they basically keep it in one of those tiered holders that INVITES people to ruin+crease the pieces) and if they don't have it they'll order it for you with no obligation to buy the entire thing! Also, their Art Smart program kicks back some great discounts if you frequent the place often. ...And to that Sally girl who didn't know the difference btwn acrylic and oil...I don't think anyone could have helped you there. not deserving of a single star. Try asking for assistance, I promise it works. ONE MORE THING! If you're driving, there's a private lot across the street with 6 spots specifically reserved for Utrecht, there are signs posted in front of them and it's free as long as you go directly to Utrecht....otherwise you'll be paying to get a boot off your car. ...and I'll end with this: To the dozens upon dozens of people I see walk in here asking for unfinished ceramic figures or styrofoam balls to complete that snowman holiday decoration you started (and should have left) in 1988, this IS NOT A CRAFT STORE. You don't have to be rude to the staff because you're an idiot and made the mistake. alright, i'm seriously done now.

Elizabeth S.

Yelp
Utrecht isn't the greatest art supply store in Atlanta, but it suffices if you happen to be in the area. It's a bit pricier than Pearl and Binders, but it's more conveniently located for Midtown. Parking can be a pain here, but you can usually find an off-street spot somewhere a few blocks away. The selection is more limited than some of the other art suppliers, but it is a cute little store, and the location makes you feel like you're in the city instead of a wannabe suburban strip mall in Buckhead.

Jysvmuvb H.

Yelp
Utrecht is a great art supplies store that offers a lot of great quality stuff at fair prices. They have essentially any type of art supply you might need and I've bought a pretty wide range of different items and mediums. They have a lot of their own Utrecht brand items, which I have really come to like and trust, as well as others. The employees have always been very nice and helpful if I had questions. As a word of advice their acrylic and oil paints are ratted on a 4 point scale where 4 is the highest quality and most expensive. The lower quality ones aren't nearly as good so it's usually worth a few extra dollars to get the nicer ones, the only exception might be that low quality white and black are still decent.

Dubbs D.

Yelp
Well Im an artist, so far everytime Ive gona in the employees are too busy being in the back or in their own world to see if I need help. As a result I purchased two large tubes of acyurlic instead of oil paint, used a little bit of it and realized it was the wrong paint. I wanted to exchange it today with the oil and they wouldnt let me. I feel that they have bad customer service for if their employees were attentive to their customers in the first place this wouldnt have happened. The least they could have done is exchange it so thay they can have a repeat customer. Not happy at all and the products are over priced.

Kate T.

Yelp
Amazing art supply store!! I went here after my Starbucks run and I heard about this art supply store from some friends that went to SCAD. It has everything an artsy person would want paint, canvases, brushes, etc. The people there are very nice and helpful. They have a discount for art students and teachers but for those who just do it as a hobby like me, they have a discount card program "ArtSmart Card" that I believe works about the same. I bought some Prismacolor markers, awesome markers! I will return, I wish it was closer though.

Lansing C.

Yelp
Parking is pretty bad here. My brother recommended me this place years ago and I felt like I was walking into a dreamland of art supplies when I first went. I think it's a really good store for students who attend SCAD and AI because of its location, but it's a bit out of the way for me. First time I went in I purchased $200+ worth of Copic Sketch markers and the folks were pretty nice (obviously). I somehow get the feeling that a lot of people who go there tend to look and not buy though so the guy was a bit pushy and eager to introduce me to their selection. I would say the selection is about as good as your typical art store - nothing extraordinary, but worth the trip if you're looking to buy some good quality supplies. I think their prices were generally decent and fair. I haven't been back in a while.

Stephanie N.

Yelp
Great art supply store located in Midtown that has all an artist needs. All kinds of paints, canvas, prisma colors, clay, etc. Prices are decent, but not cheap. Of course, you are getting some pretty good quality items as well - so keep that in mind.

Kathleen O.

Yelp
The staff are friendly and don't hover. They have a great discount program and offer a neighbor discount if you work in the area. I can find almost everything I need for my craft projects right in my own neighborhood. Utrecht seems like it would be a pretentious place to shop but I found it to be just the opposite.

Jessie W.

Yelp
Had a fantastic first experience today at Blick. Everyone working was super helpful and available to answer questions, and I was very impressed with the store itself!!!

JF B.

Yelp
All I have to say is that Chase is pretty awesome about getting things you need. I found Williamsburg when I was in Boston and had no desire of going back to cheap paint. Anyways, she totally ordered it and set up a display in the store. I've never been to an art store that was so cool about something like that. By the way, Utrecht has 3 or 4 reserved spots across the street. I've never had a problem with parking.

J C.

Yelp
I love this place! The workers are really friendly, some know more than others- but the workers who don't know as much will also find out for you. Yes, some items can be more expensive, but overall it is a convenient location and the workers have been very helpful to me in the past. As a helpful suggestion to Utrecht - ask what the local art students need and stock up on them, this could be a good one one stop sh

Larissa C.

Yelp
this place is great... i was asked several times if i could use help finding items, which i could. i'll be back when i'm ready to explore with creativity again.

Yelp
I recently wanted to try out color pastel and this store was just a hop away from work so I stopped by on the way home to check it out since I was too impatient to wait for online orders to arrive. Selection was alright. Maybe it's good for other mediums, I don't know, but it was kind of limited for pastel (which was so small it shared an aisle with watercolor pencils and charcoal). Price was pricier than online, but still fair enough. Staff was friendly. Might come by again but only to get cheap single items like a kneaded eraser that would be too much of a hassle to ship when bought by itself online.

Yelp
Utrecht is fine if you have to pick something up- they have enough of the basics, But it barely passes for an art supply store. Remember when Utrecht used to have rolls of canvas and paper suspended from he ceiling, and you could request certain yardage ..... remember when they had tables to wrap your large paper purchases, and the staff knew how to do it? This doesn't resemble a real great art supply store much, but I am happy to have it in midtown when I need to pick up some paper or an oil color so, thanks Utrecht.
