Absolutely loved this place! Perfectly located along the banks of the Seine in Vernon, this small bistro offers a diverse and creative menu. The dishes are rooted in French cuisine but beautifully reimagined with influences from Asia, the Middle East, and beyond—resulting in unique and well-balanced flavor combinations.
They were also very accommodating with allergy restrictions, which was much appreciated. A memorable dining experience in a charming setting!

What a lovely place! We spent four days in Normandy, and Blossom was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The food was absolutely delicious (I’m still dreaming about those French fries!), and the terrace offers such a beautiful view of the Seine, it’s the perfect spot to relax and take it all in. I’m already planning to return the next time we’re in the area!

The service was excellent, the food even better. The atmosphere somehow what everyone would think of French casual. Sitting outside just beside the river was soo lovely.
If I’d have just one more dish to eat before I died I would choose their Granache dessert with Olive Oil and Sea Salt. That truly is to die for!

I went to Blossom Bistrot as a recommendation from a local and Im so glad I did. I don’t know any French and they were kind to explain the menu of the day and give recommendations. It was absolutely delicious; the mussels and tarama. Since they serve everything locally, I would recommend sea food.

Good food (worthy of the Michelin listing), pleasant atmosphere and efficient service.
But this can’t get 5* with such a limited and poor wine list, which focuses too much on up and coming (?) winemakers and unknown regions.

Food was great - we had the lambwith oven potatoes, and it was excelent. Ser ice was also really friendly!
