I came here with a couple friends for brunch on a Friday afternoon. When we arrived, there were a couple other tables seated, but it wasn't very busy at the time (I feel this is worth mentioning because I know it *can* get pretty packed). It did get busier by the end of our time there.
Our server was good/friendly, and he came over pretty quickly to get our orders. We ordered the mimosa tower and were pleased to find out that they could do the pomegranate flavor for it. It was good, and I felt it was worth the price. Both of my friends ordered the lobster benedict. They liked it, but they weren't "wow'ed." I got the chicken sandwich at the recommendation of the server (I was debating between that and a couple other items), and it was good. I really liked the sauce that it came with, and the chicken was a good portion and was cooked well. I didn't feel like the chicken itself had a lot of flavor, but with the toppings and such, that was fine. The sauce deginitely had a kick to it (which iit is supposed to, but Ive been plenty of places that say a sauce is spicy and then it has very little heat). The fries were really good and not greasy at all. We also ordered the beignets to share, and that was probably the tastiest part of our meals. They came out hot and had dipping sauces with them. There were 3 in the order. We had planned to order the grilled pb & j to share, and I had originally planned to order Peaches and Cream French toast for my entree, but both were removed from the physical menu despite being on the online menu. Same thing with the s'mores martini. It's normal for restaurants to change their menus, but it's a bit of a pet peeve of mine when they don't change their online menus to reflect that, as I always look at menus in advance.
I did really enjoy the atmosphere of Blondie. It's a cute and unique setup.
Overall, I think Blondie is a bit overpriced for what you get, BUT I still liked it and would come back. And the staff was great.
