"We are spoiled in this city...especially when it comes to food, booze, and the general pursuit of things that make us feel good. In a place where pretty much anything you can think of is no further than a cab ride away, it’s easy to become jaded and complain about the few things you can’t get. We have our own list of luxuries that we feel deprived of, and it includes, but is not limited to the following: good Mexican food, streets that don’t smell like pee, and true beer bars that know their sh*t. Now that we’ve been to Blind Tiger, we will retract that last part. I grew up in Colorado, and went to college in Fort Collins, which is place that several very successful breweries call home. Needless to say, I became accustomed to drinking in bars with incredible beer selections. What I also became accustomed to, was eating some kind of terrible chicken ranch sandwich for dinner in these places, because that’s what you get in Fort Collins (ranch dressing is a religion in this part of the country). What we have found at Blind Tiger is a New York City bar that actually has an extensive microwbrew selection AND excellent food. Unfortunately, we’re not the only ones that know it. The place gets very crowded at times, but weekend afternoons are perfect, as are late nights when you need a good beer and a grilled cheese. The wings and sandwiches are also excellent, and it’s a great place to mix it up and meet people. Be warned though - the bar staff know their beer, but they’re not very friendly. We’ll let it slide...but only because there are Colorado brews on the tap every once in a while. Food Rundown Hot Wings We have been pretty vocal about our distaste for most wings that we come across in this town. Blind Tiger’s wings are actually pretty great. Tangy, peppery, and of decent size, we’ll come back just to eat them. Old School Grilled Cheese A really great classic grilled cheese. You can even get a bowl of tomato soup with it, just like what I used to have every day after school when l when I was six. Yes, including the beers Classic BLT A killer BLT on white toast. We highly recommend this as it’s a prime beer absorbing agent. Bloody Beast Sandwich Great name, great sandwich. This is a fist sized roast beef sandwich with cheese, served with a sauce on the side that they call “bloody mary” sauce. I think it’s just a bowl of bloody mary mix, but I am also totally cool with that. Probably because I carry tiny bottles of vodka with me at all times. Order this. Banh Mi Mini We’re growing a little tired of the banh mi thing that took over the city last year, but this one is a good snack sized sandwich. But it’s not quite the traditional bahn mi. This one comes on a round crusty roll and has a mango slaw rather than the usual fixins." - Chris Stang

The food here is always amazing. Our last visit entailed trying the Korean Cauliflower Po'Boy, the Roasted Beet Burger, the Black Bean Burger, and the Oreo Brownie. Everything was delicious and we were pleasantly surprised to learn that the Oreo brownie was made with black beans. This was awesome to learn as we loved it and now felt less guilty about the splurge from an overindulgence standpoint.

There are so many vegan options on the menu here, we couldn’t decide what to get! We loved the beyond chicken tenders and the Thai chili fries, they were both seasoned perfectly and the ranch dip is excellent! The samosas weren’t our favorite unfortunately. We came here again for dinner and really enjoyed our mocktails: mandarin orange mojito and the strawberry lemonade. We ordered the cauliflower ‘po boy with fried brussel sprouts and also the all plant jackfruit Carolina. Both delicious and filling for me. We also shared the plant based Oreo brownie and omg yum! I couldn’t tell that it was vegan AND it was warmed up which is absolutely amazing. Great service and would definitely go again. Thanks for having plenty of vegan choices!

We started with chips and queso. The queso is cheddar based with some salsa on the side. Chips were fresh and fried in house. Deciding on what to get was the hardest task on the menu. Decision was to go with the (2) Crispy Chimichuri Chicken Tacos & (1) Beer Battered Cod. The Chicken tacos were really good! They are done on flour tortillas toasted to perfection, great chimchuri sauce. The cod tacos weren’t as well done. We did their famous brussel sprouts were so well done they had a burnt taste and just fell apart. My wife got the Pig Melt. This one was not that great. The pork was so saturated with a bland bbq sauce. Felt like the pork had been in a crockpot all day. Bun was toasted nice and stayed together but the bun abs the red onion were the highlights on this sandwich. I was so wishing this would have hit the mark with as cool as the vibe and staff were.

Fun place in Old Town Fort Collins. They have 20 beers on tap, mostly local, bbq chicken sandwich was good. Service and atmosphere was exceptional! Give this place a shot.

Absolutely loved this place! Servers (Britney + Jackson) were incredible!! My friend got the Pig Melt sandwich and said it was the best sandwich she’s ever had. After a bite myself, she was sooo right. Also cheapest mimosas in Ft Collins!! (Not to forget all the fun flavors!!) this place was amazing, exceeded expectations when I was looking for “Pub” on google 💕

Blind Pig is a kind of all in one bar - lots of TVs for sports games, full menu, restaurant area and outdoor seating. Staff at the pig are always great and very attentive. Food is good and great selection of local craft beer. They also allow you to order right from your phone. Can't go wrong with The Pig!

Great atmosphere! Burger & korean pulled chicken poboy were delicious! Jalapeño cilantro margarita was recommended by the waiter Donny and he did not disappoint! He's a great guy! Impeccable service! When I'm back in town, I'll come back to check out more of this place.

My husband and I are traveling with our dog which makes stopping to eat on hot days tricky. We received the warmest welcome at the Blind Pig. We sat outside in the shade and the waiter immediately brought Rufus a bowl of water. We're a mixed diet couple, vegetarian and carnivore. Blind Pig has an extensive selection of interesting plant based sandwiches, something I don't see often and appreciate the restaurants who make the effort. Food and beer were excellent. I wish I had asked the waiter's name. He was efficient, friendly and charming. All in all it was a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+++ experience.
