Google
Super Dumpling at Fox Hills Mall where Wokcano used to be is cool! The hot and sour soup was flavorful, the California roll fresh, and the complimentary spicy chicken dumpling was a great touch. Edson the bartender took great care of me. Even though I didn’t have a drink. He provided superb customer service—attentive and welcoming, he made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back! Great service! On time! Delicious dumplings. They catered a work event and the food was a hit. Will definitely be coming back. Much better than going with a standard chain restaurant.

Google
Omg these dumplings were sooo good. Savory pockets of deliciousness in the best sauce ever. Also addicted to the popcorn chicken. Definitely ordering again

Staff at WWWY were absolutely amazing. Took care of me well. 5 stars all around

Google
Couldn't find this place , it ended being in a weird warehouse, and you can't sit down and eat . It's a food warehouse ( they have other food placed inside )

Yelp
If you love taiwanese food, you have try bling bling dumplings. Love the pork belly bao, soft bao bun with yummy delicious juicy pork belly. Tried their popcorn chicken which is really flavorful and super crispy! I wish I lived in LA would definitely love to have them come cater my work team's lunch! Perfect to keep you full without giving you that late afternoon sleepies... Looking forward to trying other menu options. They are at festivals too at bottle rock, life is beautiful, Coachella.

Yelp
Ordered through Doordash 3 days in advance. This establishment is supposedly open unti 9 PM. Our missing delivery was for 7 PM. Bling Bling phone number went right to VM when we (and Doordash) tried calling them. Thanks for dropping the ball on our dinner party, BB. All you had to do was have someone answer the phone and I'm sure we could have worked something out, even if it was Doordash's fault. Addendum: The day after I wrote this review, Bling Bling appeared as "temporarily closed" on Yelp.

Yelp
I had Bling Bling at Bottlerock and it was the fuel I needed! The Pork Dumplings were amazing and you can tell that a lot of heart goes into this business. They two ladies working Sunday were absolutely killing it.

Yelp
I tried Bling Bling at their food stand during CRSSD Festival in San Diego and enjoyed the food. First off, 6 dumplings for $10 is WAY more than I'm used to paying for dumplings, so Bling Bling really had to impress me with the flavor, and they did. I asked the vendor to explain what makes her dumplings so special. She emphasized the local, organic ingredients, and she came across as really genuine and passionate about her product. Bonus points for being Taiwanese and having that appreciation for street food. I tried the combo which was 6 Dumplings and Popcorn Chicken for $15. I appreciated that they didn't mark up their prices just for the music festival, unlike other vendors. They let me pick two types of dumplings with the combo, so I chose Chicken Thai Basil and Ginger Pork. Both flavor combos were really tasty, but I had a slight preference for the pork. The Ginger and Basil added to the right amount of oomph to their respective dumplings. The ratio of filling to dough was pleasing, and I enjoyed the texture of the dumpling skin. I liked the Popcorn Chicken as well. Crispy, juicy, good quality meat. The flavors were on the milder side, but they were not bland. If you are used to the over-salted, standard Chinese take-out, then yes it would seem bland in comparison. But I know better and Bling Bling gets a thumbs up from this picky dumpling eater.

Yelp
Had the chance to try Bling Bling at the LA Times Night Market held at Grand Park. They were offering a special bowl combo (bowls being the theme of the evening), six dumplings on a spinach salad with popcorn chicken for $16. They had a few flavors of dumplings available, I went with three ginger pork and three chicken Thai basil (foregoing the third option, vegan). The dumplings were well made with a great texture and flavor, meat was cooked well and you could taste the fresh vegetables. The spinach and dumplings were drizzled with a delicious sauce which went well with both the dumplings and as a salad dressing. As mentioned, I also got the popcorn chicken. I was expecting a smaller side size but they included a huge plate of chicken. The chicken was breaded well and tasted delicious, but could have used a bit of a spicy kick (not sure if that was an option).

Yelp
They are worth the wait. Saw them at Bottlerock Festival which had very long lines. However, I was able to eat their vegan dumpling at Clusterfest, and my mouth went WOW! The vegan Shitake Mushroom dumpling was made with really high quality ingredients. It was not over salted or oily. They are panned fried but not oily like other places. I cried when they ran out of the vegan version the next day. I even wanted to order a frozen package shipped to my house. I met the Chef and the crew, they were busy and tired but was super kind to talk to me. I promised them I'll give them a review right away, and here it is. Their web site they say they use organic ingredients, I"m not sure if it's still true. All I know you can taste high quality ingredients for sure check out their photo https://www.clusterfest.com/vendor/bling-bling/

Yelp
I've had Bling Bling at a few different music frstivals I always get Bling Bling whenever I see them as a vendor!! The dumplings are some of the best dumplings I've ever had (pork dumplings are the bestest!) and their spinach salad is to die for. Super simple, super satisfying. And last time I was at Coachella..... guess who left their card at the booth. Bling Bling sent it to me within the week they got back, free of charge. Thank you Cathy for being super response and super helpful!!

Yelp
They were at Chill at the Queen Mary and the smell was delicious. A choice or shiitake mushroom, spicy chicken, ginger pork or chicken Thai dumplings. Five dumplings on top of spinach salad for $12. Not too bad in flavor and the ginger pork sauce is goood. Fast service as well.

Yelp
Bling Bling Dumplings was at the DTLA July Fourth block party serving up some delicious food at Grand Park/City Hall area. Their food is tasty, amazing, fresh and delicious! The dumplings reminds me of the night market food vendors in Taipei but with a nice modern flair. And you have to get their crack tofu, seriously that's the official name on BBD's menu. Their tofu has a similar texture to Agadashi tofu. Note: Make sure to ask for extra sauce...cause you will want to dip everything in it. The service was very friendly, courteous and professional. So glad we decided to wait in that loooooong ass line to try BBD's yummy food. Can't wait to see them again!!!!

Yelp
Oh my goodness... So good! I ordered a side of fried tofu... and I know you are thinking... eh, what's so great about that? Well... #1 -- It's fried. #2 -- It's Tofu... and #3 the service was great. A very nice lady helped me while they were serving at the Vegan Street Fair Nights. I kindly asked for my order to go because I wasn't able to stay on-site at the event. She went out of her way to package up a side of delicious fried tofu for me. I indulged in the entire mound of it when I arrived home a few minutes later. I can't explain why this fried tofu was the best I've ever had in my life... it was soft but crispy, the breading was very tasty and there was a little seasoning salt that really hit the spot. I plan to try more offerings that next time I see Bling Bling Dumpling! Thank you so much!

Yelp
I love this place so much. It was truly to die for. Will be back many more times!! Thank you!!

Yelp
They were a big hit at my party. My only regret's not ordering more. I wanted more the next day. Le sigh.

Yelp
Yummy treasure! We ordered the "Bowl Meal" ($16) 6 dumplings, spinach salad, and popcorn chicken. Everything was delicious. The dumplings were covered in a blanket of secret "bling bling dumplings" sauce! The popcorn chicken was equally balanced between juicy on the inside and crunchy on the exterior. The spinach salad was just a plus. 10/10 would recommend.

Yelp
Be sure to check out Bling Bling Dumpling at your next event or festival! The absolute best

Yelp
Their vegan dumplings are amazing!! Especially with that crack sauce they have. Please be at every other festival i go to this year!

Yelp
Thanks, Bling Bling Dumpling!!! They catered our training session today at SCTC and the food was ALL THINGS BLING!!! GOOOOD... I loved the dumplings vegetarian and meat options... soooo good. They will definitely be #1 on my catering and drive-bys when I am in LA.
google avatar

Georgia G.

Yelp
I tried their gluten free popcorn chicken at Pasadena Daydream festival and my mind was blown! The flavor was incredible, and they assured me there was no cross contamination even though the chicken went into the fryer. Didn't get to try the popcorn tofu because they sold out super early in the day...good for them! super impressed they knew so much about dietary restrictions and could cater to people who are usually so limited on food options at music festivals!
google avatar

Nicole L.

Yelp
Sooooo fricken good!!! Had these at Life is Beautiful and was devastated when I found out they're based out of LA and I can't eat them everyday. I tried the chicken and mushroom and both were amazing. I'll definitely be bribing my LA friends to drive these out for me

Yelp
Vegan dumplings. I can eat 15-20 in a sitting. So can my 8yo although she will have the pork as her first choice. The 6yo will eat the pork and vegan. No words, just chewing sounds and the occasional mmm... I've got to stop thinking about them now. Do yourself a favor and go enrich your life by taking in some art/fundraising/(insert event where Bling will be here) on a full and happy stomach.

Yelp
Had the Chicken Thai dumplings at ClusterFest. Confident they were using TJs frozen dumplings.

Yelp
I finally got to try the taco dumplings last week it is now my new favorite I'm a taco snob and I was truly impressed with the texture and flavor combination

Yelp
Bling Bling Dumpling has started appearing at the Century City Farmers Market (Thursdays, on Ave of the Stars)... much to my delight! Sometimes you just want a dumpling... not chicken, not Peruvian, not an empanada. You know what I mean? I was attracted to the idea of a Vegan dumpling, because most dumplings have meat or some kind of meat product in them. They're the regular size of dumplings you would buy at an Asian market or get at a Japanese restaurant (half moon shape, not the circles) but 4/$5, so a bit pricey. You definitely won't be full after only eating the 4 dumplings, but you'll probably enjoy the taste, especialllyy combined with their sauces. The first time I tried them they were really above and beyond my expectations, and I was tempted to buy 4 more. However, I had bought them earlier in the day (maybe around noon?), which is important to note because the second time I bought them, it was toward the end of the market (closer to 2pm) and they weren't as wonderful :( I have to note that she did give me 5-6 because they were close to closing and would ahve gone to waste, butttttt... they were a little hardened around the edges, some seemed burnt, and though I could tell the flavor was right, the texture and other things got to me :( Still ate them all, though... maybe that's saying something? So the combination of my two experiences netted me at a 3.5... but since I'm still a fan of the dumplings, I rounded up. I would just say that they're pre-cooked (before they arrive at an event) so the later you buy 'em, the less fresh they are. Maybe if they can come up with a way to cook-to-order...? Just a thought.

Yelp
We love Bling Bling! If you are at the Atwater Farmer's Market and Bling Bling is there it's because --insert name of your favorite deity here: Buddha, Jesus, Flying Spaghetti Monster--wants you to eat these delightful dumplings. Even though I don't really eat pork, if that's all they have I get it. (I arrive at the farmer's market too close to closing and Bling Bling often sells out.) Last week we got some chicken dumplings and they were still delicious a few days later as a mid-week treat. Plus the Bling Bling ladies are always delightful. I hope they get a storefront so I don't have to wait all week for their dumpling deliciousness.
google avatar

Yelp
Dumplings came out within a minute. 6 dumplings for 12 bucks. We also got the dumpling combo which came with popcorn chicken. Chicken had an off taste to it. Dry and luke warm. Dumplings we're ok but also luke warm on a bed of spinach. Tasted like frozen dumplings you'd get from the market.

Yelp
This review is from the 626 Asian Night Market experience only. Flavor was so-so and my dumplings were really cold in the middle though they looked cooked on the outside. This wasn't 100% their fault (the event was over crowded) but the cook should have tasted one in each batch or something. Pricing didn't match demographic of this event... They were $5 for 3 dumplings!! Organic or not, cheap and delicious is expected at a night market. They were neither. This revamped version includes cheese in the beef flavor. Now, traditionally, dumplings do not have cheese in them and most Chinese are lactose intolerant. To me, adding cheese would be like reinventing matzo balls by adding pork...!!? But, just because the original clientele won't like this doesn't mean others won't. I believe these little guys will be better received by the Whole Foods patrons instead. =) The idea of remaking something that costs very little and charging significantly higher price is intriguing.. If you make foie gra dumplings, maybe you can charge $20/ea? I added a star for pushing the boundaries!

Yelp
These dumplings are so far beyond any other that I've ever had, that there isn't a way to compare. They are just f'ing delicious. My favorite is the Xtina Vegan Dumpling. It's all fresh, organic, local veggies, plus crumbled tofu, stuffed to capacity. Filling and savory, yet not greasy or too heavy. Sooo good. Oh yes, and the sauce, the OMFG, homemade, mindblowing, yes, yes, want more sauce. The cucumber salad with mock duck is also out of this world. Crunchy and refreshing, with a rich and garlicy dressing, plus fresh cilantro. Noms for days. I've turned many friends onto these dumplings, and have never heard a bad word about them. So much love and care and quality ingredients are cooked into these little pockets, you will be craving the bling bling all the time.

Yelp
With the lines so packed at the 626 Night Market, I spotted the Bling Bling Dumpling cart rolling around selling selling their product in the middle of the crowd. I decided to give it a try and relieve my worsening hunger, knowing that it would probably be the only thing I get to try without waiting 2 hours in line. It's quite a concept to bring the traditional dim sum carts to outside of the restaurant, but I was not impressed with their product. The dumplings were fairly cold and lacked any real flavor. I can easily get better tasting dumplings for a fraction of the price at 99 Ranch. What also bothered me is the insane pricing. $5 for 3 average sized dumplings is just too much. I understand you're one of the few convenient food option in the festival and it's a great way to monopolize on people's hunger, but the price is a total ripoff. The only reason I succumbed to it is because I had barely eaten all day and it was the only instant option. I believe they have an excellent concept here for catering to parties and corporate events, but they really need to work on their recipe and prices. Also, no soy sauce or chopsticks provided, so I had to end up eating with my hands. Not cool.

Yelp
Ginger pork dumplings with presumably good quality organic meat? How we were disappointed. Not nearly as flavorful as hoped. Almost bland, even. Five bucks for four dumplings is probably right for what's a trendy food cart/truck, but.... yeah no. 1.5 stars, but I'll be generous and give them two.
google avatar

Mary Anne D.

Yelp
We tried bling bling at the 626 market. The staff were friendly and the order came out quickly. The pork and the chicken were good but pretty standard. Where bling bling looses a star is the cheeseburger dumpling. My hubby mentioned the flavor combo before eating and I thought to myself "That will be really good or really bad." Needless to say, it was really bad. Cheeseburger dumplings taste like hamburger helper with macaroni, a combo I avoided even as a child. I applaud adventurous combos and thinking outside the box, but their spin on the cheeseburger dumpling just wasn't for me.

Warrigal W.

Yelp
I am reviewing their Fooda PopUp, which consisted of cold dumplings with insufficient sauce and a really basic, boring Chinese chicken salad. Their popup was open from 11-2pm for lunch. At 1pm, they had sold out of their ginger pork dumplings. I ordered 3 mushroom and 3 chicken for about $10. I also wanted to order the Chinese chicken salad, but when I saw them pouring the dressing - which looked like a vat of eel sauce - directly from the giant container into the individual to-go boxes, I asked what kind it was. They didn't know, so being a little suspicious, I asked if I could have the dressing on the side. No can do: they don't have dressing containers at the pop-up, apparently. I asked if the dumplings came with sauce, and then said yes. I should have been tipped off by the lack of small containers - how did the dumplings come with their sauce if no container? Well, when I got back to my office, I opened the dumplings: no sauce container. The dumplings had a small drizzle of sauce directly on them, but were basically DRY! There wasn't even sauce at the bottom of the container to wipe up. Not only that, but they were COLD! Not only that, but they were NOT TASTY, particularly the mushroom! They were the deadly dumpling trifecta - and I really don't have a high bar for dumplings. The salad was pretty awful too: flavorless, dry chicken, mandarin oranges, shredded lettuce, and then cloying syrupy "dressing." Not refreshing. Felt like the cheapest grocery store attempt at a Chinese chicken salad. This was the worst $15 lunch I've had in a long time. I would never bother with them again after this horrible sampling.

MK H.

Yelp
Really disappointed. We tried the Thai basil dumpling on spinach at the LA times food bowl. Not much flavor kinda like Trader Joe's frozen. Maybe the other things were better but if it says dumpling in the name so expected yummy
google avatar

Sophia H.

Yelp
At Bling Bling Dumpling, the food is some of the most innovative I have ever had. Fun variety of ingredients and flavors, smart concept with one being able to select dim sum style. Awesome atmosphere as well with well-trained, attentive and courteous staff. The menu is more expensive than the one you'll find at similar restaurants but the creativity and quality of the food justifies the extra expense.

Yelp
These dumplings are bling. Just stumbled upon these treats and what a pleasant surprise.

Yelp
Had their vegan dumplings at the 626 Asian Market, and they were kickin'. Period. Not easy to find such a thing, so if you've got dietary limits and a hankering for dumplings, this place is probably worth a visit!

Reid S.

Yelp
I had the chance to try some dumplings from Bling Bling at the Breeder's Cup this past weekend, and I wasn't disappointed! In fact, I kept going back for more. I had the cheeseburger dumpling, and it was every bit as amazing as I could have hoped from something called a "cheeseburger dumpling". I hope to see Bling Bling take off in the future.

Nick T.

Yelp
$12 for five dumplings at Coachella!!! Perfect example of a company totally taking advantage of their customers. The dumplings were undercooked too because there was so many people in line. The only thing these guys excel at is ripping off customers. Stay away!

A P.

Yelp
I had Bling Bling for the first time at Coachella last weekend and words can not describe the deliciousness of their Dumplings. They had three different types of Dumplings (Ginger Pork, Thai basil chicken, and Shiitake mushroom, which was vegan!). Even though they were busy because it was a festival the staff had smiles on their faces and were very nice. If you see them try them out!

Laura S.

Yelp
Was at an event at the Pi Gallery and these dumplings were my saving grace. Tried the pan fried pork dumplings - holy moley they were good - yummy combo of ginger and garlic and a little onion. And the dipping sauce I could drink by itself! A little later I went back for seconds and got the vegan dumplings - they were freshly cooked on the spot - also delicious - very delicate flavors, veggies, mushrooms, more ginger and i think - tiny rice noodles? Plus they served them in these cute containers with chopsticks - a fun choice for an event. Hope I run into these girls again at another party soon!

Diana B.

Yelp
Bling Bling catered a party for 20 people at my home on Sunday. The food was delicious. They served 3 different types of dumplings, bokchoy with shitake mushroom stir fry and a chicken, mint and cabbage salad. Everyone seemed to have different favorites. Personally, I loved the salad and sir fry. They have a very nice presentation and are lovely women-- very cheerful. There were 2 chefs and a server. My only suggestion would be to hire a server who is experienced as I did have to do a lot of the picking up of dirty glasses and plates myself and really keep an eye out on the replenishing of drinks at my bar. All in all, everyone raved and took their phone number to hire them!

Yelp
i haven't eaten here since the summer of 2015, where i bought a plate of popcorn chicken and dumplings in an exhausted, starving, and sweaty stupor at their stand at FYF. it was $7 as i recall, and probably the best decision i've ever made. the dumplings were some of the best i've ever had and ones i am yet to forget. juicy, gingery, tender, flavorful. the popcorn chicken was also delicious. the whole plate was life-saving; very large serving, and the best deal by far that could have been purchased out of all of the overpriced food vendors at the festival. i long for the day i will get to eat here again.

Sandy P.

Yelp
Had a changes to have several Dumplings at Desert Trip 2016 in Indio and now I am so spoiled nothing is like Bling Bling Dumplings....Staff was so very nice and helpful.....please open one here in the desert!!!

Heather A.

Yelp
So yummy! I'm definitely a Bling Bling fan. I stumbled across them at the Sunday morning Farmers Market in Atwater Village. Extremely addicting dumplings, could have easily had 10 more. I'll be seeking them out next time I'm there!

Rachel D.

Yelp
Love their vegan dumplings! I sure wish I'd had a chance to try the crack tofu...
