"The party feels like it never stops at Blume Kitchen & Cocktails in Henderson. The menu leans into steaks and fish, but its the deejays playing deep into the night that will keep the bachelorettes here until closing with bottle service." - Susan Stapleton

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Block 9 Thai Street Eats, and it was nothing short of a culinary journey. From the moment I stepped in, the vibrant interior, reminiscent of Thailand’s bustling street food scene, set the stage for what was to be an exceptional meal. The highlight for me was undoubtedly the Pad Thai. It had the perfect balance of sweet, sour, and umami flavors, wrapped in a delightful texture that only authentic Thai cooking can achieve. The garlic rice was aromatic and flavorful, serving as the perfect base to complement the rich tastes of the main dishes. The egg rolls were crispy and delightful, and the drunken noodles packed just the right amount of spice to satisfy those who enjoy a bit of heat. Both dishes were exemplary of genuine Thai flavor. Adding to the charm of Block 9 is its private outdoor patio. It's a serene getaway where you can enjoy your meal accompanied by soothing music, which enhances the overall dining experience. For anyone craving Thai cuisine with an authentic street food twist, Block 9 Thai Street Eats is a must-visit. Whether it’s for a quick meal or a leisurely dinner, you’ll leave with a taste of Thailand lingering on your palate.

Google
After carefully considering the numerous 5-star review comments and the impressive 4.9 overall star rating, I decided to give Block9 Thai street restaurant a chance. Opting for takeout, I eagerly awaited my order. However, upon tasting the food, I found the pork to be dry and difficult to chew. The jasmine rice also lacked moisture. Additionally, I noticed that the food portion size was considerably smaller compared to other Thai restaurants in the neighborhood. Regrettably, my experience left me feeling quite disappointed. In terms of consumer value, when compared to other Thai restaurants in the area, this establishment fell short. It is important to note that these observations are solely based on my personal experience.

Google
Second location of Block 9 Thai Street Eats that recently opened. Charming interior, the food is deceptively simple, meaning delicious! I like that you can choose your heat level for the food, they give you dried pepper to add to your meal to make it more or less spicy! After you read through their menu (includes lunch specials), you go up to the counter in the back and order. Very straightforward, and good options for vegetarians and vegans. The staff at Block 9 are very nice, they check to make sure everything is good when you get your meals and can recommend choices if you can't decide. Definitely good for small parties, as the place is cozy. Or takeout if you have bigger groups to feed.

The restaurant was decorated really nicely and it just opened The staff was friendlee and created this right away Only took about ten or fifteen minutes and we were ready to go with our take home food The flavor of the food was very good and it did not feel or taste greasy at all It was plenty of food for us and we had leftovers It's a great restaurant and I hope they do well in this location

Google
Great Thai food tucked away near the Hobby Lobby store. Nice patio outside as well. Drunken Noodle lunch special was flavorful, and the ambience was inviting.

Google
Downed the Pad Thai so quick I didn’t get a pic. The lunch special was a good value for such a delicious meal. The patio has a great atmosphere and service was exceptional. Easy to order up front and employees were friendly checking on me to see if I was satisfied. Would highly recommend! Wish I was in town longer to try other dishes.

Yelp
Deeeelish! I very much enjoyed it here. They just opened 3 months ago so show them some love! Good vibes, great food. We got the drunken noodles, red curry, and crab wontons. A+

Yelp
Amazing authentic Thai food! Chicken Pad Thai is a must order. Great outdoor seating too

Yelp
Our favorite Thai restaurant in Las Vegas! Yes we've tried almost all here and this one is the best based on overall quality, easy to order, freshness, great price and affordability, awesome service, and cool decor. Everything is clean, fresh, and modern. Whoever did the interior design nailed it perfectly!!! This is an actual nice Thai restaurant that doesn't feel sticky and dingy. There's even a very nice outdoor patio that looks dog friendly - but call to ask since I'm not too sure. Food: - Basil Chicken: our go to favorite with a lil bit of spice on the ground chicken, rice and fried egg on top - Muay Thai Fried Rice: amazing combo of ingredients and is almost like the Basil Chicken dish but mixed together with egg pieces - Crab Wonton - hubby's favorite, filled with cream chz - any of the classic Noodle dishes or Soups - red yellow or green Curry you really have to try them all yourself to see which one you like - Tofu fries - fried tofu sliced blocks, usually found at very healthy green places like Greens and Proteins - Mango Sticky Rice - they shape the rice in a heart shape it's absolutely cute and love the extra detail!

Yelp
So there I was, navigating the labyrinthine aisles of Hobby Lobby, when my fiancé's Thai food cravings struck with the force of a thousand Pad Thais. Little did I know, a culinary treasure trove had just sprung up nearby--Block 9 Thai Street Eats. We were on a time crunch, so I hastily called in a pickup order for their coconut tom yum soup, praying it would satisfy our foodie needs. Folks, let me tell you, this was not just soup. This was the *best* coconut tom yum soup we've had in Vegas, and we've been to more Thai restaurants here than I care to admit. The flavors were so rich and harmonious that we devoured it within minutes, leaving no evidence behind except for a happy, satisfied glow. I wish I had taken a picture of the soup, but it was gone faster than you can say "delicious." I did manage to snap a photo of the inside of the restaurant, but it doesn't do it justice. There's so much more space and decor that I missed capturing due to our time constraints. The ambiance was so unique and immersive that I felt like I had been magically transported out of Vegas. Seriously, who knew such a gem could exist right next to a craft store? And then there was the Singh beer on tap! The moment I saw it, I knew I had to quench my thirst before our next errand. One sip, and I was instantly whisked back to the bustling streets of Thailand. It's a Thai beer, after all, and it hit the spot perfectly. The vibes, the service, the food--all were top-notch. I'm already planning my return visit to fully soak in the atmosphere and, of course, indulge in more of that heavenly soup. If you haven't been to Block 9 Thai Street Eats yet, do yourself a favor and go. Your taste buds will thank you!

Yelp
Welcome To the community Block 9! Highly impressed with this eatery. Lets review a few things. Food: ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. We ordered, Bangkok Fried Rice, Spare Ribs, Yellow Curry, Crab Wonton, Chicken Satay. Everything came out hot and was a flavor explosion. I cant comment on authenticity as I do not frequent Thai food, what I can say is food was well seasoned, savory with fresh ingredients. Ambience: What a cool spot, there is plenty of space both inside and out. Clean large facility with decor that makes it seems like you are on a Thai street corner partaking in vendor life. Details include paper/plastic eatery, chairs that are comfortable but resemble street stalls, local ingredients proudly on display. Staffing: Very nice, recommended things and educated us. Price: For 2 people, we spent $59. I would say its a little above the $$ mark out of $$$$. Food was worth it, great for sharing, portions were nice and we had enough to take home with us. Overall: My first time but not my last! This will be a favorite of mind and cant wait to go back!

Yelp
Yessssss about time!!More Thai food in Henderson!! Located in St Rose plaza. I really glad that Nittaya's owner opened a Thai restaurant around this side of town! Although it isn't Nittaya, it will do for now! I love how this place has a lunch menu! You can say I'll be adding this place to my list of lunch spots to go to. I got the pad se ew and yellow chicken curry! Yummmm it was all delicious. Nothing was under seasoned. It was all perfect portions for lunch. Curry was delicious- not too spicy! Chicken portion was a bit thinned off but enough for me. Pad se ew was good. Not too heavy on the sauce. All came with fried wontons. Thai tea was excellent! Service was quick! Love the decor and murals. It was so quick to order and get out. Can't wait to come back.

Yelp
3.5. Solid. Saw it going to Ross one day and did take out for Easter. The thing is it takes a day or so for it to marinate and grow in the flavor. We had potstickers, the basil eggplant, pork pad Thai and chicken salad. The potstickers were good. Sauce had a kick but did the job. They shave the meat kinda thin so sometimes the pieces can be a bit hard, but they are flavorful. The pad Thai was good and so was the salad. I do have to say that it's not a $16 salad. Like at all. I know the cost of everything has gone up so I respect that it's a business, but not a good value for the consumer. And at that price I shouldn't have brown edges on lettuce. The veggies were my favorite and their flavor grew as the days went on. I started wanting to give them a 3. Foods good. Nothing stood out so much that I'd crave it but that changed when I ate things a day or more later. Now it shouldn't be like that but what can I say. I loved the eggplant and would do that again and try the garlic ribs.

Yelp
Cute place!!! Decorated urban Thai chic. The service is fantastic as well as the food. Lunch menu is still a lot of food. I will be back!!

Yelp
The other day we had lunch at Block 9 Thai Street Food in Henderson, a casual place with friendly service, decent food, and vibrant wall art. Located at 3483 Saint Rose Parkway, this new spot is bringing the flavors of Thai street food to a spacious, welcoming environment. The menu features popular Thai dishes such as drunken noodles, pork fried rice, and chicken panang curry. The food quality is good, we enjoyed the flavors and presentation. The restaurant also offers a large outdoor seating area, making it a great place to dine in good weather.

Gene H.

Yelp
My wife and I have been to the Summerlin location several times. We are happy to see this West Henderson location just opened about a month ago. It is a bigger space with a very large outdoor seating area. The food is excellent and some of the workers recognized us from the other location and moved to this one. Service is excellent too. You place and pay for your order at the register, and the food is brought to your table. Drinks were refilled constantly and we were given a to go box at the end, since we could not finish our Tom Yum soup. We finished our meals and the chicken satay and it was excellent. We will be back here on a regular basis!

Therese B.

Yelp
The interior was so beautiful and well thought out. Lots of street signs and art around. We came right at opening and was greeted with a smile. You go up to the counter to order. We got the pad thai with tofu, beef salad, muay thai chicken fried rice and tom yum soup. Everything was delicious. Definitely get the tom yum. We also go the thai iced tea and capped it off with a generous scoop of coconut icecream.

Jevy L.

Yelp
Super convenient and lots of parking. We ordered takeout and it was great. We had the combination pad thai which was a great serving that my husband and I were able to split (i hope they continue to give the same size portions), also ordered the fried spinach salad which was amazing and comparable to their sister restaurant (a must have) and the mango sticky rice (this was just ok, hence the 4 stars). We will definitely be coming back!

Alexandra W.

Yelp
Very excited to have this delicious and authentic Thai cuisine now open in Henderson. Monday and Friday from 11am - 3pm they offer a great lunch. Dinner menu serves up urban favorites like basil chicken, garlic pork, and papaya salad. Other wonderful street eats include drunken noodles, pad Thai, wok dishes, and hearty curry dishes. The flavors and spice levels are on point. Generous portions and made fresh to order. The Thai Iced Tea is slightly sweet and spiced - and perfectly refreshing. Staff is attentive and eager to please. Family-friendly and locally owned. Come support!

Michelle H.

Yelp
Very tasty and delicious. We ordered take out, Korean ribs, chicken basil and yellow curry chicken. Good customer service and nice decor inside!

Aaron J.

Yelp
Service is ON POINT!!! I have been here 4 times in maybe 7 days . The food is so good. Pad Thai, padsee ew, green curry, yellow curry, mango sticky rice, Thai donuts SERIOUSLY iRECCOMEND!!! do not sleep on this place. Better than anything in the area, might be my favorite in Vegas right now. The setting is beautiful in the restaurant. Well done

David L.

Yelp
Flavors here are good and fresh. The paper plates and plastic forks and bowls really make place feel like a fancy food truck operation. Still worth the try.

H. M.

Yelp
Great food, great service, and an overall fantastic spot to grab a bite if you are familiar or unfamiliar with Thai street eats. Recommend pineapple fried rice.

Najibeh S.

Yelp
Great food and friendly people. We have not dined in yet but the takeout was delicious and not bland or too spicy which was a relief.

Yelp
Cool vibe, not too crowded or busy. Excellent drunken noodles!! Tasted their beers on tap and ordered a Thai tea. Tried a few bites of a dish my friend got and was impressed. The dollar point, flavor, portion, vibe...overall 8.5-9.0/10 definitely will be back when in town

Jade B.

Yelp
Kao soi is one of my favoritest Thai dishes of all time! It's a curry noodle dish with a chicken drumstick, my dad used to make it for me and I've been obsessed with it since! They make it perfectly! Got the pad see ew and that was also delicious. Last we got the Thai beef salad. I'll be completely honest Archi's makes the BEST beef salad but hey every place has different favs for me. Loved the ambiance of this restaurant, felt like street food type of dining. The only complaint I have is that because they ARE going for a street food type of vibe, you have to go up to order at the counter and they only provide plastic utensils and plastic/paper to-go containers to eat out of. I go out to eat for a nice comfortable dining experience, and the paper and plastic is just cheap and frankly very annoying to eat with..if I wanted to picnic outside I would just pick up food and do just that lol. Either way we'll be back because I want to try all their dishes!! It's hard to find really good authentic, non-chain restaurants in Henderson so I'm glaaad this is here!

Layla D.

Yelp
Cute restaurant and love the theme. I ordered a papaya salad and pad thai. Portions were pretty decent but flavors were not that great. The pad thai was brown and looked and tasted like it had WAY too much soy sauce. Never had such a brown colored pad thai. The papaya salad was ok but needed a bit more fish sauce and lacking a bit of flavor. Just ok and hope they can improve on this in the future.

Sherry T.

Yelp
The taste of food is good, but very disappointing with the presentation. Paying $15 a dish to be served with plastic spoon and fork? This is more like a food court. Paying the same price somewhere else with services and not disposable plates and utensils.

Paul P.

Yelp
Going on vacation and don't have much at home. Stopped by to pick up some lunch. The drunken noodles are great. Only waited about five minutes for order to be ready. Had the that Thai beef jerky for snacks while traveling. If you haven't tried it , do yourself a favor and go

Alma A.

Yelp
Food is delicious, big portions definitely you can share, service is great! Very clean and lovely design on the walls!

Stalone H.

Yelp
Update: The owner, Nittaya, invited me back to try the Drunken Noodle after my initial visit a few weeks ago. All I have to say is....DELICIOUS! This time, the flavors were all there. You can taste the basil, the peppers, and the spice...how the dish is suppose to taste! This might be my new favorite Thai spot! Will def be coming back again! Thank you again, Nittaya!

Koa M.

Yelp
I was shopping at Hobby Lobby and saw the Block 9 Thai Street Food restaurant right next door. Decided to order takeout for lunch. Ordered the yellow curry, pad Thai noodles and the spinach salad. All three dishes were delicious. Reasonably priced and fed two of us at home with enough leftover for dinner. The staff are very prompt and polite. Service was quick about 10 minutes. The place is cute and clean. As the terminator said " I'll be back"!

John H.

Yelp
We loved the Block 9 in Summerlin and tried the one on St. Rose today. Let me break it down: Food: We ordered the drunken noodles, pork fried rice, and the chicken panang. Everything was delicious and had great flavor! The panang especially, was the best one I've had here in Las Vegas and we have tried it at Archi's and Weera Thai. Not to say the other restaurants weren't great, but this one had the right amount of spice and consistency of flavors that we particularly enjoy. Drunken noodles tasted just as amazing and wasn't too oily. Portions are decent, most Thai restaurants are all kind of priced in the same range nowadays, so definitely prefer quality and taste over other things, which Block 9 has. Service: If you haven't been to Block 9, you order at the register and then take your seat, or take it to-go. Service was prompt and great, staff is quick to get food out and there to assist with any options you may want, such as fish sauce, vinegar, etc. Ambiance: It's beautiful inside with a lot of art decor on the walls. Seating is comfortable and there is also plenty of outdoor seating. I have one major concern and I hope management sees this: the MUSIC needs to change!! While I don't personally have issues with music by Olivia Rodrigo, Drake, and the like, maybe get the clean versions to play and not the dirty version. Nothing like sitting and hearing "Bloodsucker, famef*cker" blaring on the speakers while you eat, while also noticing an older crowd and families sitting inside. That wasn't even the worst, now imagine hearing Drake's "Rich Baby Daddy" play and the lyrics "Bend that a$$ over, let that c**chie breathe..." We felt second hand embarrassment and that's not easy for us! Again, I don't mind that music usually, but in a club and not in a family restaurant. I wouldn't bring my parents here you know what I mean? The staff didn't seem to notice, or care (?), but that is my only concern.

Daniel K.

Yelp
I've been to the restaurant in Summerlin and loved it. That being said I was excited to try it over here now that I live closer to St. Rose. Upon entering the smell was unbearable. They had sewage smell throughout the restaurant. I could not sit there and eat and bear the smell. I absolutely love Thai food but I just don't understand why it's so expensive here. I don't remember it being as expensive as it was for two dishes at the Summerlin location but $42 for two dishes which came in a plastic to go container is egregious. Portion size and the price just didn't make sense to me.

A D.

Yelp
I'm so excited to finally find a Thai restaurant nearby with excellent food that comes with a smile and excellent service! The ambiance inside is like no other. I love it! I also love the food! Today I ordered Muay Thai chicken fried rice, medium spicy. OMG! It was sooooo delicious! Don't believe me? Order and see for yourself. I ate it in my car and couldn't put my fork down not even for a minute. There was so much flavor. The portion size is perfect. I'm telling you, that food was so good. I said to myself, "this is my new favorite spot". My food was so good that if I had to choose between paying a bill or ordering Muay Thai chicken fried rice, the bill probably wouldn't get paid. Lol! I think I'm hooked.

Karen R.

Yelp
Found this perfect lunch spot today! Amazing fresh food, service and ambience! We had the pad Thai and the drunken noodle lunch special. Portions were big, with enough to take home for a snack later. Will definitely be back to try more menu items and dinner next time.

Brandon B.

Yelp
Soooo good! Love the drunken noodle Thai hot! This place is a gem and has awesome outside seating if you like!

Fred M.

Yelp
My food came out quick and the staff was readily available. Food tasted just as good as I suspected.

H L.

Yelp
Smaller place but they also have outdoor seating. This place has probably the best pad Thai, spicy basil and pad see ew dish in Vegas. I've tried all the popular Thai restaurants like Weera Thai and Lotus of Siam but this place seems to have better dishes. Service is also awesome but it's not a full service since u have to order upfront and they bring the food to you. Clean and prices are great for lunch. Dinner rates are pretty standard. One thing this place didnt have is Laarb dish (famous ground chicken dish or salad appetizer) I'll be going back here for sure.

Evie R.

Yelp
Loved the decor and food is absolutely delicious! We tired the drunken noodles, pork fried rice which wasn't greasy and chicken Panang. Only thing I will most likely order to go next time due to the choice of music, it was horrible rap and cursing not even the PG rated version. I was super uncomfortable as there was an older generation crowed dinning in and I felt it was disrespectful to them. We kinda rushed to eat and left. Just a suggestion to switch up the music to like 90's r&b or something a little less gangster LOL! Sorry for being a prude but I have respect for my elders.

Vicky C.

Yelp
Tried the new thai place located in the Costco St Rose Shopping Center. Loved the thai street scene decor. Spacious seating for large groups. Extensive menu. Ordered Thai steak salad, Yellow Chicken Curry (med hot) and Tom Kha soup. The salad and marinated steak was sooo good & flavorful. The Yellow curry was filling but could've used more spice/kick. MED was still too mild for our palates. The soup was hearty with chicken, mushrooms & cherry tomatoes. We took it to go and still enjoyed all of it. The staff was super nice & attentive. Will definitely be going back to try more yum!

Ha T.

Yelp
We tried this new Thai place that recently opened near Costco on Rose. The decoration is very trendy and modern and the foods are quite good. We ordered the drunken noodles and chicken skewers. They both taste very and the portions are ok. Service is fast but courteous

Keith R.

Yelp
I went here with a few of my friends for the first time because we wanted to try something new. I have to say this place is pretty good. The food came out in a short amount of time and it tasted delicious. The service was good and the ambience gave me nice vibes.

Kade R.

Yelp
Really good food! Pad Thai is super fresh and flavorful. Garlic rice is amazing! Definitely worth stopping in

Tyler D.

Yelp
Love that we have a BLOCK 9 on the south side. Great atmosphere and service. Food is AMAZING! I love the potstickers and PANANG. All the curry and fried rice dishes are great.

Joan V.

Yelp
Tried Block 9 for dinner last week. Enjoyed the food very much... Pad Thai, special fried rice, egg rolls and a beef appetizer. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a fast casual place where you order at the counter and they run the food out to the table. Some people around us didn't care for that. I don't mind that style at lunch but wasn't expecting it for dinner. I will be back to try other dishes... probably for lunch.

Jose R.

Yelp
Great Thai food and so close to where we live. We had the Penang Curry and the drunken noodle. Both were delicious. Staff was attentive and friendly.

Liz W.

Yelp
Darling place! Just opened a week ago! Very hospitable...great food! Loved this bistro style place. They have a cute outside patio with bistro lights that I'm looking forward to trying. It was just too chilly tonight! I'm glad we have this addition to the neighborhood! Right between Hobby Lobby & Dollar Store off of St Rose Pkwy! Check out the lunch specials!

Alexandria P.

Yelp
Amazing food and even better service! Will be back for sure. Cute atmosphere as well.

Kathleen M.

Yelp
I have food allergies and generally have to skip Thai because of concerns of cross contamination. Not only was the food fabulous but I felt confident that they were being incredibly careful to ensure my safety. I have already returned once. And had another fantastic meal.

Will K.

Yelp
Great food! I fully recommend this eatery. Good location and ambiance. There is alcohol but not on the menu list....

Gerri S.

Yelp
After one month of my first review and letting the "restaurant" settle in, I went back and tried my favorite Chicken Panang again. This time I got a dish bursting with well developed flavor. I was so happy that my favorite restaurant is now in Henderson. I have gone back and gotten the Pad Thai to go, which was yummy. I took friends there and they ordered Pad Thai to share. The portion I received when taking it to go, was much larger than the in restaurant portion. So portion control should be worked on. Other than that you all need to go and try this wonderful Thai restaurant. They even have an enclosed outside seating area in which to enjoy our fabulous Vegas weather!

Amanda N.

Yelp
I just wanted to say thank you. Not only was the food delicious but the people that work here were so kind to my special needs child. I ordered the drunken noodles and the pai see eew. The food was amazing. The Thai ice tea was perfect. So many places make it to sweet this was just perfect. Thank you again for being so accommodating to my child that was in a wheelchair. This is the first time he has been out to lunch with me since his foot surgery in Dec.

Shana W.

Yelp
The venue is really clean and cute. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. The food was really good and filling. I had the yellow curry and the spinach salad....and was satisfied. We definitely plan on going back.

Ashtyn B.

Yelp
Had lunch here and it was super good! First off, the place is very cute! Food was quick and delicious. Employees were kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Great place to get your Thai food fix
