Blk Mkt Birria

One of my favorite places in Houston is this unique spot with a great location. There are several restaurants in one place, making it a convenient place to grab a bite. I tried the tacos and nachos, and they were both delicious. The tacos were particularly good, and I might even consider them my favorite here.

I had the Birria rice bowl - which was very delicious Birria barbacoa - juicy , tender and flavorful Spanish rice had great texture, beans were cooked well, and the guac added a cool refreshing taste on top. Green sauce was good , mild with just a subtle hint of heat. Generous portion. Food came out hot within a time frame of 5-10 minutes after ordering . Service only gets 3 stars because staff mostly hid behind the kitchen - orders are placed on a touch screen. It would be nice if staff was more interactive and could make suggestions. This is typical for most service today I guess ( people are not as interactive as the once were in the food industry . Atmosphere of course is nice being inside the food court. Id for sure try this place to see how the other menus items hold up.

Tacos were good and meat was tender and perfectly flavored. The consume tasted like bone broth and was so good! Barely needed the salsa with how good the consume and flavor of the taco.

I eat anywhere and everywhere new I can find. This place is probably some of the best food I've had in a long time. The guy who took our food order couldn't have made the interaction any better. It was perfect food and perfect service. I highly recommend grabbing anything from their menu, especially the elote. It was as good as the carts in Long Beach, CA. It was amazing. Thank you for dinner. I'll be back. 🫶🏼

AMAZING quesobirria, the barbacoa was really tender and the consume was a flavour bomb. The churros were good, a little more cake-like than I'm used to but still really crispy and tasty. I would definitely recommend this place!

Highly Recommend the Conservatory in Houston! We were recommended to check out the Conservatory in Houston, and it did not disappoint! There are tons of great places to eat, and my son was craving tacos—he got exactly what he wanted, and they were absolutely delicious. Definitely worth checking out if you're visiting Houston, Texas!

As a new houstonian, never heard of indoor food vendor shops. I saw reviews of this taco shop and knew I needed to try it. I got the 3 quesobirria steak tacos and they were unreal! I'm sure they have tons of other great items that I look forward to trying in the future. The atmosphere of the building was lively with different sights, smells, and guests of various types. The evening we went there was also a live guitarist that was singing and playing for everyone either enjoying drinks at the bar or the food from all the different vendors.

The service and the atmosphere are good. Unfortunately, the food was plane and had not flavor. Is a self ordered and on the screen that recommends (extra cheese for $2) and ( guacamole for $4). I definitely don't recommend any of the 2 extras. The extra cheese definitely takes away the little flavor the birria has, and the guacamole is just generic smashed avocado with no flavor or even salt or chips to accompany. It tastes like the ones pre made from supermarkets. I don't think I will come back.
