Twas pleasantly warmed on the odd rainy cold day.. and it wasn’t just the fire pit. The bartenders were incredible. Very personable and made sitting at the bar a great time. I could tell they truly enjoy doing what they do best! Honestly one of the best espresso martinis I’ve had, pleasantly surprised!

I just got and iced coffee and and iced chai at the bar outside, but they were both very good. Some things were not ideal but the staff was friendly and the coffee quality was good and that is the most important thing, at least to me. I will definitely be a routine customer. I love the ambiance of the food carts here.

Reasonable prices, outdoors, lovely bartenders, and most importantly, there are dogs. I like to get buzzed and pet the dogs. There are two separate breakfast options: southern at Birdies or Mexican at Mole Mole. Both are great. All the carts are good. I get bowls from Desi and burritos from Mole all the time. Native Bowl is here if you're vegan and it's quite gud. If you live in the neighborhood, this is a good spot to come back to. Don't pass it up! Also very comfy for gays like myself. Girls, gays, theys and dogs-- you can't go wrong!

My wife asked for coffee with a lot of cream and sugar. He definitely delivered with that and she loves the coffee. Straight black coffee for me and it was very tasty. Thanks Bloodbuzz!

Got the Bloody Mary here. Super flavorful & fresh. A little bit on the more spicy side, if you’re into spicy bloody Mary’s. Still delicious. Their chai tea here is also very good. The service is always great !

Best place to get a coffee with your dogs. Staff is very attentive and go above and beyond. Always cool events happening in the market place and at prost.

Good place to grab either a regular beverage or an alcoholic one while waiting for your food from one of the stands. I also like that they have a nice seating area for customers. I had the hot toddy and it was great, especially when it's cold outside. The person serving us was also friendly, which is always a plus.

Love all the bartenders here! Especially the one with the purple hair!! Always have a great experience and convos w the bartenders and regulars.

Facing Matt's BBQ and offering beers and other drinks. Good to be able to get some beer to go with the bbq, so no complaints. Not sure which ones I got, probably a pilsner and a hazy ipa. Don't remember anything amazing to the beers, but it's perfect for providing refreshing and strong palate cleansing elixirs to balance out the amazing and rich bbq from Matt's. Guess beer selections change, so luck of the draw if there is something good on your visit or not. But anything is good to pair with bbq:) Think I saw one of the Matt's workers grabbing an iced coffee drink from here before starting work, so maybe it's a good source of caffeine hit here:)

Always a great stop for, especially when I sit next to the fire. My drinks are simple--whiskey neat or gin and tonic or cider. It's expensive for what it is--an outdoor bar where you order and pay at the counter and buss your table. Still, my heart likes it here, and the vibe is always fun, safe and Goldilocks just right. Plus, Matt's Barbecue is just steps away.

The team at BloodBuzz is the best. Incredible service, wonderful drinks and overall a great vibe. Sitting within the buzz of a food court the name is appropriate. If your looking for an outdoor place to grab a drink and fell the positive energy this is the place to be.

The drink was ok. The coffee? Yikes. Putting half/half in coffee should not lead to a curdled, disgusting mess. I showed this mess to the bartender/barista, and was informed that the cream is fine, the coffee is fine, it "just does that." I have been drinking coffee for about thirty years. No. It doesn't "just do that." I'm pretty grossed out that I was told to go ahead and drink this coffee because "it's fine." This ain't fine.

I'm surprised this only averages 3 stars. I love this place, especially if Prost is slammed. It's nice to pull up a spot at the bar (albeit it's a small space, after all, it's drink cart) or if you're lucky you can take a spot next to fire pit. It's great people watching as well. Their drinks are solid (although I've never had their coffee). Of all the times I've been there, the service has never been bad either. Yes, it gets busy just like all the other popular food carts there so there could be wait times when it's slammed but that's not unique to Bloodbuzz.

It's a bummer to read the bad reviews here; I've only had good experiences with drinks and staff. This is part of the food pod around Prost!. It's nice looking, on a patio and has a small fireplace on the side. I believe some heaters above some seating. The service has been laid back and friendly when I've been here but I've never been here when it's busy. They have some interesting cocktails and I love the Dead Flowers. The drinks seem thoughtful and the bartenders seem skilled. I love this food pod and will keep grabbing a drink or two from BloodBuzz to accompany my chai chicken or brisket when I'm in town!

I got a latte from Bloodbuzz to go with my egg sandwich from Fried Egg I'm In Love. They're literally right next to each other. Bloodbuzz is the biggest food truck in the space, so you can't miss it. The latte was alright, but I probably would have enjoyed it more if I had added vanilla or sweetener. That's not their fault, just my own mistake, and my review doesn't reflect that. I like the concept of booze and coffee together, and while I may not personally partake in it, I can see why people would enjoy it. That being said, it wasn't my favorite coffee in terms of flavor, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

BloodBuzz is a cart within Prost Marketplace offering coffee, beer, and liquor. I like the name and the idea behind it. Unfortunately the mojito slushy we got was pretty icy, fairly flavorless/booze less, and served in a stemless wineglass with a straw that was thin and too short to reach the bottom of the drink. Given that, it was more expensive than If like too.

So stinkin' cute. I love anything that is outdoor or community seating vibes. This is the perfect casual place to grab a drink and some light fare with friends or a date. BFF and I were actually on our way to another restaurant but happened to see this cute spot along with the other food trucks/vendors. We decided that the weather was too good to be cooped inside and there were a couple tables open. The "booze" offering ranges from beer and wine and a few cocktail selections. I'm not sure if you can order your own custom cocktails however I decided to order one of their cocktail offerings. Along with our drinks we ordered a basket of fries, which I actually have to say were amazing! Idk if it was that they were fried to perfection or just the super chill vibe of the joint that had me feeling some sort of way. There are a lot of tables in the space but it seemed like the tables that were on the elevated deck were designated for this vendor and the tables that were ground level were open for all the other food vendors. If you have a fur baby- feel free to bring them. I saw a lot of people bringing their dogs to join them.

BloodBuzz is great anytime if day. Their friendly bartenders are best in the evenings providing drinks for the Pod of food carts that share the space. They have fancy drinks, but a beer and a shot is always a good call.

How can you NOT love a bar that is offering TO GO bubbles, ciders and beer right now? I got a HUGE (and by HUGE I mean I'm pretty sure it was THE ENTIRE BOTTLE of bubbles,) mason jar with my bubbles to go and my hubby the same with his cider. Due to the "jarring" nature of our drinks, which we responsibly drank at home, we were both quite tipsy as they were LARGE but we didn't gauge well since they were massive mason jars. I have always gotten great service here and I cannot wait to go back to have cocktails once we can have no rain/cold and be out on the patio again.

Conveniently located next to Fried egg I'm in Love... SO many options!! The mix master knows his stuff. I had the Shot in the Arm as suggested & it was perfect! Great lil vibe.. next to the fire pit, families & Portland pups welcomed. Perfect Portland morning!

Super cute cart that functions both as a coffee shop and bar during the later hours. We came on a weekend to grab breakfast sandwiches at Fried Egg I'm in Love and we ended up getting some iced vanilla lattes here at $4 a cup. They have other coffee staples and other non-caffeine or alcoholic drinks on their menu if you're not feeling a cup of joe. Vanilla latte wasn't too sweet either. During Covid to comply with the rules they have seating available after checking in at the front. Once someone leaves the staff will wipe the tables down before and folks have to bus their own tables after. Dog friendly spot as well so your pup can enjoy the space while you enjoy your food/drinks.

Excellent drinks, friendly and quick service. Their Bridge City Cola, and ginger beer is terrific.

Cool little spot to stop for a beer. Surrounded by food trucks. There are probably much cooler cars in Portland but an outdoor place for a beer is always a good stop.

BloodBuzz is one of the food trucks in the Mississippi food trucks pod. They've got coffee, wine, beer, and a decent selection of eats to choose from! We just wanted to grab a quick drink, so I can't really speak to the food. However, I can say quite a few people ordered food from them and it smelled fantastic. I went with my tried and true, Rainier. My friend got a local cider that she really liked. Prices were great and the customer service was awesome. They're very personable here and hilarious. Awesome little spot to grab a drink if you're looking to kill some time.

Perfect place to hang on a nice day! They have table seating with plenty of options for alcohol and coffee. I had an oat milk latte and it was really good! The food looked great as well, highly recommend if you're in Portland and looking for a unique place to eat outside.

Spent some time in Portland's Mississippi Neighborhood and couldn't pass up a spicy Bloody Mary. Super delicious and priced well.

This review is for Bloddbuzz's sister cart - Breadbox. Came here for lunch yesterday and wanted to try them out. I asked the person working there what was the popular sandwich during lunch and she said the Hero. I ordered the Hero with a side of tots. When the sandwich came out, it looked intimidating. It was packed with ham, coppa, and salami. The texture of the bread was nice and had a slight crisp to it. The red wine vinegar went well with the veggies on the sandwich. The tots were great as it is hard to mess them out (side note- order the chips and queso at Matt's and dip your tots in the queso). Overall, I'm glad I got a chance to try this place out. The sandwich was definitely filling and made me a fan.

Pure Fire, like the kind from volcanos.. big ole rolling lava heating up the fields for your delish food and drank drank. Come for the drinks, but eat everything. Had the breakfast sammich with everything, plus tots (which came from heaven). Friends had the burrito and the steak and eggs sammich.. all reported as fire. The addition of this place has raised us all up to leave 29 simultaneously. Let's take it to 30!

love this place! such a vibe every single time, it's a go to spot whenever i have family or friends visiting town! 4$ modelos, amazing breakfast sandwiches and top tier cocktail menu! staff is always very friendly and having a good time with one another, which spreads into the crowd as well.

Such a cute spot! My best friend took me here, its local spot in historic Mississippi. Theres outdoor seating and plenty of social distancing. The cocktails are delicious and a must try, i ordered a "Dry The Rain" and was perfectly executed other food trucks next by and you can people watch or grab food and bring it here, with a refreshing cocktail :)

Super rad place! We came for coffee and ending up getting breakfast at Fried egg I'm in love . The service was quick and friendly! Such a cool vibe. They have heater and it's covered so if it's raining you can still sit outside. They have multiple food trucks located in the same area Bloodbuzz is and had burgers . Fire Overall great !!

oooooh, I like it! First, it's kinda/sorta two different food carts that operate as one. One is a kitchen, the other a bar. And let me tell you: for a food cart, this is a legit bar! Multiple taps, full liquor, etc. Can't complain about that! Today I came here for breakfast and had the breakfast burrito. It was HUGE! I was shocked by how big it was, and I couldn't finish it. I NEVER don't finish a breakfast burrito, so that was a surprise. I got it with bacon and avocado and It was savory and filling and awesome. Big into it. One thing I didn't love was their coffee. I got an almond milk latte and it just tasted off to me. I wouldn't be in a rush to come back for that.

Best drink in The yard! Dennis, Ashley & Ariel are top notch kind drink mixing humans! They are fun and silly and super friendly! The drinks are great too! Mr. Bloodbuzz your staff is due for a major treat! Get it for than asap! Oxoxoxo

Hey, owner of Bloodbuzz, figure it out! Hire another bartender! Or at least have a more efficient bartender who can multi-task and handle the incoming orders with common sense. Waiting 25 minutes in line for 2 beers is a joke! The line was sooo long behind us and people were leaving. Such a frustrating experience!

Looks like such a cute place for the outside but the attitude of the service really turned us away. Clearly not looking for new customers.

It honestly tops my list as favorite addition to this neighborhood - a breakfast bar serving at 8AM and a breakfast food cart to boot (with stellar breakfast burritos by the way) Honestly my favorite thing is drinking at breakfast and this is a win-win.

Ordered a couple cocktails to go with our lunch from another cart: the Lonely Soul (Irish coffee with homemade whip) and a High Violet. Both drinks were delicious and service from Cody was outstanding.

We just had coffee, and it was good. However, why does the cocktail menu have to be printed in the tiniest of fonts? The service was slow, and I think it's mostly because people can't read the cocktail menu unless you're standing 2 feet in front of it.. not helpful, especially in times of Covid.

I am annoyed to write this, but here goes. Been awhile since I have been flat out lied too. Asked the bartender if I could sub out gin for vodka in a cocktail. She said no because the cocktails were batched. I ordered the drink anyway, paid, and then she proceeded to build the drink from scratch right in front of me. If I hadn't paid with a card I would have cancelled the order. WTF. Now truthfully there was nothing wrong with the drink I was served, but the experience did not leave a pleasant taste and obviously I over tipped.

If I could do zero I 120% would. Came here on a very hot day; about 90 degrees ordered two drinks (one for me, one for my friend) we also asked for water and got that. The service was standoffish, rude, and short. After we finished our drinks, we asked kindly for more water and they told us they "could not help us". As we turned around they laughed and made racist, rude remarks to another customer as if we were RIGHT there. As we were walking away we saw them give 4 other white customers waters with ZERO issues. Obviously SUPER racist and awful service. Not sure if it's the owners hiring or lack of accountability for his employees. I am super disappointed and definitely will continuously let people know about the disrespect this establishment brings people of color. Employees working was a lady with a septum and long brown hair and a male who was wearing a hat and gauges. Absolutely not okay.

Terrible experience. Ordered a beer Friday night and the bar keep did not tell me they were closing in 5 min until after I paid for my beverage. They proceeded to kick us out letting us know to leave our glasses at the bar next door. I would not have bought a drink if I knew I had to drink it in a loud environment next door. Lady that poured the beer was also a insulting and made a rude comment as I was trying to make conversation as I was waiting on my card to process. If you want rude service and mediocre product, check this spot out.

We are here for the food in the area. Drinks are drinks but service is rude. The girl that served our drinks is a smart ass. We were so polite and she was rude for no reason. If you want a smart ass to serve you and run your date then come here. I would rather go to Prost for their drinks now.

Terra was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere of this bar relies on her personality and the energy she brings to this place..... even when it's almost snowing outside!

Environment is cool. Beverages were good. Shout out to the Fried Egg truck sandwiches which were yummy. The ladies at Bloodbuzz though were very stressed/overwhelmed and that severely affected their customer service. Strongly suggest better signage re. Social distancing line directions/boxes/where not to stand/when to wait vs. Move up to cashier etc. so the poor ladies can spend less time yelling at customers re. Rules and more time actually serving customers.

Bartender today (5/14) was extremely rude and curt with a patron sitting at a table waiting for food. The bartender left the long line to go around to rudely tell the only Black person there that they had to leave and make room for customers when there were other tables available as well as customers who no longer had food or drinks and we're camping. Will be getting all my future food to go so I won't have to patronage an establishment with a racist bartender.

The attitude on the bartender made we not want to order anything from his food cart. Only reason I ordered a beer Is to have a place to sit down to eat my food from the other food carts. Horrible place. Don't come here. Both the workers here have zero customer service.

Lovely location, dog friendly, delightful. bar tender was slow but super nice and made great drinks. That being said slowest kitchen ever! And the Kitchen employee could definitely use a lesson in Manners. She was not only slow at her job but extremely rude. She needs to check her attitude at the door when she clocks in. Might be back for drinks but will skip their food or try one of the other carts.

One of the worst organizational social distancing spots I've ever been to. They only allow you to order a beer IF there's a table available, fair. We asked the bartender how the seating works, she says it's first come first serve but they just have to wipe it down after people leave. We saw a bar seating, walked up to it, another bartender kicked us out and said it was reserved and he needs to clean it for someone that's been waiting (even though it's first come first serve?). Thereafter, we see a party leave a table, we asked if we could have that table. They told us we have to be in line, the table has to be empty and cleaned before we could "claim the table." So we kept standing in line until they finally gave us the table. This one of the worst social distancing way I've ever experienced. Great that they're wiping tables down, but the bartender didn't look happy because we got in line for a table, even though she informed us to do so. Would not recommend coming here.

Unsure about how many stars to give since I did not end up getting any service... Today, Saturday Dec 5th, I waited patiently with my partner at the clearly marked sign that said "Ask barista/bartender for seating" When 1 table became available we asked to sit at it. There were no customers ordering drinks and no one else in line behind us. The bartender said we could not sit there, at the recently cleaned, vacant table because "the last customers might come back", he said. I didn't understand why he was concerned for them, they had clearly left. It was so strange....there's no clear system about how to wait for a table. Again it wasn't very busy, but all the tables were occupied except for this one. We waited with our food from one of the carts and he just stood there wait for the next possible customer to order a drink. The bartender didn't want us to sit. I don't understand because we were ready to pay for drinks and tip. Others started to approach and were told the same thing as we were leaving and everyone was confused. Baffled. We left.

Been a big fan of Prost and the marketplace behind for a long time. This new venture from Prost has been an excellent condition to the marketplace. I've been coming here every morning for the World Cup. They have a TV and have been playing sound for the games, they have seats at the countertop, the suns been out, and they serve breakfast out of their sister cart next door, Breadbox. The coffee is great, they have an excellent craft tap list that rotates, they serve solid cocktails. All the food I've had out of Breadbox has been excellent, but definitely shout to that lox bagel with lemon zest. Delicious way to start the morning. And all the baristas/bartenders have been very friendly and give excellent service. Go grab a coffee while you peruse all the carts the Prost Marketplace has to offer
