Amazing store. Customer service is excellent. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable staff members. I’m always impressed with Bloomingdale’s holiday promotions and Christmas decorations. La Mer cosmetics were the best, my partner and I received complimentary facials. Team member gave good recommendations. I’d definitely recommend shopping here. Wonderful experience at Bloomingdale’s!

I place an order for online pick up for an expensive Christmas gift. When I got to the online pickup window, I was told it wasn’t ready and could take hours. I found the item I wanted within sight distance from the pickup window. I was told I can’t cancel the online pick up. So I had my item in hand and was told to repurchase and can cancel when order is ready. That could be 2 to 3 days for refund. And I haven’t even be charged yet. Manger at the store was rude and told me there was nothing she could do. I will never shop here again and would never recommend to anyone. I was polite the entire time and they have lost a loyal customer

Great Bloomingdales location. They have a massive selection of designer brands and the staff is incredibly helpful.

It is a world of luxury with affordable prices. My favorite tableware department.

Beautiful store with amazing staff. Theresa in the Emerald City section was so welcoming and friendly that we ended up buying a few items. Wish more stores had staff like her. Friendly without being overbearing. We'll be coming back!

High end department store for the rich & powerful. Went to the fragrance section and almost got convinced to purchase $500 cologne 😀

Bloomingdale's is like no other department store! It is huge and it's one of the few stores in the world where I like to get lost ...as there is always something tempting to look at or purchase... wherever you end up. 😊 Today, I loved checking out the Xmas world...and Santa's Candy Store! 😍 At Bloomingdale's, I also love going to the Forty Carrots yogurt bar/ restaurant for some delicious frozen yogurt! 😋😋😋
