Google
Great place to get a variety of plants, ground, tree, garden decor, and more. Friendly staff. It has a produce mini store, and we always stop by to jet out our favorite jam. Theyaso have " you pick berries" when season.

Google
What a wonderful discovery! Our first visit but definitely not our last. Gorgeous grounds and plants. Friendly, helpful staff. So many options at good prices and thoughtfully displayed. The vendor market and live music was an added bonus.

Google
It’s enormous. Very strong on plants, herbs (so many varieties of commonly used herbs), produce, and flowers. Has some foods, wines, and other groceries but not their main focus. Must see!

Google
Amazing plant and garden store. I could seriously spend a good chunk of my time there. They have such a great selection of indoor and outdoor plants for great prices.

Google
Beautiful farm Very spacious with lots of room for social distancing. We went for some fruit and came home with so much more! The sunflowers were bright and colorful. The store had all kinds of neat stuff to look at. A lot of organic and locally made stuff. Friendly and helpful staff to top it off! Definitely would recommend!

Yelp
I used to live in Cornelius OR for many years, I would drive past Blooming Junction almost every day. I kept wanting to stop by and check it out. I always loved seeing their flowers as I drove by. I never did stop by, and now I live in Hillsboro. It's not that far of a drive, but I don't drive by very often anymore. Well, I saw a water color painting class event on Facebook being held at Blooming Junction. My sister and I have been really getting into doing water color painting. I signed us both up. I was excited not only for the class, I was really interested in checking out what Blooming Junction had to offer! I'm so glad this opportunity presented itself. Such a lovely nursery, all the plants looked so healthy and well cared for. It's much more than a nursery though. There was a market to buy fresh produce and other sundry items. I was delighted to find Bubbies brand pickles. I find this brand at other stores, but the dill relish has been illusive. I was just thinking to myself this morning while making chickpea salad how I wished I had Bubbies Dill relish..and lo and behold I find it here! So happy! My sister and I strolled around before our class started. Bought a drink in the market to sip on throughout the class. There was a water cooler also in the workshop area. We had fun getting in touch with our creative side! After class ended, we strolled around some more. I ended up getting the Bubbies relish and strawberries. They were so sweet! There are so many things to see besides plants. I am sure I will be back!

Yelp
Stopped in for the first time since right after they opened. The selection is amazing! Great indoor and outdoor plant options. They have u-pick strawberries that are Devine. The store has some great options and they have a cute little gift shop. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I generally love blooming junction! However, over the summer my mother, purchased a terracotta succulent arrangement, it was super pretty. Problem, they planted all the beautiful succulents in the heavy, thick soil; very little (if any) grit/perlite. Got it back to my mom's, within a month or 2 everything in it rotted, a few molded and we had never watered it. I took it home to my greenhouse and took it apart; it was soaked and so thick. I pulled the soil out, added a bunch of perlite and replanted with succulents from my greenhouse. Blooming Junction should know better than to plant a succulent arrangement like that!

Yelp
Always super helpful staff! Lots of options for plants and planters. U-pick blueberry's and blackberries in the summertime is my favorite!

Yelp
Great selection. Prices are too high! Better prices at other garden stores in the Hillsboro area.

Tuleen S.

Yelp
Huge variety of new flowers and shrubs. Good carts and walking areas. Prices a little high but quality products

Yelp
What an amazing place! Like another reviewer, I'm a bit disappointed with the negative reviews... our friend who waited until the last minute to ask for a service they don't do, then dinging them? Not understanding that the cash register is outside and dinging them? Y'all need to take some ownership... Awesome variety of plants and garden related items, such as pots, mulch, potting soils, and some fun and kitschy stuff if that's your jam. Small farm store with limited selection, but reasonable. Employees have always been exceptional when my husband and I come in, quick to answer questions and help us find what we're looking for. Yes, you may have to wait a moment to speak to someone, there are other people in the world, ya know? Love this place!

Yelp
I have to start by saying I am hugely disappointed in the negative reviews. 1 star because the tone over the phone. 1 star because they were confused as to where the register is. Compassion is important to remember, always, but especially as these experiences expressed were during COVID. People in my opinion in general are doing their best, and Blooming Junction is an 150-year-old farmstead, local family owned, and they have plenty of staff onsite, even during this pandemic to help you. With the regulations and mandates around Covid 2020-current, businesses are often scrambling to change their layouts, or have limitations as to what services they've been able to provide at any given time. Especially last year. I am super confused as to the "no children in store" comments in 2 reviews. My children and I have been frequently Blooming Junction for close to 3 years now, and I don't recall having seen or heard of this policy. In addition, if there was a no child policy in the store at some point it's not like there are walls or doors. The "store" has no walls or doors on the access side where you walk in and the store is small enough It would be so simple to keep an eye on my little. If I did encounter this policy, it was such a non-issue, I don't remember. I would like to add, my kids have been in the store with me on many occasions. So here's my view on Blooming Junction. I am absolutely in LOVE WITH IT!!!! It's a 25 minute drive from my house, and I make the drive at least a dozen times a year. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, the plant selections are so thoughtfully taken care of and an enormous variety of annuals, perennials, fruit trees, trees of all sorts, veggie starts, seeds & bulbs, shrubs, natives, roses, I could go on and on forever. The layout of the plants is thoughtful as well. Seasonal annuals in the front. Natives and shade plants back left. Their amazing variety of pots, and the fruit trees in the mid left, on the other side of the structures. Roses, fruit plants, and veggies are at the center. And the back center & right, my very FAVORITE, the perennials, and grasses. We love the classes. We've done pickling this year, and over the next couple weekends autumn decorating and more canning of one my favorite things. The market where you also checkout your items is handy! I grab whatever produce I need while I check out, grab a snack for my for my kiddos if they are in tow, and there's plenty of options of sausages and meat I can grab and take for dinner. Also a nice selection of drinks, dry goods, and alcoholic beverages. LWe have not done the CSA ourselves, but I have heard great things. The plants, decor, pots, garden tools, and trellises are better priced then my favorite nurseries inside Portland Proper. The grounds are huge and feel like you're in the middle of the countryside, when in reality your just a few minutes off Hwy 26. I find my time at Blooming Junction to be a relaxing escape.

Yelp
I am a local who has been a loyal customer since this place opened. They are usually helpful but my recent experience there has now lead me to go to another local Nursery further down the road. There is a woman who works here that I have run into twice now and both times has been less than helpful and friendly. My last experience was looking for fruit trees, they had very few left and two had no tags on them. I am very familiar with how fruit trees look and I knew one of the ones without a tag was an apple tree, which is what I was looking for and they had few of...the one I picked looked the healthiest. I went up to cash out and this mid-30's woman was called up because the tree was missing an ID tag. I explained I spoke to the gentleman back near the trees, he agreed with me it was an apple and asked me to bring it up for a price ID. She, wearing a mask, said that it was up to her to determine what it was, I agreed, she said their inventory did not show any more apple trees of the type she thought it was and when I said I was fairly sure it was an apple tree she stopped, stared at me, looked at the other employee in the nearby doorway and rolled her eyes with a gesture of her head towards me. I'm not sure if she understood the mask was not covering her eyes and as she was standing directly in front of me, I could clearly see her mocking me and my comment. I was never rude, never assumptive and when she let out a huge annoyed sigh and went back to looking at the inventory, I simply said thank you and mentioned nicely I changed my mind, said have a nice day and walked away. I believe she is one of the yearly, not seasonal employees and might need a small refresher in how to treat customers.

Yelp
Excellent produce in store. Great selection. Even have mini rolling shopping cards. Accessible entry for wheelchairs. Friendly. Downside is checkout is limited, tight area. Love going here.

Yelp
Oh geez, what a waste of space! I called at 9am today and left a message. My sister's birthday is tomorrow and I asked if they have someone who could deliver a plant and plant it, I'd be willing to pay anything. If not, just a delivery or could I pay and I can have an uber get it and deliver it. Please call me back! I called again at 10am. And again at 1pm and 4pm. Finally I called at 4:30 and got an answer! The girl I spoke with is apparently "special". I asked, "do you sell perennial plants". Her response was, "Duh, I'm not sure. Can you look at the website? Maybe it says". Omg, you've got to be kidding me. I got her to access a manager for a call back. The manager calls me and says they don't deliver and they don't plant and it's too late to do anything else and btw, they don't return calls. I wasted an ENTIRE DAY thinking this company might want business. Apparently not. Don't waste your time.

Yelp
I have been wanting to stop here for awhile unfortunately, you cannot be a single parent and go here. No children allowed in the store. The only place to purchase anything was inside the store, maybe this isn't usually the care? I agree with enforcing responsible parenting but sad they went so far not to allow children.

Yelp
I came here because I like to shop local. But when I went to pay for my plants I was told I couldn't bring my son in the store. Children are not dogs and this place lost a customer.

Yelp
This garden center is done proper! My children and I stopped in to purchase flowers for Mother's Day, our trip was second to none. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a gentleman named Luke, whom we had lots of questions for. He was happy to take the time to answer, and point us in the right direction. We were able to find what we were looking for quickly, however I still had questions. Susan was nearby and able to answer every one, she is a very knowledgeable person, and friendly. This establishment is so well done it's hard for me to put into words, so you'll just have to go see it for yourself. I was pleased to hear about The Junctions fresh organic produce for sale, at an incredible price. Gardening classes are available as well. Thank you Blooming Junction for providing a wonderful experience. I look forward to seeing you in the near future.

Yelp
What a sweet place!! We came upon it on a trip back from the coast. They not only had a beautiful selection of freshly cut Christmas trees, but also a cozy warm fire pit in the middle of everything! There are several farm buildings filled with assorted items to purchase. Inside one of them we found some local made egg nog that we bought along with a wonderful variety of other produce, meat and food items. They have a precious farm cat named Willow who reminded me of my dear Muppet who passed a few years ago. The nice man who seemed to run the place was a delight. It was a lovely visit and we look forward to many more trips to Blooming Junction in our future!

Yelp
This business is not to be trusted. They spent several months working out a business deal with my daughter and after she invested in seed and did planting and prep work they reneged on their deal. Of course it was never a signed contract only emails and a personal visit. They then offered their own flower share deal with pricing that was like my daughter had discussed with them. They suck! Done do business with them.

Yelp
Great place to pick strawberries, very friendly staff and they have a fantastic variety of plants/flowers to purchase.

Yelp
Friendly and professional staff, great prices for excellent products. They took extra care and time to help me figure out exactly what I was looking for. They take all precautions for COVID-19 safety. They were very honest, attentive to my needs, and made sure that I was getting the best deal for what I was looking for. Even as Covid that place is short staffed, all around our area, they still provided the purchased delivery services for me. A staff member volunteered to deliver my huge trees, on her way home from work. I'm totally impressed with this company! Thank you!

Yelp
I came in on a bicycle, obviously not to purchase anything. I asked three different workers a bunch of questions about the plants there, what could be wrong with my raspberry bushes at home, etc. Each woman was patient, thoughtful, not at all rushed. Good information. One even googled a question about a tree at my house. I mean, these guys are great! And, yes, I am driving back there after i write this to make some purchases.

Yelp
This place is amazing! This is my favorite Nursery by far! The selection of plants is huge and organized. Their plants are well taken care of and the staff is great! You will not be disappointed in making a trip out here!

Yelp
My new favorite garden store! Bonus: Great veggies and fruit too! Helpful staff and beyond beautiful and varied assortment of plants and shrubs.

Yelp
What a fun stop!! This place on the first day of October had so many fun festive items including pumpkins of all shapes, sizes, and colors along with many gourds. I spotted the ever-intriguing birdhouse gourds. They still have seasonally appropriate flowers, veggies and of course trees and shrubs. The person that helped us truly helped! She gave advice and informed us of events that would match that occur throughout the year. They have a newsletter and offer many educational classes throughout the season. They have produce for purchase which at this time was basil, cilantro, bell peppers, sweet lipstick peppers, anaheim, red chiles, banana peppers, and so many more but these caught my eye. Many root vegetables like red, Gold, and ?regular? Potatoes. Onions of all sorts... I appreciate their variety and wishes I lived closer. If you are driving through they are a great stop. They do have restrooms and typically a few snacks and drinks to choose from.

Yelp
This place is awesome! I must have spent a couple hours there looking at the huge assortment of perennials, many of which I have never seen before. Nice staff, not snotty like some Portland nurseries. My new favorite place!!
