Review on Happy Hour specials: Good for drinks, really BAD for food.
Drinks menu is comprehensive and prices are OK and pretty much in line with other HH deals in town. The place is cool, and I liked the fact that you're on a rooftop in the middle of downtown Miami (as there are not many rooftop bars for a city with so many skyscrapers).
Food however was a huge disappointment. We ordered some guacamole with tortillas which was $10 on the menu. The portion of guacamole was a joke (shame I didn't take a picture!, but it was literally the size of half of one of those cooking measuring cups). Also instead of tortilla-chips they brought regular chips! I saw other dishes people were ordering around and the portions were of similar size but more expensive (Guacamole was the cheapest or one of the cheapest options I seem to recall).
