The ordering experience is reviewed elsewhere. The Brisket sandwich on brioche and grilled onions. Along with pickled jalapeño and some kind of leaves awash in a tasty asian inspired sauce. Sides elements were not too spicy but I didn’t eat them. Brisket was very tasty. Light sauce and plenty of delicious dry rub. Cooked perfectly and saddled into a cloud-like brioche bun. Almost heavenly. Almost. Every BBQ place across the States, worth its seasoned salt, piles the Brisket across the buns until it’s falling out. Often requiring a utensil to retrieve it. The Blood Bros, for some reason, visibly cheaped out on the meat portion. Using no more than four ounces. The other irritating thing was how the brisket was cut. Rather than cut thin slices the length of the actual brisket, they (i watched) cut one big portioned piece, then used a cleaver to chop that into 1”-1.5” cubes. This made for difficult eating of this sandwich. Chunks rolling out and off at each bite was annoying. As I devoured the BBQ flavored bun, I couldn’t help but notice, and photograph, just how anorexic this sandwich was. At $15.71, plus $1.29 tip, I should NOT be seeing gaps in the meat with only bun in many of my bites. Truly, a pathetic presentation and simply highway robbery for the fee incurred. Good flavor. Tender brisket… make it a fair deal. You might see me again.

This just is not great BBQ. I got the pulled pork, turkey, brisket fried rice and jalapeno coleslaw. The turkey carried the weight even though it was barely smoked, if it was at all. It had good texture and was moist. I'd eat it again. The pulled pork was trash. It was barely smoked and the sauce was flat. The coleslaw was meh. A little spicy, but lacked depth. The brisket fried rice was good and I'd eat it again. Nothing here was good enough to compel me to eat here again, though.

Had the brisket which was tasty although a far cry from the best of Texas BBQ. Portion size was good with some decent fat and lean meat mix. Flavor was a little lacking and wished there was a more complex smoke and spice flavor.

Being a Texas barbecue boy normally when I encounter barbecue restaurants outside of Texas with Texas in the name you run but not this place I was very shocked to walk into a food court in the Las Vegas Hilton Resort World hotel and see a barbecue joint with Blood Brothers in the name. Blood Brothers is a very well respected and one of the top barbecue joints in Texas. I had the brisket potato salad and coleslaw will have to say I give it two thumbs up being authentic Central Texas style barbecue(Slat, Pepper rub smoked over Post Oak. The potato salad had a great flavor and not overly mayonnaise as many are. The coleslaw was simple and not too sweet. You wont be disappointed.

Brisket was super moist! Best of all 20 places my husband and I have gone to in Vegas, brisket rice was awesome also! You have to walk a bit to get there but worth it to us! Someone complaining about the bread in reviews, one doesn’t go there fir the bread! 10 * from us!

Food was excellent with a short wait time. The turkey was well smoked with a good rub. The sausage had a lot of cheese mixed into it. It was one of the better cheese sausages I’ve had. The corn is spicy. Not burn-your-face-off scorpion pepper spicy, but it is spicy. The bread that the entrées come with is nothing special. Could have taken it to the “wow” level with buttered toast. Maybe lower star ratings were from folks who thought this was going to be a $50+ per plate steak house. It’s fast food BBQ folks, and it’s pretty good. We got our food quickly. We were in town for Katy Perry’s premiering show, “Play,” ordered our food at the food court kiosk 2 hours before the doors opened for the show, and it still took less than 15 minutes to get our order. Finding a table right before a show can be a challenge. Have one person in your party scout out a table a few minutes before you get there. At least have one person looking for a table while the other is ordering at the kiosk. There were no lines at the kiosk, but people were lined up at the restaurants to put in orders. Live sports games were on so we could watch OU football game while eating. Go Sooners! 🏈

We ordered 2 items. Both tasted like pure smoke and nothing else. Inedible! We threw it away after 2 bites.

This food stall is located in the famous foods area at Resorts World. I might have to say that this was probably my favorite food stall! I would love to try the restaurant in Texas. I'm sure the play would not disappoint! The smoked beef brisket had a smokey flavor, as it should! But the brisket was tender and the flavor was there. The brisket fish came with toast and a dish dish of sauce. I'm not entirely sure what kind of sauce it was, but it was t your regular BBQ sauce. It had a slight vinegar taste and had a bit of spice to it. Whatever it was I would highly recommend trying it out! I would come here again!

Yelp
The original location of Blood Bros Texas Barbeque is located in Bellaire, TX (just outside of Houston) and is famous for a Vietnamese take on Texas classics, even though it has only been open since 2018. This outpost is located at the 'Famous Food Street Eats' food hall, inside the Resort World Casino and Resort at the north end of the Las Vegas Strip. My wife and I stopped by the food hall on the way back to our room to pick up to-go lunches, that we ate in our rooms. Street Eats uses tablets to show menus and allow ordering from many of the food stalls, allowing you to combine dishes from different vendors and pay for it once (credit card or charge to room if you are staying at Resort World). You get a page when a particular dish is ready. We got smoked beef brisket ($20.75), and it was ready very quickly. It was pretty basic, with two thick slices of brisket on a piece of Texas white bread and a ramekin of BBQ sauce. Probably one of the smaller amount of food for the price we ate in Vegas. The meat quality was very good, and it had a nice bark. The problem is that it was served cold. Even then, because it was the fattier part of the brisket, it was still moist and tasted good. I think it would have been amazing if served right after finishing being smoked, or just kept warm. It reminded me of places where they smoke the meat offsite and deliver it to the selling point, cause smokers are not allowed. Obviously this wouldn't be happening here. Later I read that they DO smoke the meat on-site, so I don't understand the reason why they served it like this (unless the volume is so light that they need to be able sell cooked brisket the next day and can't afford to put it under heat in case it dries out). It would have been the same if you got it via mail order, and sliced it yourself.

Yelp
Hands down worst BBQ I ever tried. Nothing I got was good did the Texas trinity and burnt ends....the worst EVER!

Dan M.

Yelp
I thought it was just me but then I saw the ratings. Pretty bad. Just shy of $20 for a few slices of turkey in a styrofoam box with plastic utensils. To be fair, I didn't have a chance to try the brisket but probably similar quality (low). Service was very good and seating is relatively spacious but this place doesn't belong in ResortsWorld. If you eat here, you're very likely to be disappointed. Not recommended.

Gene L.

Yelp
Wow surprised this place is getting such low reviews. It's kind of wild that I knew about Blood Bros when they were still cooking out of parking lots and outside of bars in Houston - now look at them now, even having a stall in the Resorts World Casino. They've really come a long way, and happy for the success. So back to this stall - I mean, this is definitely 75th% percentile BBQ, probably 80th percentile for Vegas, and 90th percentile for a food court. Brisket is good - not the same as going to Blood Brother's B&M location in Texas, but it's decent. It's food court prices, what can you expect. But if you're craving BBQ while in Vegas, or just happen to be in Resorts World, you can do far worse. Don't let the poor reviews scare you.

Judit C.

Yelp
My experience was not so great, unfortunately. As it was suggested, I ordered my meal at one of the ordering kiosk. The process was pretty simple. Sadly, I wasn't aware of the problem until I received my food. On the menu there was no indication about how spicy the food can be. It is a very big deal for me because I don't eat anything spicy. I tried it, took a few bites but I couldn't eat it. It was very spicy for me. Money in the drain ... So just beware of the spicy food here if you are not so much for it! Otherwise you probably won't have a problem. Food was prepared in a timely manner. It didn't take too long. Portion is not a usual food court style, much less what you used to! Food court ambiance is okay. I'm not so crazy for the black lights everywhere. It makes everything look weird!

Yelp
Whoa. I think I finally found my least favorite food in Vegas after years of searching. It's incredibly rare that I give a place 1 star on Yelp, but dang, was I shocked by the quality of this place's food. I ordered the Brisket Fried Rice and received it in a to-go cup. The flecks of brisket inside were incredibly hard and would not break down after chewing thoroughly. Each piece felt like how I imagine chewing on tanbark must feel. The remaining rice and veggie mix had so much salt that it stung my mouth. I had to drink a whole lot of water to wash this flavor down. I'm hoping to give this place another chance down the line as I'm sure their other dishes are the star of the show. However, in the meantime I have to be 100% honest that this was a tough and salty mess.

Yelp
This BBQ joint is one of the more popular spots at the Famous Foods Street Eats food hall, located at the Resorts World casino in Vegas. I checked it out this weekend right before the Canelo fight later that day. Overall, I'd really rate this place as a solid 3.5 (definitely not a 4 as I have it) but, with Yelp not having 3.5 ratings, rounded up due to the customer service being excellent and the food coming out extremely fast. Originally went to order the Gochujang St. Louis spare ribs I'd heard about but they said they no longer offer those ribs here because there's too much "preparation" required for getting the food out in a reasonable time to customers (which didn't strike me as the best excuse but whatever). So I instead ordered the brisket, which seems to be another popular offering. The brisket by itself (a la carte) was $17.75 with sides being $7-8 more. None of the sides, other than maybe the brisket fried rice, really appealed to me me and I didn't want to spend $30+ dollars on a quick lunch so just got the brisket by itself. Another downer here was a regular 16 oz bottle of soda costing $5.50 (!) here, though that price for sodas/bottled water is apparently uniform throughout all the food spots at the food hall here. I asked for a free cup of water but they declined LOL - said the only water available is bottled water which could be purchased for $5.50. So I order and the food was ready within 2-3 minutes, which was fantastic. The BBQ was a handful of brisket cuts, one slice of white bread, and a small cup they provide you of spicy BBQ sauce (you have a choice between spicy and sweet sauce). I'll say that the BBQ was good (though not great), especially with the spicy sauce. I ended up having to ask for another cup of the sauce (which they happily provided) since the original portion of sauce was so small. The brisket was a bit dry but, again, it was good overall. Don't know if I'd ever come back here again because I thought the pricing was (very) high - both for the brisket and the bottle of soda. Definitely not close to the best BBQ I've had and I can see why this spot is rated only 3 stars on Yelp. If you want real BBQ in Vegas think you'll have to go off-strip to a spot like Rollin' Smokes or Soul Belly. As a positive, I'll say the worker here who helped me with my order was very nice and helpful in guiding me through the ordering process - that's the main reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 3. The food hall at Resorts is worth checking out if you've never been but don't think the quality of food here warrants the high price, at least for this spot in particular. I do appreciate the electronic screens they have set up throughout the food hall that makes it easier to order/pick-up without having to stand in a long line (they text you when the food is ready).

Michelle W.

Yelp
Service was good. We only ordered the fried rice dish they had. Ehhhh, very disappointed because it lacked so much flavor and the meat inside was more like burnt ends than brisket. No brisket sauce and no soy sauce. Crazy!!!

Cheryl N.

Yelp
Wow I used to spend summers in Texas at my parents house when I was in college so I know what a good Texan Bbq should taste like but this was better than anything I had had. I was so disappointed at all the bbq I had in Orange County they were all bone dry n just tasteless, this Blood Bros BBQ was so moist so flavorful, finger licking good . I was afraid the coleslaw would be too spicy as it had jalapeño but I decided to give it a try, omg it was phenomenal what did they put in it to make it so delicious and it was not too hot. I was lucky I chose the bbq as all the other Chinese restaurants were expensive n I was afraid might not be good, I think Resorts World was bought by the Chinese n my experience from traveling all over China, the food was not as good as in Hong Kong. Come back to read my review of Resorts World n the Bacchanal buffet. This should be 6 stars!!

Larry B.

Yelp
Tasty brisket, that's for sure. Also their corn chowder was excellent. Nice place. Obviously, a little too expensive but hey you are in Resorts World what do you expect lol.

Mark M.

Yelp
I give it a 2 because the lady was nice. Ordered the Brisket, tender but very dry. You can't call it smoke if there's no smoke rings. They left the brisket exposed letting all the moisture escape. I'm extremely disappointed, don't call it a "Texas BBQ" or smoke beef brisket if you can't get it right.

Benita C.

Yelp
We just wanted a light bite before seeing a show so we got the Brisket Fried Rice-we've had it before and we think it's delicious. I don't understand the bad reviews for it on Yelp. Service was quick and the rice tasty and hit the spot! For $7 at Resorts World probably the best deal around!

Risto K.

Yelp
Located at the Resorts World street food attraction, Texas Barbecue is a nice attempt which does not get there to the hyped promise of Texas BBQ. Pros: it is located in the Asian themed section hotel and most other restaurants close by are Asian foods. If you are trying to eat low carb like me, this is the only viable option. So that's a plus. Pulled pork is another solid plus, as it is pretty good. Cons: Brisket is average, and it is thick cut so that was off putting. I like thin sliced or shaved as I did learn that in Texas, so this is completely unacceptable. I inquired if sauces have lots of sugar and was told they come packed from downstairs...as if I care where and how they come. So customer service could be improved. Last problem is the price. At $33 for pulled pork and brisket without sides it is a rather steep price. Overall it is a two and half star establishment and as they are new I rounded it off to three stars!

Lori N.

Yelp
Was really expecting so much more from this BBQ spot that originates from Bellaire, Texas. If you'e been to Texas, you know Texas has got some of this country's best BBQ in the South. They actually seem to have some good reviews on social too. I really wanted to like this place. Too bad they didn't seem to bring their A-game to Las Vegas. The brisket ($20.00 a la carte) was just ok. Outside of the fattier part towards the center, it veered on the dry side. A couple who sat by me commented that my meat looked a little dry. They were right. Interestingly, their cuts of brisket aren't consistent. I wanted a thicker slab, as I saw some people had. Originally, they served me three shabbily sliced pieces, which I had them swap in exchange for a single thick slice. They had some interesting sounding sides, like smoked brisket fried rice and jalapeño coleslaw, but they didn't look so great. Service here isn't the friendliest, at least from the guy slicing up the meats. They also seemed to be a bit disorganized.

Kristi W.

Yelp
The food here was good. My friend & I ordered the pulled pork sandwich. Oddly, this place does not serve french fries. The sandwich came with a side of spicy potato salad in a small soufflé cup. Even though you order from a kiosk and all the employees do is literally put your food on a tray, there is a $5.60 service charge and with a 15% tip that was somehow applied to my bill, 2 pulled pork sandwiches cost $42.99! Crazy food prices in Vegas! I won't be coming back here and I'll make sure to eat before I go to Resort World next time!

Loren P.

Yelp
Upon disecting the smoked beef brisket, I immediately thought of leaving a 1 star Yelp review. The reason is because I was confronted with extensive fat and very little consumable meat. Patitently I trimmed the fast and was presented with some brisket. The taste of the brisket was acceptable and so was the BBQ sauce, resulting in becoming nice and "fair" to increase the review to 2 stars. The shredded kale coleslaw complimented the brisket in the sense that it also deserved to be given a 1 star! I thought I should order some vegetables but that was not entirelly what the shredded kale colesaw was comprised of. It was overloaded with hot spiceness that was not tasty at all. Very untasty side dish that was small for the price. I can't recommend Blood Bros Texas Barbecue. OHH - the bread with the brisket seemed to be the cheapest type available. Giving 2 stars is generous only because after extensive surgical removal of the fat I was able to enjoy some brisket!

Kevin S.

Yelp
Came here after a few drinks during a company meeting. The environment is very cool, with a wide variety of options other than this place. I got the pulled pork for myself. It was satisfactory. Not bad, especially considering it came out so fast. It didn't hit the spot for me but it definitely quenched my hunger. The stuff we're also incredibly nice and helpful. While I wouldn't get the pulled pork again I would give it another shot. Either way, if you need a quick bbq fix, it won't rock your world but it also won't disappoint

Tanya P.

Yelp
No flavor at all. Just a spicy and tasteless mess of food. Complete waste of $30+ dollars!

Stefany V.

Yelp
I love hitting up the RW food court when I'm on property. Popped by with a friend to grab dinner before the Katy Perry concert and was underwhelmed - I ordered the brisket fried rice (a side option) to try first. I'm from Texas and love brisket, and figured this would be a fun way to try their fusion menu without weighing us down with a ton of meat. Despite ordering "for here", my rice was served in a takeout cup and staff handed me my order without saying a word, definitely not Texas-style service. I have no idea how long ago my food was packed, but it was about room temperature and the brisket was dry. I like the idea of brisket fried rice, and other than being a touch too peppery for me, it wasn't bad - just would have been considerably better at the right temperature and with fresh brisket. The table next to us ordered the ribs and did not seem to finish them - I also found it odd that the barbecue sauce was served in a prepackaged sealed cup on the side like a fast food restaurant. I'm not really inclined to give this place another try, considering they don't even offer meat combos.

Troy M.

Yelp
Terrible food never come here. Go anywhere else this place is disgustingly and they charge extra to take it to go

Lanze A.

Yelp
Wasn't honestly very excited to try this since the multitude of Asian selections seemed just too appetizing. But we figured we'd also give it a shot. The food came out really fast. Had the smoked brisket fried rice and the pulled pork. I give this place a 2 star rating because the rice was pretty good but still not worth raving about. The pulled pork was very cold and was not impressive enough to forgive the temperature. Overall I wish we gave more focus to other places at Famous Foods. I do hope their food improves!

Kenneth L.

Yelp
Was thinking of something quick before watching David Blaine.. grabbed a bunch of stuff from the food court. They were all bad but this one, "the eraser" is what my sister in law calls the brisket. Hard, dry, and salty. It was 3 pieces for $18 and not edible. I threw away 85% of it. Have never done that to food before. Oh and the ordering kiosk in the food court doesn't allow you any options to exclude any food allergies. No comment section, no customization, oh and some restaurants don't show up on the list until it opens. Horrible experience overall for a vegas location. Disappointing considering how it's a new casino.

David K.

Yelp
Should have listened to the reviews. Blandest bbq I've ever had. Brisket and pulled pork literally tasted like boiled meat. The coleslaw tasted like plain iceberg lettuce.

Stuart B.

Yelp
In the center on the Famous Food court near the stage. It was served really fast. I tried the Gochujang St Louis ribs and they were perfectly presented on thick white bread. It was served photo perfect without even a stray onion on the plate. Delicious spare ribs, cooked to perfection and very spicy. Make sure you get lots of napkins because you will have to eat with your fingers and it's messy. The brisket is really popular.

Holly E.

Yelp
$55.27 for three meats. It was about $50 overpriced. Shameful lack of amount of food for price. The ribs didn't have a Gojuchang flavor, nor much meat. The turkey breast was average at best without any flavor. The jalapeño cheddar sausage was fine. But if you want better than "fine" pass on this place.

David M.

Yelp
Came here to try their korean ribs while visiting Resort World LV. The ribs were tasty but it wasnt anything special. There's not that many ribs and the price can be a little steep. This is part of the street food scene inside the casino so there's plently of stall to choose from and plenty of places to sit and eat.

Kristen N.

Yelp
Nice portion and they are relatively quick! But nice bark on the outside. And loved only a single "shingle" of bread!!!

Daniel J.

Yelp
Came here with family...I had high hopes...and wasn't too impressed. I ordered the smoked brisket and brisket fried rice. It wasn't what I expected from a Texas BBQ place...coming from FL and my family being from all over the south ... I've experienced some pretty good bbq. However, the brisket fried rice was ok, if I had went back I would order that again. Due to the brisket it had a nice smoked flavor... and someone who makes fried rice off the whim based on what I have in the fridge I could appreciate the brisket fried rice.

Adam H.

Yelp
This area of Resorts World is chaos when trying to find a table to sit snd eat. I literally ran to a table to get seated. After I ordered my food, I was notified by text within a reasonable amount of time. I got the pulled pork and corn. Both were delicious. I did not like the side of barbecue sauce and I did not put it on my pulled pork. However, the pulled pork was spicy and flavorful, not needing anything else. The jalapeño creamed corn was delicious and so piping hot that it was still very hot in temperature after I ate my pulled pork. The food and experience were good, but I think it is a bit excessive in price for what it was. My pulled pork, creamed corn, and a soda were $30 and it was in a food court.

Rudy D.

Yelp
Got the brisket to split. Good flavor and tender. Loved the sauce. Vegas prices, but what are you gonna do? I would be back.

Herman C.

Yelp
The $11.00 price tag wasn't worth it. I gave 1 star because it did taste good, but I didn't order the tasting menu (LOL). After ordering and paying at the self ordering kiosk I eagerly waited for my text message. I skipped breakfast to visit Resorts World LV reminiscing back at the VLOGs I watched on YouTube about the Famous Foods Street Eats. I was already "hangry" because it was so confusing finding parking at Resorts World and I had to walk a couple blocks from the parking structure to get inside. Oh btw it was 104 degrees outside. When I finally got my text saying my order was ready I literally skipped to Blood Bros. I happily gave the counter person my order to which he replied, "Here it is." Pointing to the huge tray with a small cup. I looked down and saw a white Dixie cup. That plastic cup was just a little bigger than those cups the dentist gives you with mouth wash to rinse. I'm not kidding. They could've at least filled it to the rim! I stood there for a long second hoping the guy handing me the order was just joking and had a bigger plate of food behind his back. Instead he gave me a cheesy smile and a couple of quick blinks as I walked away with the tray and that small cup of rice and meat overcome with feelings of an inmate in prison. I sat down and tried to savor every morsel as I plotted my escape from this so called place, Resorts World. Time served.

Chris C.

Yelp
Flavor: excellent Tenderness: amazing Attitude of the employees: awesome Speed & order accuracy: wonderful Price: super duper inflated Portion size: tiny as ever I ordered the ribs and the smoked brisket fried rice. They both packed a lot of punch and flavor. However, for the price that I paid along with a 20oz coke in a plastic bottle-drink, $40, I hardly felt it was worth it. The ribs had a gochujang sauce/marinade on it that gave it both its heat and flavor. It was a sauce that was not heavily slathered on but it was just enough that you could scrape it off if the heat was too much. The ribs were so tender and cooked so perfectly. The smoked brisket was tasty but again spicy. Not to mention, I don't really think that I found any smoked brisket in my rice. The cup of rice that you get is $11. It is hardly worth that. I don't think that I would've even paid eight dollars for that size portion. As in my picture, the cup that the rice comes in is not very big. It's definitely not even enough to fill that 20 ounce bottle of Coke. The rice is not packed into that cup. It is very loosely thrown in there. If you're going for flavor, yes. This is probably the right thing for you. But if you were actually hungry and want to feel any sort of satisfaction, this isn't the business! I think everything from here is spicy or packs some sort of extra huge flavor punch. And while that is great, then also makes it so it is not for everyone. Would I come here again? I probably would not. Is it even worth it to pay that kind of price for a tasting menu, no.

Natalie B.

Yelp
If you're looking for top tier bbq don't eat at a food court. Honestly not the worst I've tried. The pulled pork sandwich is good for food court food. Can't say much about service as I payed at one of the many kiosks. The seating area is nice and clean. Good for a late night/ quick meal if you want to get back to the casino games quickly.

Bryon M.

Yelp
My review is based on 1 item and that was their jalapeno cream corn. The photo shows my main meal from the next door restaurant. This cream corn kicked ass. Ton of flavor and a little kick to it. And the temperature was hot. I would come back just for this item.

Evan K.

Yelp
It's alright. The brisket has a nice crust but they don't trim it adequately, so even the lean is fatty. Not as tender as it should be.

Michelle L.

Yelp
Do not get the potato salad, it looks NOTHING like the picture. Brisket was cold and full of fat and the bread it was served on was hard. I had to ask for BBQ sauce. Overall, I probably wouldn't eat here again.

George H.

Yelp
We were hungry pretty late and decided to give blood brother BBQ a try. We had the brisket, togarashi dusted turkey, and the jalapeno cole slaw. The brisket was nice and tender and the turkey spicy with the togarashi crust. The cole slaw was of the creamy variety with raw bits of jalapeno. The meal was ok. I don't think I'd be back simply because I don't think that the Las Vegas bbq scene is very good.

Alex S.

Yelp
Poorly prepared pulled pork sandwich. Hardly any slaw placed on my sandwich. Very disappointed with this place.

Andrew N.

Yelp
What an embarrassment to vietnamese / Houston/ Texas bbq. The brisket was drier than beef jerky. Garbage.

Jason C.

Yelp
I got the brisket fried rice which was $7. The price alone gets 3 stars from me, especially in Vegas. The food itself was decent although it's a little too salty/spicy, but the concept is interesting (fusion of Texas bbq with Asian fried rice). For the price, I'd love to come back. It's also a nice option to have if you just want something small but filling. It came in clutch after we went to the night club. There's "food court" seating all around the restaurant.

Curtis B.

Yelp
So this place is in the food court of Resorts World.. Decent if you have a late night craving but nothing to spectacular. I'm a burnt end fanatic and have to try them whenever I see them someplace new and on the menu. These were a 4 out of 10. Just a little to salty for me. I don't think I cared for the Korean feel with them, but the barbecue sauce that came on the side was good and added a plus to the flavor.

Yelp
Extremely disappointed with the BBQ. Brisket was tough so tough so it broke my plastic fork. If anyone knows anything about brisket is that it's soft and tender that it shouldn't break even plastic. The jalapeño corn is good but I won't be returning as there are far better restaurants in Vegas to get BBQ.

Yelp
Famous street food court at Resorts World pulled pork taste good but was cold and bbq sauce on side was ice cold but brisket fried rice was.very good warm and just a spicy enough. Ordering was a little confusing to do on kiosks around the area were crowded or not working but we figured it out.

Yelp
This was the saddest $11 fried rice I've ever had in my entire life. If I could, I'd give this place only half a star for their consistency in their half cup serving size (literally) of smoked brisket fried rice after seeing other yelp reviews. I wish I would've checked Yelp before ordering from this place. Lesson learned. Spent less than 30 minutes at this new Resort World because this food experience left an extremely bad taste in our mouths. Will never eat at Resort World again. The rice tasted like it was 1 day old too. Note: I poured the half cup of rice into this container for comparison. Just for the record, I use Yelp ALL the time before deciding to try new places. I have never signed up for a Yelp account because I have never felt the need to. BUT I literally registered for a Yelp account just to post this review. Hope everyone else has a better experience.

Yelp
I had high hopes for this place when I read this came from Texas. Before ordering, you can see the employees cutting and weighing out brisket. I thought it was weird... are they more worried about customer satisfaction or just delivering the most driest pieces of meat? I had ordered brisket, fried rice, and corn. The brisket was so dry, I had to chase it down with not only with their BBQ sauce, but the corn! The bread that comes with brisket was also dry. Fried rice was packed with flavor, but there was only enough to fill half the container.. Corn was good and the only redeeming part of the meal.

Yelp
Their heart isn't in it. $20 Brisket the quality of a $2 steak. Brisket was over-smoked and really dry. Texas Brisket ain't dry. Famous for being juicy and tender. No cut options either. Spicy sauce served on the side of course. Tourist trap attitude and service. Expensive. If you're looking for Snows or Franklin quality (and enthusiasm & appreciation) you won't find it here.

Yelp
Ordered the pulled pork sandwich and the pork was cold. Ordering was a little complicated because you have to order on a screen. You can't just go up and give your order especially if you want to substitute anything. Pulled pork should not be cold. Did not care for the flavors at all. If cold bbq sandwiches are your thing then this is the place for you. Otherwise save your money.

Yelp
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I ordered the brisket sandwich. It came on a cold bun. Basically no meat. What a joke for $15. Pictured is one half the sandwich. Meat was dry and tough. I also ordered the brisket fried rice. Again dry and rice was very old tasting. They should be embarrassed calling any of this Texas BBQ. I know it's Vegas but what a ripoff in a over hyped food court. Avoid.

Yelp
Just on the brisket flavor alone... It's off the charts. I've had several around town, Texas, KC, North Carolina, Cali, Singapore, China and other places and this one fits my flavor profile the most. I mean, I was craving it days after! My only critique would be the portion size and the price point didn't match. I get it that it's the strip but should've gotten more for what you pay. I will be coming back just cause it's literally the best brisket I've ever had.
