Very efficient booking system, professional staff. Dr. Gibson was absolutely amazing with my son during his recent check-up. She was thorough, kind, and made sure to explain everything in detail, putting my mind at ease as a parent. Her approach was gentle and professional, and she took the time to address all of our concerns. I truly felt that my son was in excellent hands. Highly recommend Dr. Gibson for any pediatric care!

We've been going to Bloorkids since our son was born. We have nothing but positive things to say about the clinic. The staff are always friendly, the appointments are on time and the nurses are great. We are patients of Dr. Stacey Bregman and she's fantastic, she's always so happy to see our baby, answers all our questions and actively listens.

The best paediatrician clinic for my kids. I’ve recommended this location to family and friends as well. Also love that they added a dentist on the main floor. Waiting times are never long and always clean

1. They will not answer the phone. Full stop. 2. Phone Robot only provides an email address. 3. When you email you get a reply chastising you for using the address they provided and insist you use a different one. They won't forward your email to the proper address. You have to do that. The contempt for patients/parents is breathtaking. Bloorkids goes to some trouble to make any interaction as difficult as possible. So far I have still been unable to reach anyone. I'll update if I ever succeed in getting an appointment for my child.

Dr Campos is a fabulous paediatrician. Our baby has some health complications and I can be an anxious first-time mom, and Dr Campos is always incredibly compassionate and reassuring, as well as knowledgeable. I always walk away feeling confident and secure about my baby's health and our parenting. The clinic is also well run and it's easy to book appointments.

I’ve been a patient at Bloorkids for over a year now, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a better dental experience. From the moment I walk in, the front desk staff is always welcoming and efficient. They make scheduling appointments so easy and always follow up with reminders, which I really appreciate.

I had a frustrating experience with this clinic. I scheduled an online appointment for my daughter for the next day due to her cough, but her condition worsened overnight, and we ended up going to the ER. The next morning, I tried to call the clinic to cancel the appointment but couldn’t get through to anyone. I later scheduled another appointment for later that week to discuss her X-ray results. To my surprise, I received an email charging me an $80 no-show fee. I replied to the email and received a call back, during which I expressed my concerns about the situation. Unfortunately, the representative abruptly hung up on me while I was trying to explain the situation and complaining. I decided to cancel the next appointment and will not be returning. The lack of communication and support was extremely disappointing.
